Fragmentet nga jeta e t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjve prej dijetar\u00ebve t\u00eb par\u00eb jan\u00eb sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyra m\u00eb ideale dhe m\u00eb stimuluese p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rejat tona q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb prej tyre dhe t\u2019i largohen marrjes s\u00eb sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyr\u00ebs prej njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pesh\u00eb as n\u00eb jet\u00eb e as n\u00eb histori.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb folurit p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e dijetar\u00ebve, e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e imam Malikut, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb,<\/em> nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prej fanatizmit dhe dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb tejskajshme ndaj tij, sepse dituria merret dhe refuzohet prej \u00e7do nj\u00ebrit prej tyre, kurse ajo dituri e cila merret dhe nuk refuzohet \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm se ajo e cila vjen prej t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Imami yn\u00eb, imam Maliku, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb<\/em>, u rrit n\u00eb Medine, piu prej burimeve t\u00eb saj, aty u b\u00eb i njohur, prej aty dituria e tij u shp\u00ebrnda n\u00eb krejt tokat, jepte m\u00ebsime n\u00eb xhamin\u00eb e Pejgamberit, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam,<\/em> derisa u em\u00ebrtua si \u201cDijetari i Medines\u201d apo si imami i \u201cDarul Hixhreh\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Imami Malik ib\u00ebn Enes, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb,<\/em> u lind n\u00eb qytetin e Pejgamberit, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam,<\/em> n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, mir\u00ebpo dashamir\u00ebs ndaj dituris\u00eb dhe dijetar\u00ebve. Kjo ndikoi q\u00eb imam Maliku ta doj\u00eb diturin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb fillon si f\u00ebmij\u00eb ta k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb at\u00eb. N\u00ebna e tij ishte nj\u00eb grua shum\u00eb e men\u00e7ur e cila diti si ta udh\u00ebzoj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb birin e saj duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb prej dit\u00ebve: \u201cBiri im, shko tek Rebia, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb,<\/em> dhe merre prej tij edukat\u00ebn para se ta marrish diturin\u00eb e tij\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo grua e kuptoi rolin e saj n\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe porosin\u00eb e saj n\u00eb edukat\u00eb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e brezave t\u00eb rinj dhe e kuptoi se edukata vjen paralele me diturin\u00eb. Dituria nuk ka vler\u00eb pa edukat\u00eb dhe ajo k\u00ebrkohet edhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb dituris\u00eb, por edhe pasi q\u00eb ta arrish at\u00eb. Kjo grua arriti ta edukon dhe ta p\u00ebrgatit nj\u00eb burr\u00eb i cili m\u00eb von\u00eb i b\u00ebri mir\u00eb nj\u00eb Umetit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb roli i nj\u00eb n\u00ebne ushqimi i trupit t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs dhe marrja e preventivave p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs prej s\u00ebmundjeve, por porosia e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore, m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, e ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrforcimi i besimit, nd\u00ebrtimi i personalitetit, zhvillimi i mendjes, stimulimi i ambicieve t\u00eb larta dhe kjo nuk mundet t\u00eb arrihet derisa t\u00eb vyshken t\u00eb gjitha interesat e dynjas\u00eb para interesit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh, e ai \u00ebsht\u00eb interesi i edukat\u00ebs. Kjo ishte ajo e cila e ngjyrosi jet\u00ebn e imam Malikut realisht edhe n\u00eb vepra e jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe prej k\u00ebsaj medreseje edukuese nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e imam Malikut e m\u00ebsonin edukat\u00ebn prej moralit dhe pamjes s\u00eb tij, nd\u00ebrsa Umeti p\u00ebrfitoi shum\u00eb prej historis\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Maliku i tha nj\u00eb djaloshi prej fisit Kurejsh: \u201cO biri i v\u00ebllait tim, m\u00ebsoje edukat\u00ebn para se ta marrish diturin\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Uehb, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb<\/em>, thot\u00eb: \u201cAjo t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuam prej edukat\u00ebs s\u00eb Malikut ishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sa ajo t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuam prej dituris\u00eb s\u00eb tij\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tij p\u00ebrfituan dhe mor\u00ebn shum\u00eb edhe prej dituris\u00eb s\u00eb tij. Jahja ib\u00ebn Jahja Temimi, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb<\/em>, thot\u00eb: \u201cPasi q\u00eb mora prej Malik ib\u00ebn Enesit dituri nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, e vazhdova q\u00ebndrimin tim edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj prej moralit dhe virtyteve t\u00eb tij dhe me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ato i p\u00ebrngjanin virtyteve t\u00eb sahab\u00ebve dhe tabi\u2019in\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Metodologjia bashk\u00ebkohore n\u00eb arsim nxit n\u00eb arsimim pa edukim. Librat t\u00eb cilat m\u00ebsohen n\u00ebp\u00ebr institucione arsimore n\u00eb vete p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb citate t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb thata dhe nuk nxisin aspak n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e moralit dhe t\u00eb edukat\u00ebs. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb arsimi e humbi shk\u00eblqimin dhe bukurin\u00eb, ndikimin dhe p\u00ebrhapjen e tij, u nda dhe u largua dituria prej edukat\u00ebs dhe sado q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb njeriu potencial t\u00eb madh shkencor dhe dituri t\u00eb gjer\u00eb do t\u00eb v\u00ebresh dob\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb ndikimin e dituris\u00eb s\u00eb tij mbi moralin dhe edukat\u00ebn e tij, mbi p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim e zemr\u00ebs dhe veprave t\u00eb tij. Nuk ka dobi prej dituris\u00eb s\u00eb njeriut e cila nuk ndikon n\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimin e moralit dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e edukat\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ndarja mes dituris\u00eb dhe edukat\u00ebs lindi shum\u00eb s\u00ebmundje morale, prej saj sulmet ndaj dijetar\u00ebve, shpifjet ndaj njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb mir\u00eb, degjenerimet n\u00eb moral, mosrespektimin e prind\u00ebrve, mosrespektimin dhe sulmet e ndryshme ndaj m\u00ebsuesve dhe edukator\u00ebve edhe at\u00eb me fjal\u00eb dhe me vepra.<\/p>\n<p>Qyteti i Pejgamberit, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam<\/em>, kishte ndikim t\u00eb madh n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e personalitetit t\u00eb imam Maliku, n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ky qytet ushtonte prej dijetar\u00ebve dhe tabi\u2019in\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i tubonte nj\u00eb universitet i madh, Xhamia e Pejgamberit, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam<\/em>. N\u00eb \u00e7do skaj t\u00eb saj ulej nga nj\u00eb dijetar i cili ua m\u00ebsonte njer\u00ebzve fen\u00eb e past\u00ebr t\u00eb Allahut dhe njer\u00ebzit i d\u00ebrgonin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb m\u00ebsonin Kur\u2019anin dhe Sunetin e me m\u00ebsimin e tyre e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsonin edhe moralin.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Maliku, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb,<\/em> u ul n\u00eb Xhamin\u00eb e t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam,<\/em> t\u00eb jep fetva pasi q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuan shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dijetar\u00eb se e meriton k\u00ebt\u00eb pozit\u00eb. Ekziston dallim mes atij i cili e lavd\u00ebron veten dhe flet fjal\u00eb miradije p\u00ebr vetveten dhe mes atij q\u00eb d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e mir\u00eb dhe dijetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Imam Maliku thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk kishte mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb ulet n\u00eb xhami secili q\u00eb donte t\u00eb ligj\u00ebron rreth shkenc\u00ebs s\u00eb hadithit apo t\u00eb jep fetva, derisa t\u00eb konsultoheshin mes vete dijetar\u00ebt, n\u00ebse e shihnin se \u00ebsht\u00eb meritor p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pozit\u00eb e lejonin e n\u00ebse jo nuk e lejonin dhe un\u00eb nuk u ula derisa d\u00ebshmuan p\u00ebr mua shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dijetar\u00eb se un\u00eb e meritoj k\u00ebt\u00eb vend\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Maliku thoshte: \u201cUn\u00eb jam njeri, gaboj dhe ia q\u00eblloj, shikojeni mendimin tim n\u00ebse ai p\u00ebrputhet me Sunetin kapuni p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb imam Maliku, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb,<\/em> e vendosi nj\u00eb metodologji mesatare mes atyre q\u00eb ishin fanatik\u00eb ndaj imam\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre dhe i pasonin ata verb\u00ebrisht dhe i refuzonin argumentet e sakta dhe mes atyre q\u00eb i refuzonin th\u00ebniet e imam\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se: \u201cAta jan\u00eb burra dhe ne jemi burra\u201d. Sa dallim t\u00eb madh ka mes burrave, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve Allahu ua lart\u00ebsoj emrat dhe i b\u00ebri t\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden n\u00ebp\u00ebr shekuj edhe pse ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur, dhe mes burrave