At\u00eb e fal\u00ebnderoj dhe lavd\u00ebroj dhe prej Tij falje dhe ndihm\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj. Paqja dhe m\u00ebshira e Allahut qofshin mbi Muhamedin, biri i Abdullahut dhe rob i Allahut.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar d\u00ebrgoi pejgamber\u00eb, zbriti libra, caktoi ligje dhe dispozita dhe e m\u00ebsoi robin se \u00e7ka duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb duke qen\u00eb i gjall\u00eb dhe po ashtu e m\u00ebsoi se \u00e7ka duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb kur njeriu nd\u00ebrron jet\u00eb dhe si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjendja e tij n\u00eb ahiret. Nuk lejoi q\u00eb njeriu vet t\u00eb caktoj\u00eb ligje dhe rregulla sepse dija e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb e mang\u00ebt dhe e p\u00ebrkufizuar, por e detyroi t\u2019i ndjek ligjet dhe dispozitat e Allahut dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij dhe ndjekjen e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb tij e b\u00ebri t\u00eb jet\u00eb anija e shp\u00ebtimit t\u00eb robit n\u00eb dynja dhe ahiret. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, na lajm\u00ebroi p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb i b\u00ebn dobi dhe e d\u00ebmton njeriun duke qen\u00eb i gjall\u00eb apo duke qen\u00eb i vdekur dhe na detyroi q\u00eb ta pasojm\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e tij dhe \u00e7do vep\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk e ka vepruar ai e konsideroi si risi n\u00eb fe.<\/p>\n<p>I vdekuri mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb edhe pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij. Jeta e varrit dhe ahireti jan\u00eb prej gj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fshehta q\u00eb muslimani detyrohet t\u2019i beson thell\u00ebsisht dhe ajo q\u00eb i b\u00ebn dobi t\u00eb vdekuri nuk kemi mund\u00ebsi ta dim\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shpalljes dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye duhet t\u00eb kapemi fort p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhe mos t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb vepra t\u00eb cilat bien ndesh me rregullat e fes\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fund mos t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb as ne dhe as i vdekuri prej nesh.<\/p>\n<p>Veprat nga t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb i vdekuri jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta dhe t\u00eb llojllojshme dhe ato vijn\u00eb si rezultat i veprave t\u00eb tij dhe gjurm\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre veprave q\u00eb i ka punuar duke qen\u00eb i gjall\u00eb dhe po ashtu mund t\u2019i vijn\u00eb edhe prej t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb mir\u00eb v\u00ebllait t\u00eb tyre musliman.<\/p>\n<p>Robi i Allahut g\u00ebzohet kur i vijn\u00eb t\u00eb mirat e nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme, prej familjes apo shokut, prej l\u00ebmoshave q\u00eb i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb apo prej veprave q\u00eb i ka punuar dhe ai \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb varr. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, p\u00ebrg\u00ebzoi se ekziston nj\u00eb grup njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shp\u00ebrblehen edhe pas vdekjes s\u00eb tyre. Ata edhe pse jan\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur, veprat e mira t\u00eb tyre jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjalla dhe nuk u kan\u00eb vdekur dhe u lumt\u00eb atyre p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e vepruan derisa ishin t\u00eb gjall\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, veprat q\u00eb mundet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfiton njeriu pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij ndahen n\u00eb dy lloje:<\/p>\n<p>Lloji i par\u00eb: Veprat q\u00eb i p\u00ebrfiton i vdekuri nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe ato jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Falja e namazit t\u00eb xhenazes s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk ka ndonj\u00eb musliman q\u00eb vdes e ta falin xhenazen e tij dyzet burra, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk i shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb Allahut asgj\u00eb vet\u00ebm se Allahu do t\u2019i b\u00ebj ata nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsues p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cN\u00ebse ka nj\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur (musliman) q\u00eb ia falin namazin e xhenazes nj\u00eb grup musliman\u00ebsh q\u00eb mb\u00ebrrin t\u00eb nj\u00ebqind vet\u00ebt, ku q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, atyre do t\u2019u pranohet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Kajimi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb se q\u00ebllimi i faljes s\u00eb namazit t\u00eb xhenazes \u00ebsht\u00eb lutja p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurin.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb prej lutjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb plota q\u00eb kan\u00eb ardhur \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb na e p\u00ebrcjell Auf ib\u00ebn Malik, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, i cili thot\u00eb se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, ia fali namazin nj\u00eb xhenazes dhe n\u00eb lutjen e tij tha: \u201cO Zot, falja m\u00ebkatet dhe m\u00ebshiroje, shp\u00ebtoje dhe kij ndjes\u00eb ndaj tij, b\u00ebja vendin e mir\u00eb dhe zgjeroja vendin ku do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb, pastroje at\u00eb me uj\u00eb, bor\u00eb dhe akull dhe pastroje nga m\u00ebkatet, ashtu si\u00e7 e pastron rrob\u00ebn e bardh\u00eb nga njollat, z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoja sht\u00ebpin\u00eb me nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, familjen me nj\u00eb familje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, bashk\u00ebshortin (ten) me nj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, fute n\u00eb xhenet dhe mbroje prej d\u00ebnimit t\u00eb varrit dhe d\u00ebnimit t\u00eb zjarrit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrcjell\u00ebsi i k\u00ebtij hadithi thot\u00eb. \u201cPasha Allahun n\u00eb at\u00eb moment shpresova q\u00eb un\u00eb t\u00eb jem i vdekuri\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Muslimani kur i m\u00ebson k\u00ebto argumente pa dyshim se e stimulojn\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u00eb prezanton n\u00eb xhenazet e v\u00ebllait t\u00eb vet musliman dhe t\u00eb shpreson se me lutjet e tij Allahu t\u00eb vdekurit m\u00ebkatet do t\u2019ia fal dhe do ta m\u00ebshiron.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Q\u00ebndrimi tek varri i t\u00eb vdekurit, lutja p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkimi i faljes p\u00ebr t\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Omeri, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, p\u00ebrcjell se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, kur e l\u00ebshonte t\u00eb vdekurin n\u00eb varr thoshte: \u201cBISMILAH UE ALA SUNETI RESULILAH\u201d. (N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Allahut dhe sipas tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut).<\/p>\n<p>Othmani, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, e p\u00ebrcjell se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, pasi q\u00eb i varroste t\u00eb vdekurit q\u00ebndronte tek varri i tij dhe thoshte: \u201cK\u00ebrkoni falje p\u00ebr v\u00ebllain tuaj, lutuni p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb forcohet, sepse ai tani \u00ebsht\u00eb duke u pyetur\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lutje p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurin gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb varrezave<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb varrezave \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet t\u00eb k\u00ebndohet nj\u00eb lutje e posa\u00e7me, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn na e tregon i D\u00ebrguari, alejhi salatu ue selam, n\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cES-SELAMU ALEJKUM EHLED-DIJARI MINEL-MU\u2019MININE VEL MUSLIMINE VE IN\u2019NA INSHA-ALLAHU BIKUM LAHIKUN. NES\u2019ELU-ILAHE LENA VE LEKUM EL-AFIJE.\u201d. (Es-selamu alejkum, o ju banor\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, besimtar\u00eb e musliman\u00eb. Edhe ne insha\u2019Allah, me urdhrin e Allahut, kur t\u00eb vij\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimi i Tij, me ju do t\u00eb radhitemi. Lusim Allahun p\u00ebr ne dhe p\u00ebr ju q\u00eb t\u00eb na m\u00ebshiroj\u00eb!).<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu preferohet t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb lutje t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr faljen e m\u00ebkateve p\u00ebr shp\u00ebtimin e tyre, shp\u00ebrblimin me Xhenet, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Lejohet edhe t\u00eb ngrihen duart gjat\u00eb lutjes, por k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb gjat\u00eb lutjes t\u00eb kthehemi nga Kibla dhe jo nga varret. Pastaj \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs ta kujtojm\u00eb veten se aty do t\u00eb jet\u00eb vendbanimi i ardhsh\u00ebm i yni dhe t\u00eb mundohemi t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojm\u00eb nga koha jon\u00eb e mbetur.