Po ashtu thuhet se \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebrtuar me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr me shpres\u00eb q\u00eb ajo (festa) t\u2019i p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet atij q\u00eb e p\u00ebrjetoi. \u00cbsht\u00eb em\u00ebrtim i tubimit vjetor q\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme.<\/li>\n<li>Festat jan\u00eb rite q\u00eb gjenden te \u00e7do popull dhe festimi i tyre nd\u00ebrlidhet me instinktin dhe natyrshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e ngulitur n\u00eb shpirtin e njeriut. Njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb festa tubohen dhe e paraqesin g\u00ebzimin dhe lumturin\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Festat tona jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmendje t\u00eb Allahut dhe g\u00ebzim me begatin\u00eb e Allahut: <strong>\u201cThuaj: \u201cMe dhuntin\u00eb e Allahut dhe m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e Tij &#8211; vet\u00ebm me k\u00ebto le t\u00eb g\u00ebzohen! Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb se ajo q\u00eb grumbullojn\u00eb.\u201d <\/strong>(Junus: 58.), nd\u00ebrsa festat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve jan\u00eb idhujtari, femohim dhe m\u00ebkatim.<\/li>\n<li>Festat tona jan\u00eb statike, t\u00eb caktuara me argument nga Allahu, prandaj mysliman\u00ebt n\u00eb dynja nuk festojn\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tri festave:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; Festa q\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet p\u00ebr \u00e7do jav\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb dita e xhumas\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dy festa q\u00eb vijn\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit nga nj\u00eb her\u00eb, ato jan\u00eb Fit\u00ebr Bajrami dhe Kurban Bajrami.<\/p>\n<p>Enesi, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, p\u00ebrcjell se kur erdhi i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb Medine, i gjeti banor\u00ebt e saj duke i festuar dy festa, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat arg\u00ebtoheshin dhe d\u00ebfreheshin, dhe ju tha: <em>\u201c\u00c7far\u00eb festa jan\u00eb k\u00ebto?!\u201d<\/em> \u2013 I than\u00eb: \u201c N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn para Islamit i festonim k\u00ebto dy festa dhe arg\u00ebtoheshim n\u00eb to!\u201d \u2013 I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, tha: <em>\u201cAllahu jua z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoi k\u00ebto dy festa me dy t\u00eb tjera m\u00eb t\u00eb mira se k\u00ebto, Kurban Bajramin dhe Fit\u00ebr Bajramin.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Festat e mysliman\u00ebve jan\u00eb nga ritet e Allahut q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ngjallen, t\u00eb kuptohet synimi i tyre dhe t\u00eb ndihet kuptimi i tyre. Fjala e t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb: <em>\u201c\u00c7do popull i ka festat e veta dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb festa jon\u00eb\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a>, aludon n\u00eb at\u00eb se mysliman\u00ebt i kan\u00eb dy festa, jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb, dhe atyre nuk u lejohet t\u2019u p\u00ebrngjasojn\u00eb jobesimtar\u00ebve dhe idhujtar\u00ebve n\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr festat e tyre.<\/li>\n<li>Festat e mysliman\u00ebve jan\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb afrojn\u00eb tek Allahu. N\u00eb to madh\u00ebrohet Allahu, paraqitet g\u00ebzimi dhe lumturia p\u00ebr begatin\u00eb e dh\u00ebn\u00eb dhe si festa jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura ngusht\u00eb me adhurime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/li>\n<li>Fit\u00ebr Bajrami vjen me p\u00ebrfundimin e muajit t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit dhe t\u00eb teravive, a Kurban Bajrami bie n\u00eb mes t\u00eb riteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb haxhit dhe para tij \u00ebsht\u00eb dita e Arafatit, dita m\u00eb e mir\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha dit\u00ebt e vitit. T\u00eb dyja festat jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura me nj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb prej shtyllave t\u00eb Islamit, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se festat tona vijn\u00eb pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb adhurimit t\u00eb Allahut, Zotit t\u00eb bot\u00ebve.<\/li>\n<li>Nj\u00eb nga veprat e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Fit\u00ebr Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb nxjerrja e zekatit t\u00eb fitrit para se t\u00eb falet namazi i Bajramit. Zekati i fitrit \u00ebsht\u00eb pastrim p\u00ebr agj\u00ebruesin dhe ushqim p\u00ebr t\u00eb varfrin.