Ky shpirt \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb produkt natyral i faktit q\u00eb kur njer\u00ebzit agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb, ndjehen q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke iu bashkangjitur t\u00ebr\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb myslimane (q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb t\u00eb pest\u00ebn e popullsis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore) n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e obligimit t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat motive dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfundimin e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb. Asnj\u00eb sociolog apo historian nuk mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb ka ekzistuar n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb periudh\u00eb historike di\u00e7ka e krahasueshme me k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm t\u00eb islamit: Agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb muajin Ramazan. Njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb shum\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh kan\u00eb qar\u00eb p\u00ebr &#8220;p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi&#8221; t\u00eb pranuar, p\u00ebr unitet, p\u00ebr v\u00ebllaz\u00ebri, p\u00ebr barazi, por sa t\u00eb pajehon\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb z\u00ebrat e tyre dhe sa pak sukses kan\u00eb par\u00eb&#8230;&#8221; thot\u00eb Hammudah Abdalati, n\u00eb librin e tij &#8220;Islami n\u00eb fokus&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi?&#8221; &#8220;Si dallon agj\u00ebrimi i mysliman\u00ebve n\u00eb Ramazan nga agj\u00ebrimi i feve tjera?&#8221; &#8220;P\u00ebrse besimtari duhet ta mundoj\u00eb veten e tij?&#8221; &#8220;\u00c7&#8217;\u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb n\u00eb realitet e fiton nga agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb fund?&#8221;&#8230; K\u00ebto jan\u00eb ca pyetje q\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i miqve dhe koleg\u00ebve jomysliman\u00eb shpeshher\u00eb na i shtrojn\u00eb, zakonisht t\u00eb pamagjepsur me k\u00ebt\u00eb praktik\u00eb ton\u00ebn t\u00eb ngritjes shpirt\u00ebrore dhe nganj\u00ebher\u00eb pa keqardhje e simpati p\u00ebr ne, mendojn\u00eb, p\u00ebrse duhet ndokush t\u00eb vuaj nga uria dhe etja sikurse mysliman\u00ebt? Nuk do t\u00eb ngelesha i befasuar n\u00ebse shum\u00eb prej nesh do t\u00eb ndanin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin perceptim negativ mbi agj\u00ebrimin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb theksuar se agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn arabe quhet &#8220;saum&#8221;, q\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsisht do t\u00eb thot\u00eb &#8220;t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahesh apo t\u00eb shmangesh nga di\u00e7ka&#8221;. Agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb muajin Ramazan (muaji i n\u00ebnt\u00eb i kalendarit h\u00ebnor islam) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga pes\u00eb shtyllat mbi t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtuar &#8220;sht\u00ebpia&#8221; e islamit. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji, \u00e7do mysliman i mosh\u00ebs madhore me sh\u00ebndet fizik dhe mendor, obligohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb, nga agimi deri n\u00eb muzg.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12 arsye p\u00ebr t\u00eb agj\u00ebruar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zhvillon karakter<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e karakterit moral dhe shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb qenies njer\u00ebzore. Q\u00ebllimi i agj\u00ebrimit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar zhvillimin e vet\u00ebp\u00ebrmbajtjes, vet\u00ebd\u00eblirjes, vet\u00ebdijesimit ndaj Zotit, dhembshuris\u00eb; p\u00ebr zhvillimin e shpirtit t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesjes dhe ndarjes me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb humanitetit dhe dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb Zotit. Agj\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zakon universal dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i rekomanduar nga t\u00eb gjitha fet\u00eb e bot\u00ebs, me kufizime t\u00eb ndryshueshme mes tyre. Agj\u00ebrimi i fes\u00eb islame, si e kund\u00ebrta e uris\u00eb s\u00eb r\u00ebndomt\u00eb dhe d\u00ebnimit t\u00eb vetvetes, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb akt adhurimi e bindjeje ndaj Zotit, akt fal\u00ebnderimi, faljeje, trajnimi shpirt\u00ebror dhe vet-ekzaminimi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Zhvillon vet-reflektim<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ramazani na jep nj\u00eb pushim dhe na siguron nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb rrall\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar p\u00ebr veten ton\u00eb, t\u00eb ardhmen dhe familjen ton\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb t&#8217;i japim vetes son\u00eb nj\u00eb pushim mendor dhe p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht t&#8217;i harrojm\u00eb ato qindra brenga dhe strese me t\u00eb cilat jemi bombarduar. N\u00eb koh\u00ebra dinamike, sikurse kjo e jona, dhe n\u00eb vende sikurse Per\u00ebndimi, kjo koh\u00eb e vlefshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb, n\u00eb