Mir\u00ebpo n\u00ebse emri i tij n\u00eb vetvete p\u00ebrmban ndonj\u00eb kuptim, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Islamin, at\u00ebher\u00eb detyrohet ndryshimi i tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\" align=\"center\">Shembull marrim emrin Abdulmesih (i cili do t\u00eb thot\u00eb rob i Mesihut), dhe shum\u00eb emra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb pas fjal\u00ebs Abd (Rob) i shtohet si shtojc\u00eb, e cila aludon n\u00eb t\u00eb qenit rob, por jo i Allahut azze ue xhel, si Abdushems, e Abdulmesih etj., dhe padyshim q\u00eb k\u00ebto emra jan\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin e Allahut azze ue xhel, dhe k\u00ebshtu detyrohet ndryshimi i tyre. Allahu ju shp\u00ebrbleft\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">P\u00ebrgjigje: N\u00eb rast se ekzistojn\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera, ku mundet t\u00eb praktikohet namazi, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk lejohet t\u00eb falet namazi n\u00eb kisha apo faltore t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb jomusliman\u00ebve, p\u00ebr shkak se ato jan\u00eb faltore, ku aty nuk adhurohet Allahu azze ue xhel, dhe brenda kan\u00eb piktura dhe skulptura. (Buhariu).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">KOMISIONI I P\u00cbRHERSH\u00cbM I FETVAVE<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">3- <strong>Jam nj\u00eb djalosh gjasht\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vje\u00e7ar dhe xhamin\u00eb e kam shum\u00eb af\u00ebr sht\u00ebpis\u00eb sime. N\u00ebse nj\u00ebri prej tyre ose t\u00eb dy arrijn\u00eb pleq\u00ebrin\u00eb te ti, mos u thuaj atyre as \u201cuh!\u201d, mos i kund\u00ebrshto, por drejtoju atyre me fjal\u00eb respekti. Pejgamberi, sal-lallahu alejhi ue selem, thot\u00eb: &#8220;Nuk ka d\u00ebgjueshm\u00ebri dhe n\u00ebnshtrim duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00ebkat Allahut, por n\u00ebnshtrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb mir\u00ebsi&#8221;. (Buhariu dhe Muslimi).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Namazi me xhemat \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim, prandaj nuk lejohet q\u00eb prindi ta ndaloj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb rritur nga kryerja e ndonj\u00eb detyrimi. Prindi detyrohet ta urdh\u00ebroj\u00eb dhe nxis\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb kryerjen e detyrimeve fetare, dhe kur e v\u00ebren se f\u00ebmija i tij i neglizhon detyrimet e veta, at\u00ebher\u00eb prindi duhet t\u00eb ndjej\u00eb se ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi ndaj tij dhe se do t\u00eb pyetet para Allahut Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes s\u00eb tij. Prandaj ai duhet t&#8217;i urdh\u00ebroj\u00eb dhe t\u2019i ndaloj\u00eb, t&#8217;i rikujtoj\u00eb p\u00ebr detyrimet e tyre fetare dhe p\u00ebr rrezikun e l\u00ebnies s\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb rast se prindi neglizhon detyrimet e tij q\u00eb ka ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, duke mos i urdh\u00ebruar n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe ndaluar nga e keqja, duke mos i nxitur n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb mira dhe duke i frik\u00ebsuar prej veprave t\u00eb k\u00ebqija, at\u00ebher\u00eb ata f\u00ebmij\u00eb nuk falen prej gjynaheve kur i neglizhojn\u00eb detyrimet dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00ebkate. N\u00eb rast se prindi i tejkalon kufijt\u00eb, duke e ndaluar birin e tij prej detyrimeve q\u00eb ai ka ndaj Allahut, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka n\u00ebnshtrim duke i b\u00ebr\u00eb Allahut m\u00ebkat. Kur prindi e urdh\u00ebron birin e tij n\u00eb l\u00ebnien e namazit me xhemat t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht ose pjes\u00ebrisht, ve\u00e7se e ka urdh\u00ebruar n\u00eb m\u00ebkat dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka n\u00ebnshtrim ndaj urdhrave t\u00eb tij, duke mos e neglizhuar sjelljen e mir\u00eb dhe bamir\u00ebsin\u00eb ndaj tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr sa i takon pyetjes t\u00ebnde, a lejohet t\u00eb shkosh fshehurazi n\u00eb namazin e Sabahut? Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr ty, por e d\u00ebmton prindin t\u00ebnd edhe at\u00eb duke mos e v\u00ebrejtur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen aspak. Prindi yt \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkatar derisa vazhdon t\u00eb ndalon t\u00eb dal\u00ebsh p\u00ebr ta falur namazin e Sabahut me xhemat, dhe dalja jote fshehurazi nuk e largon m\u00ebkatin prej atij. Ai vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb urdh\u00ebrues n\u00eb t\u00eb keqe dhe ndalues nga e mira, edhe kur ti del p\u00ebr n\u00eb namaz pa diturin\u00eb e tij. Pejgamberi, sal-lallahu alejhi ue selem ka th\u00ebn\u00eb:&#8221;T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ju jeni barinj e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jeni p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr kopen\u00eb tuaj&#8230; dhe burri \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes s\u00eb tij&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Allahu azze ue xhel t\u00eb ka urdh\u00ebruar ta ruash veten dhe familjen t\u00ebnde prej zjarrit t\u00eb Xhehenemit, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;O ju, q\u00eb besoni! Ruani veten dhe familjet tuaja nga zjarri, l\u00ebnda djeg\u00ebse e t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit dhe gur\u00ebt. At\u00eb e mbik\u00ebqyrin engj\u00ebj t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm e t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kurr\u00eb nuk i kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb urdhrat e Allahut, por i zbatojn\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb ato&#8221;. Tahrim\u00eb 6, dhe fjala e Allahut duke urdh\u00ebruar p\u00ebr namazin: &#8220;Urdh\u00ebroje familjen t\u00ebnde, q\u00eb t\u00eb fal\u00eb namazin dhe k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb! Ne nuk t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb ty ndonj\u00eb ushqim: jemi Ne q\u00eb t\u00eb ushqejm\u00eb! P\u00ebrfundimi i lumtur q\u00ebndron n\u00eb frik\u00ebn ndaj Allahut&#8221;. Taha 132.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Ib\u00ebn Kajimi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb thot\u00eb: Kush anashkalon m\u00ebsimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tij at\u00eb \u00e7ka i b\u00ebn dobi, dhe e len t\u00eb neglizhuar, vet\u00ebm se e ka ofenduar dhe d\u00ebmtuar shum\u00eb. Shum\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb jan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar prej prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb neglizhenc\u00ebs ndaj tyre, duke mos ua m\u00ebsuar detyrimet dhe sunetet fetare, prandaj i shkat\u00ebrruan t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl dhe nuk i b\u00ebn\u00eb dobi vetes, e as nuk i b\u00ebn\u00eb dobi prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre, kur u rrit\u00ebn. (Tuhfetul Uedud, faqe 229).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Ne t\u00eb drejtohemi me nj\u00eb pyetje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme: Ku je ti n\u00eb namazin e Sabahut!? A nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim edhe p\u00ebr ty t\u00eb falesh me xhemat!? A nuk je i detyruar q\u00eb t\u00eb jesh sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyr\u00eb p\u00ebr familjen t\u00ebnde dhe ta fal\u00ebsh namazin n\u00eb xhami me xhemat!? Ti kur e fal namazin me xhemat e kryen at\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ka detyruar Allahu, e ndihmon birin t\u00ebnd t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb xhami, dhe e ndihmon veten t\u00eb jesh i qet\u00eb, se biri jot nuk e kalon rrug\u00ebn vet\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Dije, o ti prind i nderuar, se