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ndalohet agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Bajramit, duke u bazuar n\u00eb hadithin q\u00eb e p\u00ebrcjell Ebu Seid el-Hudrij, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ndaloi t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet k\u00ebto dy dit\u00eb, dita e Fit\u00ebr Bajramit dhe dita e Kurban Bajramit.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr sunetet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb tekbiri. Allahu tha: <strong>\u201cAi d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb ta plot\u00ebsoni numrin e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit dhe q\u00eb ta madh\u00ebroni Allahun <\/strong>(n\u00eb fund t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit)<strong>, p\u00ebr shkak se ju ka drejtuar n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e q\u00eb ta fal\u00ebnderoni At\u00eb.\u201d (<\/strong>El-Bekare: 185)<\/li>\n<li>Ligj\u00ebrohet tekbiri i pap\u00ebrcaktuar<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a> n\u00eb Fit\u00ebr Bajram, prej per\u00ebndimit t\u00eb diellit t\u00eb nat\u00ebs s\u00eb Bajramit e deri kur imami del p\u00ebr ta falur namazin.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Tekbiri n\u00eb Kurban Bajram \u00ebsht\u00eb i pap\u00ebrcaktuar dhe i p\u00ebrcaktuar:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tekbiri pap\u00ebrcaktuar shqiptohet n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb, \u00e7do\u00a0 gjendje dhe \u00e7do vend, dhe p\u00ebrfundon dit\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb Bajramit me per\u00ebndimin e diellit.<\/p>\n<p>Tekbiri p\u00ebrcaktuar shqiptohet pas namazeve farz. Fillon prej namazit t\u00eb sabahut n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Arafatit e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb Bajramit pas farzit t\u00eb namazit t\u00eb ikindis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>Prej formave t\u00eb tekbirit q\u00eb p\u00ebrcillen prej t\u00eb par\u00ebve tan\u00eb: <em>\u201cAllahu ekber, Allahu ekber, la ilahe il-lallahu uallahu ekber, Allahu ekber, ue lil-lahi elhamd.\u201d<\/em> \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb edhe me tri tekbire d.m.th. tri her\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptohet Allahu ekber.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prej formave t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb p\u00ebrcillen \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe: <em>\u201cAllahu ekber kebiren, Allahu ekber kebiren, Allahu ekber ue exhel\u2019l, Allahu ekber ue lilahi el hamd\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dhe disa n\u00eb fund e shtuan edhe shtojc\u00ebn: <em>\u201cAllahu ekberu ala ma hadana<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li>Prej sunetit \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb tekbiri t\u00eb shqiptohet me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, ngase n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tyre paraqiten ritet e Islamit dhe rikujtohet tjetri. P\u00eblqehet q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb tekbir n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Bajramit, n\u00eb xhami dhe n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00eb, qofshin udh\u00ebtar\u00eb apo vendas\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a> P\u00ebrcjell el-Farjabij me zinxhir t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb prej Ebu Abdurrahman es-Sulemij se ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cGjat\u00eb Fit\u00ebr Bajramit ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00ebsh\u00ebm me tekbir sesa gjat\u00eb Kurban Bajramit.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Unanimisht nuk ligj\u00ebrohet tekbiri kolektiv, ku nj\u00eb grup njer\u00ebzish e fillojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku dhe e mbarojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me nj\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebm nga fillimi e deri n\u00eb fund, apo ndahen n\u00eb dy grupe dhe nj\u00ebri grup b\u00ebn tekbir e tjetri i p\u00ebrgjigjet dhe i p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit fjal\u00ebt e grupit t\u00eb par\u00eb. Kjo form\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e re n\u00eb fe dhe bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me udh\u00ebzimin e t\u00eb par\u00ebve tan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u00ebnyra e drejt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb tekbiri t\u00eb b\u00ebhet individualisht dhe n\u00ebse ndodh q\u00eb z\u00ebrat t\u00eb p\u00ebrputhen n\u00eb mes vete, kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem n\u00ebse b\u00ebhet pa q\u00ebllim.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li>Prej udh\u00ebzimit t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Bajramit ishte rregullimi, zbukurimi dhe parfumosja dhe veshja e rrobave t\u00eb reja, prandaj edhe p\u00eblqehet p\u00ebr burrat t\u2019i veshin rrobat m\u00eb t\u00eb bukura q\u00eb i kan\u00eb n\u00eb posedim.