Natyra n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk ka ndikim dhe as fuqi. \u00c7far\u00ebdo q\u00eb na godet, nuk ka mundur t\u00eb mos na godiste dhe \u00e7far\u00ebdo q\u00eb nuk na ka goditur, as q\u00eb ka mundur t\u00eb na godiste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb Ai q\u00eb i ndryshon dit\u00ebt dhe muajt, i kalon vitet, e sjell t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebt pas stin\u00ebs s\u00eb dimrit dhe t\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt pas stin\u00ebs s\u00eb ver\u00ebs. Allahun nuk ka kush q\u00eb e ndalon dhe nuk ka kush q\u00eb e pengon.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu n\u00eb disa ajete thot\u00eb: \u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, n\u00eb krijimin e qiejve dhe t\u00eb Tok\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb nd\u00ebrrimin e nat\u00ebs e t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, ka shenja p\u00ebr mendar\u00ebt&#8230;\u201d (Ali Imran: 190)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb Tok\u00eb ka shenja p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb besojn\u00eb me bindje, po edhe n\u00eb vetet tuaja &#8211; a nuk e shihni vall\u00eb?\u201d (Edh-Dharijat: 20-21)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA nuk e shohin ata mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e qiejve e t\u00eb Tok\u00ebs dhe gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb ka krijuar Allahu&#8230;\u201d (El-Earaf: 185)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Ib\u00ebn El-Kajimi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cMedito n\u00eb urt\u00ebsin\u00eb e madhe, t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebt e ver\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt e dimrit, jetes\u00ebn e kafsh\u00ebve dhe bim\u00ebve n\u00eb t\u00eb dy stin\u00ebt. Mendo rreth asaj se si nd\u00ebrrohen stin\u00ebt nj\u00ebra me tjetr\u00ebn, ngadal\u00eb dhe shkall\u00eb-shkall\u00eb, derisa t\u00eb vij\u00eb fundi i nj\u00ebr\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb filloj\u00eb stina tjet\u00ebr. Po t\u00eb nd\u00ebrroheshin ato papritmas, do t\u00eb d\u00ebmtoheshin dhe shkat\u00ebrroheshin njer\u00ebzit dhe bim\u00ebt, kjo sikur ndokush t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga hamami tep\u00ebr i nxeht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend tep\u00ebr t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, prandaj po t\u00eb mos ishte p\u00ebrkujdesja, m\u00ebshira dhe bamir\u00ebsia e Allahut, s\u2019do t\u00eb ndodhte ky sistematizim dhe rregullim i gj\u00ebrave.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dhe po ashtu thot\u00eb: \u201cMedito n\u00eb gjendjet e diellit, kur nxeht\u00ebsia e tij t\u00eb ulet dhe t\u00eb ngrihet e t\u00eb ndodhin ndryshime n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe stin\u00eb. N\u00eb \u00e7do ndryshim t\u00eb stin\u00ebve ka dobi dhe urt\u00ebsi, po t\u00eb ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb stin\u00eb, do t\u00eb mungonin dobit\u00eb e stin\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb po t\u00eb ishte vet\u00ebm stina e ver\u00ebs, do t\u00eb mungonin dobit\u00eb e dimrit, po t\u00eb ishte vet\u00ebm stina e dimrit, do t\u00eb mungonin dobit\u00eb e ver\u00ebs, si dhe po t\u00eb ishte vet\u00ebm stina e pranver\u00ebs ose vet\u00ebm stina e vjesht\u00ebs, do t\u00eb mungonin dobit\u00eb e stin\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Myslimani i men\u00e7ur dhe mendjempreht\u00eb bashk\u00ebvepron me t\u00eb gjitha sezonet q\u00eb i jeton, pa p\u00ebrtes\u00eb dhe shqet\u00ebsim. At\u00eb nuk e ndal t\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt e dimrit dhe as t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebt e ver\u00ebs, q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb fes\u00eb dhe dynjas\u00eb s\u00eb tij. I paaft\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb pun\u00ebn e sotit e vonon p\u00ebr nes\u00ebr, kurse m\u00eb i paaft\u00eb se ky i fundit llogaritet ai q\u00eb pun\u00ebn e dimrit e vonon p\u00ebr n\u00eb ver\u00eb dhe pun\u00ebn e ver\u00ebs e vonon p\u00ebr n\u00eb dim\u00ebr.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00ebse po t\u00eb d\u00ebmton t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebt e ver\u00ebs dhe po t\u00eb r\u00ebndon vjeshta dhe t\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt e dimrit, dhe v\u00ebmendjen po ta merr koha e bukur e pranver\u00ebs, m\u00eb trego at\u00ebher\u00eb se kur do t\u00eb marr\u00ebsh dije?!<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Nga bazat e imanit \u00ebsht\u00eb besimi n\u00eb gajbin (t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebn). Ne i besojm\u00eb bindsh\u00ebm \u00e7do lajmi q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhet me t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebn, e t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhmes, gjendjeve t\u00eb ahiretit dhe t\u00eb ngjashmeve me to, q\u00eb ne nuk i shohim dhe p\u00ebr to na lajm\u00ebroi Allahu n\u00eb Kuran dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb Sunet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00eb ato lajme b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe ajo q\u00eb na lajm\u00ebroi Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith ku thot\u00eb: \u201cZjarri u ankua te Zoti i tij dhe tha: \u2018Zoti im, jam duke e ngr\u00ebn\u00eb veten!\u2019 At\u00ebher\u00eb Allahu i jep leje q\u00eb t\u00eb shfryhet dy her\u00eb: nj\u00eb her\u00eb dimrit dhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb ver\u00ebs. Kulmin e nxeht\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb e ndieni n\u00eb ver\u00eb dhe kulmin e ftoht\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb e ndieni n\u00eb dim\u00ebr jan\u00eb nga shfryrja e Xhehenemit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Myslimani i beson k\u00ebtij realiteti q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb cekur n\u00eb hadith, kurse p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn dhe form\u00ebn se si ndodh kjo, i mb\u00ebshtetet Allahut (d.m.th. vet\u00ebm Allahu e di) dhe k\u00ebrkon mbrojtje tek Allahu nga zjarri dhe nga t\u00eb ftohtit e Xhehenemit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka kund\u00ebrshtim n\u00eb mes shkakut q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb aludon sheriati dhe shkakut material q\u00eb perceptohet, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast largimi i Diellit nga Toka ose afrimi i tij, pra nuk ka penges\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb dy shkaqe t\u00eb bashkohen.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Dimri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga stin\u00ebt e vlefshme q\u00eb myslimani duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb nga t\u00eb mirat dhe shp\u00ebrblimet e tij, t\u2019i m\u00ebsoj\u00eb dispozitat dhe rregullat q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me t\u00eb dhe t\u00eb meditoj\u00eb rreth m\u00ebsimeve q\u00eb i p\u00ebr\u00e7on kjo stin\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Dimri \u00ebsht\u00eb pranvera e besimtarit dhe thesar madh\u00ebshtor p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb i jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar ibadetit. Myslimani gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb dimrit agj\u00ebron, sepse dita \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr dhe nat\u00ebn falet, pasi t\u00eb flej\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb saj, sepse nata \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjat\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Omeri, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, thot\u00eb: \u201cDimri \u00ebsht\u00eb thesar p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb i jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar ibadetit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrcillet p\u00ebr Ib\u00ebn Mesudin, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, se kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cMir\u00eb se vjen stina e dimrit, q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb zbret bereqeti, nata zgjatet p\u00ebr namaz nate dhe dita shkurtohet p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrim.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me nj\u00eb hadith p\u00ebrcillet: \u201cThesari i ftoht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb dim\u00ebr.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hadithi n\u00ebnkupton: \u201cThesar q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fituar pa luft\u00eb, pa lodhje dhe pa mund, pronari i saj e fiton k\u00ebt\u00eb thesar rast\u00ebsisht, pa v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Besimtari e ka mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb dim\u00ebr t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb pa v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi dhe pa lodhje. Uria dhe etja at\u00eb nuk e mundojn\u00eb, sepse dita n\u00eb dim\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr dhe e ftoht\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nuk e ndien v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb e agj\u00ebrimit.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa nata n\u00eb dim\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjat\u00eb, ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr ibadet nate. Besimtari mund t\u00eb pushoj\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb nat\u00ebs, pastaj t\u00eb ngrihet p\u00ebr namaz nate dhe namazin e tij ta zgjat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb lexoj\u00eb Kuran sa m\u00eb gjat\u00eb. Pra, gjat\u00eb nat\u00ebs mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjum\u00eb t\u00eb bollsh\u00ebm, por edhe t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ibadet dhe t\u00eb lexoj\u00eb Kuran sa m\u00eb gjat\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu tek ai plot\u00ebsohet dobia e fes\u00eb dhe pushimi i trupit t\u00eb tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Dimri \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i kompensuar dit\u00ebt e paagj\u00ebruara me arsye t\u00eb Ramazanit, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes, udh\u00ebtimit, menstruacioneve, lehonis\u00eb e t\u00eb ngjashmeve me k\u00ebto, ose p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ka t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb 60 dit\u00eb, si shpagim p\u00ebr prishjen e agj\u00ebrimit gjat\u00eb Ramazanit me marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie ose ta shpaguaj\u00eb \u2018dhiharin\u2019 dhe t\u00eb ngjashme me to.<\/li>\n<li>Kalimi i net\u00ebve t\u00eb dimrit n\u00eb pagjum\u00ebsi dhe n\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb kota q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb dobi, n\u00eb dynja dhe n\u00eb ahiret, por ndoshta edhe d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb anashkalim i mir\u00ebsive q\u00eb i ka kjo stin\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kur i erdhi momenti i vdekjes Amir ib\u00ebn Abdullahut, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, filloi t\u00eb qante dhe t\u00eb pranishmit e pyet\u00ebn: \u201cPse po qan?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>U p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cNuk po qaj nga m\u00ebrzia e vdekjes, as nga p\u00ebrkujdesja p\u00ebr dynjan\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo po qaj p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin n\u00eb ver\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr namazin e nat\u00ebs n\u00eb dim\u00ebr.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Qau Jezid Er-Rekashij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, n\u00eb momentet e fundit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe tha: \u201cPasha Allahun po qaj, sepse po ndahem nga namazi i nat\u00ebs dhe agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj tha: \u201cO Jezid, kush do t\u00eb falet dhe do t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb p\u00ebr ty? Kush do t\u2019i afrohet pas vdekjes sate Allahut me vepra t\u00eb mira p\u00ebr ty dhe kush do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb falje tek Allahu p\u00ebr gjynahet e m\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr ty?\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li>T\u00eb nxeht\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktim i Allahut, prandaj nuk i lejohet myslimanit t\u2019i braktis\u00eb detyrimet dhe ibadetet me pretekst se \u00ebsht\u00eb nxeht\u00eb ose ftoht\u00eb, sikurse ta anashkaloj\u00eb faljen e namazit me xhemat me pretekst se \u00ebsht\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti namazin e sabahut dhe gruaja t\u00eb mos e vesh\u00eb hixhabin e saj, me pretekst se \u00ebsht\u00eb nxeht\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kur Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, doli me shok\u00ebt e tij p\u00ebr n\u00eb betej\u00ebn e Tebukut, ishte vap\u00eb e madhe dhe kjo ishte arsyeja q\u00eb disa hipokrit\u00eb t\u00eb mos dilnin me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe nj\u00ebri-tjetrit i than\u00eb: \u201cMos shkoni n\u00eb luft\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebr vap\u00eb!\u201d (Et-Teube: 81); por Allahu e refuzoi arsyetimin e tyre dhe ju tha: \u201cThuaju: \u201cZjarri i Xhehenemit \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i nxeht\u00eb!\u201d Ve\u00e7 sikur t\u00eb kuptonin!\u201d (Et-Teube: 81)<\/p>\n<p>D.m.th. \u201cZjarri i Xhehenemit\u201d q\u00eb jeni nisur drejt tij p\u00ebr shkak se e kund\u00ebrshtuat urdhrin e Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i nxeht\u00eb\u201d, sesa vapa q\u00eb nuk po e duroni dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb saj nuk po dilni n\u00eb luft\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, ai q\u00eb n\u00eb vete ndien dembeli dhe p\u00ebrtaci p\u00ebr ibadet gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta, duhet q\u00eb t\u2019ia rikujtoj\u00eb vetes t\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt e Xhehenemit, Allahu na ruajtt\u00eb prej tij!<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Dhuntit\u00eb q\u00eb Allahu na i dhuroi jan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe madh\u00ebshtore. N\u00eb mesin e tyre b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe leht\u00ebsimi i m\u00ebnyrave t\u00eb parambrojtjes nga i ftohti, si: veshja e rrobave, batanijeve etj. Allahu p\u00ebr k\u00ebto dhunti q\u00eb ua dha rob\u00ebrve t\u00eb Tij thot\u00eb: \u201cKafsh\u00ebt Ai i ka krijuar p\u00ebr ju. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tyre ju siguroni rroba t\u00eb ngrohta dhe dobi t\u00eb tjera. Prej tyre ju ushqeheni.\u201d (En-Nahl: 5)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu ju ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb sht\u00ebpi p\u00ebr t\u00eb banuar dhe l\u00ebkur\u00eb kafsh\u00ebsh, q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrdorni si tenda, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i bartni leht\u00eb kur t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoni dhe t\u00eb zini vend. Ai ju ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe leshin, g\u00ebzofin e fijet q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrdorni p\u00ebr veshje dhe p\u00ebr shtroj\u00eb, deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb.\u201d (En-Nahl: 80)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cNga ajo q\u00eb ka krijuar, Ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr ju hije; ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr ju streha n\u00ebp\u00ebr male; ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr ju rroba q\u00eb t\u2019ju mbrojn\u00eb nga nxeht\u00ebsia; ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr ju veshje prej metali p\u00ebr t\u2019ju mbrojtur n\u00eb luft\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, Ai i p\u00ebrsos begatit\u00eb e Veta mbi ju, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb ju t\u2019i bindeni vullnetit t\u00eb Tij.\u201d (En-Nahl: 81)<\/p>\n<p>Fjala e Allahut: \u201cka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr ju rroba q\u00eb t\u2019ju mbrojn\u00eb nga nxeht\u00ebsia;\u201d n\u00ebnkupton se ato jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtje nga t\u00eb nxeht\u00ebt dhe nga t\u00eb ftohtit. T\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb armik q\u00eb shum\u00eb shpejt vjen dhe shum\u00eb von\u00eb del.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto begati e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm fal\u00ebnderimin e Allahut dhe ato duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren n\u00eb adhurimin e Allahut dhe n\u00eb ato vepra q\u00eb e k\u00ebnaqin Allahun e jo t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren n\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkat.<\/p>\n<p>Ruajtja e begative dhe vazhdim\u00ebsia e tyre varet nga fal\u00ebnderimi. Kush fal\u00ebnderon, Allahu atij i jep dhe ia shton dhuntit\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201c(Kujtoje) kur Zoti juaj kumtoi: \u201cN\u00ebse tregoheni mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs, Un\u00eb do t\u2019jua shtoj edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb begatit\u00eb e Mia; por, n\u00ebse ju mohoni mir\u00ebsit\u00eb e Mia, (at\u00ebher\u00eb dijeni se) d\u00ebnimi Im \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb.\u201d (Ibrahim: 7)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>Ai q\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdeset ta ruaj\u00eb veten, familjen dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt nga t\u00eb ftohtit, duke u bler\u00eb rroba t\u00eb trasha, batanije dhe t\u00eb ngjashme me to, n\u00eb rend t\u00eb par\u00eb, le t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdeset q\u00eb t\u2019i ruaj\u00eb ata nga zjarri i Xhehenemit, duke i udh\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi dhe duke i p\u00ebrkrahur p\u00ebr n\u00eb t\u00eb, duke i larguar nga sherri, krimi dhe e sh\u00ebmtuara dhe duke e ndalur \u00e7do rrug\u00eb q\u00eb i \u00e7on deri te gjynahu ndaj Allahut. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cO ju q\u00eb besoni, ruani veten dhe familjet tuaja nga zjarri, l\u00ebnda djeg\u00ebse e t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit dhe gur\u00ebt. At\u00eb e mbik\u00ebqyrin engj\u00ebj t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm e t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kurr\u00eb nuk i kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb urdhrat e Allahut, por i zbatojn\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb ato.\u201d (Et-Tehrim: 6)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cSecili prej jush \u00ebsht\u00eb bari dhe secili prej jush \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr kopen\u00eb e vet.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>Myslimani \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00eblla i myslimanit: \u201cBesimtar\u00ebt dhe besimtaret jan\u00eb miq p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin.\u201d (Et-Teube: 71); d.m.th. jan\u00eb miq n\u00eb dashuri, miq\u00ebsi, ndihmes\u00eb, ngush\u00ebllim dhe p\u00ebrkrahje. Sipas nivelit t\u00eb imanit n\u00eb zem\u00ebr, vjen edhe p\u00ebrkrahja dhe ngush\u00ebllimi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Prandaj t\u2019ua leht\u00ebsojm\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e dimrit v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve mysliman\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, jetim\u00ebve, t\u00eb vejave, t\u00eb ngrat\u00ebve, nevojtar\u00ebve, sidomos atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje rrethimi dhe emigruesve. Ka nga ta q\u00eb i ka rrethuar i ftohti e bora dhe nuk kan\u00eb veshmbathje p\u00ebr mbuloj\u00eb si dhe ka nga ta q\u00eb i ka goditur v\u00ebrshimi dhe nuk kan\u00eb vendstrehim.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li>Nata dhe dita patjet\u00ebr e kan\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrohen, dimri patjet\u00ebr e ka t\u00eb vij\u00eb pas ver\u00ebs, sado q\u00eb vera t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb, agimi patjet\u00ebr e ka t\u00eb agoj\u00eb, sado q\u00eb nata t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb, i ftohti patjet\u00ebr e ka t\u00eb vij\u00eb, sado q\u00eb i nxehti t\u00eb jet\u00eb i madh, dhe k\u00ebto nd\u00ebrrime t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb q\u00eb e pamundur \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb gjendje.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb rikujtim, m\u00ebsim, k\u00ebshill\u00eb dhe frik\u00ebsim p\u00ebr t\u00eb padrejtin se, n\u00ebse nuk pendohet, shigjeta do t\u2019i kthehet atij dhe Allahu do ta nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb at\u00eb, ashtu si\u00e7 d\u00ebnon i Plotfuqishmi dhe i Plotpushtetshmi. Allahu nuk e thyen premtimin e Vet: \u201cSigurisht, t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebt do ta shohin se n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb mundimi do t\u00eb kthehen (pas vdekjes).\u201d (Esh-Shuara: 227)<\/p>\n<p>Si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb qet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi se leht\u00ebsimi \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr, se pas v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsis\u00eb vjen leht\u00ebsimi dhe se litari sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb shtr\u00ebngohet, aq m\u00eb af\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebputet. Profeti, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith thot\u00eb: \u201cDije se durimi n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi jep shum\u00eb mir\u00ebsi, fitorja arrihet me durim, shp\u00ebtimi me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi dhe pas v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsis\u00eb vjen leht\u00ebsimi.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>Nga bereqeti i dimrit \u00ebsht\u00eb r\u00ebnia e shiut dhe p\u00ebrhapja e m\u00ebshir\u00ebs nga Allahu. Shiu \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb, bereqet dhe pastrim, vet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i past\u00ebr dhe i pastron t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, e largon papast\u00ebrtin\u00eb dhe lig\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb Ai q\u00eb e zbret shiun, kur ata kan\u00eb humbur \u00e7do shpres\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrhap m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e Vet; Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Mbrojt\u00ebsi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe i Denji p\u00ebr fal\u00ebnderim.\u201d (Esh-Shura: 28)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb Ai q\u00eb i d\u00ebrgon er\u00ebrat si lajm\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb g\u00ebzuesh\u00ebm para m\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb Tij, duke l\u00ebshuar prej qiellit uj\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr.\u201d (El-Furkan: 49)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cNe l\u00ebshojm\u00eb nga qielli uj\u00eb t\u00eb bekuar dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tij krijojm\u00eb kopshte, drith\u00ebra q\u00eb korren.\u201d (Kaf: 9)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li>Shiun Allahu e krijon dhe e p\u00ebrcakton, kurse t\u00eb besosh dhe t\u2019ia atribuosh r\u00ebnien e shiut veprimit t\u00eb yjeve dhe ndikimit t\u00eb planet\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb shirk (idhujtari).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith kudsij (t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb) p\u00ebrcillet se Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cKa nga rob\u00ebrit e Mi q\u00eb u gdhin\u00eb besimtar\u00eb dhe disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb mohues n\u00eb Mua. Ai q\u00eb tha se shiu ra me merit\u00ebn e Allahut dhe me m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e Tij, ai besoi n\u00eb Mua dhe i mohoi yjet, kurse ai q\u00eb tha se shiu ra p\u00ebr shkak k\u00ebtij ylli dhe atij ylli, ai m\u00eb mohoi Mua dhe u besoi yjeve.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li>Ai q\u00eb e zbret shiun \u00ebsht\u00eb Allahu, i Lart\u00ebsuari dhe i Vetmi dhe askush nuk e di koh\u00ebn se kur do t\u00eb zbres\u00eb shi, nat\u00ebn apo dit\u00ebn apo n\u00eb cil\u00ebn or\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Allahut. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nga dija e s\u00eb fsheht\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk e di askush p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Allahut.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cPa dyshim, vet\u00ebm Allahu e di Or\u00ebn e caktuar. Ai e zbret shiun dhe e di \u00e7\u2019ka n\u00eb barkun e shtatz\u00ebn\u00ebs. Asnj\u00eb njeri nuk di \u00e7\u2019do t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb nes\u00ebr dhe askush nuk di se n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019vend do t\u00eb vdes\u00eb. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb i Gjith\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm dhe Njoh\u00ebs i \u00e7do gj\u00ebje.\u201d (Lukman: 34)<\/p>\n<p>Profeti, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201c\u00c7el\u00ebsat e s\u00eb fsheht\u00ebs jan\u00eb pes\u00eb, ato nuk i di askush p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Allahut\u201d, dhe nga to e p\u00ebrmendi \u201cnuk e di askush se kur zbret shiu p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Allahut.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a> Me nj\u00eb transmetim tjet\u00ebr: \u201cNuk e di askush se kur vjen shiu.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li>Njohja e motit, koh\u00ebs dhe hulumtimi rreth tyre, njohja e koh\u00ebve t\u00eb eklipsit t\u00eb Diellit dhe t\u00eb H\u00ebn\u00ebs, njohja e koh\u00ebve t\u00eb r\u00ebnies s\u00eb shiut dhe pritshm\u00ebria e tyre q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodhin, nuk b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebnien e fallit sipas yjeve apo pretendimit t\u00eb njohjes t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhmes, sepse ato informata bazohen n\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb perceptohen, mbi prova dhe n\u00eb studime universale n\u00eb ligjet e Allahut. Pastaj ato jan\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb supozohet t\u00eb ndodhin dhe jo q\u00eb ka dije t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe sakt\u00ebsi, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nganj\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb q\u00ebllohet e nganj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb gabohet. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktime p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt dhe nuk kan\u00eb dije se kur mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb r\u00ebnia e shiut pas disa viteve ose disa muajve.<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\"><sup>[18]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Prej suneteve kur bie shi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet: \u201cAllahume sajiben nafian &#8211; (O Allahu im, b\u00ebje k\u00ebt\u00eb shi t\u00eb begatsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb dobish\u00ebm).\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn19\" name=\"_ftnref19\"><sup>[19]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kur bie shi, p\u00eblqehet shpeshtimi i lutjes, sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb koha e zbritjes s\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebs. N\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith Profeti, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin me t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cDy lutje nuk kthehen mbrapsht: lutja gjat\u00eb thirrjes s\u00eb ezanit dhe lutja kur bie shi.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn20\" name=\"_ftnref20\"><sup>[20]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"19\">\n<li>N\u00ebse shiu bie n\u00eb sasi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha derisa njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb d\u00ebmtohen apo t\u00eb ken\u00eb frik\u00eb se do t\u00eb d\u00ebmtohen, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast p\u00eblqehet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet lutje q\u00eb shiu t\u00eb pak\u00ebsohet dhe d\u00ebmi i tij t\u00eb largohet dhe shiu t\u00eb bjer\u00eb n\u00eb vende ku b\u00ebn dobi e jo d\u00ebm. Lutja b\u00ebhet ashtu si e b\u00ebri Profeti, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, i cili tha: \u201cO Allahu im, le t\u00eb bjer\u00eb shiu p\u00ebrreth nesh dhe jo mbi ne, o Allahu im, le t\u00eb bjer\u00eb mbi kodra e male, mbi pyje e rrafshnalta dhe mbi lugina e vende ku rriten pem\u00ebt.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn21\" name=\"_ftnref21\"><sup>[21]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nga sunetet e braktisura kur bie shiu \u00ebsht\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb momentin kur bien pikat e para t\u00eb shiut nga qielli, t\u00eb zbulohet di\u00e7ka nga trupi q\u00eb t\u00eb laget, si: k\u00ebrci i k\u00ebmb\u00ebs, koka apo krah\u00ebt, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb mir\u00ebsie dhe bereqeti. Shiu \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb, bereqet dhe pastrim.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Enes ib\u00ebn Malik, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, tha: \u201cIshim me t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, kur nj\u00eb dit\u00eb na zuri shiu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e hoqi rrob\u00ebn e tij q\u00eb t\u2019i lagej ajo pjes\u00eb e trupit. Ne i tham\u00eb: \u2018O i D\u00ebrguar i Allahut, pse veprove k\u00ebshtu?\u2019 U p\u00ebrgjigj: \u2018Sepse shiu tani sapo ka zbritur nga Zoti im.\u2019<a href=\"#_ftn22\" name=\"_ftnref22\"><sup>[22]<\/sup><\/a>\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn23\" name=\"_ftnref23\"><sup>[23]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kur Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e luti Allahun n\u00eb hutben e xhumas\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb binte shi, Allahu ia pranoi lutjen dhe filloi t\u00eb binte shi. Enes ib\u00ebn Malik, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, tha: \u201cEnde pa zbritur nga minberi filloi t\u00eb binte shi derisa i rridhte n\u00ebp\u00ebr mjekr\u00ebn e tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn24\" name=\"_ftnref24\"><sup>[24]<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0 Bazuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith imam Buhariu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, nj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga kaptinat e librit t\u00eb tij e em\u00ebrtoi: \u201cKaptina: Kush laget n\u00eb shi, saq\u00eb shiu t\u2019i rrjedh\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr mjekr\u00ebn e tij.