Ky mospajtim mund t\u00eb themi se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb korniz\u00ebn e t\u00eb pranuar\u00ebs deri at\u00ebher\u00eb kur nuk bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin e Allahut, azze ue xhel. \u00c7do mospajtim q\u00eb bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Kur\u2019anin dhe Sunetin \u00ebsht\u00eb i urryer dhe i ndaluar.<\/p>\n<p>Duke e marr\u00eb parasysh se ky lloj i problematik\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft i gjall\u00eb, manifestim i realitetit t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs son\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme q\u00eb t\u2019i njohim shkaqet e k\u00ebtyre mospajtimeve dhe konflikteve q\u00eb t\u2019u ruhemi paraprakisht dhe t\u00eb pastrojm\u00eb dhe korrigjojm\u00eb veten n\u00ebse jemi zhytur n\u00eb ndonj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej tyre, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuojm\u00eb sadopak sinqerisht p\u00ebr shuarjen e konflikteve.<br \/>\nPrej shkaqeve t\u00eb cilat \u00e7ojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb mospajtim mes njer\u00ebzve mund t\u2019i num\u00ebrojm\u00eb si\u00e7 vijon:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mosdija<br \/>\nMosdija e natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tjetrit dhe synimeve t\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prej shkaqeve kryesore t\u00eb cilat \u00e7ojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb mospajtim. Njeriu i paditur \u00ebsht\u00eb armik i vetes dhe i t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe d\u00ebmi i tij n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i madh. Prandaj, Allahu, azze ue xhel, dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij, salallahu alejhi ue selem, i nxisin musliman\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb pajisen me dituri dhe ta largojn\u00eb injoranc\u00ebn prej vetes s\u00eb tyre. Imam Shafiu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thoshte se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bashk\u00ebbiseduesit e tij dijetar\u00eb i ka bindur me q\u00ebndrimet e tij, kurse n\u00eb kontakt me t\u00eb paditurit gjithmon\u00eb ka hasur n\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pasimi i epshit<br \/>\nPasimi i epshit mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shkak q\u00eb njeriu mos ta pranoj\u00eb realitetin apo t\u2019i mbroj\u00eb mendimet q\u00eb i p\u00eblqen vet\u00ebm se epshi i tij, qofshin ato t\u00eb sakta apo jo, edhe at\u00eb duke mos i interesuar fare se a do t\u00eb bie n\u00eb mospajtim apo jo.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu, azze ue xhel, thot\u00eb: \u201cO Davud, Ne t\u00eb kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00ebk\u00ebmb\u00ebs n\u00eb Tok\u00eb, prandaj gjyko nd\u00ebrmjet njer\u00ebzve me drejt\u00ebsi dhe mos shko pas d\u00ebshirave dhe tekave, se ato t\u00eb largojn\u00eb nga rruga e Allahut.\u201d (Sad: 26); \u201cKurse ai q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar madh\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Zotit t\u00eb tij dhe e ka frenuar veten nga d\u00ebshirat, pa dyshim q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebr streh\u00eb Xhenetin\u201d. (En-Naziat: 40-41); \u201cA e ke par\u00eb ti at\u00eb q\u00eb epshin e vet e ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebr zot? A do t\u2019i b\u00ebhesh mbrojt\u00ebs atij?\u201d (El-Furkan: 43)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mospajtimi n\u00eb natyr\u00eb, karakter, synime, d\u00ebshira!<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb mir\u00ebt anojn\u00eb nga e mira dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jan\u00eb unik\u00eb, derisa t\u00eb k\u00ebqijt\u00eb anojn\u00eb nga e keqja dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jan\u00eb unik\u00eb. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshti q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb pajtohen. Njeriu i mir\u00eb kurr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb pajtohet me dhun\u00ebn, as q\u00eb do ta duroj\u00eb, as q\u00eb mund ta toleroj\u00eb te tjetri dhe ka p\u00ebr obligim ta pamund\u00ebsoj\u00eb tiranin q\u00eb t\u00eb veproj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cShpirtrat e af\u00ebrm jan\u00eb unik\u00eb. Ata q\u00eb njihen bashkohen, kurse ata q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtohen, shp\u00ebrndahen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Polemikat dhe debatet<br \/>\nPolemikat dhe debatet e ndaluara jan\u00eb ato t\u00eb cilat synojn\u00eb mbrojtjen e interesave apo mendimeve personale dhe t\u00eb xhematit me \u00e7do kusht duke e mposhtur tjetrin me metoda t\u00eb ndryshme qofshin ato edhe djall\u00ebzore.<br \/>\nImam Maliku thot\u00eb: \u201cDebatet e ngurt\u00ebsojn\u00eb zemr\u00ebn dhe shkaktojn\u00eb pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi.\u201d<br \/>\nHasan el Basriu d\u00ebgjoi disa njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po debatonin mes tyre dhe tha: \u201cK\u00ebta jan\u00eb m\u00ebrzitur nga adhurimi, nuk e peshojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb flasin, e kan\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt devotshm\u00ebrin\u00eb, ndaj dhe flasin e debatojn\u00eb.\u201d<br \/>\nK\u00ebtu b\u00ebn p\u00ebrjashtim ai debat q\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb form\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedimi dashamir\u00ebs, duke ruajtur normat dhe etik\u00ebn e debatit si dhe duke pasur q\u00ebllim t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<br \/>\nAllahu, azze ue xhel, thot\u00eb: \u201cPolemizo me ta n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.\u201d (El-Ankebut: 46)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mendimi i keq p\u00ebr muslimanin dhe paragjykimi<br \/>\nKjo vjen si rezultat i mosbesimit tek t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt derisa mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb problemi deri n\u00eb at\u00eb grad\u00eb q\u00eb mos t\u2019i besoj\u00eb askujt dhe t\u00eb ket\u00eb mendim t\u00eb keq p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. Pas k\u00ebtij probleme q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb shum\u00eb s\u00ebmundje si mahnitja me vetveten, akuza e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr n\u00ebn\u00e7mim, etj.<br \/>\nAllahu, azze ue xhel, thot\u00eb: \u201cM\u00ebnjanoni shum\u00eb dyshime, se, v\u00ebrtet, disa dyshime jan\u00eb gjynah.\u201d (El-Huxhurat: 12)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cHiqeni prej vetes dyshimin (paramendimin e keq dhe rezultatin e tij), ngase ai \u00ebsht\u00eb veti nga m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Seid ib\u00ebn Musejeb, radijallahu anhu, thoshte: \u201cM\u00eb porosit\u00ebn disa v\u00ebllez\u00ebr musliman\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kem mendim t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr v\u00ebllain tim musliman, derisa t\u00eb del n\u00eb shesh e kund\u00ebrta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Smira, zilia e t\u00eb mirave te tjetri<\/p>\n<p>Ziliqar \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb kur ia sheh njer\u00ebzve begatit\u00eb q\u00eb u jan\u00eb paraqitur brengoset dhe shpreson e kujdeset q\u00eb ato t\u2019i humbin, nd\u00ebrsa kur i godet ndonj\u00eb sprov\u00eb dhe e keqe ai k\u00ebnaqet.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu, azze ue xhel, thot\u00eb: \u201cN\u00ebse ju vjen ndonj\u00eb e mir\u00eb, ata i brengos e, n\u00ebse ju gjen ndonj\u00eb e keqe, ata g\u00ebzohen, por n\u00ebse ju duroni dhe ruheni nga gjynahet, dinak\u00ebrit\u00eb e tyre nuk mund t\u2019ju d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb aspak. V\u00ebrtet Allahu ka dijeni p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb ata.\u201d (Ali Imran: 120)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cMos keni zili nj\u00ebri-tjetrin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Urrejtja dhe zem\u00ebrimi<\/p>\n<p>Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb veprim i gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb nxisin urrejtjen mes njer\u00ebzve prej fyerjeve, talljeve, p\u00ebrgojimeve, bartjeve t\u00eb fjal\u00ebve, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, thot\u00eb: \u201cMos u urreni, mos ia ktheni nj\u00ebri-tjetrit shpin\u00ebn dhe b\u00ebhuni rob\u00ebr t\u00eb Allahut, v\u00ebllez\u00ebr.