Pejgamberi, sal-allahu alejhi ue selem, na ka lajm\u00ebruar se ai q\u00eb e fal namazin e Sabahut \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn mbrojtjen e Allahut. Pra, si frik\u00ebsohesh p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn mbrojtjen e Allahut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Na transmetohet prej Xhundub ib\u00ebn Abdullahut, se Pejgamberi, sal-lallahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;Kush e fal namazin e sabahut \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn mbrojtjen e Allahut, prandaj askush mos t\u2019i kund\u00ebrvihet k\u00ebsaj me di\u00e7ka, sepse kush i kund\u00ebrvihet k\u00ebsaj, Allahu do ta arrij\u00eb at\u00eb, dhe pastaj do ta gjuaj\u00eb me fytyr\u00eb n\u00eb zjarr t\u00eb Xhehenemit&#8221;. Dhe n\u00eb fund, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet tona a konsiderohen shoq\u00ebrore dhe a \u00ebsht\u00eb e lejuar ajo shoq\u00ebri?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">P\u00ebrgjigje: Nuk lejohet q\u00eb nj\u00eb musliman apo muslimane t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb shok apo shoqe prej jobesimtar\u00ebve, se Allahu azze ue xhel e ka ndaluar kultivimin e simpatis\u00eb ndaj jobesimtar\u00ebve, miq\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin me ata. Allahu azze ue xhel thot\u00eb: &#8220;Nuk gjen njer\u00ebz, q\u00eb besojn\u00eb n\u00eb Allahun dhe n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Fundit, q\u00eb t\u00eb ushqejn\u00eb dashuri ndaj atyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb Allahun dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e tij, edhe n\u00eb qofshin ata et\u00ebrit e tyre ose bijt\u00eb e tyre, ose v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tyre, ose farefisi i tyre. Allahu ka skalitur besimin n\u00eb zemrat e tyre dhe i ka fuqizuar ata me shpalljen e Vet. Ai do t\u2019i shpjer\u00eb ata n\u00eb kopshte, n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat rrjedhin lumenj e ku do t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb. Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me ata, por edhe ata do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur me T\u00eb. Ata jan\u00eb Pala e Allahut dhe me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb Pala e Allahut do t\u00eb jet\u00eb fitues&#8221;. Muxhadeleh 22, dhe thot\u00eb: &#8220;O besimtar\u00eb! Mos i b\u00ebni miq e mbrojt\u00ebs hebrenjt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt! Ata jan\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Allahu i do t\u00eb drejt\u00ebt&#8221;. Mumtehine 8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Dijetari i njohur Abdurrahman Sadi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, n\u00eb komentin e k\u00ebtij ajeti thot\u00eb: &#8220;S&#8217;ju ndalon Allahu prej respektimit, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve, shp\u00ebrblimit n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ndaj jobesimtar\u00ebve, prej t\u00eb af\u00ebrmve tuaj dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, derisa nuk i takojn\u00eb atyre q\u00eb ju luftojn\u00eb n\u00eb fe dhe ju largojn\u00eb prej vendbanimeve tuaja. Prandaj s&#8217;ka gj\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes jush, se marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jan\u00eb t\u00eb lejuara&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">-Mjetet e davetit jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta dhe t\u00eb llojllojshme, prej tyre:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">1- Dialogu i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb: Duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohemi n\u00eb qart\u00ebsimin e mir\u00ebsive t\u00eb Islamit, qart\u00ebsimin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb teuhidit, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e besimit dhe porosis\u00eb s\u00eb Muhamedit, sal-lallahu alejhi ue selem, pastaj duhet t\u00eb