Allahu, azze ue xhel, thot\u00eb: \u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Faltorja e par\u00eb e ngritur p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo n\u00eb Bekk\u00eb (Mek\u00eb), e bekuar dhe udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyese p\u00ebr popujt. N\u00eb t\u00eb ka shenja t\u00eb qarta (q\u00eb jan\u00eb): vendi i Ibrahimit (mekami Ibrahim); (fakti q\u00eb) kush hyn n\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i sigurt; dhe vizita (p\u00ebr haxh) e k\u00ebsaj Faltoreje (e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb detyr\u00eb) p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb ka mund\u00ebsi ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb rrug\u00ebn. E kush nuk beson, Allahu nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ask\u00ebnd\u201d. (Ali Imran: 96-97)<\/p>\n<p>Prej kuptimit t\u00eb ajetit dijetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb konstatuar se Haxhi \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim p\u00ebr \u00e7do musliman dhe ai i cili e mohon k\u00ebt\u00eb dispozit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb qafir me unanimitet t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve. Allahu, azze ue xhel, i drejtohet t\u00eb dashurit t\u00eb Tij Ibrahimit, alejhi selam, duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cThirri njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr haxhill\u00ebk\u201d. (El-Haxh: 27)<\/p>\n<p>Muhamedi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, thot\u00eb: \u201cIslami \u00ebsht\u00eb i ngritur mbi pes\u00eb bazamente: D\u00ebshmia se nuk i takon adhurimi askujt me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb vet\u00ebm se Allahut dhe se Muhamedi \u00ebsht\u00eb rob dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij, pastaj falja e namazit, dh\u00ebnia e zeqatit, agj\u00ebrimi i Ramazanit dhe shkuarja n\u00eb Haxh, p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb ka mund\u00ebsi ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb rrug\u00ebn\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i th\u00ebnies \u201cp\u00ebr k\u00ebdo q\u00eb ka mund\u00ebsi ta p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb rrug\u00ebn\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb: kush ka ushqim t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb merr me vete dhe t\u2019i le familjes derisa t\u00eb kthehet dhe t\u00eb posedoj\u00eb mjet transporti i cili do ta \u00e7oj\u00eb deri n\u00eb Qabe dhe do ta kthej\u00eb deri n\u00eb vatanin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ligj\u00ebsimin e Haxhit gjejm\u00eb urt\u00ebsi, dhe urt\u00ebsin\u00eb e ligj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb saj na e qart\u00ebson Allahu, azze ue xhel, ku thot\u00eb: \u201cQ\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb dobit\u00eb e tyre dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendin Emrin e Allahut n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e caktuara mbi kafsh\u00ebt (p\u00ebr kurban), t\u00eb cilat ua ka dhuruar Ai. Hani nga ato (mishin) dhe ushqeni nevojtarin e varf\u00ebr! Pastaj, haxhinjt\u00eb le t\u00eb pastrojn\u00eb trupin e tyre, le t\u2019i kryejn\u00eb zotimet e tyre dhe le t\u2019i vijn\u00eb rrotull Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb lasht\u00eb\u201d. (El-Haxh: 27-29)<\/p>\n<p>Dobia e Haxhit pra, i kthehet vet\u00ebm haxhiut e jo Allahut, azze ue xhel, p\u00ebr shkak se: \u201cAllahu nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ask\u00ebnd\u201d. (Ali Imran: 97) Ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nevojtar\u00eb p\u00ebr haxhiler\u00eb, por ata kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr At\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Urt\u00ebsia e vonimit t\u00eb detyrimit t\u00eb Haxhit krahas namazit, zeqatit dhe agj\u00ebrimit q\u00ebndron n\u00eb faktin se namazi \u00ebsht\u00eb shtylla e fes\u00eb e cila p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet \u00e7do dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb nga pes\u00eb her\u00eb, zeqati \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyll\u00eb e cila p\u00ebrmendet shum\u00eb her\u00eb si shok i pa ndash\u00ebm i namazit, nd\u00ebrsa agj\u00ebrimi p\u00ebr shkak se p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet \u00e7do vit. Haxhi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i obliguar n\u00eb Islam n\u00eb vitin e n\u00ebnt\u00eb sipas hixhretit, kurse Muhamedi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, nuk e ka kryer Haxhin m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb her\u00eb edhe at\u00eb n\u00eb vitin e dhjet\u00eb sipas hixhretit, nd\u00ebrsa gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij i ka kryer kat\u00ebr Umre.