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, donte q\u00eb shiu t\u00eb binte mbi t\u00eb, saq\u00eb e zbuloi nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb trupit t\u00eb tij q\u00eb t\u00eb lagej. Ai e zgjati hutben derisa shiu filloi t\u00eb binte me t\u00eb madhe dhe t\u2019i rridhte n\u00ebp\u00ebr mjek\u00ebr.<a href=\"#_ftn25\" name=\"_ftnref25\"><sup>[25]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Bazi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, tha: \u201cKur bie shi, e ligjshme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb myslimani ta zbuloj\u00eb kok\u00ebn e tij n\u00ebse mban kapel\u00eb, ose nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb rrob\u00ebs s\u00eb tij nga krahu (pjesa e krahut nga b\u00ebrryli deri te supi), ose nga parakrahu derisa t\u00eb laget me shi, apo k\u00ebrcin e k\u00ebmb\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb ngjashme me to, q\u00eb lejohen t\u00eb zbulohen para njer\u00ebzve, si: k\u00ebmba, k\u00ebrci i k\u00ebmb\u00ebs, koka, dora dhe t\u00eb ngjashme me to.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn26\" name=\"_ftnref26\"><sup>[26]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu vepronin shum\u00eb nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, nd\u00ebr ta: Uthman ib\u00ebn Afani, Alij ib\u00ebn Ebi Talib dhe Ib\u00ebn Abasi, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre.<a href=\"#_ftn27\" name=\"_ftnref27\"><sup>[27]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"21\">\n<li>Zbritja e shiut na rikujton se uji i pijsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb nga begatit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb Allahu na begatoi me to. Prej ujit varet jeta e njeriut, e kafsh\u00ebve dhe e bim\u00ebve. Ky realitet e b\u00ebn t\u00eb domosdosh\u00ebm fal\u00ebnderimin e Allahut pa u ndalur dhe n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi, sepse shiu q\u00eb bie \u00ebsht\u00eb i pijsh\u00ebm dhe i past\u00ebr e jo i papijsh\u00ebm dhe i njelm\u00ebt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cNe i d\u00ebrgojm\u00eb er\u00ebrat p\u00ebr pllenim dhe zbresim nga qielli uj\u00eb, prej t\u00eb cilit ju japim t\u00eb pini e t\u00eb cilin nuk mund ta depozitoni dot.\u201d (El-Hixhr: 22)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb Ai q\u00eb zbret nga qielli shi, i cili ju siguron uj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pir\u00eb dhe b\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb rriten bim\u00ebt, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si ushqim p\u00ebr kafsh\u00ebt. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tij (ujit) rriten t\u00eb lashtat, ullinjt\u00eb, palmat, rrushi dhe fruta t\u00eb llojllojshme. Vall\u00eb, ju e zbrisni at\u00eb prej reve apo Ne e zbresim? N\u00ebse duam, Ne e b\u00ebjm\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb njelm\u00ebt, andaj p\u00ebrse nuk jeni mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs?!\u201d (El-Uakia: 68-70)<\/p>\n<p>Profeti, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, tha: \u201cGj\u00ebja e par\u00eb q\u00eb robi do t\u00eb pyetet p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket begative \u00ebsht\u00eb pyetja: A nuk t\u00eb dham\u00eb sh\u00ebndet n\u00eb trup dhe a nuk t\u00eb dham\u00eb t\u00eb pish uj\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb?!\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn28\" name=\"_ftnref28\"><sup>[28]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"22\">\n<li>N\u00eb dim\u00ebr shpeshtohen er\u00ebrat. Era \u00ebsht\u00eb e krijuar nga Allahu dhe ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e urdh\u00ebruar t\u2019i respektoj\u00eb dhe t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet asaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar. Ajo mund t\u00eb vij\u00eb si m\u00ebshir\u00eb (er\u00eb e leht\u00eb, fllad, freski dhe zbritje e shiut) ose si nd\u00ebshkim (shkat\u00ebrrim t\u00eb bim\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrtimeve dhe shkat\u00ebrrimin e t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebve). Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb ushtar i Allahut q\u00eb i n\u00ebnshtrohet urdhrave t\u00eb Tij, prandaj nuk lejohet sharja ose mallkimi i saj, por e k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb nga Allahu mir\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj dhe k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb mbrojtje nga e keqja e saj.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, kur frynte era lutej duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cO Zoti im, e k\u00ebrkoj mir\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj dhe mir\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb t\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebsin\u00eb e asaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar. Dhe k\u00ebrkoj mbrojtje nga e keqja e saj dhe nga e keqja q\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb t\u00eb dhe nga e keqja p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebrguar.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn29\" name=\"_ftnref29\"><sup>[29]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cEra \u00ebsht\u00eb nga m\u00ebshira e Allahut (q\u00eb me m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e Tij i freskon me er\u00eb rob\u00ebrit e Vet, ose ajo vjen me urdhrin e Allahut). Ajo vjen si m\u00ebshir\u00eb dhe vjen si nd\u00ebshkim. N\u00ebse e shihni q\u00eb po vjen, mos e shani, k\u00ebrkoni nga Allahu mir\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj dhe k\u00ebrkoni mbrojte tek Allahu nga e keqja e saj.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn30\" name=\"_ftnref30\"><sup>[30]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"23\">\n<li>Dimri ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, prandaj sheriati i lejon disa leht\u00ebsime q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me dispozitat, si: mosshkuarja n\u00eb xhuma, mosfalja e namazit me xhemat dhe bashkimi i dy namazeve, shkaku i shiut q\u00eb i lagen rrobat (saq\u00eb n\u00ebse i shtrydh ato, pikon uj\u00eb prej tyre) dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb ballafaqohet namazfal\u00ebsi n\u00ebse del jasht\u00eb, pastaj balt\u00ebs, akullit, bor\u00ebs, t\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt e madh dhe er\u00ebs s\u00eb fort\u00eb acare.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto raste namazfal\u00ebsi e bashkon namazin e drek\u00ebs me t\u00eb ikindis\u00eb dhe namazin e akshamit me t\u00eb jacis\u00eb. Shkaku dhe motivi i bashkimit t\u00eb namazeve \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsia: kur ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, dit\u00ebn ose nat\u00ebn, lejohet bashkimi i namazeve.<a href=\"#_ftn31\" name=\"_ftnref31\"><sup>[31]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Por kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb, n\u00ebse i ftohti \u00ebsht\u00eb i leht\u00eb, namazfal\u00ebsi ta anashkaloj\u00eb namazin me xhemat dhe t\u00eb arsyetohet me motin e ftoht\u00eb, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti ata q\u00eb xhamin\u00eb e kan\u00eb af\u00ebr, kan\u00eb makina, rrug\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb shtrira dhe t\u00eb ndri\u00e7uara.