{"id":4132,"date":"2020-03-26T12:43:04","date_gmt":"2020-03-26T12:43:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shkollaislame.com\/?p=4132"},"modified":"2020-03-26T12:43:04","modified_gmt":"2020-03-26T12:43:04","slug":"muaji-shaban-32-rregulla-dhe-dobi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shkollaislame.com\/?p=4132","title":{"rendered":"MUAJI SHABAN &#8211; 32 RREGULLA DHE DOBI"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li>Muaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji i tet\u00eb me radh\u00eb nga muajt hixhri dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb muajit Rexheb dhe Ramazan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb quajtur me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr, sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb muaj arab\u00ebt shp\u00ebrndaheshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve e ka marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr shkaku i shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb fiseve n\u00ebp\u00ebr shpella.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas disa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve e ka marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr, shkaku se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mes Rexhebit e Ramazanit dhe i ndan ata.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00ebsi i fjal\u00ebs Shaban n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn arabe \u00ebsht\u00eb: Sheabiin dhe Shabanat.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Muaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj i bekuar dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00eblqehet t\u00eb shpeshtohet agj\u00ebrimi, por njer\u00ebzit e neglizhojn\u00eb, ngase \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mes Rexhebit dhe Ramazanit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Usame ib\u00ebn Zejd, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, thot\u00eb se e pyeta t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dhe i thash\u00eb: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguar i Allahut! Nuk t\u00eb kam par\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebrosh ndonj\u00eb muaj tjet\u00ebr sikurse e agj\u00ebron muajin Shaban?\u201d\u00a0 Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, u p\u00ebrgjigj: <em>\u201cMuaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj t\u00eb cilin njer\u00ebzit e anashkalojn\u00eb, ngase \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb muajit Rexheb dhe Ramazan. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj q\u00eb ngriten veprat te Zoti i bot\u00ebve dhe un\u00eb d\u00ebshiroj q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00eb ngriten veprat duke qen\u00eb me agj\u00ebrim.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Agj\u00ebrimi vullnetar i Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb muajin Shaban ishte m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se n\u00eb \u00e7do muaj tjet\u00ebr, ngase e agj\u00ebronte nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb muajit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Aisha, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej saj, thot\u00eb: \u201cS\u2019e kam par\u00eb kurr\u00eb t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb nj\u00eb muaj t\u00eb plot\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Ramazanit dhe s\u2019e kam par\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb muaj m\u00eb shum\u00eb se n\u00eb muajin Shaban.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me nj\u00eb transmetim tjet\u00ebr: \u201cE agj\u00ebronte krejt Shabanin, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb vog\u00ebl.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, nuk agj\u00ebronte radhazi dy muaj, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Shabanit dhe Ramazanit, ai e agj\u00ebronte shumic\u00ebn e Shabanit dhe m\u00eb pas e vazhdonte agj\u00ebrimin e Ramazanit, ashtu si\u00e7 thot\u00eb Umu Seleme, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej saj: \u201cS\u2019e kam par\u00eb Pejgamberin, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, duke agj\u00ebruar radhazi dy muaj, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Shabanit dhe Ramazanit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Agj\u00ebrimin e Shabanit njer\u00ebzit e anashkalojn\u00eb, sepse para tij \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji i shenjt\u00eb Rexheb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi agj\u00ebrimi i muajve t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb p\u00eblqehet dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb krijohet mendim se Rexhebi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm dhe ka specifik\u00eb q\u00eb e ve\u00e7on karshi muajve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb si dhe pas Shabanit vjen muaji i bekuar i Ramazanit dhe njer\u00ebzit duke u preokupuar me k\u00ebta dy muaj e neglizhojn\u00eb Shabanin, kurse agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb muajin Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb i preferuar apo i p\u00eblqyer.