Ngr\u00ebnia e kamat\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb prej m\u00ebkateve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe Allahu ngr\u00ebn\u00ebsit dhe atij q\u00eb punon me t\u00eb iu k\u00ebrc\u00ebnua me zjarr t\u00eb Xhehenemit dhe me luft\u00eb prej Allahut dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam<\/em>. Allahu, <em>azze ue xhel<\/em>, thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>O ju q\u00eb keni besuar! Ta keni frik\u00eb Allahun dhe hiqni dor\u00eb nga kamata, n\u00ebse jeni besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. N\u00ebse nuk e b\u00ebni k\u00ebt\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb iu \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur luft\u00eb nga Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij. N\u00ebse pendoheni, at\u00ebher\u00eb ju takon kapitali fillestar. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, nuk d\u00ebmtoni ask\u00ebnd e as nuk d\u00ebmtoheni vete\u201d. <\/strong>(El-Bekare: 278-279) Xhabiri, <em>Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb<\/em>, thot\u00eb: <em>\u201cI D\u00ebrguari, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshi mbi t\u00eb, ka mallkuar at\u00eb q\u00eb e ha kamat\u00ebn, ai q\u00eb ushqen kamat\u00ebn (e jep at\u00eb), ai q\u00eb e evidencon at\u00eb si dhe ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn ku ekziston kamata.\u201d<\/em> Dhe tha: <em>\u201cT\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta jan\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb\u201d<\/em>. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur kamata dhe imoraliteti n\u00eb mesin e nj\u00eb popull p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur tek ata varf\u00ebria, s\u00ebmundjet e ndryshme dhe zullumi prej sulltanit. Kamata i shkat\u00ebrron pasurit\u00eb dhe ua heq bereqetin:<strong> \u201c<\/strong><strong>Allahu ia heq \u00e7do p\u00ebrfitim kamat\u00ebs, kurse e rrit p\u00ebrfitimin e bamir\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d.<\/strong> (El-Bekare: 276)<\/p>\n<p>Allahu e theksoi me ashp\u00ebrsi k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin ndaj ngr\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs dhe e konsideroi ngr\u00ebnien e saj si t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb f\u00eblliqur dhe m\u00ebkatin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb cilit Allahu i shpalli luft\u00eb. Pastaj e qart\u00ebsoi se ngr\u00ebn\u00ebsi i kamat\u00ebs do t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetoj\u00eb d\u00ebnim n\u00eb dynja dhe n\u00eb ahiret. Prej d\u00ebnimeve t\u00eb dynjas\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb asgj\u00ebsimi i bereqetit t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb, humbja e saj, shkat\u00ebrrimi i saj, etj., saq\u00eb pronari i asaj pasurie do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet njeriu m\u00eb i varf\u00ebr n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Shpeshher\u00eb d\u00ebgjoni p\u00ebr zhdukjen e pasurive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me djegien e saj, fundosjen e saj, ose me shkat\u00ebrrimin e saj prej v\u00ebrshimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha saq\u00eb banor\u00ebt e atyre vendeve b\u00ebhen m\u00eb fukarenjt\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e njer\u00ebzve. N\u00eb rast se mbetet pasuria e fituar me kamat\u00eb n\u00eb duart e pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, ajo pasuri nuk do t&#8217;i b\u00ebn aspak dobi p\u00ebr shkak se \u00ebsht\u00eb pa bereqet dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit do t\u00eb jep llogari dhe do ta pret d\u00ebnim i dhembsh\u00ebm. Njeriu q\u00eb e ha kamat\u00ebn dhe punon me t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijesa m\u00eb e urryer tek Allahu dhe te krijesat e Tij. Cil\u00ebsi e k\u00ebtij njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb se vet\u00ebm merr e nuk jep, mbledh e nuk shp\u00ebrndan, nuk shpenzon e nuk jep sadaka, \u00ebsht\u00eb koprrac e dor\u00ebshtr\u00ebnguar, zemrat nuk e duan dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e refuzojn\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb prej d\u00ebnimeve q\u00eb e kaplojn\u00eb n\u00eb dynja, kurse d\u00ebnimi n\u00eb ahiret do t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe m\u00eb i gjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Allahu, <em>azze ue xhel,<\/em> e qart\u00ebson n\u00eb Kur\u2019an se \u00e7ka e pret ngr\u00ebn\u00ebsin e kamat\u00ebs dit\u00ebn kur do t\u00eb ngrihet prej varrit p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb llogari dhe thot\u00eb<strong>: \u201cAta q\u00eb marrin fajde, do t\u00eb ringjallen <\/strong>(n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit)<strong> si ai q\u00eb djalli e ka \u00e7mendur me prekjen e vet\u201d. <\/strong>(El-Bekare: 275) Edhe at\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit kur do t\u00eb ringjallen do t\u00eb dalin me shpejt\u00ebsi prej varreve t\u00eb tyre dhe do t\u00eb nxitojn\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb Mahsher si\u00e7 thot\u00eb edhe Allahu n\u00eb Kur\u2019an: <strong>\u201cDit\u00ebn, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb dalin nga varrezat duke vrapuar, sikur t\u00eb ishin duke nxituar drejt nj\u00eb altari\u201d.<\/strong> (El-Mearixh: 43) Prej tyre do t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet ngr\u00ebn\u00ebsi i kamat\u00ebs i cili ngrihet dhe rr\u00ebzohet p\u00ebr toke, gjendja e tij i p\u00ebrngjan\u00eb atyre q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb mundje nj\u00ebri me tjetrin dhe t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ngrihen dhe rr\u00ebzohen gjat\u00eb dyluftimit, p\u00ebr shkak se ngr\u00ebnia e kamat\u00ebs barkun ia ka fryr\u00eb dhe ia ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe \u00e7do her\u00eb q\u00eb tenton t\u00eb ngrihet e t&#8217;i bashk\u00ebngjitet t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve rr\u00ebzohet p\u00ebr toke, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb vonohet dhe nuk mund t&#8217;i z\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Kjo, si d\u00ebnim dhe n\u00ebn\u00e7mim p\u00ebr ngr\u00ebn\u00ebsin e kamat\u00ebs n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit.<\/p>\n<p>Semure ib\u00ebn Xhundub transmeton se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, <em>salallahu alejhi ue selem<\/em>, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: <em>\u201cKam par\u00eb nat\u00ebn e (Miraxhit) dy melek\u00eb. Erdh\u00ebn dhe m\u00eb nxor\u00ebn n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e shenjt\u00eb. Pastaj u nis\u00ebm dhe arrit\u00ebm te nj\u00eb lum prej gjaku. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb (lum) q\u00ebndronte nj\u00eb njeri. Ai q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb mes t\u00eb lumit, e n\u00eb (breg t\u00eb lumit) q\u00ebndronte nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrpara t\u00eb cilit gjendeshin gur\u00eb. Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu n\u00eb mes t\u00eb lumit rrihte t\u00eb dilte, tjetri (nga bregu i lumit) e gjuante me gur\u00eb n\u00eb goj\u00eb dhe e kthente n\u00eb vendin ku q\u00ebndronte. K\u00ebshtu vepronte sa her\u00eb q\u00eb rrihte t\u00eb dilte, e gjuante me gur\u00eb n\u00eb goj\u00eb dhe njeriu kthehej p\u00ebrs\u00ebri aty ku q\u00ebndronte. Pyeta: Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb ky? (Meleku) M\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigj: Ai q\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb mes t\u00eb lumit \u00ebsht\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb ka ngr\u00ebn\u00eb kamat\u00ebn\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Hurejre, <em>Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb,<\/em> transmeton se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, <em>salallahu alejhi ue selem<\/em>, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: <em>\u201cKamata \u00ebsht\u00eb shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb lloje m\u00ebkatesh, m\u00eb e lehta \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur njeriu t\u00eb martohet me n\u00ebn\u00ebn e vet\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>O musliman\u00eb!