N\u00eb to b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe dhuntia e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt jan\u00eb dhuntia, dhurata dhe mir\u00ebsia e madhe e Allahut p\u00ebr robin e Vet. Kjo e mir\u00eb e Allahut e meriton fal\u00ebnderimin, p\u00ebrkujdesjen dhe ruajtjen nga robi i Tij. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt jan\u00eb fryti i zemr\u00ebs, themeli i sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, stolia e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb dynjas\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cPasuria dhe djemt\u00eb jan\u00eb stoli e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bote&#8230;\u201d (El-Kehf: 46)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu n\u00eb Kuran e p\u00ebrmend se nga lutjet e rob\u00ebrve t\u00eb zgjedhur t\u00eb Allahut \u00ebsht\u00eb lutja: \u201cO Zoti yn\u00eb, dhurona nga grat\u00eb tona dhe trash\u00ebgimtar\u00ebt tan\u00eb, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb prehje p\u00ebr syt\u00eb tan\u00eb dhe b\u00ebna shembull p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebt!\u201d (El-Furkan: 74)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Islami f\u00ebmij\u00ebs ia p\u00ebrcaktoi dhe ia garantoi t\u00eb drejtat e tij para se t\u00eb ekzistonin marr\u00ebveshjet, shoqatat dhe organizatat p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cEdhe ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebs t\u00ebnd ke hak (t\u00eb drejta q\u00eb bien mbi ty).\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cSecili prej jush jeni barinj dhe secili prej jush \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr kopen\u00eb e vet&#8230; Burri \u00ebsht\u00eb bari i familjes s\u00eb tij dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb, gruaja \u00ebsht\u00eb baresh\u00eb e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb saj dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e burrit t\u00eb saj dhe p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e saj.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu do ta pyes\u00eb \u00e7do p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr kopen\u00eb q\u00eb e ka pasur n\u00ebn p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij, a e ka ruajtur apo e ka humbur, madje do t\u00eb pyetet edhe njeriu p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes s\u00eb tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Islami f\u00ebmij\u00ebs ia siguron t\u00eb drejtat para lindjes s\u00eb tij: fillimisht me zgjedhjen e n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb ndershme, pastaj p\u00ebrkujdesja p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb shtatz\u00ebnis\u00eb, p\u00ebrkujdesja p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tij q\u00eb t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb duke e ndaluar abortimin e tij gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb shtatz\u00ebnis\u00eb, leht\u00ebsimi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit p\u00ebr gruan shtatz\u00ebn\u00eb, nd\u00ebshkimi i mbyt\u00ebsit t\u00eb tij duke e detyruar ta shpaguaj\u00eb gjakun e tij etj.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pas lindjes: lumturia dhe g\u00ebzimi me daljen e tij n\u00eb dynja, thirrja e ezanit n\u00eb veshin e djatht\u00eb, p\u00eblqehet t\u2019i f\u00ebrkohet leht\u00eb qiellza e tij me hurm\u00eb, i jepet e drejta ta marr\u00eb mbiemrin e babait, zgjedhja e emrit t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, therja e akik\u00ebs, qethja e flok\u00ebve t\u00eb kok\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe dh\u00ebnia l\u00ebmosh\u00eb n\u00eb pesh\u00eb t\u00eb flok\u00ebve t\u00eb tij, synetimi i tij, plot\u00ebsimi i gjidh\u00ebnies, p\u00ebrkujdesja p\u00ebr edukimin dhe rritjen e tij, shpenzimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb, drejt\u00ebsia n\u00eb mes t\u00eb tij dhe v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve t\u00eb tij, p\u00ebrkujdesja p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin e tij trupor dhe mendor.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu i garantohet e drejta e tij n\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi, vasiet, dhurat\u00eb, vak\u00ebf etj.