<\/p>\n<p>Synimi i Haxhit dhe Umres \u00ebsht\u00eb adhurimi i Allahut n\u00eb ato vende ku i ka caktuar q\u00eb t\u00eb adhurohet. Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, thot\u00eb: \u201cQ\u00ebllimi i gjuajtjes s\u00eb gur\u00ebve dhe sajit mes Saf\u00ebs dhe Merues nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7 se t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet Allahu, azze ue xhel\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Haxhi pra, \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim me unanimitet t\u00eb musliman\u00ebve dhe shtyll\u00eb prej shtyllave t\u00eb Islamit. \u00cbsht\u00eb detyrim individual nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ka mund\u00ebsi dhe detyrim kolektiv i musliman\u00ebve p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit, nd\u00ebrsa ai i cili shton m\u00eb shum\u00eb se Haxhin e detyruar i llogaritet si vullnetar.<\/p>\n<p>Umreja po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb obligative sipas mendimit t\u00eb shum\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve dhe si argument e marrin hadithin e Pejgamberit, salallahu alejhi ue selem, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb pyetur se a ka xhihad p\u00ebr grat\u00eb? P\u00ebrgjigjja e tij ka qen\u00eb: \u201cPo, p\u00ebr grat\u00eb ka xhihad, mir\u00ebpo pa luft\u00eb: Haxhi dhe Umreja\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se Umreja p\u00ebr grat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb obligative, at\u00ebher\u00eb kjo dispozit\u00eb p\u00ebr burrat \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e k\u00ebrkuar. Nj\u00eb njeri e pyeti Pejgamberin, salallahu alejhi ue selem, p\u00ebr baban\u00eb e tij i cili ishte plak e i lodhur dhe nuk kishte mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb Haxh e as n\u00eb Umre. P\u00ebrgjigjja e tij ishte: \u201cKryeje Haxhin dhe Umren n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Haxhi dhe Umreja jan\u00eb detyrim i \u00e7do muslimani nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe duhet t\u00eb shpejtoj\u00eb n\u00eb kryerjen e tyre sipas mund\u00ebsive, nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7do vones\u00eb pa arsye \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkat. Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, thuhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cO ju njer\u00ebz, ju \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Haxhi obligim, prandaj kryeni\u201d. \u2013 E pyeti nj\u00ebri prej t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve: A \u00e7do vit? \u2013 U p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cPo t\u00eb kisha th\u00ebn\u00eb se po, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u2019ju b\u00ebhej obligim p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit e ju nuk do t\u00eb kishit mund\u00ebsi ta p\u00ebrballoni\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Imam Ahmedi sh\u00ebnon nj\u00eb hadith ku Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, thot\u00eb: \u201cP\u00ebrshpejtoni n\u00eb kryerjen e Haxhit se asnj\u00ebri prej jush nuk e din se \u00e7ka do t\u2019i ndodh n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kushtet e Haxhit jan\u00eb pes\u00eb: Islami, mendja e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb, pjekuria, liria dhe mund\u00ebsia. Kur plot\u00ebsohen k\u00ebto kushte obligohet p\u00ebrshpejtimi i kryerjes s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Haxhi dhe Umreja t\u00eb b\u00ebra nga ana e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranuara mir\u00ebpo si vullnetare. Ib\u00ebn Abasi, radijallahu anhu, na p\u00ebrcjell se nj\u00eb grua e ngriti f\u00ebmij\u00ebn e saj dhe ia tregoi Pejgamberit, salallahu alejhi ue selem, dhe i tha: P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb a ka Haxh? Iu p\u00ebrgjigj. \u201cPo, Haxhi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranuar (si vullnetar) dhe ti ke shp\u00ebrblim\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mesin e dijetar\u00ebve ka unanimitet se Haxhi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebs i kryer para mosh\u00ebs madhore nuk e z\u00ebvend\u00ebson Haxhin e obliguar (Haxhin e Islamit), por detyrohet q\u00eb kur ta arrij\u00eb mosh\u00ebn madhore ta kryej edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb rast se ka mund\u00ebsi. Kur f\u00ebmija \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn e papjekuris\u00eb, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi i tij