Ai duhet t\u2019i m\u00ebsoj\u00eb shtyllat e agj\u00ebrimit, gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb e prishin at\u00eb, rregullat e agj\u00ebrimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb s\u00ebmurin, udh\u00ebtarin dhe t\u00eb ngjashmit me ta, q\u00eb u lejohet prishja e agj\u00ebrimit. \u00cbsht\u00eb obligim individual p\u00ebr at\u00eb, i cili detyrohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dij\u00eb rreth atyre gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se me to. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rregull n\u00eb sheriat ku thot\u00eb: \u201cNj\u00eb gj\u00eb pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk plot\u00ebsohet vaxhibi (obligimi), p\u00ebrve\u00e7se me t\u00eb, ajo (gj\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb vaxhib (obligim).\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Agj\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb adhuruarit e Allahut duke abstenuar nga ushqimi, pija dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet intime, nga lindja e sabahut (koha e imsakut) e deri n\u00eb per\u00ebndimin e diellit.<\/li>\n<li>Hyrja e muajit Ramazan v\u00ebrtetohet me shikimin e h\u00ebn\u00ebs ose me plot\u00ebsimin e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb muajit Shaban. Tridhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb, n\u00ebse ndodh penges\u00eb n\u00eb shikimin e h\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe nuk arrihet t\u00eb shikohet m\u00eb her\u00ebt. Nuk lejohet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet fillimi i muajit duke u mb\u00ebshtetur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb llogaritjet astronomike.<\/li>\n<li>Agj\u00ebrimi i Ramazanit \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyll\u00eb nga shtyllat e Islamit dhe \u00e7do mysliman dhe myslimane e ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kushtet q\u00eb e detyrojn\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e Ramazanit jan\u00eb kat\u00ebr: Islami, hyrja n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn e pjekuris\u00eb (pubertetit), mendja dhe aft\u00ebsia (mund\u00ebsia) p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrim.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Kushtet e sakt\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit jan\u00eb: Islami, nd\u00ebrprerja e gjakut t\u00eb menstruacioneve dhe lehonis\u00eb te gruaja, mosha e dallimit<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a>, mendja dhe b\u00ebrja e nijetit nat\u00ebn.<\/li>\n<li>Shtyllat e agj\u00ebrimit jan\u00eb: Nijeti, abstenimi nga ushqimi, pija dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet intime nga lindja e agimit (koha e imsakut) e deri n\u00eb per\u00ebndim t\u00eb diellit.<\/li>\n<li>Nijeti<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a> \u00ebsht\u00eb kusht p\u00ebr sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb e agj\u00ebrimit farz (t\u00eb detyruar), dhe \u00e7do agj\u00ebrimi t\u00eb obliguar, si: kompensimi i dit\u00ebve t\u00eb humbura ose agj\u00ebrimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpaguar dhe nijeti (\u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr e zemr\u00ebs) nuk shprehet me goj\u00eb, por b\u00ebhet me zem\u00ebr.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nijeti mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb \u00e7do pjes\u00eb t\u00eb nat\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb edhe pak para se t\u00eb hyj\u00eb koha e agimit apo imsakut.<\/p>\n<p>Mjafton t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nijeti n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb Ramazanit p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb muajin<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a>, mir\u00ebpo n\u00ebse nijetin e b\u00ebn p\u00ebr \u00e7do nat\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e sigurt dhe m\u00eb e vlefshme.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>P\u00eblqehet ngritja n\u00eb syfyr, qoft\u00eb edhe me pak ushqim ose nj\u00eb gll\u00ebnjk\u00eb uj\u00eb, dhe p\u00eblqehet shtyrja e syfyrit (deri para se t\u00eb hyj\u00eb koha e imsakut). Syfyri \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet profetik i v\u00ebrtetuar dhe i fort\u00eb dhe n\u00eb hadith ka ardhur: <em>\u201cHani syfyrin, sepse n\u00eb syfyr ka bereqet.<\/em>\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pra, me ngritjen n\u00eb syfyr e ndjekim rrug\u00ebn profetike dhe dallohemi me ithtar\u00ebt e librit (sepse dallimi n\u00eb mes agj\u00ebrimit ton\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb ushqyerit n\u00eb syfyr). Me t\u00eb ushqyerit n\u00eb syfyr, agj\u00ebruesi forcohet p\u00ebr ibadetin e dit\u00ebs si dhe syfyri \u00ebsht\u00eb koha e lutjeve q\u00eb shpresohet Allahu t\u2019i pranoj\u00eb, po ashtu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb agj\u00ebruesi e rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrin nijetin p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrim.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>P\u00eblqehet shpejtimi i iftarit. N\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith ka ardhur: <em>\u201cNjer\u00ebzit vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb hair dhe mir\u00ebsi p\u00ebrderisa ta shpejtojn\u00eb iftarin.