<\/li>\n<li>Hadithi i Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb: <em>\u201cMuaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj t\u00eb cilin njer\u00ebzit e anashkalojn\u00eb, ngase \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb muajit Rexheb dhe Ramazan\u201d<\/em>, aludon n\u00eb at\u00eb se adhurimi n\u00eb koh\u00eb, q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e neglizhojn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm, e kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr q\u00eb Allahu e d\u00ebshiron dhe At\u00eb e k\u00ebnaq. Kjo ishte arsyeja q\u00eb disa nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb ta p\u00eblqejn\u00eb faljen e nafileve (namaz vullnetar) n\u00eb mes t\u00eb namazit t\u00eb akshamit dhe t\u00eb jacis\u00eb, e nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera thoshin: \u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb koha e neglizhenc\u00ebs\u201d. Edhe namazi n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb nat\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm se n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e tjera, shkaku se njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkujdesur nga t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendurit e Allahut, nd\u00ebrsa Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: <em>\u201cAllahu m\u00eb af\u00ebr robit t\u00eb Vet \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb nat\u00ebs. N\u00ebse mund t\u00eb jesh nga ata q\u00eb e p\u00ebrmendin Allahun n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb nat\u00ebs, at\u00ebher\u00eb mos e neglizho k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a> Prandaj edhe p\u00eblqehet q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet Allahu n\u00ebp\u00ebr vendet e d\u00ebfrimit dhe zhurm\u00ebs dhe ku ata q\u00eb e p\u00ebrmendin Allahun jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00eb, si: tregu dhe vendtubime d\u00ebfrimi.<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nga dobit\u00eb e adhurimit n\u00eb koh\u00ebt q\u00eb i neglizhojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit \u00ebsht\u00eb se ibadeti i njeriut nuk u bie n\u00eb sy t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe fshehja e ibadetit, e sidomos atij vullnetar, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb af\u00ebr sinqeritetit, kurse kur pun\u00ebt e mira b\u00ebhen haptazi at\u00ebher\u00eb rrezikohet sinqeriteti nga syefaq\u00ebsia.<\/li>\n<li>Agj\u00ebrimi i muajit Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm, sesa agj\u00ebrimi i muajve t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, sepse muaji Shaban me Ramazanin \u00ebsht\u00eb si pozita e namazeve vullnetare t\u00eb rregullta (revatib) me farzet. Pra, vlera e Shabanit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb para Ramazanit ku agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb farz (detyrim). Ashtu sikurse namazet vullnetare t\u00eb rregullta (revatib) q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme se namazet vullnetare t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, ashtu edhe agj\u00ebrimi para dhe pas Ramazanit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm, sesa agj\u00ebrimi q\u00eb vjen m\u00eb larg Ramazanit.<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Hadithin e Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb: <em>\u201cAgj\u00ebrimi m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm pas agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb Ramazanit \u00ebsht\u00eb ai n\u00eb muajin e shenjt\u00eb Muharrem dhe namazi (vullnetar) m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm pas namazit farz \u00ebsht\u00eb namazi i nat\u00ebs\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a>; dijetar\u00ebt thon\u00eb se hadithi p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim e ka agj\u00ebrimin vullnetar t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm. Andaj nga agj\u00ebrimet vullnetare t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb Muharrem dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00eb muajt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, kurse nga namazet vullnetare t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb namazi i nat\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi i Shabanit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb para Ramazanit dhe i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit q\u00eb jan\u00eb pas Ramazanit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb absolute jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme sesa agj\u00ebrimi vullnetar (sepse gjenden para dhe pas farzit), sikurse namazi i nat\u00ebs i cili n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm, por sunetet kur falen para apo pas farzeve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim dhe vler\u00eb sesa namazi nafile i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm. Kjo p\u00ebr shkak se koha dhe momenti ia japin k\u00ebt\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7astit.