Pasha dhjet\u00eb net\u00ebt! Pasha \u00e7iftin dhe pasha tekun!\u201d. N\u00eb komentim t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre ajeteve Ibn Abasi shpjegon: \u201cNet\u00ebt e p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb ajet jan\u00eb net\u00ebt e 10 dit\u00ebve t\u00eb para t\u00eb muajit Dhul-Hixhe, nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7ifti \u00ebsht\u00eb dita e dhjet\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dita e Kurban Bajramit, kurse Teku \u00ebsht\u00eb dita e n\u00ebnt\u00eb, pra dita e Arafatit.\u201d Si\u00e7 shikohet, Allahu i madh\u00ebruar \u00ebsht\u00eb betuar n\u00eb net\u00ebt e 10 dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Dhul-hixhes, ku ka ve\u00e7uar m\u00eb pas dit\u00ebn e Arafatit dhe dit\u00ebn e Bajramit e cila p\u00ebrkon me dit\u00ebn kur haxhiler\u00ebt, pas lindjes s\u00eb diellit, nisen p\u00ebr n\u00eb Mina dhe hedhin guralec\u00ebt n\u00eb Akaben\u00eb e madhe, b\u00ebjn\u00eb kurbanin dhe qethin ose rruajn\u00eb kokat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Duke treguar p\u00ebr vler\u00ebn e madhe t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 10 dit\u00ebve, Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam) thot\u00eb: \u201cDit\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat puna e mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e dashur tek Allahu jan\u00eb 10 dit\u00ebt e Dhul-hixhes. T\u00eb pranishmit e pyet\u00ebn: \u201cPuna n\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb se sa vet\u00eb Xhihadi n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb Allahut?\u201d Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam)u p\u00ebrgjigj: Po! Vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse njeriu del me veten dhe pasurin\u00eb e tij n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb Allahut dhe nuk kthehet m\u00eb.\u201d (Transmetoi Buhariu). Nd\u00ebrsa Ibn Umeri n\u00eb shpjegim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij hadithi thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk ka dit\u00eb m\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore tek Allahu se dita e xhumas\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 10 dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Dhul-Hixhes, sepse pun\u00ebt e mira n\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb barabarta me gjith\u00eb vitin.\u201d E pra, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti m\u00eb i volitsh\u00ebm ku besimtari duhet t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb pun\u00ebt e mira sa t\u00eb mundet. Prej pun\u00ebve t\u00eb mira jan\u00eb: namazi nafile, sadakaja, agj\u00ebrimi, leximi i Kur\u2019anit, p\u00ebrmendja e Allahut (dhikri), lutjet e ndryshme etj.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket agj\u00ebrimit, edhe pse Aishja thot\u00eb se Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam) nuk i ka agj\u00ebruar 10 dit\u00ebt e Dhul-Hixhes, kjo s\u2019do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se agj\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndaluar. Imam Ibn Rexhebi n\u00eb komentim t\u00eb hadithit shpjegon: \u201cTh\u00ebnia e Aishes, tregon se Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam) nuk i ka agj\u00ebruar t\u00eb gjitha dit\u00ebt e Dhul-Hixhes s\u00eb bashku, mir\u00ebpo kjo nuk mohon q\u00eb Profeti t\u00eb ket\u00eb agj\u00ebruar disa prej k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve. Kjo gj\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e njohur te selef\u00ebt, madje Ibn Umeri i agj\u00ebronte t\u00eb gjitha dit\u00ebt e Dhul-Hixhes, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 dit\u00ebs s\u00eb dhjet\u00eb, sepse ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb bajrami.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj duhet theksuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e madhe q\u00eb ka agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Arafatit, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe dita e n\u00ebnt\u00eb e Dhul-Hixhes. Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam) kur e pyet\u00ebn p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb tha: \u201cAgj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Arafatit shlyen gjynahet e vitit q\u00eb ka kaluar dhe atij q\u00eb do t\u00eb vij\u00eb.\u201d ( Transmetoi Muslimi)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kurbani dhe rregullat e tij<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do her\u00eb fjala kurban na sjell nd\u00ebr mend sakrifikimin e nj\u00eb kafshe, mir\u00ebpo\u00a0 kurbani i Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sakrifikim dhe flijim i cili i dedikohet vet\u00ebm Allahut t\u00eb Madh\u00ebruar. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, me kurbanin e bajramit manifestohet qart\u00eb m\u00ebshira, solidariteti, p\u00ebrul\u00ebsia dhe sinqeriteti i besimtar\u00ebve mes tyre. Allahu i Lart\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Kur\u2019an, pasi na tregon se nga Kurbani i therur duhet t\u00eb japim atyre q\u00eb lypin dhe atyre q\u00eb nuk lypin thot\u00eb: \u201cTek Allahu nuk arrin as mishi, as gjaku i tyre, por arrin p\u00ebrkushtimi juaj. K\u00ebshtu, Ai i ka v\u00ebn\u00eb ato n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin tuaj q\u00eb ju ta madh\u00ebroni Allahun, sepse ju ka udh\u00ebzuar dhe p\u00ebrg\u00ebzoi bamir\u00ebsit!