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"24\">\n<li>Nuk obligohet t\u00eb lahen rrobat dhe trupi, n\u00ebse preken nga balta e rrug\u00ebs, sepse n\u00eb esenc\u00eb balta \u00ebsht\u00eb e past\u00ebr dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet nuk mundet ta largoj\u00eb dyshimi. Sahab\u00ebt dhe tabi\u2019in\u00ebt ecnin n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00eb me balt\u00eb dhe nuk i lanin k\u00ebmb\u00ebt e tyre.<a href=\"#_ftn32\" name=\"_ftnref32\"><sup>[32]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Por, n\u00ebse i lan k\u00ebmb\u00ebt, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb. Kur t\u00eb hysh n\u00eb xhami i lan k\u00ebmb\u00ebt, n\u00ebse jan\u00eb t\u00eb prekura me balt\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e p\u00ebrlyesh xhamin\u00eb dhe tepihun e xhamis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"25\">\n<li>Disa mysliman\u00eb n\u00eb dim\u00ebr i b\u00ebjn\u00eb disa gabime n\u00eb lidhje me rregullat e fes\u00eb, nd\u00ebr ato gabime \u00ebsht\u00eb moslarja si duhet e pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb abdesit shkaku i ujit t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb. Abdesin nuk e marrin t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe si duhet. Madje disa nuk i lajn\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e abdesit q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb lahen, por vet\u00ebm i f\u00ebrkojn\u00eb. Disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb krah\u00ebt nuk i lajn\u00eb si duhet. Prandaj, ai q\u00eb nuk merr drejt dhe si duhet abdes, namazi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i kot\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, nxiti q\u00eb abdesi t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet edhe kur i ftohti \u00ebsht\u00eb i madh dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr e b\u00ebri t\u00eb jet\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr shlyerjen e gjynaheve. N\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cA d\u00ebshironi t\u2019ju tregoj p\u00ebr veprat q\u00eb i shlyejn\u00eb gabimet dhe i rritin shkall\u00ebt?\u201d I than\u00eb: \u201cPo, o i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut. Tha: \u201cMarrja e abdesit t\u00eb plot\u00eb edhe kur ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, hapat e shumt\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb xhami, pritja e namazit pas faljes s\u00eb namazit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fortifikat\u00eb p\u00ebr ju.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn33\" name=\"_ftnref33\"><sup>[33]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fjala \u2018marrja e abdesit t\u00eb plot\u00eb\u2019 n\u00ebnkupton p\u00ebrsosjen dhe p\u00ebrkryerjen e tij. Kjo arrihet kur lahet me uj\u00eb \u00e7do organ i abdesit q\u00eb detyrohet t\u00eb lahet duke e f\u00ebrkuar me dor\u00eb. N\u00ebse vepron k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb her\u00eb dhe abdesin e merr t\u00eb plot\u00eb, llogaritet q\u00eb abdes ke marr\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fjala \u2018kur ka v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi\u2019, n\u00ebnkupton kur gjendja \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr njeriun. Kjo mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb kur i ftohti \u00ebsht\u00eb i madh, ose trupi ka dhembje (si prezenca e plag\u00ebve n\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e abdesit), ose gjat\u00eb \u00e7do gjendjes q\u00eb njeriut ia v\u00ebshtir\u00ebson marrjen e abdesit.<a href=\"#_ftn34\" name=\"_ftnref34\"><sup>[34]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kur njeriu detyrohet t\u00eb marr\u00eb abdes me uj\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb n\u00eb dim\u00ebr, duke e plot\u00ebsuar dhe duke ia dh\u00ebn\u00eb \u00e7do pjese t\u00eb abdesit hakun e vet n\u00eb larje dhe f\u00ebrkim, kjo llogaritet marrje e abdesit n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, vep\u00ebr e cila i shlyen gabimet dhe i rrit shkall\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"26\">\n<li>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e ligjshme p\u00ebr myslimanin q\u00eb ta synoj\u00eb dhe ta k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb, si n\u00eb rastin kur ka uj\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb dhe ai nuk merr abdes me uj\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb, por me uj\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, ose merr abdes me uj\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb gjat\u00eb ver\u00ebs, kur e ka mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb me uj\u00eb t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb dy rastet ai e k\u00ebrkon dhe e zgjedh m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebn me nijet q\u00eb ta arrij\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin e lartcekur n\u00eb hadith.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ligjshme, madje \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb af\u00ebr teprimit dhe thellimit. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cP\u00ebrse t\u2019ju nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb Allahu, n\u00ebse ju e fal\u00ebnderoni dhe e besoni?!\u201d (En-Nisa: 147)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, \u00e7doher\u00eb kur e ka pasur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhte n\u00eb mes dy \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve, e ka zgjedhur m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00ebn p\u00ebrderisa nuk ka qen\u00eb m\u00ebkat, e n\u00ebse ka qen\u00eb m\u00ebkat, ka qen\u00eb sa m\u00eb larg tij.<a href=\"#_ftn35\" name=\"_ftnref35\"><sup>[35]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Njeriu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i urdh\u00ebruar dhe as q\u00eb p\u00eblqehet q\u00eb t\u00eb veproj\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb ia r\u00ebndon gjendjen ose e d\u00ebmton at\u00eb, p\u00ebrkundrazi sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb ibadeti i leht\u00ebsohet atij \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e vlefshme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse i leht\u00ebsohet uji i nxeht\u00eb atij, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb, sepse i ndihmon ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb abdesin dhe pastrimi t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrkryer ashtu si\u00e7 e p\u00ebrcaktoi Allahu, si dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb n\u00eb largimin e llomit dhe p\u00ebr past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e trupit.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00ebse e ka patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ballafaqohet me t\u00eb ftoht\u00ebt dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb (nuk ka uj\u00eb t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb), ai do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, sepse kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb me zgjedhjen dhe d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e tij.<a href=\"#_ftn36\" name=\"_ftnref36\"><sup>[36]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi nga hadithi \u00ebsht\u00eb se, n\u00ebse abdesi arrihet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb rast ose situat\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb (dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi nuk e synon dhe k\u00ebrkon), shp\u00ebrblimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i madh, sepse kjo aludon n\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e imanit t\u00eb atij q\u00eb e merr abdesin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje, i cili nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht e merr edhe shp\u00ebrblimin e p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb hadith.