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nga suneti \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb iftari t\u00eb \u00e7elet me hurma t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta para se t\u00eb falet namazi, poq\u00eb nuk ka t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta at\u00ebher\u00eb me hurma t\u00eb thata, dhe poq\u00eb nuk ka hurma, at\u00ebher\u00eb me uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Esenca e gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb e prishin agj\u00ebrimin jan\u00eb: ushqimi, pija dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>K\u00ebtyre u bashk\u00ebngjitet: vjellja me q\u00ebllim (futja e gishtit me q\u00ebllim apo nxitja e t\u00eb vjellit me q\u00ebllim, -sh.p-), menstruacionet ose lehonia te grat\u00eb, b\u00ebrja e hixhames dhe masturbimi gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>Agj\u00ebruesit nuk i prishet agj\u00ebrimi i tij, p\u00ebrderisa nuk plot\u00ebsohen tri kushte: t\u00eb jet\u00eb i ditur p\u00ebr dispozit\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb i paditur, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb me vet\u00ebdije dhe jo me harres\u00eb, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb me d\u00ebshir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mos i imponohet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prandaj, ai q\u00eb ha ushqim ose pi uj\u00eb shkaku se nuk e di koh\u00ebn ose dispozit\u00ebn, agj\u00ebrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n<p>Kush ha dhe pi me harres\u00eb, le ta vazhdoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e tij, sepse Allahu e ushqeu dhe i dha t\u00eb pij\u00eb uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kush merr apo p\u00ebrdor di\u00e7ka nga gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb e prishin agj\u00ebrimin, pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn apo zgjedhjen e tij, agj\u00ebrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>Po ashtu gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb e prishin agj\u00ebrimin iu bashk\u00ebngjitet edhe \u00e7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb ushqimit dhe pijes:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; Marrja e ila\u00e7eve dhe tabletave.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pirja e duhanit, e cila nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe e ndaluar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Transfuzioni i gjakut n\u00eb trupin e agj\u00ebruesit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Marrja e ineksioneve ushqyese, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrdoren si z\u00ebvend\u00ebsim p\u00ebr ushqimin dhe pijen.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dializa.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Endoskopia e zorr\u00ebs s\u00eb trash\u00eb, n\u00ebse lyhet tuba me yndyr\u00eb ose solucion dhe arrin deri n\u00eb organet e tretjes.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li>Donacioni (dhurimi) i gjakut e prish agj\u00ebrimin, ngase ndikon n\u00eb trupin e njeriut sikurse ndikon hixhameja, prandaj nuk i lejohet agj\u00ebruesit q\u00eb t\u00eb dhuroj\u00eb gjak, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se n\u00eb raste specifike dhe t\u00eb domosdoshme, ku i lejohet t\u00eb dhuroj\u00eb gjak dhe ta prish\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin, pastaj k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb e kompenson me dit\u00eb tjet\u00ebr pas Ramazanit.<\/li>\n<li>Dh\u00ebnia e gjakut p\u00ebr analiza n\u00ebse jepet n\u00eb sasi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl nuk e prish agj\u00ebrimin, sepse kjo sasi nuk e dob\u00ebson trupin e njeriut.<\/li>\n<li>Nga gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb nuk e prishin agj\u00ebrimin jan\u00eb:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; Futja e ujit n\u00eb goj\u00eb dhe hund\u00eb, pa e tepruar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pikat p\u00ebr syrin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pikat p\u00ebr veshin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Larja e vesh\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>-Pikat p\u00ebr hund\u00eb dhe inhalatori p\u00ebr hund\u00eb, duke qen\u00eb i kujdessh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb mos g\u00eblltitet di\u00e7ka nga to dhe t\u00eb arrij\u00eb deri n\u00eb fyt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Po ashtu duhet ta shpaguaj\u00eb gabimin duke agj\u00ebruar dy muaj pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00ebse e ka t\u00eb pamundur t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u2019i ushqej\u00eb gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb t\u00eb ngrat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse gruaja i bindet burrit me vet\u00ebd\u00ebshir\u00eb, edhe ajo at\u00ebher\u00eb duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb sikurse burri i saj, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00ebse ka qen\u00eb e imponuar dhe pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e saj, agj\u00ebrimi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"21\">\n<li>Kush zgjohet n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes xhunub, agj\u00ebrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kush bie t\u00eb flej\u00eb dhe n\u00eb gjum\u00eb b\u00ebhet xhunub, agj\u00ebrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n<p>Dalja e l\u00ebngut medhij<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a> nuk e prish agj\u00ebrimin.