<\/li>\n<li>Gruaja duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdeset q\u00eb t\u00eb dal\u00eb e mbuluar sipas rregullave fetare dhe t\u00eb mos vesh\u00eb rroba t\u00eb zbukuruara gjat\u00eb daljes s\u00eb saj p\u00ebr te faltorja e Bajramit, bazuar n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, i cili tha<em>: \u201cGrat\u00eb le t\u00eb dalin (p\u00ebr n\u00eb xhami), mir\u00ebpo jo t\u00eb zbukuruara.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a> D.m.th. le t\u00eb dalin me rrobat e tyre t\u00eb zakonshme dhe jo rroba t\u00eb lakuriq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mos dalin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb parfumosura, kurse burri nuk duhet t\u00eb harroj\u00eb se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr familjen e tij dhe se ai do ta jap\u00eb llogarin\u00eb para Allahut p\u00ebr kopen\u00eb e tij.<\/li>\n<li>Nga rregullat dhe etika e Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb myslimani t\u2019ia uroj\u00eb fest\u00ebn myslimanit me urim t\u00eb bukur q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban fjal\u00eb t\u00eb bukura dhe t\u00eb lejuara, \u00e7far\u00ebdo qofshin ato. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nga virtytet e larta t\u00eb moralit dhe nga shfaqja e mir\u00ebsive shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb mes t\u00eb mysliman\u00ebve, si p.sh. urimi i nj\u00ebri-tjetrit me fjal\u00ebn: \u201cAllahu na i pranoft\u00eb neve dhe juve (adhurimet dhe veprat e mira)\u201d, apo \u201cUrime Bajramin\u201d, dhe t\u00eb ngjashme me to nga fjal\u00ebt e lejuara p\u00ebr urim.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Shok\u00ebt e Pejgamberit, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, kur takoheshin dit\u00ebn e Bajramit ia uronin nj\u00ebri-tjetrit duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cAllahu na i pranoft\u00eb neve dhe juve (adhurimet dhe veprat e mira).\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"20\">\n<li>Namazi i Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb nga ritet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb fes\u00eb. P\u00ebr burrat t\u00eb falet namazi \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim, sipas mendimit m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve, sepse Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, urdh\u00ebroi q\u00eb t\u00eb falet, dhe pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij kat\u00ebr halif\u00ebt e vazhduan t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn tradit\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Koha e namazit t\u00eb Bajramit fillon me ngritjen e diellit nga horizonti sa nj\u00eb shtiz\u00eb, derisa t\u00eb arrij\u00eb n\u00eb zenit. Preferohet q\u00eb n\u00eb Fit\u00ebr Bajram namazi t\u00eb vonohet disa minuta,<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a> kurse t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtohet n\u00eb Kurban Bajram<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a>, duke e ndjekur tradit\u00ebn e Profetit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00eblqehet q\u00eb trupi t\u00eb pastrohet p\u00ebr namaz t\u00eb Bajramit, si\u00e7 p\u00ebrcillet nga Seid ib\u00ebn el-Musejib, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, i cili tha: \u201cVeprat q\u00eb p\u00eblqehen n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Bajramit jan\u00eb tri: t\u00eb ecurit n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb deri n\u00eb faltoren e Bajramit, ngr\u00ebnia para daljes nga sht\u00ebpia p\u00ebr n\u00eb faltore dhe pastrimi i trupit.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>M\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb koha e pastrimit t\u00eb jet\u00eb pas namazit t\u00eb sabahut, po edhe n\u00ebse pastrohet para sabahut, b\u00ebn dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"23\">\n<li>Prej suneteve t\u00eb braktisura \u00ebsht\u00eb ngr\u00ebnia para daljes p\u00ebr n\u00eb namaz t\u00eb Fit\u00ebr Bajramit. Enesi, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, p\u00ebrcjell se Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb Fit\u00ebr Bajram nuk dilte nga sht\u00ebpia derisa nuk hante hurma dhe numri i tyre ishte tek.<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Kurban Bajram prej suneti \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos haj\u00eb derisa t\u00eb kthehet nga namazi, ta ther\u00eb kurbanin dhe t\u00eb haj\u00eb nga mishi i kurbanit t\u00eb tij.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Profeti, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin me t\u00eb, p\u00ebr Kurban Bajram nuk hante derisa e falte namazin e Bajramit.