qart\u00ebsohet se fet\u00eb e tjera jasht\u00eb Islamit jan\u00eb t\u00eb kota, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb devijimit, ndryshimit dhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimit q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb jobesimtar\u00ebt me librat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">2- Dhurata e librave dhe e botimeve q\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr Islamin dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr pranimin e tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">3- Udh\u00ebzimi i t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve p\u00ebr faqe t\u00eb posa\u00e7me interneti, q\u00eb e qart\u00ebsojn\u00eb Islamin dhe thirrjen n\u00eb t\u00eb, pastaj p\u00ebrgjigjet ndaj dyshimeve t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve dhe diskutimi i atyre me at\u00eb \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">N\u00eb fund, ju porosis se thirr\u00ebsi n\u00eb Islam duhet t\u00eb zot\u00ebroj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrish dituri dhe besim t\u00eb fort\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb ballafaqohet me dyshimet dhe epshet, ose t\u2019ia liroj\u00eb vendin tjetrit, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb se ai, se n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn do t\u00eb rrezikoj\u00eb fen\u00eb e vet. Allahu e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">MUHAMED SALIH EL MUNEXHID<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">5- <strong>I nderuari hoxh\u00eb, un\u00eb jam nj\u00eb muslimane prej Bullgaris\u00eb dhe shteti im shum\u00eb vite me radh\u00eb ka qen\u00eb n\u00ebn sundim komunist. Allahu ju shp\u00ebrbleft\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">S\u00eb pari, e fal\u00ebnderojm\u00eb Allahun azze ue xhel, q\u00eb ju largoi prej atij sistemi komunist t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb e zullumqar, i cili\u00a0 dyzet vite me radh\u00eb i shtypi musliman\u00ebt, i shkat\u00ebrroi xhamit\u00eb, e disa prej tyre i shnd\u00ebrroi n\u00eb muze, i mbyll\u00ebn shkollat islame, musliman\u00ebve ua ndryshuan emrat, dhe identitetin\u00a0 e tyre islam e humb\u00ebn dhe e shkat\u00ebrruan. Por Allahu e ndihmon dhe e p\u00ebrsos drit\u00ebn e Vet, edhe n\u00ebse k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb e urrejn\u00eb jobesimtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Sistemi komunist i padrejt\u00eb dhe zullumqar u rr\u00ebzua n\u00eb vitin 1989. Musliman\u00ebt u g\u00ebzuan shum\u00eb, sepse u kthyen n\u00eb xhamit\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb vjetra, q\u00eb t&#8217;i nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb dhe riparojn\u00eb ato, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt iu kthyen m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kuranit, dhe n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt u paraqit p\u00ebrs\u00ebri mbulesa islame. E lusim Allahu azze ue xhel q\u00eb t&#8217;i kthej\u00eb musliman\u00ebt n\u00eb fen\u00eb e Tij dhe t&#8217;i ndihmoj\u00eb, t&#8217;i b\u00ebj\u00eb krenar dhe armikun e tyre ta shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Brezat q\u00eb jan\u00eb rritur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb zullumqare s&#8217;kan\u00eb ditur gj\u00eb fare p\u00ebr Islamin, m\u00ebsimi fetar ka qen\u00eb i ndaluar, dep\u00ebrtimi i Kuranit dhe i librave islame ishte i ndaluar, dhe gj\u00ebja e vetme q\u00eb ata dinin ishte se ata i takojn\u00eb fes\u00eb Islame. Prandaj ata persona q\u00eb s&#8217;din\u00eb fare p\u00ebr dispozitat islame, detyrimet dhe adhurimet e tyre, nuk detyrohen t&#8217;i p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin, pra ato adhurime q\u00eb s\u2019i kan\u00eb vepruar. Muslimani q\u00eb s&#8217;ka mundur t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb dituri fetare, dhe tek ai s&#8217;kan\u00eb arritur dispozitat e sheriatit, at\u00ebher\u00eb ai musliman nuk detyrohet me asgj\u00eb, Allahu azze ue xhel thot\u00eb: &#8220;Allahu nuk e ngarkon ask\u00ebnd p\u00ebrtej fuqis\u00eb q\u00eb ka&#8221;. Bekare 286.