<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Shabani \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj, ku n\u00eb t\u00eb ngriten veprat vjetore p\u00ebr tek Allahu, ashtu si\u00e7 erdhi n\u00eb hadith: <em>\u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj q\u00eb ngriten veprat te Zoti i bot\u00ebve dhe un\u00eb d\u00ebshiroj q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00eb ngriten veprat duke qen\u00eb me agj\u00ebrim.\u201d <\/em>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, d\u00ebshiroi q\u00eb veprat e tij t\u00eb ngriten duke qen\u00eb me agj\u00ebrim, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb veprat t\u00eb pranohen dhe gradat t\u00eb rriten. Prandaj myslimanit nuk i mbetet tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se t\u00eb ec\u00ebn gjurm\u00ebve t\u00eb Pejgamberit t\u00eb tij, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dhe ta shpeshtoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin n\u00eb muajin Shaban.<\/li>\n<li>Jan\u00eb tri lloje t\u00eb ngritjes dhe prezantimit t\u00eb veprave tek Allahu, ashtu si\u00e7 aludojn\u00eb argumentet sheriatike:<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Lloji i par\u00eb:<\/strong> Ngritja ditore; p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb veprat ngriten dy her\u00eb, nj\u00eb her\u00eb brenda nat\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb brenda dit\u00ebs, ashtu si\u00e7 erdhi n\u00eb hadith: <em>\u201cTek Allahu ngritet vepra e nat\u00ebs para vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb dit\u00ebs dhe vepra e dit\u00ebs para vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb nat\u00ebs.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vepra e dit\u00ebs ngritet n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, kurse vepra e nat\u00ebs n\u00eb fund t\u00eb nat\u00ebs. Melaqet i ngrisin veprat e nat\u00ebs n\u00eb fund t\u00eb nat\u00ebs para se t\u00eb filloj\u00eb dita dhe veprat e dit\u00ebs i ngrisin n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dit\u00ebs para se t\u00eb filloj\u00eb nata, ashtu si\u00e7 erdhi n\u00eb hadith: <em>\u201cMelaqet nd\u00ebrrohen te ju nat\u00ebn e dit\u00ebn dhe ato bashkohen n\u00eb namazin e sabahut dhe n\u00eb namazin e ikindis\u00eb&#8230;\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cKush gjendet gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj n\u00eb adhurim do t\u00eb begatohet n\u00eb riskun dhe n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prandaj qante Ed-Dahaku, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dit\u00ebs dhe thoshte. \u201cNuk e di se \u00e7far\u00eb m\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur nga veprat p\u00ebr tek Allahu.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lloji i dyt\u00eb:<\/strong> Prezantimi javor; dy her\u00eb brenda jav\u00ebs prezantohen veprat, dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe dit\u00ebn e enjte, ashtu si\u00e7 erdhi n\u00eb hadith: <em>\u201cVeprat e njer\u00ebzve prezantohen dy her\u00eb brenda jav\u00ebs, dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe dit\u00ebn e enjte, dhe Allahu ia fal \u00e7do robi besimtar, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 atij q\u00eb ka armiq\u00ebsi me v\u00ebllain e tij mysliman. Melaqeve u thuhet: \u2018L\u00ebrini ata dy derisa t\u00eb kthehen dhe t\u00eb pajtohen\u2019.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ibrahim En-Nahaij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, dit\u00ebn e enjte qante pran\u00eb gruas s\u00eb tij dhe ajo qante pran\u00eb tij, e i thoshte: \u201cSot prezantohen veprat tona para Allahut.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lloji i tret\u00eb<\/strong>: Ngritja vjetore; veprat e nj\u00eb viti ngriten p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb muajin Shaban, ashtu si\u00e7 aludon hadithi i Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb: <em>\u201cMuaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj ku n\u00eb t\u00eb ngriten veprat te Zoti i bot\u00ebve.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb ngritje tjet\u00ebr e veprave, ajo e pasvdekjes. Kur t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb exheli, veprat e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi ngriten dhe prezantohen para Allahut dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb mbyllen edhe fletushkat e veprave. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb prezantimi i fundit.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>N\u00eb \u00e7do ngritje dhe prezantim t\u00eb veprave ka urt\u00ebsi q\u00eb vet\u00ebm Allahu i Madh\u00ebruar e di. Shpallja vjen nga Allahu dhe at\u00eb na e p\u00ebrcolli i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dhe neve na mbetet n\u00ebnshtrimi dhe dor\u00ebzimi.