q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb pesh\u00eb e as nuk p\u00ebrmenden edhe pse ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00eb. Me p\u00ebrmendjen e t\u00eb par\u00ebve ngjallen zemrat edhe pse ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur, kurse me uljen n\u00eb nj\u00eb mexhlis me k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit dhe q\u00eb jan\u00eb gjall\u00eb vdesin zemrat. Kur p\u00ebrmenden imam\u00ebt, Ebu Hanifja, imam Maliku, Shafiu, Ahmed ib\u00ebn Hanbeli, <em>Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb<\/em>, ata nuk ishin thjesht\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pajisur vet\u00ebm se me citate, por ishin sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyr\u00eb n\u00eb edukat\u00eb dhe dituri, ishin dijetar\u00eb n\u00eb devotshm\u00ebri, dijetar\u00eb n\u00eb adhurim, n\u00eb asketiz\u00ebm, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>O ju besimtar\u00eb, nuk lejohet n\u00ebn\u00e7mimi i veprave t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Prej injoranc\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i disa njer\u00ebzve se veprat e tyre jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mira se t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, apo mendimi i ndonj\u00ebrit q\u00eb Allahu i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb pak dituri se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb sesa tjetri apo mendimi i ndonj\u00ebrit q\u00eb e ka penguar nj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe apo thirr n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb se tjetri. K\u00ebto mund\u00ebsi dhe aft\u00ebsi jan\u00eb furnizime prej an\u00ebs s\u00eb Allahut dhe nuk jan\u00eb prej njer\u00ebzve. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb kuptimi i imam Malikut q\u00eb ia p\u00ebrshkruan t\u00eb gjitha kategorive dhe grupeve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Umeti, se sh\u00ebrbimin e k\u00ebsaj feje e organizojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se cil\u00ebs l\u00ebmi dhe drejtim i takon, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb secilit mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb punon sipas mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb veta dhe t\u00eb ec sipas asaj rruge q\u00eb ia ka caktuar Allahu.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Malikut i shkroi nj\u00eb asket i asaj kohe i cili e nxiste me k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje n\u00eb izolim dhe vep\u00ebr dhe imami iu p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cAllahu i caktoi veprat ashtu si\u00e7 i caktoi furnizimet. Ndoshta nj\u00eb njeriut i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb fal\u00eb namaz (vullnetar), por nuk i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb (agj\u00ebrim vullnetar), tjetrit i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb jep l\u00ebmosh\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo nuk i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb, tjetrit i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb b\u00ebj xhihad, e tjetrit i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u00eb merr dituri dhe p\u00ebrhapja e dituris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb prej veprave m\u00eb t\u00eb mira. Un\u00eb jam i k\u00ebnaqur me at\u00eb \u00e7ka ma ka mund\u00ebsuar Allahu dhe mendoj se un\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb jem aty ku jam pa qen\u00eb ty aty ku je dhe shpresoj q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi dhe begati\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, ata q\u00eb japin l\u00ebmosh\u00eb, asket\u00ebt dhe adhuruesit jan\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi, ata q\u00eb shpenzojn\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb Allahut jan\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi, k\u00ebshilluesit, thirr\u00ebsit, dijetar\u00ebt dhe ata q\u00eb thirrin n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe ndalojn\u00eb nga e keqja jan\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi, ata q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb fes\u00eb me l\u00ebmit dhe drejtimet e tyre dhe me specializimet e tyre t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi n\u00ebse e pastrojn\u00eb nijetin e tyre q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb vet\u00ebm se p\u00ebr Allah. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Umet ka njer\u00ebz q\u00eb posedojn\u00eb aft\u00ebsi dhe kan\u00eb kapacitet dhe n\u00ebse at\u00eb e n\u00ebnshtrojn\u00eb dhe e investojn\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin e shoq\u00ebrive t\u00eb tyre dhe Umetit t\u00eb tyre, edhe ata edhe Umeti do t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb pamje krejt\u00ebsisht tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Kur u pyeste imam Maliku p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje i thoshte pyet\u00ebsit: \u201cIk ti derisa ta hulumtoj \u00e7\u00ebshtjen\u201d. Pasi q\u00eb u largua pyet\u00ebsi imam Maliku ishte i pavendosur dhe i l\u00ebkundur n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen e pyetjes dhe nuk ishte i sigurt se a t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjet apo jo. Kur e pyet\u00ebn disa prej shok\u00ebve t\u00eb tij se ku q\u00ebndron problemi imam Maliku filloi t\u00eb qaj\u00eb dhe tha: \u201cI frikohem nj\u00eb dite edhe at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb dite, kur pyet\u00ebsi do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb llogari prej meje p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigjen e dh\u00ebn\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Erdhi nj\u00eb njeri prej nj\u00eb vendi t\u00eb larg\u00ebt ta pyes imam Malikun p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e cila u interesonte banor\u00ebve t\u00eb atij vendi dhe p\u00ebrgjigjja e imamit Malikut ishte: \u201cNuk e di, nuk jemi sprovuar me k\u00ebt\u00eb mesele n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb dhe nuk kemi d\u00ebgjuar asnj\u00eb prej dijetar\u00ebve tan\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb problem. Eja nes\u00ebr\u201d. Dit\u00ebn e nes\u00ebrme shkoi prap\u00eb me shpres\u00eb se do t\u2019i jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje, por p\u00ebrgjigjja e imam Malikut ishte: \u201cM\u00eb pyete, por nuk e di p\u00ebrgjigjen\u201d. At\u00ebher\u00eb njeriu i tha: \u201cO imam, un\u00eb pas vete kam l\u00ebn\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb thoshin se nuk ka njeri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rruzull tok\u00ebsor m\u00eb t\u00eb men\u00e7ur se imam Maliku!\u201d Imam Maliku iu p\u00ebrgjigj dhe i tha: \u201cUn\u00eb pyetjen t\u00ebnde nuk e di\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e pyeti nj\u00eb njeri p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mesele dhe imam Maliku k\u00ebrkoi prej tij koh\u00eb q\u00eb ta shikoj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen, e at\u00ebher\u00eb i tha pyet\u00ebsi: \u201cO imam, \u00e7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e leht\u00eb\u201d. Imam Maliku ia ktheu dhe i tha: \u201cN\u00eb dituri nuk ekziston \u00e7\u00ebshtje e leht\u00eb, a nuk e ke d\u00ebgjuar fjal\u00ebn e Allahut: <strong>\u201cSepse Ne do t\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrgojm\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb me pesh\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d. <\/strong>(El-Muzemil: 5)<\/p>\n<p>Disa thoshin se: \u201cPasha Allahun kur u pyeste imam Maliku p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dukej sikurse q\u00ebndron mes Xhenetit dhe Xhehenemit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta ishin dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e mbush\u00ebn dynjan\u00eb me diturin\u00eb dhe veprat e tyre. \u00cbsht\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uditur me disa njer\u00ebz t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e marrin guximin p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb fetva, nd\u00ebrsa nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb dit\u00eb shkoll\u00eb p\u00ebr fen\u00eb e Allahut. Flasin p\u00ebr gj\u00ebrat se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hallall e kjo haram apo e nxisin nj\u00eb mesele n\u00ebp\u00ebr forume apo mexhlise dhe nuk ngrihen prej atyre mexhliseve derisa t\u00eb japin fetva kush si mundet dhe si ia kap mendja e vet. Nj\u00ebri prej tyre thot\u00eb un\u00eb mendoj, e tjetri thot\u00eb mua ma merr mendja, e tjetri thot\u00eb un\u00eb besoj, e tjetri merr vendime t\u00eb prera se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb haram e kjo hallall. I lart\u00ebsuar qofsh, o Zoti im, a ka mbetur q\u00eb hallalli, harami dhe fetvaja n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Allahut t\u00eb jen\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb e lir\u00eb ku n\u00eb t\u00eb do t\u00eb flasin injorant\u00ebt, se mua ma merr mendja e ty ta merr mendja? N\u00ebse nj\u00eb arkitekt fillon t\u2019u shkruaj\u00eb receta dhe barna t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thoni p\u00ebr t\u00eb? Me \u00e7ka do ta p\u00ebrshkruani at\u00eb? Si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimi i tij? Si mendoni p\u00ebr ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt flasin p\u00ebr fen\u00eb e Allahut pa dituri, i mbushin librat e gazetat duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb hallall e kjo haram, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb dit\u00eb shkoll\u00eb p\u00ebr fen\u00eb e Allahut nuk e kan\u00eb, e mos t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr fetvat\u00eb e posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e reja t\u00eb cilat i zbresin k\u00ebtij Umeti dhe t\u00eb cilat n\u00ebse do t\u2019i kishin zbritur Omerit, <em>Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb,<\/em> do t\u2019i mblidhte p\u00ebr rishikimin e saj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sahab\u00ebt q\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e Bedrit. Sot njer\u00ebzit garojn\u00eb mes tyre t\u00eb japin fetva q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen t\u00eb njohur dhe t\u00eb tregohen para tjer\u00ebve se un\u00eb jam m\u00eb i ditur se sa tjetri, e ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb edhe duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb fetva q\u00eb i k\u00ebnaq njer\u00ebzit dhe e zem\u00ebron Allahun.