Facebook-u, listat e e-mailave dhe blogjet e ndryshme e kan\u00eb rritur shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e transmetimit t\u00eb informacionit dhe t\u00eb komunikimit publik, por etika e komunikimit ka mang\u00ebsi t\u00eb theksuara.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajo \u00e7ka ndodhi n\u00eb dy promovime t\u00eb organizuara n\u00eb librarin\u00eb \u201cE P\u00ebrshtatshme\u201d p\u00ebrpara pak koh\u00ebsh n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ishin me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dobiprur\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne, q\u00eb aspirojm\u00eb t\u00eb kemi sadopak nj\u00eb jet\u00eb intelektuale. Kam parasysh promovimin e librit t\u00eb Edvin Camit: &#8220;G\u00ebtja mes Per\u00ebndimit dhe misticizmit oriental&#8221;, si dhe nj\u00eb reviste krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb re me titullin shum\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs: &#8220;NJ\u00cb&#8221;, q\u00eb drejtohet nga v\u00ebllai jone Edison \u00c7eraj. T\u00eb dy k\u00ebta v\u00ebllez\u00ebr jan\u00eb kapacitete n\u00eb fushat e tyre ku veprojn\u00eb si dhe jan\u00eb pedagog\u00eb universiteti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajo \u00e7ka ishte e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto promovime ishte debati dhe diskutimet q\u00eb u hap\u00ebn m\u00eb mbrapa dhe mexhlisi jasht\u00ebzakonisht interesant q\u00eb u krijua prej diskutimeve tejet te vlefshme. Ato qen\u00eb me te v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb disa p\u00ebrmasave etike tejet t\u00eb larta q\u00eb u reflektuan aty dhe kritikave krejt\u00ebsisht dashamir\u00ebse q\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb. Kjo gjendje me solli nd\u00ebrmend mexhliset e hershme, kur njer\u00ebzit e dijes (qoft\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs apo dijetar\u00eb, apo hoxhallar\u00eb) mblidheshin dhe garonin, se kush mund te ishte m\u00eb i zoti n\u00eb t\u00eb shprehurit e mendimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb lidhje me tem\u00ebn q\u00eb diskutohej dhe arritja e rezultateve pozitive n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me k\u00ebt\u00eb desha t\u00eb them se k\u00ebto lloj mexhlisesh na mungojn\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht k\u00ebtu n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn ton\u00eb dhe k\u00ebto promovime e konfirmuan k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb. Por nj\u00eb problem tejet i ndjesh\u00ebm s\u00eb fundmi jan\u00eb debatet q\u00eb hapen n\u00eb e-mail listat e internetit, si dhe s\u00eb fundmi n\u00eb rrjetin social t\u00eb Facebook-ut, ku etika e debatit dhe e kund\u00ebrshtimit t\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit l\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar. Nuk po mundohem t\u00eb sjell shembuj k\u00ebtu, sepse me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte humbje kohe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, kur pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e jona jan\u00eb t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr listat e ndryshme. Sa p\u00ebr diskutimet n\u00eb forumet tona internetare, ato nuk i plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb kushtet e nj\u00eb mexhlisi t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb apo si\u00e7 e parashoh un\u00eb, p\u00ebr disa arsye:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1: jan\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht virtuale<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2: njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb debatojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve nuk e njohin nga af\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe kjo le shteg p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3: personat q\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nga vende t\u00eb ndryshme dhe shum\u00eb her\u00eb reflektojn\u00eb pa dashje gabime me mosnjohjen e duhur t\u00eb problemit p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin diskutohet apo debatohet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4: personat q\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb meqen\u00ebse jan\u00eb me formime t\u00eb ndryshme shkollore gjithmon\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen t&#8217;i shikojn\u00eb gj\u00ebrat sipas shkollimit q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb, apo po marrin (Nj\u00eb avokat sheh baz\u00ebn ligjore t\u00eb gjith\u00e7kaje, nj\u00eb imam e sheh nga pik\u00ebpamja fetare, nj\u00eb sociolog sipas shkollave p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse sociologjike etj.