<\/p>\n<p>Por edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kur abdesi plot\u00ebsohet pa pasur ndonj\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, fitohet shp\u00ebrblim p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e abdesit si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur me nj\u00eb hadith: \u201cKush merr abdes n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkryer, i dalin m\u00ebkatet nga trupi i tij, madje edhe nga n\u00ebnthonjt\u00eb e tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn37\" name=\"_ftnref37\"><sup>[37]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"27\">\n<li>Nga gabimet e tjera q\u00eb veprohen n\u00eb dim\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb marrja shum\u00eb me leht\u00ebsi e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb tejemumit me pretekst se uji ftohet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kjo nuk lejohet, sepse tejemumi \u00ebsht\u00eb leht\u00ebsim at\u00ebher\u00eb kur nuk ka uj\u00eb, ose kur uji nuk ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret (si n\u00eb rastet kur p\u00ebrdorimi i tij njeriun e d\u00ebmton, ose shkaku i s\u00ebmundjes, ose kur p\u00ebrdorimi i tij mundet q\u00eb s\u00ebmundjen ta shtoj\u00eb ose sh\u00ebrimin ta vonoj\u00eb), ose kur uji \u00ebsht\u00eb i ftoht\u00eb dhe nuk ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb nxehet.<\/p>\n<p>Kush e d\u00ebmton veten ose frikohet p\u00ebr veten e tij me p\u00ebrdorimin e ujit t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb, e p\u00ebrdor ujin e nxeht\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk i b\u00ebn d\u00ebm atij.<\/p>\n<p>Imami Ib\u00ebn Kudame, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cDetyrohet ta nxeh\u00eb ujin ai q\u00eb frikohet nga i ftohti i madh dhe e ka mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb ta nxeh\u00eb at\u00eb, ose ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb ujin n\u00eb at\u00eb, m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimi i tij t\u00eb mos e d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb si p.sh. nj\u00ebher\u00eb e lan nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb pastaj kalon te pjesa tjet\u00ebr e trupit, \u00e7doher\u00eb q\u00eb e lan nj\u00ebr\u00ebn pjes\u00eb e mbulon at\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast detyrohet p\u00ebrdorimi i ujit t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb. E n\u00ebse nuk mundet q\u00eb ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb ujin n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb merr tejemum dhe e fal namazin. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve.<a href=\"#_ftn38\" name=\"_ftnref38\"><sup>[38]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"28\">\n<li>Nga gabimet e tjera q\u00eb veprohen n\u00eb dim\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb mbulimi i fytyr\u00ebs ose goj\u00ebs gjat\u00eb faljes s\u00eb namazit pa pasur nevoj\u00eb. Kjo urrehet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Urrehet p\u00ebr burrin q\u00eb n\u00eb namaz ta mbuloj\u00eb goj\u00ebn, ose goj\u00ebn dhe hund\u00ebn bashk\u00ebrisht, pavar\u00ebsisht se a e mbulon goj\u00ebn me dor\u00eb ose me rrob\u00ebn e tij dhe t\u00eb ngjashme me to p\u00ebrve\u00e7, n\u00ebse i hapet goja, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast prej sunetit \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb dora t\u00eb vendoset mbi goj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrcillet me nj\u00eb hadith: \u201cPejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e ndaloi q\u00eb burri ta mbuloj\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb namaz.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn39\" name=\"_ftnref39\"><sup>[39]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Thuhet q\u00eb urt\u00ebsia e ndales\u00ebs vjen shkaku se fshehet fytyra dhe shkronjat nuk dalin t\u00eb qarta gjat\u00eb leximit dhe dhikrit.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u00e7ohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ai q\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e mbulon p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nevoj\u00ebs ose s\u00ebmundjes, si gjat\u00eb t\u00eb ftohtit t\u00eb madh, gjat\u00eb ftohjes dhe gripit ku nganj\u00ebher\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb goja t\u00eb mbulohet, si dhe mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb q\u00eb gjat\u00eb namazit t\u00eb mbulohet goja kur ai q\u00eb falet af\u00ebr tij e d\u00ebmton me er\u00eb t\u00eb keqe. N\u00eb raste t\u00eb ngjashme me to nuk ka penges\u00eb q\u00eb goja t\u00eb mbulohet.<a href=\"#_ftn40\" name=\"_ftnref40\"><sup>[40]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"29\">\n<li>Nuk ka penges\u00eb q\u00eb namazi t\u00eb falet me dor\u00ebza kur \u00ebsht\u00eb ftoht\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn41\" name=\"_ftnref41\"><sup>[41]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Nuk ka penges\u00eb dhe nuk urrehet q\u00eb n\u00eb xhami para namazfal\u00ebsve t\u00eb vendosen nxeh\u00ebse. K\u00ebto nxeh\u00ebse nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e dijetar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt thon\u00eb se gjat\u00eb namazit urrehet t\u00eb drejtohemi kah zjarri p\u00ebr shkak se kjo i p\u00ebrngjason zjarrputist\u00ebve (adhuruesve t\u00eb zjarrit). Zjarrputist\u00ebt e adhurojn\u00eb zjarrin t\u00eb ndezur dhe me flak\u00eb, e jo k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj t\u00eb zjarrit. P\u00ebrderisa zjarri nuk ka flak\u00eb, nuk urrehet q\u00eb namazi t\u00eb falet n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb tij.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pastaj n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve k\u00ebto nxeh\u00ebse nuk vendosen para imamit, por para xhematit. Dijetar\u00ebt e njohur islam\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb unik\u00eb rreth k\u00ebsaj meseleje.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Hadithet q\u00eb p\u00ebrcillen rreth mes\u2019hut jan\u00eb \u2018mutevatir\u2019<a href=\"#_ftn44\" name=\"_ftnref44\"><sup>[44]<\/sup><\/a>, disa i num\u00ebruan transmetuesit e k\u00ebtyre haditheve dhe numri i tyre e tejkaloi tet\u00ebdhjet\u00ebn, ku n\u00eb mesin e tyre jan\u00eb edhe dhjet\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrg\u00ebzuarit me Xhenet, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre.<a href=\"#_ftn45\" name=\"_ftnref45\"><sup>[45]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"33\">\n<li>Dh\u00ebnia mes\u2019h mesteve ka kushte dhe ato jan\u00eb:<\/li>\n<li>a) Mestet duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pastra nga f\u00eblliq\u00ebsirat. N\u00ebse n\u00eb to gjendet di\u00e7ka nga f\u00eblliq\u00ebsirat, nuk lejohet dh\u00ebnia e mes\u2019hut mbi to.<\/li>\n<li>b) Mestet duhet t\u2019i mbulojn\u00eb pjes\u00ebt e k\u00ebmb\u00ebs q\u00eb obligohet mbulimi i tyre (k\u00ebmb\u00ebn me kock\u00ebn e nyj\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebs) dhe nuk lejohet dh\u00ebnia e mes\u2019hut mbi ato meste q\u00eb nuk e mbulojn\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e q\u00eb obligohet mbulimi i saj.<\/li>\n<li>c) Q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ec\u00ebn me to ecje t\u00eb zakonshme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00e7) Mestet duhet t\u00eb vishen me abdes, d.m.th. k\u00ebmb\u00ebt nj\u00ebherit t\u00eb lahen dhe pastaj mestet t\u00eb mbathen. N\u00ebse ato mbathen pa abdes, mes\u2019hu mbi to nuk pranohet.