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Rexheb el Hanbeli, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu i ka lavd\u00ebruar ata q\u00eb falin edhe kur jan\u00eb t\u00eb zem\u00ebruar, si\u00e7 shprehet n\u00eb ajetin: \u201cE kur zem\u00ebrohen, ata falin\u201d, sepse zem\u00ebrimi e shtyn njeriun t\u00eb mos mbaj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi dhe t\u00eb mos flas\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb at\u00eb moment ndodh largimi i zemrave dhe acarimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes musliman\u00ebve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mendjemadh\u00ebsia dhe n\u00ebn\u00e7mimi i t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, e k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon at\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e tij ka mendjemadh\u00ebsi se nuk do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb Xhenet. Thot\u00eb, salallahu alejhi ue selem: \u201cNuk do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb Xhenet ai, q\u00eb n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e tij ka nj\u00eb grimc\u00eb mendjemadh\u00ebsie.\u201d &#8211; Nj\u00eb prej burrave tha: O i D\u00ebrguar i Allahut, dikush d\u00ebshiron, q\u00eb rrobat dhe sandalet t\u2019i ket\u00eb t\u00eb bukura? &#8211; Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, tha: \u201cAllahu \u00ebsht\u00eb i bukur dhe e do t\u00eb bukur\u00ebn. Mendjemadh\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzimi i t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs dhe sjellja me arrogance ndaj njer\u00ebzve\u201d.<br \/>\nRefuzimi i t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs do t\u00eb thot\u00eb mospranimi i saj dhe refuzimi me mendjemadh\u00ebsi i atij, q\u00eb e thot\u00eb at\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa sjellja me arroganc\u00eb ndaj njer\u00ebzve b\u00ebhet duke i posht\u00ebruar dhe p\u00ebrbuzur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Thashethemet, p\u00ebrgojimi, zbulimi i t\u00eb metave dhe bartja e fjal\u00ebve nga nj\u00ebri tek tjetri<br \/>\nK\u00ebto shkaqe ndikojn\u00eb negativisht n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet midis njer\u00ebzve duke shkaktuar ftohjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve, duke i mbushur zemrat me pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi, duke nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb lidhje dhe duke ndar\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit.<br \/>\nAllahu, azze ue xhel, thot\u00eb: \u201cMos e spiunoni dhe mos e p\u00ebrgojoni nj\u00ebri-tjetrin! Mos vall\u00eb d\u00ebshiron ndokush prej jush t\u00eb haj\u00eb mishin e v\u00ebllait t\u00eb vet t\u00eb vdekur?! Sigurisht q\u00eb ju do ta urrenit k\u00ebt\u00eb! Kijeni frik\u00eb Allahun!\u201d (El-Huxhurat: 12)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk hyn n\u00eb Xhenet thashethemexhiu\u201d, dhe po ashtu thot\u00eb: \u201cMos u merrni me t\u00eb metat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve (as kur k\u00ebto i mbani n\u00eb vete e as kur ato doni t\u2019i publikoni).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Imam Maliku, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cKam takuar n\u00eb Medine njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk kishin t\u00eb meta, por kur filluan t\u00eb merren me t\u00eb metat e tjer\u00ebve, at\u00ebher\u00eb vet u b\u00ebn\u00eb me t\u00eb meta. Po ashtu kam takuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb meta, por kur hesht\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb metat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, Allahu ia mbuloi t\u00eb metat e tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pushteti, postet dhe autoriteti<br \/>\nShpeshher\u00eb konfliktet mes njer\u00ebzve ndodhin p\u00ebr poste dhe autoritet, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb garojn\u00eb qoft\u00eb edhe duke shkelur vlerat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, madje duke p\u00ebrdorur mas\u00ebn e gjer\u00eb naive p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur interesa t\u00eb ngushta personale, gj\u00eb e cila \u00e7on n\u00eb urrejtjen mes njer\u00ebzve dhe n\u00eb pengimin e p\u00ebrparimit t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb e meritojn\u00eb, duke i penguar edhe njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb prej tyre. Allahu, azze ue xhel, thot\u00eb: \u201cVall\u00eb, a i kan\u00eb zili njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr mir\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb Allahu u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb atyre?!