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>E drejta m\u00eb e madhe e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs q\u00eb bie mbi t\u00eb dy prind\u00ebrit \u00ebsht\u00eb edukimi dhe rritja e tij me virtyte t\u00eb larta dhe me moral t\u00eb lavd\u00ebruar sipas Kuranit dhe Sunetit t\u00eb Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb. F\u00ebmija duhet t\u00eb edukohet n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e imanit, ibadetit, moralit, psikik\u00ebs, sh\u00ebndetit, gjendjes shpirt\u00ebrore dhe asaj shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb tij. K\u00ebrkohet p\u00ebrkrahja e tij dhe t\u00eb qen\u00ebt e tij krah p\u00ebr n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb fe, q\u00eb ta fitoj\u00eb Xhenetin dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb nga Xhehenemi, ashtu si\u00e7 Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cO ju, q\u00eb besoni! Ruajeni veten dhe familjet tuaja nga zjarri, l\u00ebnda djeg\u00ebse e t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit dhe gur\u00ebt&#8230;\u201d (Et-Tehrim: 6); q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: urdh\u00ebroje familjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe ndaloje nga e keqja, edukoje dhe m\u00ebsoja Islamin, k\u00ebshtu i ruan nga zjarri i Xhehenemit.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Kur myslimanit i lind f\u00ebmij\u00eb, p\u00eblqehet q\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb p\u00ebrg\u00ebzohet dhe t\u00eb urohet me lutje p\u00ebr mir\u00ebsi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nuk transmetohet ndonj\u00eb urim i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb sunetin e Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, andaj kush d\u00ebshiron q\u00eb ta uroj\u00eb v\u00ebllan\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr lindjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs, lejohet q\u00eb ta uroj\u00eb me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit i p\u00ebrdorin dhe q\u00eb nuk bien n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Islamin.<\/p>\n<p>Hasan El-Basrij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, preferonte q\u00eb urimi t\u00eb jet\u00eb me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb: \u201cAllahu t\u00eb bekoft\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ka dhuruar, e fal\u00ebnderofsh Dhuruesin, e lus Allahun q\u00eb f\u00ebmija t\u00eb rritet dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb i sjellsh\u00ebm me prind\u00ebrit\u201d, ose t\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cE lus Allahun q\u00eb f\u00ebmija t\u00eb jet\u00eb i bereqetsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ty dhe p\u00ebr umetin e Muhamedit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d, dhe lutje t\u00eb ngjashme me k\u00ebto.<\/p>\n<p>Kurse atij q\u00eb e shpreh urat\u00ebn ia kthen me fjal\u00ebt: \u201cAllahu t\u00eb bekoft\u00eb ty dhe pasardh\u00ebsit e tu\u201d, ose: \u201cAllahu t\u00eb shp\u00ebrbleft\u00eb me t\u00eb mira dhe ta dhuroft\u00eb edhe ty nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb sikur ky\u201d, dhe lutje t\u00eb ngjashme me k\u00ebto. \u00c7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjer\u00eb dhe ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebr veprim.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>P\u00eblqehet thirrja e ezanit n\u00eb veshin e djatht\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb porsalindurit menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas lindjes, q\u00eb d\u00ebgjimin e tij sapo t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb dynja ta prek\u00eb emri i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe madh\u00ebrimi i Tij, si dhe largimi i shejtanit prej tij.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ebu Rafia, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, p\u00ebrcjell q\u00eb e ka par\u00eb Pejgamberin, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, duke e thirrur ezanin n\u00eb veshin e Hasanit, t\u00eb birin e Aliut, pasi e lindi Fatimja, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Ib\u00ebn El-Kajimi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, urt\u00ebsia e thirrjes s\u00eb ezanit n\u00eb veshin e t\u00eb porsalindurit \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb f\u00ebmija fjal\u00ebt e para q\u00eb do t\u2019i d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e ezanit. K\u00ebto fjal\u00eb n\u00eb vete e p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb madh\u00ebrimin dhe lavd\u00ebrimin e Allahut, shehadetin (d\u00ebshmin\u00eb e