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr myslimanin \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00eblqyer q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e ngritjes dhe prezantimit t\u00eb veprave para Allahut t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb nga n\u00ebnshtrimet dhe adhurimet, si: ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb enjte ashtu si\u00e7 ishte udh\u00ebzimi i t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ta shpeshtoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e Shabanit dhe t\u00eb shtoj\u00eb nga pun\u00ebt e mira nat\u00ebn dhe dit\u00ebn e ngritjes s\u00eb veprave, t\u00eb afrohet tek Allahu me ato vepra q\u00eb p\u00ebr Allahun jan\u00eb t\u00eb dashura dhe At\u00eb e k\u00ebnaqin.<\/li>\n<li>Myslimani nuk duhet t\u00eb harroj\u00eb se gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji veprat e tij, t\u00eb mirat dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat, ngriten tek Allahu, prandaj kujdes se \u00e7far\u00eb vepra po zgjedh q\u00eb t\u00eb ngriten tek Allahu, sepse ato mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrblim ose nd\u00ebshkim, disa nga to mund t\u00eb pranohen e disa t\u00eb tjera mund edhe t\u00eb refuzohen, Allahu na ruajtt\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Muaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb si parahyrje p\u00ebr Ramazanin dhe si st\u00ebrvitje p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin e tij, prandaj edhe n\u00eb Shaban sikurse n\u00eb Ramazan e ligjshme \u00ebsht\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi dhe leximi i Kuranit, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb gatishm\u00ebria t\u00eb shtohet p\u00ebr pritjen e Ramazanit dhe shpirtrat t\u00eb kaliten n\u00eb ibadet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kjo duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb arsye p\u00ebr myslimanin q\u00eb t\u00eb nxitoj\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb ibadet n\u00eb muajin Shaban dhe t\u00eb parap\u00ebrgatitet p\u00ebr Ramazan, q\u00eb kur t\u00eb hyj\u00eb Ramazani t\u00eb mos gjej\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb agj\u00ebrim, sepse ai paraprakisht vet\u00ebm se \u00ebsht\u00eb st\u00ebrvitur p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrim dhe e kan\u00eb ndier \u00ebmb\u00eblsin\u00eb dhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e agj\u00ebrimit n\u00eb Shaban, nd\u00ebrsa pritet q\u00eb kur t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb Ramazan t\u00eb jet\u00eb i fort\u00eb dhe me p\u00ebrplot aktivitet.<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\"><sup>[18]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li>Ankohen disa se e kan\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb, ta falin namazin e teravive dhe t\u00eb lexojn\u00eb Kuran n\u00eb Ramazan, k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi e gjejn\u00eb shkaku se ata nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb agj\u00ebrim dhe namaz nate, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se n\u00eb Ramazan. P\u00ebrse ata nuk e st\u00ebrvitin dhe kalitin veten n\u00eb muajin Shaban?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Shpirti, kur m\u00ebsohet me rehati dhe me gjum\u00eb i vjen r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe lodhet t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb n\u00eb namazin e teravive pa st\u00ebrvitje dhe parap\u00ebrgatitje!<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Bek\u00ebr El-Belhij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thoshte: \u201cMuaji Rexheb \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji i mbjelljes, muaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji i ujitjes s\u00eb far\u00ebs dhe muaji Ramazan \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji i korrjes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thoshte: \u201cShembulli i muajit Rexheb \u00ebsht\u00eb sikurse era, shembulli i Shabanit \u00ebsht\u00eb sikurse reja dhe shembulli i Ramazanit \u00ebsht\u00eb sikurse shiu.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn19\" name=\"_ftnref19\"><sup>[19]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb nuk mbjell n\u00eb Rexheb dhe nuk ujit n\u00eb Shaban, si mendon q\u00eb t\u00eb korr\u00eb n\u00eb Ramazan?! Si shpreson ta shijoj\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00eblsin\u00eb e ibadetit n\u00eb Ramazan kur ai p\u00ebr veten s\u2019ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb para Ramazanit?!