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb se dijetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb unik\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb se lutja u b\u00ebn dobi t\u00eb vdekurve dhe shp\u00ebrblimi i saj u shkon atyre.<\/p>\n<p>El Kasimij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb se prej drejtave t\u00eb v\u00ebllaz\u00ebris\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb lutesh p\u00ebr v\u00ebllain t\u00ebnd musliman duke qen\u00eb ai i gjall\u00eb dhe po ashtu pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij, duke u lutur p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr familjen e tij me gjitha ato dua q\u00eb lutesh edhe p\u00ebr veten t\u00ebnde.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lutja e musliman\u00ebve n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurit<\/p>\n<p>Lutja e musliman\u00ebve q\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurit i shkon t\u00eb vdekurve dhe ata p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb prej lutjeve t\u00eb tyre duke u bazuar n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e Allahut t\u00eb Madh\u00ebruar i cili thot\u00eb: \u201cEdhe ata q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn pas tyre, thon\u00eb: \u201cO Zoti yn\u00eb, falna neve dhe v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit tan\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb besuar para nesh dhe mos lejo q\u00eb n\u00eb zemrat tona t\u00eb ket\u00eb asnj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe ndaj besimtar\u00ebve! O Zoti yn\u00eb, Ti je v\u00ebrtet i But\u00eb dhe M\u00ebshir\u00ebplot\u00eb!\u201d. (El-Hashr: 10)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cKur muslimani lutet p\u00ebr v\u00ebllain e tij, pa ditur gj\u00eb (ky i fundit), lutja pranohet. Tek koka e lut\u00ebsit q\u00ebndron nj\u00eb melek i ngarkuar t\u00eb thot\u00eb, pas \u00e7do lutjeje t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr v\u00ebllain musliman, Amin, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnt\u00eb Allahu edhe ty t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebrfshin lutjen e muslimanit p\u00ebr v\u00ebllain e tij q\u00eb s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb prezent, qoft\u00eb gjall\u00eb apo i vdekur.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; P\u00ebrshpejtimi n\u00eb pagimin apo larjen e borxhit q\u00eb e ka i vdekuri<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cShpirti i njeriut \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur p\u00ebr borxhin e tij deri sa t\u2019i paguhet apo lahet\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hakimi n\u00eb Mustredekun e tij na e p\u00ebrcjell hadithin e Xhabir ib\u00ebn Abdullahut, i cili thot\u00eb: \u201cVdiq nj\u00eb njeri dhe ne e pastruam, e qefinos\u00ebm, dhe pastaj e venduam n\u00eb vendin ku i falim xhenazet. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, lajm\u00ebroi p\u00ebr faljen e xhenazes, por para saj na tha: \u201cA ka ky v\u00ebllai juaj borxhe?\u201d &#8211; I tham\u00eb : Po, dy dinar\u00eb. U largua prej aty dhe tha: \u201cFaljani ju namazin e xhenazes v\u00ebllait tuaj\u201d. N\u00eb at\u00eb moment u lajm\u00ebrua nj\u00eb njeri, t\u00eb cilin e quanin Ebu Katade, dhe tha: O i D\u00ebrguar i Allahut, un\u00eb e marr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr at\u00eb borxh.- I tha i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam: \u201cAt\u00ebher\u00eb, a pranon q\u00eb borxhi i tij t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e jotja dhe e pasuris\u00eb t\u00ebnde, nd\u00ebrsa i vdekuri t\u00eb jet\u00eb i past\u00ebr prej saj\u201d. &#8211; Ebu Katade i tha se un\u00eb pranoj q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e imja, e pastaj ia fal\u00ebn namazin bashk\u00eb me Pejgamberin, alejhi salatu ue selam. Gjithnj\u00eb kur e takonte Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, Ebu Kataden e pyeste se a e ka pastruar borxhin e t\u00eb vdekurit, derisa nj\u00eb dit\u00eb i tha Ebu Katade se e pastroi borxhin, dhe Pejgamberi, salallahu alejhi ue selem, tha: \u201cTani \u00ebsht\u00eb flladitur l\u00ebkura e tij n\u00eb varr\u201d. (D.m.th. Tani i \u00ebsht\u00eb flladitur l\u00ebkura, se n\u00eb at\u00eb moment \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar prej tij d\u00ebnimi i Allahu).