<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse myslimani nuk ka kurban p\u00ebr t\u00eb therur \u201cp\u00ebr t\u00eb nuk ligj\u00ebrohet t\u00eb abstenoj\u00eb nga ushqimi para namazi, dhe ai mundet t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb, n\u00ebse ha para se t\u00eb dal\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb namaz nuk i themi se e ke kund\u00ebrshtuar sunetin me veprimin t\u00ebnd.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"25\">\n<li>P\u00eblqehet q\u00eb myslimani t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb sa m\u00eb her\u00ebt n\u00eb faltoren e Bajramit <a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a> dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr imamit n\u00eb rreshtin e par\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb nxit\u00ebse p\u00ebr n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb mira dhe kjo ishte edhe tradita e shok\u00ebve t\u00eb Pejgamberit, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb. P\u00ebrcillet q\u00eb Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dilte nga sht\u00ebpia p\u00ebr n\u00eb faltore pas lindjes s\u00eb diellit dhe kur arrinte te faltorja njer\u00ebzit vet\u00ebm se kishin ardhur m\u00eb her\u00ebt.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00eblqehet q\u00eb myslimani t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb tekbir me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb duke shkuar rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebr n\u00eb faltoren e Bajramit. P\u00ebrcillet se Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb Fit\u00ebr Bajram b\u00ebnte tekbir<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a> q\u00eb nga momenti kur dilte nga sht\u00ebpia derisa arrinte te faltorja dhe derisa fillonte me namazin e Bajramit.<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>P\u00ebrcillet me nj\u00eb transmetim t\u00eb sakt\u00eb se Ib\u00ebn Omeri, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, dit\u00ebn e Fit\u00ebr Bajramit dhe Kurban Bajramit, b\u00ebnte tekbir me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb kur dilte nga sht\u00ebpia e tij, e derisa mb\u00ebrrinte n\u00eb faltore. Ib\u00ebn Omeri, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, p\u00ebrcjell se Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, shkonte p\u00ebr n\u00eb faltore n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe kthehej n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\"><sup>[18]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>P\u00eblqehet q\u00eb t\u00eb shkohet p\u00ebr n\u00eb faltoren e Bajramit nga nj\u00ebra rrug\u00eb dhe kthimi pas faljes s\u00eb namazit t\u00eb jet\u00eb nga rruga tjet\u00ebr, k\u00ebshtu veproi i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Urt\u00ebsia q\u00ebndron n\u00eb at\u00eb se rrug\u00ebt do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb eci n\u00ebp\u00ebr to dhe do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb banor\u00ebt e saj nga njer\u00ebzit dhe xhin\u00ebt, n\u00ebp\u00ebr to do t\u00eb paraqiten ritet e Islamit, do t\u00eb shpresohet n\u00eb ndryshimin e gjendjes drejt faljes dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqurit e Allahut, dhe do t\u2019i p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tij mysliman\u00eb si dhe t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit.<\/li>\n<li>Nga sunetet e Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb falja e namazit jasht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesave, nuk falet n\u00ebp\u00ebr xhami p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00eb raste nevoje apo domosdoshm\u00ebrie, sepse Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi e falte at\u00eb n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00eb dhe nuk e falte n\u00eb xhamin\u00eb e tij, e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb xhamia m\u00eb e mir\u00eb pas xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb shenjt\u00eb n\u00eb Meke.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dijetar\u00ebt e ve\u00e7ojn\u00eb faljen e namazit t\u00eb Bajramit n\u00eb xhami vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e Mek\u00ebs, sepse ata namazin e Bajramit e falin n\u00eb xhamin\u00eb e shenjt\u00eb n\u00eb Meke (el-Mesxhid el-Haram).