<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj t\u00eb nxitojm\u00eb para se t\u00eb na ikin koha dhe mund\u00ebsia. Jahja ib\u00ebn Muadh, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thoshte: \u201cNuk e qaj veten n\u00ebse vdes, por e qaj kur m\u00eb ik\u00ebn ajo p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kam nevoj\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn20\" name=\"_ftnref20\"><sup>[20]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li>T\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb i kushtoheshin leximit t\u00eb Kuranit n\u00eb Shaban dhe thoshin: \u201cMuaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji i lexuesve (t\u00eb Kuranit).\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn21\" name=\"_ftnref21\"><sup>[21]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Shabani \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndihmuar t\u00eb varfrit, t\u00eb ngrat\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb sadaka, q\u00eb kjo ndihm\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkrahje t\u2019i forcoj\u00eb p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin e Ramazanit dhe faljen e teravive.<\/li>\n<li>Nd\u00ebr gabimet e p\u00ebrhapura \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb disa njer\u00ebz zeqatin e tyre duhet ta japin n\u00eb Rexheb apo Shaban, kurse ata e vonojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb Ramazan, duke menduar se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e vlefshme dhe shp\u00ebrblehen m\u00eb shum\u00eb!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nuk lejohet q\u00eb t\u00eb vonohet nxjerrja e zeqatit, pasi jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar dy kriteret p\u00ebr nxjerrjen e tij, plot\u00ebsimi i nj\u00eb viti t\u00eb plot\u00eb pasi paraprakisht \u00ebsht\u00eb arritur sasia e duhur p\u00ebr zeqat, sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi ndaj fukarenjve dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb vonim i hakut t\u00eb tyre, si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkat q\u00eb b\u00ebhet ndaj Allahut p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tejkalimit t\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb Tij.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse p\u00ebrshpejtimi i tij dhe nxjerrja e tij para kohe lejohet n\u00ebse kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb varfrit dhe t\u00eb ngrat\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"20\">\n<li>Kujt i kan\u00eb mbetur dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara nga Ramazani i kaluar, detyrohet t\u2019i agj\u00ebroj\u00eb n\u00eb Shaban para se t\u00eb vij\u00eb Ramazani p\u00ebrderisa ka mund\u00ebsi, nuk i lejohet atij pa arsye ta vonoj\u00eb kompensimin e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetura deri pas Ramazanit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Aisha, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej saj, tha: \u201cKisha dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara nga Ramazani dhe nuk kisha mund\u00ebsi t\u2019i kompensoja, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se n\u00eb Shaban\u201d; Dhe transmetuesi thot\u00eb: Shkaku i vonimit t\u00eb kompensimit ishte angazhimi i saj nga ose me Pejgamberin, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn22\" name=\"_ftnref22\"><sup>[22]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Haxheri, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cNga p\u00ebrkujdesja e saj q\u00eb n\u00eb Shaban t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb dit\u00ebt e paagj\u00ebruara t\u00eb Ramazanit t\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb se nuk lejohet t\u00eb vonohet kompensimi deri at\u00ebher\u00eb, saq\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb Ramazani tjet\u00ebr.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn23\" name=\"_ftnref23\"><sup>[23]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"21\">\n<li>Kujt i kan\u00eb mbetur dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara, me arsye q\u00eb e kan\u00eb penguar t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb, derisa ka hyr\u00eb Ramazani tjet\u00ebr, k\u00ebto dit\u00eb i kompenson pasi t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb Ramazani dhe p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kompensimit nuk detyrohet me di\u00e7 tjet\u00ebr.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb sikurse rasti i nj\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmuri q\u00eb s\u00ebmundja e tij ka qen\u00eb e vazhdueshme deri n\u00eb Ramazanin tjet\u00ebr dhe nuk ka mundur t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb dit\u00ebt e paagj\u00ebruara, ky nuk ka m\u00ebkat p\u00ebr vonimin e kompensimit, sepse ka arsye dhe atij, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se kompensimit nuk i detyrohet di\u00e7 tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse kompensimin e ka vonuar pa ndonj\u00eb arsye sheriatike derisa ka hyr\u00eb Ramazani tjet\u00ebr, ky ka b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00ebkat, sepse pa ndonj\u00eb arsye nuk i ka kompensuar dit\u00ebt e paagj\u00ebruara dhe ka pritur t\u00eb vij\u00eb Ramazani tjet\u00ebr. Dijetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb mendimi se ato dit\u00eb duhet t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo kan\u00eb mendime t\u00eb ndryshme se p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kompensimit a duhet ta shpaguaj\u00eb vonimin e kompensimit?