E pastaj lexon: &#8220;I Lart\u00eb qofsh, o Zoti im! Un\u00eb i kam b\u00ebr\u00eb d\u00ebm (zullum) vetvetes, prandaj m\u00eb fal mua, sepse askush p\u00ebrve\u00e7 teje nuk mund t&#8217;i fal\u00eb m\u00ebkatet!&#8221;. Sh\u00ebnon Ahmedi dhe Ehlu Sunen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lutja\u00a0\u00a0me rastin e zbarkimit n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb ishull:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cKush zbret n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vend e thot\u00eb: &#8220;K\u00ebrkoj mbrojtje me fjal\u00ebt e plota t\u00eb Allahut nga t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat q\u00eb ka krijuar.\u201d, nuk i b\u00ebn d\u00ebm atij asgj\u00eb, derisa t\u00eb largohet nga ai vend.&#8221; Sh\u00ebnon Muslimi .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thirrja p\u00ebr namaz (ezani) n\u00eb det:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ebu Seid el Hudriu na p\u00ebrcjell se Pejgamberi, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;\u00c7do xhind apo njeri q\u00eb e d\u00ebgjon z\u00ebrin e muezinit, do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit.&#8221; (Buhariu), kurse n\u00eb transmetimin e Ib\u00ebn Maxhes q\u00ebndron: &#8220;\u2026\u00e7do gur dhe dru do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb p\u00ebr muezinin&#8221;. N\u00eb hadithin tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb nga Ib\u00ebn Omeri thuhet se Pejgamberi, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;I falen m\u00ebkatet muezinit sado q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet z\u00ebri i tij, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb lutet \u00e7do gj\u00eb e ngurt\u00eb dhe e that\u00eb.&#8221; Albani ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se hadithi\u00a0\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. N\u00ebse gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb person, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e ka detyrim thirrjen e ezanit e as t\u00eb ikametit, por q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja jan\u00eb sunete p\u00ebr t\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa kur udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb dy persona e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr e kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb thirrjen e ezanit dhe t\u00eb ikametit nga fjala e Pejgamberit, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem: &#8220;N\u00ebse ju t\u00eb dy gjendeni n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim, thirreni ezanin pastaj ikametin.&#8221; (Buhariu dhe Muslimi). Pra, ezani \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr burrat kur falen n\u00eb grup (xhemat), nd\u00ebrsa nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim ndaj grave, por ndaj tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb i preferuar vet\u00ebm ikameti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00ebrkimi i kibles p\u00ebr namaz gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit n\u00eb det:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb detyrim i kujtdo q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb falet ta hulumtoj\u00eb drejtimin e kibles dhe t\u00eb orientohet andej, ngaq\u00eb Pejgamberi, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;Kur t\u00eb ngrihesh p\u00ebr namaz plot\u00ebsoje abdesin, drejtohu nga kibla dhe thuaj Allahu Ekber.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0(Buhariu dhe Muslimi).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u00ebse dikush falet pa u mundua fare ta gjej\u00eb drejtimin e kibles dhe pastaj v\u00ebrtetohet se ka qen\u00eb gabim, ai duhet ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit\u00eb at\u00eb namaz.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u00ebse falet pa u mundua fare ta gjej\u00eb drejtimin e kibles dhe pastaj v\u00ebrtetohet se ia ka q\u00eblluar, namazi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull (sipas mendimit m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u00ebse k\u00ebrkon drejtimin e kibles dhe falet n\u00eb drejtimin e asaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i sigurt, dhe pas namazit e kupton se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb falur n\u00eb drejtimin e duhur, namazi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, p\u00ebr faktin se \u00ebsht\u00eb falur n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb kishte arritur me hulumtimin e tij p\u00ebr kiblen, gj\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn edhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar nga Allahu. Mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rekomandohet, q\u00eb gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit n\u00eb det t\u00eb kesh\u00a0\u00a0edhe nj\u00eb busull p\u00ebr gjetjen e kibles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb gjat\u00eb namazit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb namazet farz \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruesh\u00ebm q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, duke u bazuar n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e Allahut dhe n\u00eb hadithin e Pejgamberit, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem: &#8220;Falu n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk mundesh falu ulur, e n\u00ebse nuk mundesh, at\u00ebher\u00eb falu shtrir\u00eb n\u00eb krah.&#8221; (Buhariu). Q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet qoft\u00eb edhe duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shkop, litar apo mur, vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rast rreziku t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe sh\u00ebndetit nga q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0lejohet\u00a0\u00a0falja\u00a0ulur. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb namazet nafile (vullnetare) q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar edhe po t\u00eb jet\u00eb i mundur, ngaq\u00eb k\u00ebshtu ishte tradita e Pejgamberit, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, kur udh\u00ebtonte; ai i falte namazet nafile nd\u00ebrsa ishte i hipur mbi deve, kurse p\u00ebr faljen e farzeve zbriste posht\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se nuk mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndrohet n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb mbi deve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A \u00ebsht\u00eb e lejuar falja e namazit pas safit (rreshtit) n\u00ebse nuk gjen vend n\u00eb saf?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb thelb nuk lejohet falja pas safit, por duhet t\u00eb falemi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb safe, ashtu si\u00e7 transmetohet n\u00eb hadith: &#8220;Nuk ka namaz ai q\u00eb falet pas safit vet\u00ebm.