Allahu p\u00ebr ju i ligj\u00ebsoi ligjet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, n\u00eb t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e juaj e la shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimin dhe p\u00ebrhapjen e selamit e b\u00ebri nj\u00eb prej ligjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb i ligj\u00ebsoi. Selami \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e musliman\u00ebve dhe e melaqeve dhe e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb Xhenetit dhe p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja e besimtar\u00ebve at\u00eb dit\u00eb kur do ta takojn\u00eb Zotin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu i urdh\u00ebroi musliman\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeten mes vete kur t\u00eb hyn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e nj\u00ebri-tjetrit dhe tha: \u201cO ju besimtar\u00eb! Mos hyni n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e huaja pa marr\u00eb leje e pa i p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur banuesit e tyre\u201d. (En-Nur: 27); \u201cKur t\u00eb hyni n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetni nj\u00ebri-tjetrin me p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje t\u00eb mir\u00eb e t\u00eb bukur nga Allahu\u201d. (En-Nur: 61)<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu urdh\u00ebroi me dh\u00ebnien e selamit gjat\u00eb takimeve me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cN\u00ebse e takon dikush v\u00ebllain e vet, le t\u2019i jap selam, e n\u00ebse n\u00eb mes tyre ka ndonj\u00eb pem\u00eb, mur apo gur e pastaj e takon le t\u2019i jap\u00eb atij selam\u201d.<br \/>\nPo ashtu ligj\u00ebsohet dh\u00ebnia e selamit gjat\u00eb ardhjes dhe fillimit t\u00eb uljes, dhe gjat\u00eb ngritjes dhe largimit prej mexhlisit. Ebu Hurejra, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, thot\u00eb se Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKur ndonj\u00ebri prej jush vjen n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb grupim, t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes\u00eb me selam, dhe kur d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb largohet, le t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes\u00eb prap\u00eb me selam. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm se i fundit\u201d.<br \/>\nSunet \u00ebsht\u00eb ta p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes\u00eb kalor\u00ebsi k\u00ebmb\u00ebsorin, k\u00ebmb\u00ebsori t\u00eb ulurin, pakica shumic\u00ebn, i vogli t\u00eb rriturin, dhe forma e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjes p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e fillon \u00ebsht\u00eb: \u201cEs selamu alejkum ue rahmetullahi ue bereketuhu\u201d, kurse p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb i p\u00ebrgjigjet \u00ebsht\u00eb: \u201cUe alejkumu selam ue rahmetullahi ue bereketuhu\u201d. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb forma m\u00eb e mir\u00eb, por edhe n\u00ebse e shkurton ai q\u00eb e jep vet\u00ebm se n\u00eb \u201cEs selamu alejkum\u201d, dhe ai q\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet vet\u00ebm se n\u00eb \u201cUe alejkumu selam\u201d lejohet, por m\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb kur t\u2019ia kthej\u00eb t\u00eb shton n\u00eb form\u00eb si\u00e7 thot\u00eb edhe Allahu, azze ue xhel: \u201cKur ju p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet dikush me respekt, kthejani me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb ose n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb\u201d. (En-Nisa: 86)<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Kethiri, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, kur e komenton k\u00ebt\u00eb ajet thot\u00eb: \u201cKur t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet nj\u00eb musliman p\u00ebrgjigju atij me m\u00eb mir\u00eb duke shtuar n\u00eb form\u00eb ose p\u00ebrgjigju ashtu si t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti\u201d. Teprica apo shtimi n\u00eb form\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00eblqyer, nd\u00ebrsa ngjasimi \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrues q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se fillimi me selam \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00eblqyer, kurse p\u00ebrgjigjja apo kthimi i tij detyrim dhe duhet patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb jet\u00eb me fjal\u00ebn \u201cSelam\u201d.