<\/p>\n<p>O v\u00ebllez\u00ebr n\u00eb Islam, \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e fes\u00eb duhet t\u2019ua adresojm\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr diturin\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve d\u00ebshmon Umeti dhe mos t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet t\u00eb cilat nuk i njohim mir\u00eb, si rreth hallallit dhe haramit, p\u00ebr arsye se fjala jote do t\u00eb thot\u00eb prerje e nj\u00eb dispozite t\u00eb Allahut. Imam Maliku, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb<\/em>, thot\u00eb: \u201cKush d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjet ndonj\u00eb meseleje, para se t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjet le ta rikujtoj\u00eb Xhenetin dhe Xhehenemin dhe se si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimi i tij n\u00eb ahiret, e pastaj le t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ndonj\u00ebri prej jush t\u00eb mendon se k\u00ebta dijetar\u00eb \u00e7doher\u00eb kan\u00eb diskutuar vet\u00ebm se p\u00ebr th\u00ebniet shkencore dhe p\u00ebr th\u00ebniet e dijetar\u00ebve dhe divergjencave mes tyre dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb mexhliset e tyre nuk kan\u00eb ditur t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr tema prej t\u00eb cilave f\u00ebrg\u00ebllojn\u00eb zemrat dhe n\u00eb to p\u00ebrmendet Xheneti dhe Xhehenemi. \u00c7do nj\u00ebri prej nesh duhet ta dij\u00eb se n\u00eb ligj\u00ebratat e tyre ka pasur edhe k\u00ebshilla t\u00eb ndryshme dhe ceket se imam Maliku e kishte k\u00ebshilluar nj\u00eb v\u00eblla t\u00eb tij n\u00eb fe duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cP\u00ebrkujtoja vetes dhimbjet e vdekjes dhe mundimet e saj, sprov\u00ebn n\u00eb varr, q\u00ebndrimin para Allahut dhe llogarin\u00eb, e pastaj pasi q\u00eb t\u00eb llogarit\u00ebsh vendq\u00ebndrimin t\u00ebnd t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm n\u00eb Xhenet apo Xhehenem. P\u00ebrgatitu p\u00ebr k\u00ebto p\u00ebrjetime t\u00eb r\u00ebnda duke punuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dynja. At\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u2019i shoh\u00ebsh ata me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt Allahu ishte i zem\u00ebruar se si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i tyre i dhembsh\u00ebm, do t\u2019i d\u00ebgjosh z\u00ebrat e tyre duke klithur n\u00eb Xhehenem, fytyrat e tyre do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb zymta e t\u00eb vrenjtura, as nuk do t\u00eb shohin e as nuk do t\u00eb flasin, do ta mallkojn\u00eb veten dhe do ta k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb vdekjen, kurse musibeti m\u00eb i madh p\u00ebr ta do t\u00eb jet\u00eb kur Allahu do tua kthen atyre fytyr\u00ebn e Tij dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb do t\u00eb mbyllet \u00e7do shpres\u00eb se Ai do t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjet k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tyre dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb Allahu thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Ai do t\u2019u thot\u00eb: \u201cRrini aty t\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzur dhe mos M\u00eb flisni<\/strong> <strong>asgj\u00eb!\u201d<\/strong> (El-Mu\u2019minun: 108)<\/p>\n<p>Imam Maliku ishte i s\u00ebmur\u00eb nj\u00ebzet e dy dit\u00eb dhe vdiq n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e shtat\u00eb vje\u00e7are. Disa thon\u00eb se i kishte mbushur t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjetat. Ib\u00ebn Nafi, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb,<\/em> thot\u00eb se imam Maliku vdiq n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e shtat\u00eb vje\u00e7are dhe ishte myfti i Medines gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vite me radh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb<\/em> imam Malikun i cili thoshte: \u201cKam takuar n\u00eb Medine njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk kishin t\u00eb meta, por kur filluan t\u00eb merren me t\u00eb metat e tjer\u00ebve, at\u00ebher\u00eb vet u b\u00ebn\u00eb me t\u00eb meta. Po ashtu kam takuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kishin shum\u00eb t\u00eb meta, por kur hesht\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb metat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, Allahu ia mbuloi t\u00eb metat e tyre\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>E lus Allahun t\u00eb na b\u00ebj dobi mua dhe ju me udh\u00ebzimin e Kur\u2019anit dhe Sunetit t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam. <\/em>Kjo ishte ajo \u00e7ka d\u00ebshiroja ta them. K\u00ebrkoj falje tek Allahu p\u00ebr mua dhe ju dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb musliman\u00ebt prej \u00e7do m\u00ebkati.