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kamata \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fet\u00eb qiellore. Allahu, <em>azze ue xhel,<\/em> thot\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7ifut\u00ebt: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Ne ua ndaluam atyre disa ushqime t\u00eb mira, t\u00eb cilat ishin t\u00eb lejuara p\u00ebr ta, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb prap\u00ebsive q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se ata pengonin shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz nga udha e Allahut, p\u00ebr shkak se merrnin kamat\u00eb, megjith\u00ebse kjo ishte e ndaluar<\/strong> <strong>p\u00ebr ta dhe p\u00ebr shkak se p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsonin padrejt\u00ebsisht pasurin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve\u201d. <\/strong>(En-Nisa: 160-161)<\/p>\n<p>Edhe p\u00ebrskaj k\u00ebtij k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr p\u00ebr ngr\u00ebn\u00ebsin e kamat\u00ebs, shumica e njer\u00ebzve vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb mbledhin pasuri n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme dhe nuk u intereson m\u00ebnyra se si kan\u00eb arritur deri tek ajo pasuri. E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme tek ata \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm mbledhja e pasuris\u00eb dhe shtimi i saj. T\u00eb ndaluar e konsiderojn\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb \u00e7ka nuk mund t\u00eb arrij\u00eb deri tek ata, nd\u00ebrsa e lejuar sipas parimeve t\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb ata mund ta arrijn\u00eb madje n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo m\u00ebnyre. Kjo aludon n\u00eb munges\u00ebn e droj\u00ebs ndaj Allahut n\u00eb zemrat e tyre dhe n\u00eb mosnjohjen e fes\u00eb s\u00eb tyre. N\u00eb rast se gjendja e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb arrin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nivel, at\u00ebher\u00eb prite d\u00ebnimin. Nuk ka mir\u00ebsi n\u00eb at\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00eb bazohet mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem dhe nuk ka mir\u00ebsi n\u00eb at\u00eb pasuri q\u00eb fitohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme. Pasuria e grumbulluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme i p\u00ebrngjan k\u00ebnet\u00ebs e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e formuar prej ujit t\u00eb f\u00eblliqur t\u00eb pis\u00ebt dhe \u00e7do nj\u00ebri q\u00eb kalon andej apo gjendet n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb saj d\u00ebmtohet prej er\u00ebs s\u00eb saj q\u00eb e nuhat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00ebllez\u00ebr besimtar\u00eb!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sot n\u00eb mesin e njer\u00ebzve jan\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur shum\u00eb biznese e tregti me kamat\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb. Muslimani duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb vigjilent ndaj k\u00ebtyre transaksioneve dhe k\u00ebmbimeve q\u00eb t\u00eb mos bie n\u00ebn ndikimin e atyre q\u00eb punojn\u00eb me t\u00eb. Prej llojeve t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb: <strong>Kamata e shtyrjes apo vones\u00ebs<\/strong>. Ky lloj quhet edhe <strong>\u201cKamata e borxhit\u201d<\/strong> dhe n\u00ebnkupton shtimin e kusht\u00ebzuar, t\u00eb cilin e merr huadh\u00ebn\u00ebsi nga huamarr\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion huamarr\u00ebsit t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb borxhin. Dhe \u00e7do her\u00eb q\u00eb e vonon huamarr\u00ebsi kthimin e borxhit i rritet borxhi. Ky lloj i kamat\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb prezent dhe shum\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapur tek arab\u00ebt para Islamit dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb <strong>\u201cRiba el-Xhahilije\u201d<\/strong> q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201cKamata e injoranc\u00ebs\u201d<\/strong> t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e cek Allahu n\u00eb Kur\u2019an<strong>: \u201c<\/strong><strong>O ju q\u00eb keni besuar! Ta keni frik\u00eb Allahun dhe hiqni dor\u00eb nga kamata, n\u00ebse jeni besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. N\u00ebse nuk e b\u00ebni k\u00ebt\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb iu \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur luft\u00eb nga Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij. N\u00ebse pendoheni, at\u00ebher\u00eb ju takon kapitali fillestar. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, nuk d\u00ebmtoni ask\u00ebnd e as nuk d\u00ebmtoheni vet\u00eb. N\u00ebse e dini se borxhliu \u00ebsht\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, shtyjani afatin <\/strong>(e shlyerjes s\u00eb borxhit) <strong>derisa ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb gjendjen. Por \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr ju q\u00eb t\u2019ia falni borxhin, ve\u00e7 sikur ta dinit\u201d.<\/strong> (El-Bekare: 278-280)<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu prej llojeve t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb: <strong>Borxhi me fajde apo dobi<\/strong>. Kjo lloj kamate n\u00ebnkupton dh\u00ebnien e borxhit, mir\u00ebpo me kusht q\u00eb t&#8217;ia kthen borxhin me nj\u00eb sasi t\u00eb rritur si kompensim p\u00ebr pasurin\u00eb q\u00eb ka huazuar, konform kushteve t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu n\u00eb rast se huadh\u00ebn\u00ebsi e kusht\u00ebzon huamarr\u00ebsin me ndonj\u00eb lloj dobie p\u00ebr borxhin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb, si: t\u00eb banoj huadh\u00ebn\u00ebsi nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb huamarr\u00ebsit pa qira ose t&#8217;ia shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb makin\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, t&#8217;i dhuroj\u00eb dhurata apo \u00e7do lloj dobie tjet\u00ebr, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kamat\u00eb. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam,<\/em> thot\u00eb: <em>\u201c\u00c7do borxh q\u00eb t\u00ebrheq me vete ndonj\u00eb dobi \u00ebsht\u00eb kamat\u00eb\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dijetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb unik\u00eb rreth kuptimit q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj ky hadith.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu prej llojeve t\u00eb kamatave \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe deponimi i t\u00eb hollave me fajde apo interes n\u00ebp\u00ebr banka, ku banka i pranon ato t\u00eb holla prej myshteriut dhe punon me to, nd\u00ebrsa si shp\u00ebrblim myshteriut \u00e7do muaj i jep p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e quan dobi, por n\u00eb fakt kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kamat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu prej llojeve t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe k\u00ebmbimi i t\u00eb hollave mes vete q\u00eb duhet patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebhet dor\u00eb m\u00eb dor\u00eb n\u00eb vendin dhe \u00e7astin e aktit dhe nuk t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndahen t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt prej vendit t\u00eb aktit para se t&#8217;i kap\u00eb \u00e7donj\u00ebri t\u00eb hollat e veta n\u00eb dor\u00eb. E nj\u00ebjta vlen edhe p\u00ebr blerjen e arit dhe argjendit me t\u00eb holla prej letre ku duhet patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebhet dor\u00eb m\u00eb dor\u00eb n\u00eb vendin dhe \u00e7astin e aktit dhe nuk t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndahen t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt prej vendit t\u00eb aktit para se ta kap\u00eb \u00e7donj\u00ebri mallin e vet n\u00eb dor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ka edhe shum\u00eb pamje dhe lloje t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme t\u00eb flasim k\u00ebtu. Prandaj muslimani duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i kujdessh\u00ebm dhe t&#8217;i largohet t\u00eb gjitha llojeve t\u00eb kamat\u00ebs dhe mos t\u00eb bie kurban i atyre q\u00eb nuk u intereson fare kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e kupton le t&#8217;i drejtohet dijetar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr shkak se \u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e madhe dhe rreziku edhe m\u00eb i madh.<\/p>\n<p>E lus Allahun t\u00eb na b\u00ebj\u00eb dobi mua dhe juve me udh\u00ebzimin e Kur\u2019anit dhe Sunetit t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam<\/em>. Kjo ishte ajo \u00e7ka d\u00ebshiroja ta them. Prej \u00e7do m\u00ebkati k\u00ebrkoj falje tek Allahu p\u00ebr vete dhe p\u00ebr ju dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb musliman\u00ebt. K\u00ebrkoni falje prej Tij se me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Gjith\u00ebfal\u00ebsi dhe M\u00ebshir\u00ebploti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S<\/strong><strong>hejh<\/strong><strong> D<\/strong><strong>r<\/strong><strong>.
