Lemisa, Sara, Abiri, Anudi dhe Meha jan\u00eb disa nx\u00ebn\u00ebse n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e pest\u00eb, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb filluar agj\u00ebrimin q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 8 vje\u00e7are, t\u00eb nxitura nga familja e tyre. Mamat\u00eb e tyre p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u2019i joshur dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i inkurajuar, q\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebronin dhe prova e tyre filloi me agj\u00ebrimin e tri dit\u00ebve n\u00eb jav\u00eb, pastaj kat\u00ebr e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb, derisa plot\u00ebsuan nj\u00eb jav\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb Muajit t\u00eb Madh\u00ebruesh\u00ebm. Vitin tjet\u00ebr, ato e vazhduan agj\u00ebrimin e tyre t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jav\u00ebn, pa ndjer\u00eb lodhje apo ndonj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nd\u00ebrsa Nura, Rimi, Hejfa dhe Selma, q\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt, na b\u00ebn\u00eb me dije se ato e nd\u00ebrmor\u00ebn prov\u00ebn e agj\u00ebrimit, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb imitojn\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb n\u00eb familje. Ato e filluan agj\u00ebrimin n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb dhe fillimi i tyre u b\u00eb i p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzuar. Ato filluan me agj\u00ebrimin e nj\u00eb gjysm\u00eb dite dhe e p\u00ebrfunduan me nj\u00eb jav\u00eb t\u00eb vetme nga muaji i Ramazanit. Prova u p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit s\u00ebrish vitin tjet\u00ebr dhe ato e vazhduan agj\u00ebrimin gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb muajit n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi, pa ndjer\u00eb lodhje, edhe pse shkonin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb dhe kryenin detyrat shkollore me regjim t\u00eb plot\u00eb. Ato na siguruan se rezultatet e tyre ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb mira gjat\u00eb muajit t\u00eb Ramazanit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 N\u00ebnat luajn\u00eb nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shpejtuam p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar rreth pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb familjes dhe rolit t\u00eb saj n\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. K\u00ebshtu, u takuam me n\u00ebn\u00ebn e Zijadit, Muhamedit dhe Fehdit, t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb treguan p\u00ebr frik\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb fillimet e prov\u00ebs s\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb vajzave t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb nj\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb njom\u00eb, sidomos kur Ramazani vjen n\u00eb sezonin shkollor, gj\u00eb e cila mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb kuptuarin e m\u00ebsimeve. N\u00eb fillim ato u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u2019i ndalonin vajzat e tyre q\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebronin, por nuk arrit\u00ebn ta b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb gj\u00eb till\u00eb. Ato u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn para k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguljes s\u00eb vajzave t\u00eb tyre dhe ato e filluan prov\u00ebn e tyre, n\u00ebn kontrollin e p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm t\u00eb n\u00ebnave t\u00eb tyre. K\u00ebshtu, ato arrit\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb kalonin shqet\u00ebsimin dhe lodhjen q\u00eb buronte nga agj\u00ebrimi, duke e plot\u00ebsuar at\u00eb. Kjo rezultoi nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje e suksesshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ndryshe nga q\u00ebndrimi i n\u00ebnave t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme, pozicioni i n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb Fejsalit, Sulltanit dhe Halidit ishte inkurajimi i vajzave t\u00eb tyre me \u00e7do form\u00eb dhe nxitja e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb agj\u00ebruar dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit me t\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Ato pohuan faktin se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb e t\u00eb gjitha n\u00ebnave muslimane, q\u00eb kan\u00eb si objektiv rritjen e vajzave t\u00eb tyre me parimet dhe vlerat islame q\u00eb n\u00eb vog\u00ebli, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb ato t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se si t\u2019i kryejn\u00eb detyrimet e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Ato na treguan se inkurajimi dhe kujdesi i tyre ishte m\u00eb se i mjaftuesh\u00ebm q\u00eb vajzat e tyre t\u00eb kalonin me sukses prov\u00ebn e