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5: n\u00ebse personat q\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nga dy vende te ndryshme, bie fjala- nj\u00eb shqiptar nga Amerika me nj\u00eb shqiptar nga Shkupi, apo Tirana, apo Prishtina, do t\u00eb kishim nga nj\u00eb an\u00eb nj\u00ebrin nga diaspora dhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr me dy vendalinj puro, q\u00eb kan\u00eb probleme t\u00eb tjera nga ato t\u00eb emigrimit, si dhe me nj\u00eb shqiptar q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet si Shkupi, ku m\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn ky qytet banohet nga dy komb\u00ebsi (pra, diskutimi mund t\u00eb marri nj\u00eb kolorit t\u00eb papar\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ekuacioni t\u00eb till\u00eb logjik.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pasi num\u00ebrova pes\u00eb arsye q\u00eb e diktojn\u00eb krejt sfondin kuptimor t\u00eb diskutimit dhe t\u00eb debatit n\u00eb forumet internetare, FCB apo e-mail listat do t\u00eb merrja n\u00eb shqyrtim vet\u00eb mexhlisin, jo si etimologji fjale, por si realitet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mexhlisi nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00eb tre p\u00ebrmasa, le t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim k\u00ebt\u00eb term t\u00eb gjeometris\u00eb jo-euklidiane. Njer\u00ebz t\u00eb caktuar, q\u00eb mblidhen n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tem\u00eb apo problem t\u00eb caktuar. E par\u00eb n\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim mund t\u00eb themi se rrethanat p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse jan\u00eb t\u00eb cunguara dhe n\u00ebse do t\u00eb fillonim t\u00eb b\u00ebnim analogjit\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku do t\u00eb v\u00ebrenim:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1: a) Njer\u00ebzit l\u00ebvizin nga listat, ku mund t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohen dhe mund t\u00eb largohen sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs. Gjithashtu, megjith\u00ebse mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsuar ata nuk marrin pjes\u00eb dhe diskutant\u00ebt nuk mund ta din\u00eb n\u00ebse heshtjen e tyre mund ta marrim si pohim apo abstenim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb nj\u00eb mexhlis marrin pjes\u00eb m\u00eb gjall\u00ebrisht edhe me heshtjen e tyre, duke u interpretuar kjo heshtje si pranim ndaj mendimit dominues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2: Vendi: \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, lista e-mailit dhe n\u00eb mexhlis vendi ku do t\u00eb diskutohet, por k\u00ebtu mungon elementi i kontaktit fizik, pra, diskutimi apo debati zhvillohet pa pasur ndonj\u00eb kontakt fizik t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt, p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb k\u00ebtu analogjia nuk mund t\u00eb themi se vendoset e plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3: Koha: Diskutimi apo debati nuk mund t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, pra, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i shtrir\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4: Problemi apo tema e caktuar: Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, por gjykimet dhe mendimet \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta dhe nuk mund t\u00eb vijn\u00eb drejt unifikimit p\u00ebr shum\u00eb arsye t\u00eb tjera (q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb edhe me bindjet e njer\u00ebzve, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, nd\u00ebrsa nuk jan\u00eb k\u00ebto ato q\u00eb po shqyrtojm\u00eb k\u00ebtu), por q\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsohen maksimalisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha arsyet q\u00eb i kam p\u00ebrmendur m\u00eb sip\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjithashtu nj\u00eb komponent\u00eb tejet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb etika e debatit dhe e mosp\u00ebrputhjes (ihtilafit), q\u00eb i mungon n\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e rasteve debateve tona. K\u00ebshtu nuk mund t\u00eb habitemi, se si n\u00ebp\u00ebr listat tona bisedat personalizohen krejt, kur nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me ne drejtp\u00ebrdrejt, por me pun\u00ebt tona. Problemet tona jan\u00eb po ato, mbeten po ato dhe do t\u00eb mbeten po ato, po nuk i zgjidh\u00ebm n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e duhur, por edhe se ne deri tashti nuk jemi p\u00ebrpjekur aq sa duhet, duke e drejtuar v\u00ebmendjen n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb utilitarizmi ordiner q\u00eb mund t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet qartas. Nd\u00ebrkaq nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre problemeve mund t\u00eb shmangen shum\u00eb mir\u00eb, kur ne t\u00eb reflektojm\u00eb gjall\u00ebrisht etik\u00ebn e lart\u00eb islame, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn neve duhet ta fitojm\u00eb vazhdimisht n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shembullit t\u00eb njeriut ton\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb dashur Muhamedit alejhi salatu ue selam, si dhe t\u00eb shok\u00ebve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb af\u00ebrt.