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>d) Mes\u2019hu mbi mestet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nga papast\u00ebrtia e vog\u00ebl (d.m.th. urinimi, nevoja e madhe etj, dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebto raste kur abdesi prishet, mestet nuk zbathen, por mbahen dhe u jepet mes\u2019h \u2013 sh.p -). Kurse xhunubll\u00ebku e detyron q\u00eb mestet t\u00eb zbathen, pra xhunubi nuk lejohet t\u2019u jap\u00eb mes\u2019h, por i zbath mestet dhe e pastron krejt trupin, prej te koka e deri te k\u00ebmb\u00ebt.<\/li>\n<li>dh) Koha e mes\u2019hut \u00ebsht\u00eb e definuar, p\u00ebr vendasin \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb nat\u00eb, kurse p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtarin tri dit\u00eb dhe tri net. Kjo koh\u00eb nuk lejohet t\u00eb tejkalohet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Disa fukaha (jurist\u00eb islam\u00eb) i p\u00ebrcaktuan edhe disa kushte t\u00eb tjera (k\u00ebto kushte nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranuara te dijetar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb), si: mestet t\u00eb jen\u00eb nga hallalli (pra, mos t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb uzurpuara ose t\u00eb vjedhura), t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosha dhe jo t\u00eb grisura, por m\u00eb e sakta \u00ebsht\u00eb se k\u00ebto dy kushte nuk merren n\u00eb llogari.<a href=\"#_ftn46\" name=\"_ftnref46\"><sup>[46]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"34\">\n<li>Dallimi n\u00eb mes \u00e7orap\u00ebve dhe mesteve \u00ebsht\u00eb se mestet jan\u00eb t\u00eb prodhuara nga l\u00ebkura, kurse \u00e7orap\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb nga l\u00ebkura, por mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb nga leshi, p\u00eblhura, pambuku ose najloni.<\/li>\n<li>Mes\u2019hu mbi meste \u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebrtetuar me hadithe profetike dhe shumica e dijetar\u00ebve i bashk\u00ebngjisin me to edhe \u00e7orap\u00ebt. Nuk ka argument q\u00eb Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, \u00e7orap\u00ebve u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb mes\u2019h, por ka transmetime p\u00ebr disa sahab\u00eb, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, se \u00e7orap\u00ebve u kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mes\u2019h. Nga aspekti i v\u00ebshtrimit nuk ka dallim ndikues n\u00eb mes t\u00eb mesteve dhe \u00e7orap\u00ebve, si dhe nevoja p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb mes\u2019h \u00e7orap\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb sikurse nevoja p\u00ebr t\u2019u dh\u00ebn\u00eb mes\u2019h mesteve. Sheriati nuk b\u00ebn dallim n\u00eb mes dy gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb ngjasojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra me tjetr\u00ebn.<a href=\"#_ftn47\" name=\"_ftnref47\"><sup>[47]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Kushtet e mes\u2019hut mbi \u00e7orap\u00eb jan\u00eb po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat sikurse kushtet e mes\u2019hut mbi meste, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh dijetar\u00ebsh e kusht\u00ebzuan q\u00eb \u00e7orap\u00ebt t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00eb, t\u00eb shpesht\u00eb, t\u00eb mos dep\u00ebrtoj\u00eb uji p\u00ebrmes tyre dhe ta lag\u00eb shput\u00ebn e k\u00ebmb\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00ebse \u00e7orap\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tejduksh\u00ebm q\u00eb e p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00ebn, nuk lejohet mes\u2019hu mbi to, sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast k\u00ebmba e merr dispozit\u00ebn e k\u00ebmb\u00ebs s\u00eb shpalosur. \u00c7orap\u00ebt e kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dispozit\u00eb sikurse t\u00eb mesteve: ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00eb, prandaj edhe \u00e7orap\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb barazohen n\u00eb dispozit\u00eb me to p\u00ebrve\u00e7, n\u00ebse jan\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00e7orap\u00ebt u p\u00ebrngjasojn\u00eb mesteve. Kurse \u00e7orap\u00ebt e tejduksh\u00ebm nuk jan\u00eb sikurse mestet dhe nuk mund t\u00eb krahasohen me to.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fetvaja e Ib\u00ebn Bazit, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, dhe \u201cKomisionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Fetva t\u00eb Arabis\u00eb Saudite\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrcillet p\u00ebr disa dijetar\u00eb se e lejuan mes\u2019hun mbi \u00e7orap\u00eb t\u00eb tejduksh\u00ebm dhe i k\u00ebtij mendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe dijetari Ib\u00ebn Uthejmin.<a href=\"#_ftn48\" name=\"_ftnref48\"><sup>[48]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ajo m\u00eb e sakta, Allahu e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, \u00ebsht\u00eb fetvaja e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve, pra nuk lejohet mes\u2019hu mbi \u00e7orap\u00eb t\u00eb tejduksh\u00ebm dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e sigurt p\u00ebr ibadet.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"37\">\n<li>Sipas mendimit m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb, koha e mes\u2019hut fillon t\u00eb llogaritet prej momentit kur b\u00ebhet mes\u2019hu i par\u00eb dhe jo prej momentit kur prishet abdesi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebnie e imam Ahmedit, zgjedhje e Ib\u00ebn Mundhirit dhe imam Neveviut, \u201cKomisionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Fetva t\u00eb Arabis\u00eb Saudite\u201d, Ib\u00ebn Bazit dhe Ib\u00ebn Uthejminit nga dijetar\u00ebt bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb, Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn49\" name=\"_ftnref49\"><sup>[49]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shembull: N\u00ebse merr abdes p\u00ebr namazin e sabahut dhe i vesh mestet, pastaj abdesin e prish ora 9 t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit dhe m\u00eb nuk merr abdes deri n\u00eb ora 12 t\u00eb dit\u00ebs dhe kur merr abdes u jep mes\u2019h mesteve, prej k\u00ebtij momenti fillon llogaria e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb mes\u2019hut, d.m.th. prej or\u00ebs 12 t\u00eb dit\u00ebs dhe jo prej or\u00ebs 9 t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"38\">\n<li>Forma e mes\u2019hut \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo: I jep mes\u2019h pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb ep\u00ebrme t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebs dhe jo pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb poshtme. Kur merr gus\u00ebll, mes\u2019h i jepet gjipsit sikurse kur merr mes\u2019h p\u00ebr abdes, sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast n\u00ebse largohet gjipsi, vjen deri te d\u00ebmtimi, n\u00eb krahasim me mestet ku nuk lejohet t\u2019u jepet mes\u2019h mesteve p\u00ebrve\u00e7se, kur prishet abdesi nga papast\u00ebrtia e vog\u00ebl (urina dhe nevoja e madhe), kurse ato obligohet t\u00eb zbathen n\u00eb rastin e papast\u00ebrtis\u00eb s\u00eb madhe (xhunubll\u00ebku, menstruacionet, lehonia).<\/li>\n<li>dh) Mes\u2019hu i gjipsit nuk nd\u00ebrlidhet me ndonj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, por koha e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb derisa i s\u00ebmuri t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohet dhe t\u2019i largohet gjipsi. Ai e ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u2019i jap\u00eb mes\u2019h gjipsit derisa t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb nevoja, ngase mes\u2019hun e gjipsit e lejon domosdoshm\u00ebria, prandaj edhe koh\u00ebzgjatja e mes\u2019hut p\u00ebrcaktohet me sasin\u00eb e domosdoshm\u00ebris\u00eb.