agj\u00ebrimit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sh\u00ebndeti i f\u00ebmij\u00ebs agj\u00ebrues<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disa n\u00ebna mund t\u00eb ndihen t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuara n\u00eb lidhje me sh\u00ebndetin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulin n\u00eb vazhdimin e agj\u00ebrimit. Por a ndikon agj\u00ebrimi negativisht n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs? A ka mund\u00ebsi f\u00ebmija q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mjeku Abdulla Ali Es-Sejid, specialist i\u00a0 f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb Spitalin Universitar t\u00eb Mbretit Fehd, jep k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cF\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00ebn mosh\u00ebn 12 vje\u00e7are nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballojn\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin ashtu si\u00ad\u00e7 e p\u00ebrballon nj\u00eb njeri i pjekur, por n\u00ebse struktura e tyre trupore \u00ebsht\u00eb e fort\u00eb dhe formimi fizik ua jep k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi, at\u00ebher\u00eb ata mund t\u00eb nxiten q\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzuar, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i drejtohen mashtrimit me justifikimin se mund ta v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri p\u00ebrballimin e agj\u00ebrimit, duke e privuar vetveten nga t\u00eb ngr\u00ebn\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb pir\u00ebt vet\u00ebm para njer\u00ebzve. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, nuk ka asnj\u00eb d\u00ebm n\u00ebse f\u00ebmija agj\u00ebron p\u00ebr aq koh\u00eb sa g\u00ebzon sh\u00ebndet t\u00eb plot\u00eb, por lind si detyr\u00eb e prind\u00ebrve q\u00eb t\u2019i kontrollojn\u00eb vazhdimisht ata.\u201d Mjeku b\u00ebn me dije se agj\u00ebrimi ul nivelin e sheqernave n\u00eb trup dhe f\u00ebmija ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb sheqerna, sepse l\u00ebvizjet e tij jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shumta se nj\u00eb njeri i rritur. K\u00ebshtu, agj\u00ebrimi b\u00ebn q\u00eb f\u00ebmija t\u00eb humb\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sheqerna, duke shkaktuar ndjesin\u00eb e lodhjes dhe k\u00ebputjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vihet re edhe di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. F\u00ebmija nuk arrin t\u2019i konceptoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha urt\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb lidhen me agj\u00ebrimin, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrllogaritja e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit dhe marrja e ushqimeve t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr trupin. Njeriu i pjekur ushqehet me gjith\u00e7ka ka nevoj\u00eb trupi, nd\u00ebrsa f\u00ebmija ha m\u00eb pak se\u00e7 i nevojitet, munges\u00eb e cila shkakton lodhjen e tij, por n\u00ebse ekziston kontrolli nga familja dhe v\u00ebzhgimi p\u00ebr llojet e ushqimeve q\u00eb do t\u00eb konsumoj\u00eb, f\u00ebmija i ka t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin pa asnj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim apo komplikacion. N\u00ebse f\u00ebmija ndjek me rigorozitet t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebshillat mjek\u00ebsore n\u00eb lidhje me agj\u00ebrimin dhe konsumon aq ushqim sa i nevojitet, ai do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb nga agj\u00ebrimi ashtu si t\u00eb rriturit n\u00eb aspektin e p\u00ebrballimit t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive dhe durimit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mjeku Abdullah shton se ka f\u00ebmij\u00eb q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb ndryshme dhe kjo kategori nuk duhet t\u2019i futet nj\u00eb prove agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb absolute, sepse ndikimi i agj\u00ebrimit mbi ta do t\u00eb jet\u00eb realisht i rreziksh\u00ebm. Nj\u00eb kategori e till\u00eb jan\u00eb ata f\u00ebmij\u00eb q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga funksionet e veshkave apo nga anemia e dukshme. K\u00ebtyre n\u00ebse i mungojn\u00eb l\u00ebngjet n\u00eb trupin e tyre do t\u00eb ekspozohen ndaj nj\u00eb sulmi dhembjesh n\u00eb nyjat e kockave. Po k\u00ebshtu edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga diabeti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Udh\u00ebzime mjek\u00ebsore<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00ebse f\u00ebmija arrin ta kaloj\u00eb nj\u00eb prov\u00eb me sh\u00ebndet t\u00eb plot\u00eb, q\u00eb i jep mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin, duhet q\u00eb familja ta inkurajoj\u00eb dhe ta kontrolloj\u00eb ushqimin e tij, sidomos vaktin e syfyrit, i cili duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb sasi t\u00eb mjaftueshme sheqernash, t\u00eb cilat e furnizojn\u00eb trupin me energji t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr aktivitetin e tij arsimor gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ndjej\u00eb lodhje. N\u00ebse f\u00ebmija merr sasin\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb ushqimit, t\u00eb shplodhjes dhe bie t\u00eb flej\u00eb her\u00ebt, i ka t\u00eb gjitha mund\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ta vazhdoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin pa u ballafaquar me asnj\u00eb problem sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Mosha e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijetari Abdul Aziz bin Baz \u2013 Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb \u2013rreth agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs thot\u00eb: \u201cDjemt\u00eb dhe vajzat, n\u00ebse mbushin mosh\u00ebn shtat\u00eb vje\u00e7are urdh\u00ebrohen q\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsohen dhe lind si detyr\u00eb e prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre q\u00eb t\u2019i urdh\u00ebrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 i urdh\u00ebrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr faljen e namazit dhe n\u00ebse arrijn\u00eb mosh\u00ebn e pubertetit, agj\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ta.\u201d Nd\u00ebrsa mjekja Fatime El-Xharullah, profesoresh\u00eb asistente n\u00eb Fakultetin e Sheriatit n\u00eb Universitetin Islamik t\u00eb Imam Muhamed b. Saudit b\u00ebn me dije se mbushja e mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb pubertetit \u00ebsht\u00eb domosdoshme p\u00ebr detyrimin e agj\u00ebrimit. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, agj\u00ebrimi sipas mendimit m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, me argument fjal\u00ebn e Profetit salallahu alejhi ue selem q\u00eb thot\u00eb:\u00a0<em>\u201cLapsi nuk shkruan p\u00ebr tri grupe: P\u00ebr t\u00eb fjeturin derisa t\u00eb zgjohet, p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn derisa t\u00eb piqet dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7mendurin derisa t\u00eb arsyetoj\u00eb\u201d<\/em>, edhe pse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb adhurim trupor dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn, ashtu si Haxhill\u00ebku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebrcillet nga Abdurrahman b. Ebi Lejla n\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith mursel, se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut salallahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb:\u00a0<em>\u201cN\u00ebse f\u00ebmija p\u00ebrballon agj\u00ebrimin e tri dit\u00ebve, e ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb muajin e Ramazanit.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cbsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb e prind\u00ebrve (ose kujdestar\u00ebve) t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs q\u00eb ta urdh\u00ebrojn\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb, n\u00ebse arrin ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb dhe ta godasin q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsohet, ashtu si namazi. Kjo ishte metodologjia e sahabeve \u2013Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me ta, si\u00e7 p\u00ebrcillet n\u00eb Sahihun e Muslimit 2\/1136, faqja 799, nga Halid b. Dhukrani, i cili thot\u00eb: \u201cPyeta Rabian, vajz\u00ebn e Muauedhit rreth agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb ashuras\u00eb dhe tha: \u201cI D\u00ebrguari i Allahut \u00e7oi t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarit e tij n\u00ebp\u00ebr fshatrat e Ensar\u00ebve&#8230;\u201d dhe pasi p\u00ebrmendi hadithin tha: \u201cF\u00ebmij\u00ebve u punonim loj\u00ebra prej leshi dhe shkonim, e n\u00ebse na k\u00ebrkonin ushqim, u jepnim loj\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u2019i hutonte derisa t\u00eb plot\u00ebsonin agj\u00ebrimin e tyre.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u00ebshtu, prova e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me sukses pa l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb negative p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb rast se sigurohet kujdesi i mjaftuesh\u00ebm nga familja p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn, p\u00ebr ruajtjen, nxitjen dhe ndjekjen e detyrave t\u00eb tij me metoda mjek\u00ebsore, t\u00eb cilat i japin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb shplodhet dhe t\u00eb flej\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm, derisa t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb nx\u00ebnien me efikasitet dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, duke u shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb duruesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb fort\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebrktheu:\u00a0 Genc PLUMBI<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ja Ramazani q\u00eb val\u00ebvit krah\u00ebt e tij n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb.