<\/p>\n<ol start=\"30\">\n<li>Namazi i Bajramit falet n\u00ebp\u00ebr qytete dhe fshatra dhe nuk ligj\u00ebrohet t\u00eb falet n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00eb dhe n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim, k\u00ebshtu ka ardhur n\u00eb sunetin e Profetit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dhe nuk ka ardhur argument se Profeti, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dhe sahab\u00ebt, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, e kan\u00eb falur namazin e Bajramit n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim e as n\u00eb shkret\u00ebtir\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Profeti, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, kur e b\u00ebri haxhin e lamtumir\u00ebs, at\u00eb vit dita e Arafatit ra n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma dhe namazin e xhumas\u00eb nuk e fali n\u00eb Arafat dhe t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen nuk e fali as namazin e Bajramit n\u00eb Mina. Vitin kur u nis p\u00ebr ta \u00e7liruar Mek\u00ebn, udh\u00ebtoi p\u00ebr n\u00eb Meke dhe aty q\u00ebndroi deri n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb muajit Sheval dhe aty e zuri Bajrami dhe nuk transmetohet se Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e fali namazin e Bajramit n\u00eb t\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn19\" name=\"_ftnref19\"><sup>[19]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"31\">\n<li>P\u00ebr n\u00eb faltore p\u00ebrve\u00e7 burrave dalin edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, grat\u00eb dhe ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb me menstruacione, q\u00eb t\u00eb prezantojn\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe lutjet e mysliman\u00ebve. Ummu Atijeh, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej saj, tha: \u201cJemi urdh\u00ebruar q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb dy bajramet, Fit\u00ebr dhe Kurban Bajrami, me ne grave t\u00eb dalin edhe vajzat e reja dhe grat\u00eb me menstruacione, dhe t\u00eb prezantojn\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe lutjet e mysliman\u00ebve, kurse grat\u00eb me menstruacione jan\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar q\u00eb mos t\u2019u afrohen faltoreve (por t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pak anash vendfaljes s\u00eb xhematit.\u2019\u2019<a href=\"#_ftn20\" name=\"_ftnref20\"><sup>[20]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Namazi i Bajramit falet dy rekate dhe imami n\u00eb to lexon me z\u00eb. N\u00eb rekatin e par\u00eb e merr tekbirin fillestar, e pas saj i merr edhe shtat\u00eb tekbire t\u00eb tjera dhe m\u00eb pas e lexon suren el-Fatiha dhe nj\u00eb sure tjet\u00ebr apo disa vargje nga Kurani.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb ngritet duke marr\u00eb tekbir dhe pasi drejtohet n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb i merr edhe pes\u00eb tekbire t\u00eb tjera, e m\u00eb pas e lexon suren el-Fatiha dhe nj\u00eb sure apo disa vargje nga Kurani.<a href=\"#_ftn21\" name=\"_ftnref21\"><sup>[21]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb \u00e7do tekbiri p\u00eblqehet t\u00eb ngriten duart si n\u00eb tekbirin fillestar.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"33\">\n<li>P\u00ebrcillet se Abdullah ib\u00ebn Mesudi, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb tekbireve t\u00eb namazit t\u00eb Bajramit e fal\u00ebnderonte dhe e lavd\u00ebronte Allahun dhe d\u00ebrgonte salavate mbi Pejgamberin, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn22\" name=\"_ftnref22\"><sup>[22]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, p\u00ebrcillet se n\u00eb dy bajramet n\u00eb namaz e lexonte suren El\u2019A\u2019la n\u00eb rekatin e par\u00eb dhe suren El-Gashije n\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn23\" name=\"_ftnref23\"><sup>[23]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Po ashtu p\u00ebrcillet se n\u00eb rekatin e par\u00eb e lexoi suren K\u00c2F dhe n\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb El-Kamer.<a href=\"#_ftn24\" name=\"_ftnref24\"><sup>[24]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"35\">\n<li>N\u00ebse vjen me vones\u00eb ndokush nga xhemati dhe i lidhet imamit kur imami \u00ebsht\u00eb duke i shqiptuar tekbiret shtes\u00eb, i shqipton edhe ai tekbiret me imamin dhe e pason at\u00eb n\u00eb namaz dhe nuk detyrohet t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb tekbiret e humbura, a n\u00ebse i ik rekati e kompenson sipas m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs q\u00eb falet.<\/li>\n<li>Namazi i Bajramit nuk ka ezan e as ikamet. Xhabir ib\u00ebn Semureh, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, thot\u00eb se jam falur me Pejgamberin, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb Fit\u00ebr dhe Kurban Bajram, edhe at\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb apo dy her\u00eb, dhe \u00e7do her\u00eb e ka falur pa ezan dhe pa ikamet.<a href=\"#_ftn25\" name=\"_ftnref25\"><sup>[25]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Imami nj\u00ebher\u00eb fillon me namaz e pastaj e mban hutben. Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, hutben e hapte duke e fal\u00ebnderuar Allahun dhe nuk p\u00ebrcillet se hutben e hapte me tekbir, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr Fit\u00ebr apo Kurban Bajram.