\u201d (En-Nisa: 54)<br \/>\nPejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKur t\u2019i lihet \u00e7\u00ebshtja n\u00eb dor\u00eb atyre q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, prite Kiametin\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mospajtimi n\u00eb q\u00ebndrime dhe mendime, eksluziviteti medh\u2019hebor dhe fanatizmi pas dikujt apo di\u00e7kaje p\u00ebrve\u00e7 s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb ndaj nj\u00eb grupi, fisi, partie apo nj\u00eb personi t\u00eb caktuar<br \/>\nKjo i b\u00ebn ata t\u00eb shkelin parimet e ligj\u00ebruara nga Allahu dhe t\u00eb duan apo t\u00eb urrejn\u00eb, t\u00eb miq\u00ebsojn\u00eb apo t\u00eb armiq\u00ebsojn\u00eb dik\u00eb sipas fanatizmit t\u00eb tyre.<br \/>\nIb\u00ebn Tejmijje, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cNuk i takon askujt q\u00eb t\u00eb caktoj\u00eb nj\u00eb figur\u00eb &#8211; kushdo qoft\u00eb ai- dhe t\u00eb doj\u00eb apo t\u00eb urrej\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrputhjes me t\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe vepra, sepse p\u00ebrndryshe do jet\u00eb nga ata q\u00eb Allahu i ka cil\u00ebsuar duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cAta t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e p\u00ebr\u00e7an\u00eb fen\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb grupime, ku secili i g\u00ebzohet ides\u00eb s\u00eb tij.\u201d<br \/>\nNuk i takon askujt q\u00eb t\u00eb th\u00ebrras\u00eb n\u00eb di\u00e7ka apo ta besoj\u00eb at\u00eb vet\u00ebm pse e ka th\u00ebn\u00eb dikush nga ata q\u00eb ai i do, por le t\u00eb th\u00ebrras\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb nga ato \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb i ka urdh\u00ebruar Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Risit\u00eb dhe shpikjet n\u00eb fe<br \/>\nKjo vjen duke folur p\u00ebr fen\u00eb e Allahut at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u00e7ka shkakton reagimin e pasuesve t\u00eb Sunetit n\u00eb mbrojtjen e fes\u00eb nga devijimet, q\u00eb t\u00eb ruhet e past\u00ebr ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur.<br \/>\nIb\u00ebn Batah, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cShpik\u00ebsit n\u00eb fe dalin nga uniteti n\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arje, nga rregullsia n\u00eb \u00e7oroditje, nga mir\u00ebkuptimi n\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje, nga p\u00ebrputhja n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtime, nga dashuria n\u00eb urrejtje, nga k\u00ebshilla dhe dashamir\u00ebsia n\u00eb mashtrim dhe armiq\u00ebsi.\u201d<br \/>\nK\u00ebto ishin disa nga shkaqet e mospajtimit midis njer\u00ebzve. Nuk duhet harruar faktin se shfaqja dhe faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb shfaqjen e tyre ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme apo t\u00eb ken\u00eb ndonj\u00eb prapavij\u00eb t\u00eb fshehur. Mir\u00ebpo sidoqoft\u00eb, kur shpirtrat p\u00ebrplasen, plag\u00ebt hapen dhe mendimet largohen, at\u00ebher\u00eb njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr\u00e7ahen dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb Umeti dob\u00ebsohet, nd\u00ebrsa armiku i Islamit forcohet.<br \/>\nAllahu, azze ue xhel, thot\u00eb: \u201cT\u00eb gjith\u00eb mbahuni fort p\u00ebr litarin e Allahut (Kur\u2019anin) dhe mos u p\u00ebr\u00e7ani! Kujtoni dhuntin\u00eb e Allahut p\u00ebr ju, sepse, kur ishit n\u00eb armiq\u00ebsi, Ai i pajtoi zemrat tuaja e, n\u00eb saje t\u00eb dhuntis\u00eb s\u00eb Tij, u b\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebr. Dhe ju ishit buz\u00eb gremin\u00ebs s\u00eb zjarrit, nd\u00ebrsa Ai ju shp\u00ebtoi prej saj.