nj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Allahut) q\u00eb shqiptimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i patjet\u00ebrsuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb mysliman. Me nj\u00eb aspekt kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur t\u2019i shqiptohen atij ritet e Islamit me ardhjen e tij n\u00eb dynja, ashtu si i shqiptohet shehadeti (fjala la ilahe il-lallah) kur del nga kjo dynja. Gjurm\u00ebt e fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb ezanit nuk kan\u00eb pengesa q\u00eb t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb me shum\u00eb leht\u00ebsi prej te veshi deri n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb, edhe pse f\u00ebmija nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Po ashtu, me thirrjen e ezanit ik\u00ebn shejtani nga f\u00ebmija. Shejtani q\u00ebndron n\u00eb prit\u00eb t\u00eb tij deri t\u00eb lind\u00eb q\u00eb pastaj ta shoq\u00ebroj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb keq, e kur shejtani i tij e d\u00ebgjon ezanin, e dob\u00ebson dhe e zem\u00ebron at\u00eb q\u00eb nga momentet e para t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tij.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Thirrja e ezanit e ka edhe nj\u00eb kuptim tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb vijon; thirrja e ezanit n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrja e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs drejt Allahut, fes\u00eb islame dhe ibadetit t\u00eb Allahut. Kjo thirrje duhet q\u00eb t\u2019ia kaloj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb para thirrjes s\u00eb shejtanit, nj\u00ebsoj sikur q\u00eb natyra fillestare n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Allahu i ka krijuar njer\u00ebzit ia kaloi ndryshimit dhe \u00e7rr\u00ebnjosjes s\u00eb saj nga shejtani. Po ashtu ka edhe urt\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Thirrja e ikametit n\u00eb veshin e majt\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb porsalindurit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nga suneti, nuk ka hadith t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb e v\u00ebrteton k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00eblqehet q\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb porsalindur, mashkull apo fem\u00ebr, t\u2019i f\u00ebrkohet qiellza me hurm\u00eb. N\u00ebse nuk gjendet hurm\u00eb, mundet me \u00e7do gj\u00eb t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Merret hurma shtypet ose mblla\u00e7itet me buz\u00eb deri t\u00eb zbutet dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrtypet m\u00eb leht\u00eb. F\u00ebmij\u00ebs i hapet goja dhe me hurm\u00ebn e mblla\u00e7itur i f\u00ebrkohet leht\u00eb qiellza q\u00eb ta shijoj\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00eblsin\u00eb e hurm\u00ebs. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e sh\u00ebndetshme p\u00ebr trupin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs dhe i forcon muskujt e goj\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Musa, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, thot\u00eb: \u201cM\u00eb lindi nj\u00eb djal\u00eb dhe e \u00e7ova te Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e em\u00ebrtoi me emrin Ibrahim, ia f\u00ebrkoi qiellz\u00ebn me hurm\u00eb dhe e luti Allahun q\u00eb at\u00eb ta bekoj\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aishja, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej saj, p\u00ebrcjell q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit vinin te Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre t\u00eb porsalindur, ai i lutej Allahut p\u00ebr ta t\u2019i bekoj\u00eb dhe ua f\u00ebrkonte qiellz\u00ebn me hurm\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>P\u00eblqehet p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn e porsalindur t\u00eb theret akika (kurban) n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e shtat\u00eb t\u00eb lindjes s\u00eb tij. P\u00ebr foshnj\u00ebn djal\u00eb p\u00eblqehet t\u00eb theren dy dele, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr foshnj\u00ebn vajz\u00eb t\u00eb theret nj\u00eb dele.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00ebse p\u00ebr djal\u00eb theret vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb dele, realizohet esenca e sunetit dhe mjafton.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, p\u00ebr nipat e vet, Hasanin dhe Husejnin, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, i theri nga dy desh.