\u201d (Suretu El-Haxh 36-37.)<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu pra, Kurbani mbart n\u00eb vetvete mir\u00ebnjohjen ndaj Zotit dhe dobia e tij i kthehet vet\u00eb njeriut, qoft\u00eb kur kafsha \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjall\u00eb, por edhe pas therjes, sepse Allahu nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr gjakun dhe mishin e saj, por Ai k\u00ebrkon prej nesh t\u2019i jemi mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs Atij, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur k\u00ebshtu detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin edhe jemi krijuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kurbani i Bajramit, ve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb ringjallje e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb past\u00ebr q\u00eb ndoqi babai i Profet\u00ebve, Ibrahimi (alejhi selam), i cili ishte i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb flijonte birin e tij Ismailin p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar n\u00eb vend urdhrin e Allahut. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sprov\u00eb t\u00eb madhe ku u tregua vendosm\u00ebria dhe sinqeriteti Ismailit gjithashtu, Allahu ia z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoi Ibrahimit flijimin e djalit me therjen e nj\u00eb kurbani dhe kjo gj\u00eb mbeti p\u00ebrkujtim i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb pas. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar thot\u00eb n\u00eb Kur\u2019an: \u201cV\u00ebrtet kjo ishte sprov\u00eb e qart\u00eb. Ne e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuam at\u00eb me nj\u00eb kurban t\u00eb madh. Dhe i lam\u00eb atij (Ibrahimit) kujtim t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb brezat e m\u00ebvonsh\u00ebm.\u201d (Suretu Essafat\u00eb 106-108.) Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar nuk k\u00ebrkon nga ne q\u00eb t\u00eb flijojm\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tan\u00eb si\u00e7 urdh\u00ebroi Ibrahimin (alejhi selam), por Ai do q\u00eb t\u00eb na m\u00ebshiroj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb duke na k\u00ebrkuar m\u00eb pak. Allahu k\u00ebnaqet me robin e Tij kur ai ndjek rrug\u00ebn e Ibrahimit dhe b\u00ebn kurban nj\u00eb kafsh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dijetar\u00ebt islam\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje n\u00eb mes tyre rreth obligimit ose jo t\u00eb kurbanit.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Ebu Hanife, Maliku, Euzai dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit se Kurbani \u00ebsht\u00eb vaxhib (detyr\u00eb), duke u argumentuar me argumente t\u00eb ndryshme, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb ve\u00e7onim hadithin profetik ku Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam) thot\u00eb: \u201cKush i ka mund\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe nuk b\u00ebn kurban, mos t\u2019i afrohet namazgjas\u00eb son\u00eb!\u201d (Transmetoi Ahmedi dhe Ibn Maxha)<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si: Imam Shafiu, Ahmedi, Ebu Jusufi, Muhamedi e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit se kurbani \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet dhe di\u00e7ka e p\u00eblqyeshme. Nd\u00ebr argumentet e tyre do t\u00eb ve\u00e7onim hadithin ku Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam) thot\u00eb: \u201cKur t\u00eb hyj\u00eb h\u00ebna e Dhul-Hixhes dhe ndonj\u00ebri prej jush d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb kurban, mos t\u00eb pres\u00eb thonjt\u00eb dhe qimet (n\u00eb trupin e tij)!\u201d (Transmetoi Muslimi.)<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb dijetar\u00ebt duke u bazuar n\u00eb argumente t\u00eb ndryshme kan\u00eb vendosur disa rregulla p\u00ebr kurbanin e bajramit t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>1-) Kur t\u00eb hyj\u00eb h\u00ebna e re e Dhul-hixhes personi i cili ka vendosur t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb kurban nuk duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb pres\u00eb thonjt\u00eb ose t\u00eb heq\u00eb apo shkurtoj\u00eb qimet kudo qofshin ato n\u00eb trupin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>2-) Nuk duhet q\u00eb kafsha e ve\u00e7uar p\u00ebr kurban t\u00eb qethet, sepse leshi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kafsh\u00ebs e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb destinuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb adhurim t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket qum\u00ebshtit t\u00eb saj disa dijetar\u00eb si Imam Ebu Hanife dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se nuk lejohet t\u00eb milet, kurse Imam Shafiu dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr e dijetar\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit se qum\u00ebshti duhet t\u00eb milet, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe mund t\u2019i sjell\u00eb d\u00ebm kafsh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>3-) Kafsha e kurbanit duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e majme dhe jo n\u00eb mosh\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Deveja p\u00ebr shembull, duhet t\u2019i ket\u00eb mbushur pes\u00eb vjet, lopa duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar dy vjet, dhia duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar vitin, kurse delja s\u00eb paku t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjasht\u00eb muajsh.