<\/li>\n<li>Hutbeja e Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet dhe prezenca apo d\u00ebgjimi i saj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i patjet\u00ebrsuesh\u00ebm, sepse Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, pasi e fali Bajramin tha: <em>\u201cKush do q\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb le t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb dhe kush do q\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb dhe ta d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb hutben le t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn26\" name=\"_ftnref26\"><sup>[26]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Kujt i ik namazi i Bajramit, mendimi m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se p\u00eblqehet ta kompensoj\u00eb namazin dhe ta fal\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00ebn e vet, pra dy rekate, dhe pa hutbe pas saj.<\/li>\n<li>Kush del p\u00ebr ta falur namazin e Bajramit dhe i ik namazi dhe e gjen imamin duke e mbajtur hutben, le t\u00eb ulet ta d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb imamin, e pastaj le ta fal\u00eb namazin, k\u00ebshtu t\u00eb bashkoj\u00eb n\u00eb mes dy dobive.<\/li>\n<li>Para dhe pas namazit t\u00eb Bajramit nuk ka namaz nafile (vullnetar), ngase Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dit\u00ebn e Bajramit e fali namazin e Bajramit dy rekate dhe nuk fali para apo pas namazit ndonj\u00eb namaz tjet\u00ebr.<a href=\"#_ftn27\" name=\"_ftnref27\"><sup>[27]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A n\u00ebse e fal namazin e Bajramit n\u00eb xhami, at\u00ebher\u00eb i fal dy rekate p\u00ebr xhamin\u00eb kur t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb xhami.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"42\">\n<li>N\u00ebse bie Bajrami dit\u00ebn e xhumas\u00eb, atij q\u00eb e ka falur Bajramin i leht\u00ebsohet q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e fal\u00eb xhuman\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb: \u201cSot n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb ju jan\u00eb bashkuar dy festa, prandaj kush d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb mos e fal\u00eb namazin e xhumas\u00eb, i mjafton namazi i Bajramit. Po gjithsesi ne do t\u00eb falim edhe xhuman\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn28\" name=\"_ftnref28\"><sup>[28]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00ebse nuk e fal xhuman\u00eb duhet ta fal\u00eb namazin e drek\u00ebs n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e vet n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi, vet\u00eb apo me xhemat, e n\u00ebse shkon p\u00ebr ta falur namazin e xhumas\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ligj\u00ebrohet q\u00eb namazi i drek\u00ebs t\u00eb falet n\u00ebp\u00ebr xhami, madje nuk lejohet q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb hapen xhamit\u00eb e as t\u00eb thirret ezani p\u00ebr namazin e drek\u00ebs<a href=\"#_ftn29\" name=\"_ftnref29\"><sup>[29]<\/sup><\/a>. <a href=\"#_ftn30\" name=\"_ftnref30\"><sup>[30]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"43\">\n<li>Th\u00ebnia se p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e fal Bajramin bie namazi i xhumas\u00eb dhe namazi i drek\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim, q\u00eb e kund\u00ebrshton sunetin dhe mendim jo i drejt\u00eb dhe dijetar\u00ebt e mohojn\u00eb at\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn31\" name=\"_ftnref31\"><sup>[31]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Ai q\u00eb nuk e fal namazin e Bajramit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nuk bie detyrshm\u00ebria e faljes s\u00eb namazit t\u00eb xhumas\u00eb. Ai duhet t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb xhami p\u00ebr ta falur xhuman\u00eb, e n\u00ebse brenda n\u00eb xhami numri i xhematit nuk e arrin numrin e mjaftuesh\u00ebm q\u00eb e detyron namazin e xhumas\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb e fal namazin e drek\u00ebs.<a href=\"#_ftn32\" name=\"_ftnref32\"><sup>[32]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr imamin e xhamis\u00eb nuk bie detyrshm\u00ebria e namazit t\u00eb xhumas\u00eb, ai detyrohet ta fal\u00eb at\u00eb, n\u00ebse n\u00eb xhami vijn\u00eb num\u00ebr i mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr xhuma, q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb falur namazin e Bajramit apo e kan\u00eb falur Bajramin mir\u00ebpo duan ta falin edhe xhuman\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn33\" name=\"_ftnref33\"><sup>[33]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nga etika dhe rregullat e Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb respektimi i lidhjeve farefisnore me vizita, me dhurata, interesimi p\u00ebr ta me telefonata dhe afrimi i zemrave t\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit.<\/li>\n<li>Dita e Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb e n\u00ebnshtrimeve dhe e afrimit tek Allahu me vepra t\u00eb mira dhe dit\u00eb fal\u00ebnderimi t\u00eb Allahut p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e begatis\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb e m\u00ebkateve dhe veprimit t\u00eb ndalesave. Nuk i ka hije nj\u00eb myslimani q\u00eb Bajramin ta shnd\u00ebrroj\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb gjynaheve dhe organizimit t\u00eb koncerteve muzikore dhe pirjes s\u00eb alkoolit.<a href=\"#_ftn34\" name=\"_ftnref34\"><sup>[34]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nata e Bajramit nuk lejohet t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet nga net\u00ebt e tjera t\u00eb vitit me namaz nate, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e ka tradit\u00eb namazin e nat\u00ebs gjat\u00eb net\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb vitit, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk ka problem n\u00ebse ngritet nat\u00ebn e Bajramit dhe fal namaz nate, kurse hadithet q\u00eb kan\u00eb ardhur p\u00ebr vler\u00ebn e ngjalljes s\u00eb nat\u00ebs t\u00eb Bajramit me namaz nate nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb sakta.<\/li>\n<li>Prej gabimeve q\u00eb b\u00ebhen at\u00eb dit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzierja e grave me burra n\u00eb faltoren e Bajramit apo edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebr xhami, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb sprov\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dy gjinit\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb burrat dhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mos largohen nga faltorja apo xhamia vet\u00ebm pasi t\u00eb dalin grat\u00eb prej aty.<\/li>\n<li>Duhet p\u00ebrkujdesur q\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Bajramit t\u00eb ulet shikimi dhe t\u00eb ruhet d\u00ebgjimi dhe shpirti nga harami.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nj\u00ebri nga shok\u00ebt e Sufjan eth-Theuriut, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, tha: \u201cDola me t\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Bajramit dhe m\u00eb tha: \u2018Gj\u00ebja e par\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb me t\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb ulja e shikimit\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kur u kthye n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi Hasan ib\u00ebn Ebi Sinan, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, nga falja e namazit t\u00eb Bajramit, gruaja e tij i tha: \u201cSa gra t\u00eb bukura rrug\u00ebs i shikove?!\u201d U p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cPrej kur dola e deri kur u ktheva n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi nuk shikova, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se n\u00eb gishtin e madh t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebs.\u201d<\/p>\n<ol start=\"51\">\n<li>P\u00eblqehet shfaqja e g\u00ebzimit me rastin e Bajramit, nd\u00ebrsa d\u00ebfrimi dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqurit e vetes dhe familjes dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb i nevojsh\u00ebm dhe i k\u00ebrkuar, n\u00ebse n\u00eb t\u00eb nuk ka di\u00e7ka q\u00eb bie ndesh me parimet fetare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Aisha, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej saj, thot\u00eb: \u201cIshte dit\u00eb Bajrami, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb disa habeshinj (abisinas) po luanin me disa mburoja prej l\u00ebkure dhe me shtiza. Nuk m\u00eb kujtohet se a e pyeta Pejgamberin, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, apo ai m\u00eb tha:<br \/>\n<em>\u201cA do t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh?\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPo\u201d\u00a0\u2013 i thash\u00eb. Ai m\u00eb ngriti lart pas tij, derisa faqja ime e prekte faqen e tij, kurse Pejgamberi, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thoshte: <em>\u201cVazhdoni , o Beni Erfide.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn35\" name=\"_ftnref35\"><sup>[35]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"52\">\n<li>Lejohet q\u00eb p\u00ebr Bajram f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u2019u jepet hap\u00ebsir\u00eb dhe mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr d\u00ebfrim dhe loj\u00ebra t\u00eb lejuara, madje kjo llogaritet adhurim dhe afrim tek Allahu, sepse fut g\u00ebzim n\u00eb shpirtrat e tyre dhe me nj\u00eb hadith t\u00eb Pejgamberit, lavdia dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, p\u00ebrcillet se ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: <em>\u201cQe ta din\u00eb \u00e7ifut\u00ebt se n\u00eb fen\u00eb ton\u00eb ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr g\u00ebzim dhe se jam i d\u00ebrguar me fe t\u00eb past\u00ebr dhe tolerante.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn36\" name=\"_ftnref36\"><sup>[36]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Bajrami \u00ebsht\u00eb shkak dhe rast p\u00ebr g\u00ebzim.