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Ib\u00ebn Tejmije, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: &#8220;S&#8217;ka divergjenc\u00eb mes musliman\u00ebve, se ai musliman q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb vendet e kufrit (Darul kuf\u00ebr) dhe ai \u00ebsht\u00eb besimtar dhe s&#8217;ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb hixhret, s&#8217;i detyrohen atij dispozitat q\u00eb nuk mund t&#8217;i praktikoj\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb vend, se detyrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb sipas mund\u00ebsive. Po ashtu, nuk detyrohet edhe personi, i cili nuk e di dispozit\u00ebn e ndonj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje, si p.sh. n\u00eb rast se nuk e di se e ka detyrim faljen e namazit, dhe nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb nuk e fal, nuk i detyrohet p\u00ebrs\u00ebritja e namazeve q\u00eb nuk i ka falur. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb medhhebi i Ebu Hanifes, Dhahirive dhe nj\u00eb prej dy mendimeve n\u00eb medhhebin e imam Ahmedit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Po ashtu, ky rregull vlen edhe p\u00ebr detyrimet e tjera, si: agj\u00ebrimi i muajit t\u00eb Ramazanit, dh\u00ebnia e zeqatit etj. N\u00eb rast se personi nuk e di, se pirja e alkoolit \u00ebsht\u00eb haram, at\u00ebher\u00eb pir\u00ebsi i tij nuk d\u00ebnohet, dhe kjo me pajtimin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb musliman\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Por divergjenca mes dijetar\u00ebve si\u00e7 e cek\u00ebm m\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e namazeve. Baza dhe prejardhja e krejt k\u00ebsaj \u00ebsht\u00eb, se: a detyrohet me detyra ai q\u00eb nuk i di ligjet apo nuk detyrohet askush, deri sa ti m\u00ebsoj\u00eb? E v\u00ebrteta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb, se: Dispozita nuk pohohet p\u00ebrve\u00e7se pas mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb marrjes s\u00eb dituris\u00eb, dhe se nuk e p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit deri sa nuk e m\u00ebson detyrimin e saj. Transmetohet se ka pasur prej Sahab\u00ebve q\u00eb ka ngr\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb Ramazan pas lindjes s\u00eb diellit, deri sa i \u00ebsht\u00eb sqaruar koha e fillimit dhe e mbarimit t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit, dhe Pejgamberi, sal-lallahu alejhi ue selem, nuk e ka urdh\u00ebruar ta kompensoj\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb me nj\u00eb dit\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Disa prej tyre si Ebu Dheri, Omer ib\u00ebn Hatabi, Amari b\u00ebheshin xhunub dhe rrinin nj\u00eb koh\u00eb pa u falur, sepse nuk gjenin uj\u00eb duke mos e ditur se lejohet falja e namazit me tejemum, dhe Pejgamberi, sal-lallahu alejhi ue selem, nuk i urdh\u00ebroi ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin namazin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">S&#8217;ka dyshim se musliman\u00ebt e Mek\u00ebs n\u00eb fillim faleshin t\u00eb drejtuar kah Bejtul Makdisi, derisa arriti urdhri prej Allahut t\u00eb drejtohen nga Kibla, dhe s&#8217;u urdh\u00ebruan q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin namazin. K\u00ebsisoj raste jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta. Kjo p\u00ebrputhet me baz\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb selefi dhe shumica e dijetar\u00ebve, se: Allahu nuk e ngarkon ask\u00ebnd p\u00ebrtej fuqis\u00eb q\u00eb ka, dhe se detyrimi kusht\u00ebzohet me mund\u00ebsi, dhe se d\u00ebnimi nuk vjen vet\u00ebm se me l\u00ebnien e t\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar\u00ebs, ose veprimit t\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluar\u00ebs, pasi t&#8217;i b\u00ebhet i qart\u00eb argumenti&#8221;.