<\/p>\n<p>4-) Deveja dhe lop\u00ebt vlejn\u00eb p\u00ebr shtat\u00eb persona nd\u00ebrsa delja dhe dhia p\u00ebr nj\u00eb person. Personat jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm dhe nuk futen n\u00eb num\u00ebrim familjar\u00ebt e tij. Pra nj\u00eb dele mjafton si kurban p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes, si\u00e7 tregohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith autentik q\u00eb e transmeton Tirmidhiu nga Ebu Ejjub el-Ensari.<\/p>\n<p>5-) Kafsha e ve\u00e7uar p\u00ebr kurban duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb fizikisht dhe pa t\u00eb meta t\u00eb dukshme n\u00eb trupin e saj. Ajo nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e s\u00ebmur\u00eb, e verb\u00ebr ose e \u00e7al\u00eb. Nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb me vesh\u00eb t\u00eb prera ose t\u00eb shqyera, \u00a0nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb me bisht t\u00eb k\u00ebputur ose t\u00eb prer\u00eb, si dhe mos t\u00eb ket\u00eb brir\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebputur ose t\u00eb thyer. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket disa t\u00eb metave fizike t\u00eb vogla tek vesh\u00ebt apo gjetk\u00eb nuk prish pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se kafsha e kurbanit b\u00ebhet m\u00eb ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb met\u00eb pasi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7uar p\u00ebr kurban, nuk prish pun\u00eb sipas Imam Shafiut, kurse Imam Ebu Hanife thot\u00eb se ajo kafsh\u00eb nuk vlen m\u00eb p\u00ebr kurban.<\/p>\n<p>6-) Kurbani theret pas namazit t\u00eb bajramit dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm n\u00ebse theret para namazit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam) kur pa se Ebu Burde kish therur kurbanin para namazit t\u00eb bajramit, e urdh\u00ebroi q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb kurban tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tij. (Transmetoi Buhariu).<\/p>\n<p>Koha e kurbanit fillon q\u00eb pas namazit t\u00eb Bajramit dhe vazhdon deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt para se t\u00eb per\u00ebndoj\u00eb dielli. K\u00ebto dit\u00eb quhen dit\u00ebt e teshrikut.<\/p>\n<p>7-) \u00cbsht\u00eb e p\u00eblqyeshme q\u00eb \u00e7do njeri ta ther\u00eb vet\u00eb Kurbanin e tij, si\u00e7 ka vepruar Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam), por n\u00ebse dikush nuk di t\u00eb ther\u00eb, ose nuk ka mund\u00ebsi, mund t\u2019ia l\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb dikujt tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e domosdoshme q\u00eb kurbani t\u00eb theret me emrin e Allahut, pra gjat\u00eb therjes t\u00eb thuhet \u201cBismilah\u201d si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00eblqyeshme q\u00eb pas saj t\u00eb thuhet edhe \u201cAllahu ekber\u201d, ose mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cBismilah, o Zot pranoje k\u00ebt\u00eb kurban nga filani (p\u00ebrmend emrin e tij) dhe familja e tij!\u201d Q\u00eb t\u00eb dyja format jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuara n\u00eb hadithe t\u00eb sakta.<\/p>\n<p>9-) Nuk lejohet q\u00eb kasapit t\u2019i jepet si hak pune l\u00ebkura e kurbanit ose di\u00e7 tjet\u00ebr prej tij, por mund t\u2019i jepet di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr si shp\u00ebrblim. L\u00ebkura mund t\u00eb dhurohet por jo t\u00eb shitet. E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb vlen edhe p\u00ebr mishin.<\/p>\n<p>10-) Lejohet q\u00eb gruaja e pasur t\u00eb pres\u00eb kurban nga pasuria e saj dhe t\u2019ia jap\u00eb mishin si sadaka burrit dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, kur k\u00ebta nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb vet\u00eb kurbanin.<\/p>\n<p>11-) Dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm kan\u00eb k\u00ebshilluar q\u00eb mishi i kurbanit t\u00eb ndahet n\u00eb tri pjes\u00eb; nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebr vete, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb jepet sadaka dhe nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb dhurohet, pasi Allahu n\u00eb Kur\u2019an thot\u00eb: \u201cHani prej mishit t\u00eb tyre dhe ushqeni at\u00eb q\u00eb lyp dhe at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk lyp!\u201d (Suretu El-Haxh 36)\u00a0 Pra ata persona q\u00eb nuk lypin, ata jan\u00eb nevojtar\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e shfaqin veten e tyre. Njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb till\u00ebve u dhurohet mishi (kryesisht farefisit dhe fqinj\u00ebve), kurse atyre q\u00eb lypin u jepet n\u00eb form\u00eb sadakaje, sepse e pranojn\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre rregullave, musliman\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb parasysh dhe kujdesin q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebr kafsh\u00ebn dhe m\u00ebshir\u00ebn ndaj tyre. Profeti (alejhi salatu ue selam) ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKur t\u00eb therni, b\u00ebjeni at\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, mpriheni tehun e thik\u00ebs dhe rehatojeni kafsh\u00ebn n\u00eb therje!\u201d (Transmetoi Muslimi).<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb burr\u00eb iu drejtua Profetit (alejhi salatu ue selam) me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut!