rrafshin individual, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb luks m\u00eb se t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm! \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb muaj unik i vet-analizimit dhe ekzaminimit t\u00eb vlerave dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive tona morale e shpirt\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zhvillon dhembshuri<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi ngulit tek ne durimin, vetin\u00eb e t\u00eb mosqenurit vetjak dhe mir\u00ebnjohjen. Kur agj\u00ebrojm\u00eb, e ndjejm\u00eb dhembjen e skamjes dhe uris\u00eb, dhe m\u00ebsohemi si ta p\u00ebrballojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb me durim. Kuptimi i k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrvoje t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer n\u00eb kontekst social dhe humanitar \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet saj jemi m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb se \u00e7dokush tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb simpatizimin e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb shtypur dhe atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb rreth e qark bot\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebshtu u p\u00ebrgjigjemi nevojave t\u00eb tyre. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji p\u00ebr t\u00eb vizituar t\u00eb dob\u00ebtin, t\u00eb s\u00ebmurin dhe at\u00eb n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb ndahen dhimbjet s\u00eb bashku. Vet\u00ebm muaji Ramazan e mund\u00ebson k\u00ebt\u00eb reflektim mbi gjendjen e atyre q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb mbase nuk jan\u00eb me fat aq sa ne.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zhvillon p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebri<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb muajin Ramazan na jep mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00ebrojm\u00eb artin e p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe menaxhimit t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Leht\u00eb mund ta kuptojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb kur t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb at\u00eb se agj\u00ebrimi b\u00ebn q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit ta ndryshojn\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht rrjedh\u00ebn e jet\u00eb s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme. Kur besimtar\u00ebt e b\u00ebjn\u00eb ndryshimin, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb natyrshme e p\u00ebrshtatin veten e tyre n\u00eb sistemin dhe orarin e ri. Kjo, n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, zhvillon tek ata nj\u00eb sens t\u00eb urt\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe fuqis\u00eb s\u00eb vet-krijuar p\u00ebr t&#8217;i tejkaluar v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e paparashikueshme n\u00eb jet\u00eb! Nj\u00eb individ q\u00eb vler\u00ebson p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebrin\u00eb konstruktive, menaxhimin e koh\u00ebs dhe kuraj\u00ebn, do t&#8217;i vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb edhe efektet e agj\u00ebrimit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, po ashtu.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kultivon dashuri<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi kultivon tek ne parimin e dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb sinqert\u00eb, sepse kur e kryejm\u00eb ritin e agj\u00ebrimit, e b\u00ebjm\u00eb at\u00eb nga dashuria e thell\u00eb ndaj Zotit. Dhe, nj\u00eb individ q\u00eb e do Zotin, me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb person q\u00eb e di se \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dashuria dhe pse \u00e7dokush n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Tok\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dashurohet nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb trajtohet me drejt\u00ebsi, p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb Zotit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>E lart\u00ebson shpirtin<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi e lart\u00ebson shpirtin e njeriut dhe e rrit nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin ndaj Zotit. E p\u00ebrforcon fuqin\u00eb e vullnetit dhe k\u00ebshtu m\u00ebsohemi t\u00eb ngrihemi mbi d\u00ebshirat tona m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta. Institucioni i agj\u00ebrimit \u00ebsht\u00eb unik dhe p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb-ndar\u00ebs n\u00eb historin\u00eb njer\u00ebzore. Q\u00eb nga koh\u00ebrat m\u00eb t\u00eb hershme, njer\u00ebzit kan\u00eb ngecur n\u00eb zot\u00ebrimin e sfer\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre fizike dhe psikologjike: trupin dhe emocionet e tyre. Uria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga \u00ebndjet m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb. Shum\u00ebkush, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb ushqyerit t\u00eb tep\u00ebrt apo t\u00eb mang\u00ebt, apo n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet konsumimit t\u00eb ushqimit jo t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, e abuzon k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebndje. K\u00ebshtu, kur nj\u00eb njeri me q\u00ebllim mohon di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr veten e tij q\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e d\u00ebshiruar, ai njeri e ngrit mendjen e tij mbi trupin e tij dhe arsyen e vullnetin e tij mbi pasionin sensual. &#8220;Nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb agj\u00ebron, e zbraz barkun e tij nga gjitha gj\u00ebrat materiale: p\u00ebr ta mbushur shpirtin e tij me paqe dhe bekime, p\u00ebr ta mbushur zemr\u00ebn e tij me dashuri dhe simpati, p\u00ebr ta mbushur shpirtin e tij me devotshm\u00ebri dhe besim, p\u00ebr ta mbushur mendjen e tij me urt\u00ebsi dhe zgjidhje,&#8221; thot\u00eb H. Abdalati n\u00eb &#8220;Islami n\u00eb fokus&#8221;. Njeriu q\u00eb mund t&#8217;i qeveris d\u00ebshirat e tij dhe t&#8217;i b\u00ebj\u00eb ato t\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb, ka p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebrsosm\u00ebrin\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb moralit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zhvillon qart\u00ebsi mendore<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Me qart\u00ebsin\u00eb mendore dhe munges\u00ebn shp\u00ebrqendrimit, gjithashtu vjen nj\u00eb fokus m\u00eb i madh. Si student\u00eb (nx\u00ebn\u00ebs), periudha e agj\u00ebrimit, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht koha e hershme e dit\u00ebs, sh\u00ebrben si mjet p\u00ebr t&#8217;u p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb m\u00ebsimet tona. N\u00eb muajin e Ramazanit, shum\u00eb mysliman\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen q\u00eb t\u00eb shmangin shikimin e televizionit, d\u00ebgjimin e muzik\u00ebs dhe aktivitete tjera t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb u kursen m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe energji q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shpenzohen n\u00eb aktivitete m\u00eb produktive sikurse t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit, m\u00ebsime intensive mbi islamin, falje t\u00eb namazit vullnetar, veprime t\u00eb ndryshme sociale dhe humanitare dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndruarit pran\u00eb familjes. Agj\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtues i detyrimit ton\u00eb q\u00eb kemi ndaj Zotit, p\u00ebrkujtues i q\u00ebllimit dhe vlerave tona m\u00eb t\u00eb larta n\u00eb jet\u00eb, ashtu sikurse Zoti e p\u00ebrshkruan vet\u00eb q\u00ebllimin e agj\u00ebrimit ashtu si vijon: <strong>&#8220;O besimtar\u00eb, ju \u00ebsht\u00eb urdh\u00ebruar agj\u00ebrimi, ashtu si\u00e7 u ishte urdh\u00ebruar atyre para jush, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebheni t\u00eb devotsh\u00ebm&#8221;<\/strong> (El Bekare, 183).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Zhvillon jetes\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi ka dobi t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin ton\u00eb fizik dhe mir\u00ebqenien ton\u00eb mendore, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb shkenc\u00ebrisht t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuara. Koha, zgjatja dhe natyra e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb fes\u00eb islame, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb efektin e saj t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm pozitiv. Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrejtur q\u00eb kafsh\u00ebt e ushqyera pamjaftuesh\u00ebm jetojn\u00eb m\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe p\u00ebsojn\u00eb m\u00eb pak s\u00ebmundje n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre se sa kafsh\u00ebt homogjene q\u00eb ushqehen m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Zhvillon trajnim moral<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Muaji i Ramazanit na siguron nj\u00eb lloj kampi ushtarak me disiplin\u00eb t\u00eb rrept\u00eb. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj i trajnimit intensiv moral. Q\u00eb nga momenti q\u00eb e dim\u00eb se agj\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb i urdh\u00ebruar nga Zoti, e m\u00ebsojm\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7do m\u00ebkat mund ta d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin. Shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb e p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb muaj, e ndjejn\u00eb ndikimin q\u00eb ky trajnim intensiv ka n\u00eb sjelljet e tyre dhe e zbulojn\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e mjetit transformues, i dizajnuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb na b\u00ebr\u00eb qenie m\u00eb t\u00eb mira njer\u00ebzore, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi p\u00ebrfundimtar i \u00e7do trajnimi shpirt\u00ebror. E gjith\u00eb atmosfera e ramazanit e siguron forc\u00ebn l\u00ebviz\u00ebse p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim pozitiv.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ngjall vet\u00ebdijesim p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn dhe vdekjen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi na b\u00ebn t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb realitetin e jet\u00ebs dhe vdekjes. Ai na b\u00ebn t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb sa e varur \u00ebsht\u00eb jeta jon\u00eb nga gj\u00ebrat e mir\u00ebqenies son\u00eb, si ushqimi dhe uji. Ai na b\u00ebn t\u00eb mendojm\u00eb rreth var\u00ebsis\u00eb son\u00eb me Zotin dhe rreth m\u00ebshir\u00ebs dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Zotit.