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"22\">\n<li>Ai q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb xhunub, i lejohet ta vonoj\u00eb gusllin (larjen e trupit) nga xhunubll\u00ebku deri pas lindjes s\u00eb sabahut (deri pas imsakut), dhe m\u00eb pas duhet t\u00eb nxitoj\u00eb t\u00eb lahet sa m\u00eb shpejt p\u00ebr ta falur namazin e sabahut.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos agj\u00ebruar n\u00eb udh\u00ebtim kusht \u00ebsht\u00eb:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#8211; Q\u00eb larg\u00ebsia e destinacionit p\u00ebr ku je nisur t\u00eb llogaritet udh\u00ebtim, p\u00ebraf\u00ebrsisht 80 km ose sipas tradit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ta kap\u00ebrcesh vendbanimin t\u00ebnd dhe pas teje t\u2019i l\u00ebsh sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u00eb mos jet\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi yt p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00ebkat (sipas shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u00eb mos jet\u00eb synimi i udh\u00ebtimit t\u00ebnd prishja e agj\u00ebrimit (t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb hile p\u00ebr ta prishur agj\u00ebrimin).<\/p>\n<ol start=\"24\">\n<li>\u00c7do s\u00ebmundje q\u00eb shkaku i saj njeriu del nga rrethi i sh\u00ebndetit, ia b\u00ebn t\u00eb lejuar prishjen e agj\u00ebrimit. Allahu thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201c&#8230;n\u00ebse ndonj\u00ebri prej jush \u00ebsht\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb ose duke udh\u00ebtuar, le t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb aq dit\u00eb sa i ka prishur n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e tjera pas.\u201d<\/strong> (El-Bekare: 184)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kurse s\u00ebmundjet e lehta, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb: kolli dhe kok\u00ebdhembja, p\u00ebr to nuk lejohet t\u00eb prishet agj\u00ebrimi.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"25\">\n<li>I s\u00ebmuri q\u00eb frikohet se me agj\u00ebrim do t\u2019i shtohet edhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr s\u00ebmundja, ose do t\u2019i ngadal\u00ebsohet sh\u00ebrimi, ose do t\u2019i d\u00ebmtohet ndonj\u00eb organ, lejohet t\u00eb mos agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nuk parap\u00eblqehet t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb i sigurt se agj\u00ebrimi e d\u00ebmton, obligohet ta prish\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin dhe i ndalohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb, kurse shp\u00ebrblimi i tij, me lejen e Allahut, \u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebrtetuar, duke u bazuar n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e Allahut: <strong>\u201c&#8230;dhe mos e vritni veten&#8230;\u201d<\/strong> (En-Nisa: 29)<\/p>\n<p>Ndalesa k\u00ebtu p\u00ebrfshin marrjen e shpirtit si dhe p\u00ebrfshin \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ka d\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"26\">\n<li>N\u00ebse shpresohet q\u00eb s\u00ebmundja t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb largohet, i s\u00ebmuri duhet ta pres\u00eb sh\u00ebrimin dhe m\u00eb pas t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb dit\u00ebt e humbura dhe nuk lejohet q\u00eb t\u2019i shpaguaj\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00ebse mjek\u00ebt konstatojn\u00eb se s\u00ebmundja do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb dhe i s\u00ebmuri do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohet, me lejen e Allahut, i s\u00ebmuri nuk detyrohet t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb dit\u00ebt e humbura vet\u00ebm pasi t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohet, edhe n\u00ebse s\u00ebmundja e tij zgjat me vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"27\">\n<li>Arsyet q\u00eb vazhdimisht ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e njeriut jan\u00eb disalloj\u00ebshe, nga to jan\u00eb: s\u00ebmundja kronike, ku nuk shpresohet sh\u00ebrimi i saj, sipas mendimit t\u00eb mjek\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, si dhe pleq\u00ebria e thell\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>K\u00ebto arsye jan\u00eb q\u00eb e lejojn\u00eb mosagj\u00ebrimin dhe dit\u00ebt e humbura nuk kompensohen, por ato shpaguhen.