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjet si, mir\u00ebm\u00ebngjesi dhe mir\u00ebdita, nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjen me selam. Njeriu duhet patjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ta shqipton selamin dhe nuk mjafton shenja me dor\u00eb apo me kok\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak ndales\u00ebs q\u00eb ka ardhur n\u00eb hadithin t\u00eb cilin e p\u00ebrcjell Amru ib\u00ebn Shuajb, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, prej gjyshit t\u00eb tij dhe ky i fundit prej Pejgamberit, alejhi salatu ue selam, i cili ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cNuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prej nesh ai i cili i p\u00ebrngjason t\u00eb huajt, mos i p\u00ebrngjasoni \u00e7ifut\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve. P\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja e \u00e7ifut\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb shenja me gishta, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja e krishter\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja me dor\u00eb\u201d.<br \/>\nPor n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeturi shurdh apo \u00ebsht\u00eb larg e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb nuk ka problem n\u00ebse e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet me shenj\u00eb dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht duke e shqiptuar selamin.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja me selam \u00ebsht\u00eb prej t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb musliman\u00ebve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjella dhe duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeten mes veti. Jobesimtar\u00ebve nuk lejohet q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndesim me selam, por n\u00ebse ata fillojn\u00eb me selam, u themi: \u201cUe alejkum\u201d, duke u bazuar n\u00eb hadithin t\u00eb cilin e transmeton Ebu Hurejra, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, se Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cMos filloni t\u00eb par\u00ebt me selam ndaj krishter\u00ebve dhe \u00e7ifut\u00ebve, dhe n\u00ebse e takoni n\u00eb rrug\u00eb ndonj\u00ebrin prej tyre detyrojeni ata q\u00eb tu p\u00ebrmbahen an\u00ebve t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs\u201d.<br \/>\nEnesi, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, p\u00ebrcjell se Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cN\u00ebse ju p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndesin juve t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt dhe \u00e7ifut\u00ebt thuajuni atyre: \u201cUe alejkum\u201d.<br \/>\nO musliman\u00eb, dijeni Allahu ju m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb se ka koh\u00ebra dhe vende ku nuk ligj\u00ebsohet n\u00eb to dh\u00ebnia e selamit, prej saj:<br \/>\nKur njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb duke e kryer nevoj\u00ebn e vog\u00ebl apo t\u00eb madhe, apo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb tualet, pastaj gjat\u00eb hutbes s\u00eb Xhumas\u00eb nuk lejohet q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetet xhemati kur e d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb hutben, p\u00ebr shkak se ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar t\u00eb mos flasin dhe n\u00ebse i p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet ndonj\u00ebri nuk lejohet q\u00eb t\u2019ia kthejn\u00eb selamin.<br \/>\nPo ashtu, gjat\u00eb leximit t\u00eb Kur\u2019anit lexuesit nuk i jepet selam kur lexon. Ajo \u00e7ka e meriton t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet dhe t\u2019ia t\u00ebrheqim v\u00ebrejtjen \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja e njer\u00ebzve me dor\u00eb pas namazeve detyruese dhe vullnetare. Kjo p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje nuk ligj\u00ebsohet dhe n\u00ebse njeriu vazhdon n\u00eb veprimin e saj kalon n\u00eb risi. N\u00ebse e vepron at\u00eb p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb shkak si kur e takon ndonj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb cilin nuk e ka par\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb apo ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb i flet p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka, kjo lejohet dhe nuk ka gj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja me dor\u00eb gjat\u00eb takimit \u00ebsht\u00eb Sunet i p\u00eblqyer dhe i k\u00ebrkuar. Bera ib\u00ebn Azib, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, p\u00ebrcjell se Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cNuk takohen dy musliman\u00eb e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebn me dor\u00eb vet\u00ebm se iu falen m\u00ebkatet, para se t\u00eb ndahen\u201d.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrkulja gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjes ndalohet edhe at\u00eb duke u bazuar n\u00eb hadithin t\u00eb cilin e sh\u00ebnon Tirmidhiu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, n\u00eb librin e tij se \u00ebsht\u00eb pyetur Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, se a lejohet p\u00ebrkulja gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjes? \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur se nuk lejohet. P\u00ebrkulja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj rukue, nd\u00ebrsa rukua dhe sexhdeja nuk lejohen vet\u00ebm se p\u00ebr Allahun.