<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cP\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn djal\u00eb theren dy dele t\u00eb barabarta dhe p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn vajz\u00eb nj\u00eb dele.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>Akika quhet kafsha q\u00eb theret p\u00ebr foshnj\u00ebn e porsalindur pas lindjes s\u00eb saj dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet i v\u00ebrtetuar (sunet i fort\u00eb).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>F\u00ebmija \u00ebsht\u00eb dhunti dhe mir\u00ebsi e Allahut p\u00ebr prindin, prandaj kafsha theret n\u00eb shenj\u00eb fal\u00ebnderimi p\u00ebr Allahun. Po ashtu kafsha theret si vep\u00ebr q\u00eb e afron f\u00ebmij\u00ebn tek Allahu n\u00eb momentet e para t\u00eb daljes s\u00eb tij n\u00eb dynja, theret n\u00eb shenj\u00eb flijimi p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn, theret me shpres\u00eb q\u00eb Allahu f\u00ebmij\u00ebs t\u2019i jap\u00eb sh\u00ebndet dhe ta ruaj\u00eb nga \u00e7do d\u00ebm, si dhe n\u00eb shenj\u00eb bamir\u00ebsie p\u00ebr t\u00eb varfrit dhe nevojtar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>Nuk ka penges\u00eb q\u00eb i varfri t\u00eb marr\u00eb borxh p\u00ebr akika, Allahu do ta pasuroj\u00eb me mir\u00ebsin\u00eb e Tij dhe do t\u2019ia mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb ta kthej\u00eb borxhin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Imam Ahmedi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thoshte: \u201cN\u00ebse nuk ka pasuri q\u00eb ta ther\u00eb akik\u00ebn, le t\u00eb marr\u00eb borxh. Mashkulli nga kafsh\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr therje, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb dhe me mish t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Therja e kafsh\u00ebs p\u00ebr akika \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb se dh\u00ebnia e l\u00ebmosh\u00ebs n\u00eb vler\u00ebn e kafsh\u00ebs, edhe po qe se sasia e l\u00ebmosh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se vlera e kafsh\u00ebs, sepse q\u00ebllimi nga akika \u00ebsht\u00eb therja e kafsh\u00ebs dhe derdhja e gjakut p\u00ebr Allahun. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cThuaj: \u201cN\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, namazi im, kurbani im, jeta ime dhe vdekja ime, i p\u00ebrkasin vet\u00ebm Allahut, Zotit t\u00eb bot\u00ebve.\u201d (El-Enam: 162)<\/li>\n<li>Nga suneti \u00ebsht\u00eb therja e akik\u00ebs n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e shtat\u00eb t\u00eb lindjes. N\u00ebse e ther para ose pas dit\u00ebs s\u00eb shtat\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201c\u00c7do f\u00ebmij\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb peng i akik\u00ebs s\u00eb vet.<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a> N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e shtat\u00eb i theret akika, i qethen flok\u00ebt dhe em\u00ebrtohet.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"18\">\n<li>Dita e lindjes s\u00eb tij p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb shtat\u00eb dit\u00ebt, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse lind nat\u00ebn, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast dita q\u00eb vjen pas asaj nate llogaritet dita e par\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Rregulli thot\u00eb q\u00eb akika t\u00eb theret n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e shtat\u00eb, q\u00eb i bie t\u00eb jet\u00eb dita para dit\u00ebs s\u00eb lindjes. P\u00eblqehet q\u00eb therja e akik\u00ebs t\u00eb mos vonohet deri n\u00eb at\u00eb mosh\u00eb, saq\u00eb f\u00ebmija e arrin mosh\u00ebn e pubertetit.<\/li>\n<li>Nuk pranohet therja e akik\u00ebs para lindjes s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs, sepse shkaku i akik\u00ebs ende nuk ekziston. Allahu e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"22\">\n<li>Assesi nuk lejohet pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb nj\u00eb akik\u00eb, patjet\u00ebr duhet kok\u00eb p\u00ebr kok\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb nj\u00eb akik\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb dijetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb unik\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mesele.