Përgjigje:<\/p>\n
Dijetarët nuk janë të mendimit të njejtë në lidhje me këtë çështje:
1: Prekja e gruas qoftë me epsh ose pa epsh e prishë abdesin.
2: Abdesi nuk prishet nëse bëhet puthja me epsh ose pa epsh.<\/p>\n
Mendimi i dytë është më afër të saktës, sepse Aisheja,- Allahu qoftë i kënaqur me të,- ka thënë:
”Pejgamberi,- alejhi selam!,- pasi puthi disa nga gratë e tij, ai pastaj shkoi në namaz duke mos e ndërruar abdesin të cilin e kishte marrë më herët”.
Andaj, prekja, puthja dhe përqafimi i gruasë me ose pa epsh nuk e prishin abdesin e muslimanit, me përjashtim nëse del sperma ose lëngu medhi (lëngu i cili del duke paramendu ose bërë marrëdhënie seksuale).