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"28\">\n<li>Shpagimi ( El-Fidje \u2013 n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn arabe) b\u00ebhet duke e ushqyer nj\u00eb t\u00eb ngrat\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e ka agj\u00ebruar. Shpagimi p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruar \u00ebsht\u00eb gjysm\u00eb sa\u2019a nga ushqimi i vendit ku jeton, ajo p\u00ebraf\u00ebrsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kilogram e gjysm\u00eb dhe obligohet t\u00eb jepet ushqim (dhe jo t\u00eb holla, &#8211; sh.p-) bazuar n\u00eb ajetin: <strong>\u201cAta q\u00eb kan\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb agj\u00ebruar, duhet t\u00eb ushqejn\u00eb si shpagim nga nj\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi.\u201d<\/strong> (El: Bekare: 184)<\/li>\n<li>Shpagimi mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet edhe bashk\u00eb duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb ushqim nj\u00eb numri m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb t\u00eb ngrat\u00ebve n\u00eb fund t\u00eb muajit, ose duke u p\u00ebrgatitur ushqim dhe i th\u00ebrret n\u00eb num\u00ebr aq dit\u00eb sa i ke t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara si dhe, lejohet t\u00eb ushqesh nj\u00eb t\u00eb ngrat\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb. Njashtu lejohet q\u00eb n\u00ebse ti nuk je prezent ose nuk ke koh\u00eb, ta l\u00ebsh dik\u00eb t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm si z\u00ebvend\u00ebs ose ndonj\u00eb organizat\u00eb bamir\u00ebse t\u00eb besueshme, q\u00eb ata ta blejn\u00eb ushqimin dhe t\u2019ua shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00ebndin.<\/li>\n<li>Sipas mendimit m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve nuk lejohet shpejtimi i shpagimit duke e dh\u00ebn\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb muaj n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb Ramazanit ose duke e shpaguar dit\u00ebn q\u00eb nuk do ta agj\u00ebrosh para kohe.<\/li>\n<li>Gruaja shtatz\u00ebne dhe gjidh\u00ebn\u00ebsja, n\u00ebse frikohen p\u00ebr veten e tyre ose p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn, u lejohet t\u00eb mos agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb, dhe dit\u00ebt e paagj\u00ebruara i kompensojn\u00eb pas Ramazanit dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb shtojn\u00eb di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr jasht\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit.<\/li>\n<li>I t\u00ebr\u00eb umeti \u00ebsht\u00eb unik se ai i cili e prish agj\u00ebrimin me q\u00ebllim pa asnj\u00eb arsye, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00ebkat nga m\u00ebkatet e m\u00ebdha.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb nuk ka shpagim, mir\u00ebpo duhet t\u00eb kompensoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shpeshtoj\u00eb istigfarin, t\u00eb pendohet tek Allahu nga ky m\u00ebkat i madh dhe t\u00eb ndiej\u00eb keqardhje p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vendosur q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00eb mos e veproj\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb m\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"33\">\n<li>Kushdo q\u00eb nuk e ka agj\u00ebruar ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb Ramazanit shkaku i pakujdesis\u00eb, m\u00eb pas Allahu e ka begatuar me udh\u00ebzim dhe me pendim dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb fen\u00eb e Allahut, pendimi i tij ia fshin m\u00ebkatet e m\u00ebhershme, dhe ai detyrohet q\u00eb t\u2019i kompensoj\u00eb muajt dhe dit\u00ebt q\u00eb n\u00eb to nuk ka agj\u00ebruar, e n\u00ebse nuk e din se sa ato jan\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht, at\u00ebher\u00eb agj\u00ebron p\u00ebraf\u00ebrsisht derisa t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb se i ka kompensuar ato.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ajo m\u00eb e mira \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruar ta ushqej\u00eb nga nj\u00eb t\u00eb ngrat\u00eb me gjysm\u00eb sa\u2019a (sasi mat\u00ebse) nga ushqimi i vendit ku jeton, kjo sipas mund\u00ebsive, e n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb i varf\u00ebr dhe nuk i ka mund\u00ebsit\u00eb t\u00eb shpenzoj\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb e b\u00ebn vet\u00ebm kompensimin.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"34\">\n<li>Kush e ka tradit\u00eb t\u00eb flej\u00eb gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs n\u00eb Ramazan, t\u00ebr\u00eb dit\u00ebn apo t\u00eb shumt\u00ebn e saj, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb i privuar dhe i d\u00ebshtuar, nd\u00ebrsa agj\u00ebrimin e i tij e ka t\u00eb sakt\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kurse ai i cili p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjumit gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs nuk i fal namazet n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb caktuar, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkatar dhe n\u00eb rrezik t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr fen\u00eb e tij.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>E lusim Allahun q\u00eb t\u00eb na e pranoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin, namazin e nat\u00ebs dhe leximin e Kuranit, t\u00eb na ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb adhurimin e Tij dhe t\u00eb na b\u00ebj\u00eb nga fitimtar\u00ebt n\u00eb Ramazan.