detyrohet q\u00eb ta b\u00ebn nijetin n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij, gjat\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb tavafit dhe sajit dhe gjat\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb Mina, Arafat dhe Muzdelife duhet ta shoq\u00ebroj\u00eb, gur\u00ebt t\u2019i gjuaj\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij dhe ta largoj\u00eb prej t\u00eb gjitha ndalesave t\u00eb Haxhit. N\u00eb rast se f\u00ebmija \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn e pjekuris\u00eb nijetin e Haxhit e b\u00ebn vet me lejen e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit, ritet e Haxhit i kryen vet nd\u00ebrsa ato rite t\u00eb cilat nuk ka mund\u00ebsi t\u2019i kryej vet i kryen p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi i tij dhe detyrohet t\u2019i largohet t\u00eb gjitha ndalesave t\u00eb Haxhit sikurse i moshuari.<\/p>\n<p>I aft\u00eb p\u00ebr kryerjen e Haxhit \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i cili ka mund\u00ebsi fizike e materiale, i p\u00ebrballon rrug\u00ebs dhe mjetit t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit, i mjaftojn\u00eb t\u00eb hollat gjat\u00eb shkuarjes dhe kthimit, po ashtu ka pasuri t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes derisa t\u00eb kthehet, rruga deri n\u00eb Haxh \u00ebsht\u00eb e sigurt p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn dhe pasurin\u00eb e tij dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb niset pa i lar\u00eb borxhet (ose t\u00eb merr leje prej borxhliut q\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb Haxh) dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkon falje prej atyre q\u00eb u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi. N\u00eb rast se ka pasuri mir\u00ebpo fizikisht \u00ebsht\u00eb i dob\u00ebt p\u00ebr shkak pleq\u00ebris\u00eb apo s\u00ebmundjes prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebs nuk shpresohet sh\u00ebrim, detyrohet q\u00eb ta d\u00ebrgoj ndok\u00ebnd q\u00eb ta kryen Haxhin n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij qoft\u00eb prej t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit vend apo ndonj\u00eb vendi tjet\u00ebr. Ib\u00ebn Abasi, radijallahu anhu, na p\u00ebrcjell se nj\u00eb grua e pyeti Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, se babai i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb plak i cili nuk e ka kryer Haxhin e detyruar dhe nuk mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrballoj udh\u00ebtimit, a mund q\u00eb ta kryej Haxhin n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij? &#8211; Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, iu p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cKryeje Haxhin n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kusht p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e kryen Haxhin p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb ai ta ket\u00eb kryer Haxhin e Islamit p\u00ebr vete, duke u bazuar n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb na e p\u00ebrcjell Ib\u00ebn Abasi, radijallahu anhu, se ai e kishte d\u00ebgjuar nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cO Zot, i p\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebm ftes\u00ebs T\u00ebnde p\u00ebr n\u00eb Haxh n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Shubrimes\u201d. &#8211; Ib\u00ebn Abasi i tha: \u201cA e kryer Haxhin p\u00ebr vete\u201d? \u2013 Iu p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cJo, nuk e kam kryer Haxhin e Islamit p\u00ebr vete\u201d. \u2013 Ib\u00ebn Abasi i tha: \u201cAt\u00ebher\u00eb b\u00ebje s\u00eb pari p\u00ebr vete e pastaj mundesh q\u00eb ta b\u00ebsh p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesit (bedelit) duhet t\u2019i jepen t\u00eb holla p\u00ebr rrug\u00eb, p\u00ebr ushqim dhe p\u00ebr nevojat tjera q\u00eb i nevojiten gjat\u00eb Haxhit, nuk lejohet qiraja p\u00ebr Haxh dhe nuk lejohet ta merr Haxhin si mjet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitim t\u00eb hollave. Synimi i z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuesit duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb dobia e atij v\u00ebllait musliman q\u00eb e kryen Haxhin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, pastaj vizita e vendeve t\u00eb shenjta, vizita e Qabes\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Haxhi duhet t\u00eb kryhet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Allah e jo p\u00ebr dynja. N\u00ebse Haxhin e kryen p\u00ebr t\u00eb holla, Haxhi i tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranuar dhe po ashtu nuk i pranohet edhe atij i cili e ka d\u00ebrguar p\u00ebr n\u00eb Haxh.