<\/p>\n<p>Ky hadith \u00ebsht\u00eb argument se t\u00eb vdekurit mund t\u2019ia lajn\u00eb borxhin edhe njer\u00ebz q\u00eb s\u2019i ka t\u00eb af\u00ebrt dhe se larja e borxhit \u00ebsht\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr ngritjen e d\u00ebnimit prej tij.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dh\u00ebnia e l\u00ebmosh\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurin<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Imam Buhariu dhe Muslimi sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith prej Aishes, radijallahu anha, se nj\u00eb njeri i tha Pejgamberit, alejhi salatu ue selam: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, n\u00ebna ime \u00ebsht\u00eb arratisur (ka vdekur) dhe s\u2019ka l\u00ebn\u00eb fare testament. Sikur t\u00eb fliste do t\u00eb jepte sadaka. A ka shp\u00ebrblim ajo n\u00ebse un\u00eb do t\u00eb jepja p\u00ebr t\u00eb? Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, tha: \u201cPo!\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb se l\u00ebmosha e dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurin i b\u00ebn dobi t\u00eb vdekurit dhe i arrin shp\u00ebrblimi i saj dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jan\u00eb unik t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dijetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Tejmije, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb se nuk ka aspak divergjenc\u00eb mes dijetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ehli Sunetit se l\u00ebmosha i b\u00ebn dobi t\u00eb vdekurit dhe n\u00ebse njeriu jep l\u00ebmosh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ajo i shkon\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kryerja e haxhit p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurin<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb grua e kishte pyetur Pejgamberin, alejhi salatu ue selam, p\u00ebr babain e saj, t\u00eb cilin detyrimi i haxhit e kishte gjetur si plak t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr i cili nuk mund ta p\u00ebrballonte hipjen dhe udh\u00ebtimin i vet\u00ebm, q\u00eb pastaj kishte vdekur &#8211; A ta kryente haxhin p\u00ebr t\u00eb? Pejgamberi, alejhi salatu ue selam, i tha: \u201cPo, kryeje haxhin p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe nj\u00eb grua tjet\u00ebr &#8211; si\u00e7 theksohet n\u00eb hadithin e Ib\u00ebn Abasit, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb, e kishte pyetur Pejgamberin, alejhi salatu ue selam: \u201cA ta kryente haxhin p\u00ebr n\u00ebn\u00ebn e saj, e cila ishte zotuar se do ta kryente haxhin, por kishte vdekur?\u201d. Ai i thot\u00eb: \u201cKryeje haxhin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, \u00e7far\u00eb mendon, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ajo t\u00eb kishte borxh, a do t\u2019ia kishe paguar?\u201d. Ajo tha: \u201cPo!\u201d Ai thot\u00eb: \u201cAt\u00ebher\u00eb, paguaja, se Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i merituar q\u00eb t\u2019ia p\u00ebrmbush\u00ebsh zotimin\u201d. Sipas nj\u00eb transmetimi tjet\u00ebr, thuhet: \u201cBorxhi i Allahut \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb prioritar p\u00ebr t\u2019u paguar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Tejmije, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb se n\u00eb k\u00ebto hadithe t\u00eb sakta kemi argumente t\u00eb qarta se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, urdh\u00ebroi n\u00eb kryerjen e Haxhit detyrues p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekurin dhe kryerjen e haxhit n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb zotuar i vdekuri se do ta kryej\u00eb dhe nuk e ka kryer zotimin e tij dhe po ashtu ka urdh\u00ebruar n\u00eb plot\u00ebsimin e agj\u00ebrimit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb zotuar se do ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb i vdekuri dhe nuk e ka agj\u00ebruar, dhe i urdh\u00ebruari her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i biri, e her\u00eb i v\u00ebllai dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, k\u00ebt\u00eb e p\u00ebrngjasoi me borxh q\u00eb bie mbi t\u00eb vdekurin. Po ashtu ka edhe vepra tjera p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat njer\u00ebzit mendojn\u00eb se t\u00eb vdekurit mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb prej tyre po n\u00eb fakt ato vepra bien n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me parimet fetare dhe i vdekuri nuk p\u00ebrfiton asgj\u00eb prej tyre. Cilat jan\u00eb ato?