<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nuk lejohet therja e kafsh\u00ebs me nijetin e kurbanit dhe me nijetin e akik\u00ebs. Prandaj kurbani nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm n\u00eb vend t\u00eb akik\u00ebs, sepse \u00e7donj\u00ebri prej tyre, edhe kurbani edhe akika, synohen ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 dhe dallojn\u00eb n\u00eb mes vete n\u00eb shkakun e therjes, andaj nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm nj\u00ebri n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tjetrit. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i medhhebit malikij dhe shafij.<\/li>\n<li>Me mishin e akik\u00ebs p\u00eblqehet q\u00eb t\u00eb veprohet sikur q\u00eb p\u00eblqehet t\u00eb veprohet me mishin e kurbanit; t\u00eb hahet prej tij, t\u2019u jepet l\u00ebmosh\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve dhe nevojtar\u00ebve, t\u2019u dhurohet fqinj\u00ebve, akrabave dhe shok\u00ebve.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00eb e mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb mishi i akik\u00ebs t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahet i zier (ose i pjekur) sesa i pazier (ose i papjekur). K\u00ebshtu iu leht\u00ebsohet t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve ngr\u00ebnia e saj dhe shtohet bamir\u00ebsia dhe fal\u00ebnderimi i dhuntis\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Mishi i akik\u00ebs lejohet t\u2019u shp\u00ebrndahet t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve, fqinj\u00ebve, akrabave dhe shok\u00ebve, ose mund q\u00eb t\u2019i ftoj\u00eb ata n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. \u00c7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjer\u00eb p\u00ebr veprim, si do mund t\u00eb veprohet.<\/li>\n<li>Atij q\u00eb i shkojn\u00eb mysafir\u00eb n\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh dhe p\u00ebr akik\u00ebn e djalit i ther m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy dele ose p\u00ebr akik\u00ebn e vajz\u00ebs m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb dele, lejohet. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fetvaja e dijetarit Abdulaziz ib\u00ebn Baz, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Lejohet q\u00eb eshtrat e kafsh\u00ebs p\u00ebr akika t\u00eb thyhen gjat\u00eb gatimit, nuk ka argument t\u00eb sakt\u00eb q\u00eb e ndalon k\u00ebt\u00eb. Kan\u00eb ardhur disa gjurm\u00eb nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb q\u00eb eshtrat e akik\u00ebs nuk thyhen n\u00eb shenj\u00eb optimizmi q\u00eb t\u00eb ruhen gjymtyr\u00ebt e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs. Kjo bie ndesh me adetin e njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i thyejn\u00eb eshtrat gjat\u00eb gatimit dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb tyre. Ata n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga therja dhe ngr\u00ebnia e kafsh\u00ebs. Nuk ka di\u00e7ka q\u00eb e ndalon thyerjen e tyre.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00ebse prind\u00ebrit nuk kan\u00eb therur akika p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn kur ka qen\u00eb i vog\u00ebl, i lejohet f\u00ebmij\u00ebs kur t\u00eb rritet q\u00eb t\u00eb ther\u00eb akika p\u00ebr veten. Akika \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet i v\u00ebrtetuar (i fort\u00eb) dhe pasi q\u00eb prind\u00ebrit e tij nuk e kan\u00eb realizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb sunet, n\u00ebse do, i lejohet atij ta ther\u00eb akik\u00ebn p\u00ebr veten. qum\u00ebshtin e n\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe nuk ha ushqim tjet\u00ebr a, n\u00ebse ushqehen edhe me ushqim tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 qum\u00ebshtit t\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00ebs, at\u00ebher\u00eb lahet edhe urina e foshnj\u00ebs mashkull.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn24\" name=\"_ftnref24\"><sup>[24]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>41.Vjellja e foshnj\u00ebs q\u00eb ushqehet me gji:<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb me ngjyr\u00eb, sikur ta nxjerr\u00eb qum\u00ebshtin dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ka ngjyr\u00eb t\u00eb verdh\u00eb, pasi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshuar materia dhe era e tij, e vjella ushqehet me gji dhe nga ngopja e tep\u00ebrt qum\u00ebshti del nga goja (pa i ndryshuar cil\u00ebsit\u00eb e veta), e vjella k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb e past\u00ebr.<a href=\"#_ftn25\"