<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb grup than\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kompensoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shpaguaj\u00eb p\u00ebr vonimin e kompensimit dhe shpagimi b\u00ebhet duke e ushqyer nj\u00eb t\u00eb ngrat\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebnie e imam Malikut, Shafiut dhe Ahmedit, Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, si dhe p\u00ebrcillen n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb gjurm\u00eb nga disa sahab\u00eb, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb than\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kompensoj\u00eb dhe jo t\u00eb shpaguaj\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebnie e Ebu Hanifes dhe si m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb e zgjodhi edhe Ib\u00ebn Uthejmini, Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, nga dijetar\u00ebt bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn24\" name=\"_ftnref24\"><sup>[24]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"22\">\n<li>Nuk lejohet t\u00eb festohet nata e mesme e Shabanit (nata e Beratit), t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet me namaz nate, t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet dita e saj me agj\u00ebrim, t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet me vizit\u00ebn e varrezave ose me dh\u00ebnien e sadakas\u00eb p\u00ebr shpirtrat e t\u00eb vdekurve ose me ndonj\u00eb lloj adhurimi tjet\u00ebr, sepse kjo e t\u00ebra \u00ebsht\u00eb nga risit\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nuk ka hadith t\u00eb sakt\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetemi n\u00eb t\u00eb dhe q\u00eb aludon n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e nat\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme t\u00eb Shabanit, por t\u00eb gjitha hadithet jan\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebta apo t\u00eb shpikura, edhe pse ka dijetar\u00eb q\u00eb i kan\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar disa hadithe si t\u00eb sakta, por e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebta apo t\u00eb shpikura.<\/p>\n<p>Hadithet q\u00eb p\u00ebrcillen p\u00ebr faljen e namazit n\u00eb nat\u00ebn e mesme t\u00eb Shabanit jan\u00eb ose t\u00eb dob\u00ebta ose t\u00eb shpikura dhe g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr mbi Pejgamberin, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, sepse asnj\u00eb hadith nga ta nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb nga Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, apo nga sahab\u00ebt, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre.<a href=\"#_ftn25\" name=\"_ftnref25\"><sup>[25]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"23\">\n<li>Nuk ka penges\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e ka tradit\u00eb namazin e nat\u00ebs, t\u00eb ngritet n\u00eb nat\u00ebn e mesme t\u00eb Shabanit dhe t\u00eb fal\u00eb namaz nate sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb falur n\u00eb net\u00ebt e m\u00ebhershme, pa bindje dhe mendim se kjo nat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ose q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shtohen veprat e mira dhe p\u00ebrpjekja n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Ve\u00e7imi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme t\u00eb Shabanit me agj\u00ebrim nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i ligjsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e ka tradit\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb vullnetarisht, si dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb enjte, dhe nuk beson q\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi i k\u00ebsaj dite \u00ebsht\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm, e nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet dita e agj\u00ebrimit vullnetar t\u00eb tij me dit\u00ebn e mesme t\u00eb Shabanit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hadithi q\u00eb p\u00ebrcillet dhe inkurajon n\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e dit\u00ebs e mesme t\u00eb Shabanit \u00ebsht\u00eb i dob\u00ebt dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"25\">\n<li>Dita e mesme e Shabanit b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e bardha t\u00eb muajit, q\u00eb p\u00eblqehen t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj (dita e 13-t\u00eb, e 14-t\u00eb dhe e 15-t\u00eb e muajve h\u00ebnor\u00eb), prandaj kush ia bashk\u00ebngjit dit\u00ebs s\u00eb tremb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb edhe dit\u00ebn e mesme t\u00eb Shabanit, pa