<br \/>\nSa i takon dispozit\u00ebs s\u00eb ngritjes p\u00ebr selam ose p\u00ebr respekt t\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu i cili vjen prej rruge apo hyn n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb mexhlis lejohet. Kurse ngritja n\u00eb shenj\u00eb respekti t\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu e jo p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjes s\u00eb tij, si\u00e7 u ngrihet mbret\u00ebrve, kryetar\u00ebve, etj., derisa ata t\u00eb ulen, apo si\u00e7 i urdh\u00ebrojn\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb ngrihen kur ata hyn n\u00eb klas\u00eb apo kur vjen ndonj\u00eb vizitor n\u00eb klas\u00eb, kjo nuk lejohet. Ib\u00ebn Tejmije, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk ka qen\u00eb tradita e t\u00eb par\u00ebve tan\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Pejgamberit, alejhi salatu ue selam, dhe periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb halifeve t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, t\u2019i ngrihen n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb Pejgamberit, alejhi salatu ue selam, dhe halifeve pas tij si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb tradit\u00eb sot ku njer\u00ebzit u ngrihen n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit\u201d.<br \/>\nMadje Enes ib\u00ebn Malik, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, thot\u00eb se nuk ka pasur krijes\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb dashur tek ne se Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, mir\u00ebpo askush prej sahab\u00ebve kur e shihte nuk iu ngritke n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se ai e urrente at\u00eb.<br \/>\nNdoshta jan\u00eb ngritur p\u00ebr at\u00eb njeri i cili ka ardhur prej rruge q\u00eb ta presin si\u00e7 transmetohet se Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur p\u00ebr Ikramen, dhe u ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ensar\u00ebve kur erdhi Sad ib\u00ebn Muadhi, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb: \u201cNgrihuni dhe priteni udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin e juaj\u201d. Prandaj musliman\u00ebt duhet t\u2019i pasojn\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se jan\u00eb gjenerata m\u00eb e mir\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzimit dhe na kan\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar q\u00eb t\u2019i pasojm\u00eb ata.<br \/>\nO ju rob\u00ebr t\u00eb Allahut!<br \/>\nKur njeriu p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet me selam apo i d\u00ebrgohet selami prej nj\u00eb njeriu tjet\u00ebr i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prezent aty detyrohet q\u00eb t\u2019ia kthej\u00eb dhe n\u00ebse p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesi detyrohet t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u201cUe alejhi selam\u201d. N\u00ebse p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ndonj\u00eb shkrimi apo letre, kur ta lexon duhet t\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cUe alejkum selam\u201d.<br \/>\nO musliman\u00eb, frikojuni Allahut dhe p\u00ebrhapeni selamin mes jush p\u00ebr arsye se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb shkak i shum\u00eb mir\u00ebsive dhe i ringjalljes s\u00eb Sunetit dhe i largimit t\u00eb eg\u00ebrsis\u00eb mes njer\u00ebzve. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb prej fjal\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira dhe t\u00eb folurit m\u00eb t\u00eb bukur dhe Allahu p\u00ebr t\u00eb tha: \u201cKur t\u00eb hyni n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetni nj\u00ebri-tjetrin me p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetje t\u00eb mir\u00eb e t\u00eb bukur nga Allahu\u201d. (En-Nur: 61)<\/p>\n<p>O ju njer\u00ebz, kapuni p\u00ebr veprat e mira dhe virtytet e larta t\u00eb moralit dhe dijeni se p\u00ebrhapja e selamit mes jush \u00ebsht\u00eb shkak i shum\u00eb fryteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, prej saj:<br \/>\n-\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prej shkaqeve p\u00ebr hyrjen e njeriut n\u00eb Xhenet.<br \/>\nPejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cO ju njer\u00ebz, p\u00ebrhapeni selamin, ushqeni nevojtar\u00ebt, mbani lidhjet farefisnore dhe faluni nat\u00ebn kur njer\u00ebzit tjer\u00eb flen\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb t\u00eb hyni n\u00eb Xhenet\u201d.<br \/>\n-\u00cbsht\u00eb shkak i cili mbjell dashuri n\u00eb zem\u00ebr mes njer\u00ebzve.<br \/>\nPejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk do t\u00eb hyni n\u00eb Xhenet derisa t\u00eb besoni dhe nuk do t\u00eb besoni derisa t\u00eb mos duheni n\u00eb mes vete. A nuk d\u00ebshironi t\u2019ju udh\u00ebzoj n\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb, n\u00ebse e b\u00ebni at\u00eb do t\u00eb duheni n\u00eb mes vete?