&#8221; (Albani ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb), mir\u00ebpo lejohet namazi pas safit, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur nuk mbetet hap\u00ebsir\u00eb n\u00eb saf dhe i detyruar nga kjo gjendje duhet t\u00eb falet edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb dhe namazi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull inshalla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mbulimi i avretit gjat\u00eb faljes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fal\u00ebsi duhet t\u2019i mbuloj\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e tij t\u00eb turpshme gjat\u00eb namazit, nga fjala e Allahut: \u201cO Bijt\u00eb e Ademit! Vishni stolit\u00eb tuaja (petkun m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr) kur faleni.\u201d (Araf 31). Pjes\u00eb t\u00eb turpshme p\u00ebr burrat llogariten nga k\u00ebrthiza e deri tek gjunj\u00ebt, t\u00eb cilat duhet mbuluar doemos gjat\u00eb namazit. Rrobat me t\u00eb cilat mbulohet trupi duhet t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb t\u00eb tejdukshme, por ta mbulojn\u00eb trupin derisa t\u00eb mos dallohet ngjyra e l\u00ebkur\u00ebs, e n\u00eb rast se dikush falet me rroba nga t\u00eb cilat shihet qartazi ngjyra e l\u00ebkur\u00ebs namazi i tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Falja e namazit me shorce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nuk lejohet falja e namazit me rroba t\u00eb shkurtra q\u00eb nuk i mbulojn\u00eb gjunj\u00ebt, ngaq\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb turp t\u00eb dilet para Allahut, Mbretit t\u00eb mbret\u00ebrve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Falja e namazit t\u00eb xhumas\u00eb n\u00eb anije:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Namazi i xhumas\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim p\u00ebr ata persona q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim, kurse ata q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb det llogariten si udh\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe nuk e falin xhuman\u00eb por n\u00eb vend t\u00eb saj falin drek\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abdesi dhe pastrimi (gusli) me ujin e detit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uji i detit \u00ebsht\u00eb i past\u00ebr n\u00eb vetvete, pastrues p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, ashtu si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0Pejgamberi, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, p\u00ebr detin: &#8220;Uji i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i past\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb ngordhurat e tij jan\u00eb hallall.&#8221; (Albani ka th\u00ebn\u00eb hadithi \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb). Pra, nga kjo kuptohet, se lejohet marrja abdes dhe pastrimi me ujin e detit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dispozitat e gjallesave t\u00eb detit (gjarpri, akrepi, qeni, eg\u00ebrsirat, krokodil\u00ebt, breshkat etj):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0gjitha krijesat\u00a0\u00a0e detit jan\u00eb t\u00eb lejuara p\u00ebr ngr\u00ebnie pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse jan\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb njeriu, eg\u00ebrsire, gjarpri, apo n\u00eb form\u00eb qeni, bretkose, krokodili, breshke etj., duke u bazuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsimin e argumenteve p\u00ebr k\u00ebto gj\u00ebra, si p.sh. fjala e Allahut: \u201cE lejuar p\u00ebr ju \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuetia (e kafsh\u00ebve) ujore dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i tyre si ushqim.\u201d (Maide 96), si dhe hadithi i sip\u00ebrcituar se: &#8220;Uji i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i past\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb ngordhurat e tij jan\u00eb hallall\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>S\u00eb dyti: Disa dispozita p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb gjinden n\u00eb bregdet.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leximi i lutjes me rastin e arritjes n\u00eb det:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;K\u00ebrkoj mbrojtje me fjal\u00ebt e plota t\u00eb Allahut nga t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat q\u00eb ka krijuar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vendosja e ndonj\u00eb sendi n\u00eb vendin e sexhdes n\u00ebse toka \u00ebsht\u00eb e nxeht\u00eb:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 tregon Enesi, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, se ishin duke u falur me t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Allahut, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, dhe dikush nga ne vendoste pjes\u00eb nga rrobat e tij n\u00eb vendin e sexhdes p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb lart\u00eb.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0(Muslimi).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferimi\u00a0\u00a0i vonimit t\u00eb namazit t\u00eb drek\u00ebs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb muajt e ver\u00ebs shpesh arrihen temperatura t\u00eb larta, dhe sidomos n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur dielli \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb zenit, pra n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e namazit t\u00eb drek\u00ebs, por edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast Islami nuk i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tij pa rrug\u00ebzgjidhje, duke iu mund\u00ebsuar atyre k\u00ebshtu shtyrjen e drek\u00ebs derisa t\u00eb freskohet pak\u00ebz. N\u00eb hadithin e sh\u00ebnuar nga Buhariu dhe Muslimi, Pejgamberi, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;Shtyni (vononi) drek\u00ebn derisa t\u00eb zbutet nxeht\u00ebsia, se me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb vapa e lart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb prej nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Xhehenemit&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Falja e namazit\u00a0\u00a0mbathur me sandale:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, sal-lAllahu alejhi ue selem, n\u00eb lidhje me faljen e namazit mbathur ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;Kund\u00ebrshtoni (dallohuni) \u00e7ifut\u00ebt, sepse ata nuk falen mbathur.&#8221;, (Albani ka th\u00ebn\u00eb hadithi \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb), dhe n\u00eb hadithin tjet\u00ebr q\u00ebndron: &#8220;Kur dikush nga ju falet, le t\u2019i mbath\u00eb sandalet e tij, apo le t\u2019i vendos\u00eb ato n\u00eb mes t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, duke mos e d\u00ebmtuar v\u00ebllan\u00eb\u00a0\u00a0e tij.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0(Albani ka th\u00ebn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb).