besim dhe mendim se kjo dit\u00eb, si dit\u00eb e mesme e Shabanit, ka ve\u00e7ori dhe specifika, (dhe k\u00ebto dit\u00eb i agj\u00ebron si dit\u00eb t\u00eb bardha t\u00eb muajit) vet\u00ebm se ia ka q\u00eblluar sunetit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kurse ai q\u00eb e ve\u00e7on dit\u00ebn e mesme t\u00eb Shabanit me agj\u00ebrim, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb thuhet se e ka agj\u00ebruar nj\u00eb dit\u00eb nga dit\u00ebt e bardha, sepse ai k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb nuk e ka ve\u00e7uar me agj\u00ebrim vet\u00ebm se p\u00ebr shkak besimit t\u00eb tij se kjo dit\u00eb e Shabanit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e vlefshme karshi dit\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera dhe kjo gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar.<a href=\"#_ftn26\" name=\"_ftnref26\"><sup>[26]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"26\">\n<li>Hadithin <em>\u201cKur t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet gjysma e Shabanit, mos agj\u00ebroni pas asaj dit\u00eb\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn27\" name=\"_ftnref27\"><sup>[27]<\/sup><\/a>, shumica e dijetar\u00ebve e dob\u00ebsojn\u00eb. Dijetar\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj si Abdurrahman ib\u00ebn Mehdij, imam Ahmedi, Ebu Zura\u2019 Er-Razij, dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith thon\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb hadith munker (i urryer dhe i pabaz\u00eb n\u00eb fe).<a href=\"#_ftn28\" name=\"_ftnref28\"><sup>[28]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Duke u bazuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb themi q\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi pasi t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet gjysma e Shabanit nuk urrehet, mir\u00ebpo ndalohet vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ose dy dit\u00eb para Ramazanit.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"27\">\n<li>Ata q\u00eb thon\u00eb, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendim i medh\u2019hebit shafiit, p\u00ebr hadithin se \u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe se ndalohet agj\u00ebrimi pas gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb Shabanit, nga kjo ndales\u00eb e ve\u00e7ojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb e ka tradit\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb vullnetarisht, si at\u00eb q\u00eb e agj\u00ebron dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb enjte, dhe k\u00ebtij i lejohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb edhe pas gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb Shabanit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si dhe ndalesa nuk e p\u00ebrfshin edhe at\u00eb q\u00eb e filloi agj\u00ebrimin para mesit t\u00eb Shabanit dhe e vazhdoi edhe pas gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb Shabanit, sepse Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e agj\u00ebronte krejt Shabanin, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb vog\u00ebl.<a href=\"#_ftn29\" name=\"_ftnref29\"><sup>[29]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nga ndalesa ve\u00e7ohen edhe ata q\u00eb pas gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb Shabanit i kompensojn\u00eb dit\u00ebt e mbetura t\u00eb Ramazanit t\u00eb kaluar.<a href=\"#_ftn30\" name=\"_ftnref30\"><sup>[30]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"28\">\n<li>Agj\u00ebrimi vullnetar nj\u00eb ose dy dit\u00eb para Ramazanit ndalohet, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e ka tradit\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin vullnetar (t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb enjten, ose dit\u00ebt e bardha etj.) ose duhet ta kompensoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e betimit ose i kan\u00eb mbetur dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara t\u00eb Ramazanit t\u00eb kaluar dhe duhet t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb, ose e vazhdon agj\u00ebrimin q\u00eb e ka filluar m\u00eb her\u00ebt. Kjo duke u bazuar n\u00eb hadithin: <em>\u201cMos i paraprini Ramazanit me agj\u00ebrim nj\u00eb ose dy dit\u00eb para, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 atij q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb duke agj\u00ebruar (agj\u00ebrimi vullnetar si t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn dhe enjten etj.), ai le t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn31\" name=\"_ftnref31\"><sup>[31]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb Shabanit i ka tri situata:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>E para:<\/strong> T\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb me nijet t\u00eb Ramazanit, si mas\u00eb kujdesi dhe sigurie p\u00ebr Ramazan. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E dyta: <\/strong>T\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb me nijet t\u00eb zotimit, kompensimit ose shpagimit, e t\u00eb ngjashme me to. K\u00ebt\u00eb e lejuan shumica e dijetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E treta:<\/strong> T\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb me nijet t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit vullnetar t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm. Kjo urrehet dhe nuk parap\u00eblqehet, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e ka tradit\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin vullnetar (si dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb enjte, tri dit\u00ebt e bardha etj.) dhe dita e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebrputhet me fundin e Shabanit, ose ka agj\u00ebruar edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt se dy dit\u00ebt e fundit dhe k\u00ebshtu nuk e nd\u00ebrpren agj\u00ebrimin, por e vazhdon me Ramazanin.<a href=\"#_ftn32\" name=\"_ftnref32\"><sup>[32]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"30\">\n<li>Urt\u00ebsia e ndales\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet nj\u00eb ose dy dit\u00eb para Ramazani<a href=\"#_ftn33\" name=\"_ftnref33\"><sup>[33]<\/sup><\/a> \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb si mas\u00eb kujdesi q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i shtohen Ramazanit dit\u00eb q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tij, sikurse ka ndodhur m\u00eb her\u00ebt tek ithtar\u00ebt e librit (te t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt dhe \u00e7ifut\u00ebt), t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i shtuan dit\u00ebt e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tyre duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi mendjes dhe d\u00ebshirave t\u00eb tyre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si dhe p\u00ebr ta ndar\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e detyruar dhe atij vullnetar, kjo ndarje e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ligjshme. Prandaj ndaloi Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, t\u00eb bashkohet namazi i detyruar me at\u00eb vullnetar, pa i ndar\u00eb ato me fjal\u00eb ose largim nga vendi ku e ka falur farzin.<a href=\"#_ftn34\" name=\"_ftnref34\"><sup>[34]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"31\">\n<li>N\u00ebse njer\u00ebzve u pamund\u00ebsohet pamja e h\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e tridhjet\u00eb t\u00eb Shabanit, kjo dit\u00eb quhet dita e dyshimit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb quajtur me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr, sepse dyshohet n\u00eb t\u00eb, n\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dita e fundit e Shabanit apo dita e par\u00eb e Ramazanit?<\/p>\n<p>Kjo dit\u00eb ndalohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb e ka tradit\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin vullnetar, si t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb enjten, dhe dita e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tij p\u00ebrputhet me dit\u00ebn e tridhjet\u00eb t\u00eb Shabanit, bazuar n\u00eb hadithin e Amarit, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij: <em>\u201cKush agj\u00ebron n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e dyshimit (dit\u00ebn e tridhjet\u00eb t\u00eb Shabanit) vet\u00ebm se i ka b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00ebkat Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn35\" name=\"_ftnref35\"><sup>[35]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"32\">\n<li>N\u00eb muajin Shaban kan\u00eb ndodhur disa raste dhe ndodhi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, nd\u00ebr to:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; U detyrua agj\u00ebrimi i Ramazanit n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb hixhri.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; U ndryshua drejtimi i Kibl\u00ebs prej Bejtul Makdesit (xhamis\u00eb s\u00eb Aksas\u00eb) n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Mesxhidul Haram (Qabes\u00eb) n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb. (Disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb thon\u00eb q\u00eb kjo ka ndodhur n\u00eb muajin Rexheb. Disa t\u00eb tret\u00eb thon\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb muajin Xhumada El-Ahira).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; U martua Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, me Hafs\u00ebn, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej saj, n\u00eb vitin e tret\u00eb hixhri.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ndodhi beteja e Beni El-Mustalikut n\u00eb vitin e pest\u00eb hixhri.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ndodhi beteja e Tebukut n\u00eb vitin e n\u00ebnt\u00eb hixhri. Kjo betej\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb Rexheb dhe Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, u kthye n\u00eb Medine n\u00eb Ramazan.
