Nj\u00eb vend i cili nuk ka dijetar, nuk ka hijeshi. Nj\u00eb vend ku s\u2019ka dijetar\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vend i shkret\u00eb, vend n\u00eb gjendje \u2018intensive\u2019, gati me dh\u00ebn\u00eb shpirt.<\/p>\n<p>Dijetar\u00ebt me argumente i gjuajn\u00eb shejtan\u00ebt nga lloji njer\u00ebzor. Ata u b\u00ebjn\u00eb replika dyshimeve t\u00eb armiqve t\u00eb Islamit.<\/p>\n<p>Dijetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb orientues t\u00eb umetit. Ata na tregojn\u00eb se kjo gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mir\u00eb apo \u00ebsht\u00eb e keqe. Ndoshta nj\u00eb gj\u00eb na u duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00eblsir\u00eb, porse ata na tregojn\u00eb se pas saj fshihet helm. Pra jan\u00eb largpam\u00ebs, i shohin gj\u00ebrat m\u00eb larg se ne, i shohin gj\u00ebrat edhe brenda ambalazhit.<\/p>\n<p>Me e dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb mendim apo fetva e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me mendimin e shumic\u00ebs absolute t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb shum\u00eb e rrezikshme.<\/p>\n<p>Pra me nj\u00eb an\u00eb kemi grumbullin e madh t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve, kurse n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr kemi nj\u00eb person, i cili ve\u00e7ohet me ndonj\u00eb mendim t\u00eb caktuar.<\/p>\n<p>Kujdes! Mos jep mendim, pa pasur imam para teje. K\u00ebshtu na kan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar dijetar\u00ebt e par\u00eb. T\u00eb mos japim mendim, i cili nuk ka mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb mendimin e dijetar\u00ebve t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm. Pra mos dil i pari me ndonj\u00eb mendim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e d\u00ebmshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ne sot d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb, jo p\u00ebr mohim t\u00eb Kuranit, sepse kjo shum\u00eb leht\u00eb bie n\u00eb sy, porse d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb p\u00ebr shtremb\u00ebrim t\u00eb kuptimeve t\u00eb sakta t\u00eb Tij.<\/p>\n<p>P.sh. Nuk mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb se kjo gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim n\u00eb Kuran. Jo nuk thot\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, por thot\u00eb: fjala \u2018shejtan\u2019 n\u00eb Kuran, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim krijes\u00eb e keqe, porse ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim: mendim t\u00eb keq, sepse \u2018shejtani\u2019 nuk ekziston! Sipas tij.<\/p>\n<p>Jo, jo. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ashtu. S\u00eb pari kush t\u00eb ka th\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu. Dijetar\u00ebt islam, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb thon\u00eb se \u2018shejtani\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb krijes\u00eb e Allahut. Allahu na e ka treguar dialogun mes Tij dhe shejtanit, na e tregoi si e krijoi; na i tregoi fjal\u00ebt e tij, objektivat apo q\u00ebllimet e tij. Tani ai vjen pas 15 shekujsh dhe e mohon?!<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu e mohon \u2018xhenetin\u2019!<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb realitet t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sakrific\u00ebn, lodhjen q\u00eb e b\u00ebjm\u00eb ne e b\u00ebjm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb xhenet, \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 q\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00ebsohemi atje. N\u00eb Kuran e n\u00eb hadithe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur me dhjet\u00ebra e me qindra her\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb dijetar\u00ebt e pranojn\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 na lajm\u00ebroi Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij \ufdfa .<\/p>\n<p>Madje, disa e lejojn\u00eb edhe pirjen e alkoolit. E sidomos tek disa fraksione t\u00eb sufive, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e lejojn\u00eb pirjen e alkoolit. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb alkooli \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndaluar me Kuran, me hadith dhe me ixhma apo konsensus t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve. Pastaj del dikush dhe t\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto o mohon!<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu ka persona, q\u00eb e quajn\u00eb veten \u2018hoxhallar\u00eb\u2019, madje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta shembuj q\u00eb i p\u00ebrmenda ose i kam d\u00ebgjuar vet, ose jam informuar p\u00ebr to. Pra ka prej tyre q\u00eb thot\u00eb: Zekati nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim, n\u00ebse e paguan tatimin e shtetit. Pra sipas tij, mjafton q\u00eb po e paguan tatimin, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb zekati nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb jepet!<\/p>\n<p>Shtyll\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb Islamit e mohon! \u00c7far\u00eb ke ti me shtet, neve nuk na intereson, ne themi se zekatin e ke obligim ndaj Allahut dhe hak ndaj fukaras\u00eb. Por t\u00eb thuash se mjafton q\u00eb po e jep tatimin! K\u00ebshtu asnj\u00eb dijetar i njohur me dije e me devotshm\u00ebri nuk e ka th\u00ebn\u00eb, e ti po del e po e thua k\u00ebt\u00eb?!<\/p>\n<p>Dikush tjet\u00ebr, del edhe e lejon vjedhjen e jomusliman\u00ebve! E lejon vjedhjen e energjis\u00eb elektrike!<\/p>\n<p>O v\u00ebllez\u00ebr, kurr\u00eb n\u00eb Islam s\u2019ka qen\u00eb e lejuar vjedhja, nuk ka asnj\u00eb argument dhe asnj\u00eb dijetar q\u00eb e lejon vjedhjen.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb k\u00ebta shembuj \u00ebsht\u00eb, jo ve\u00e7 b\u00ebrja e haramit, por lejimi i haramit. Pra me e b\u00eb haramin, hallall. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb sesa vet vjedhja, vet pirja e alkoolit etj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hutbeja e dyt\u00eb:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Duke e par\u00eb rrezikun e dh\u00ebnies fetva, rrezikun e ve\u00e7imit me ndonj\u00eb mendim t\u00eb caktuar, dijetar\u00eb dhe studiues t\u00eb fes\u00eb, jan\u00eb mbledhur dhe kan\u00eb formuar komisione t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr fetva, unione dhe akademi t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve e t\u00eb ngjashme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto unione apo komisione zakonisht marrin pjes\u00eb dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb shteteve t\u00eb ndryshme. Secili prej tyre e sjell\u00eb punimin e vet, q\u00eb pastaj t\u00eb dalin me rezultat sa m\u00eb t\u00eb pjekur e sa m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb rreth ndonj\u00eb meseleje bashk\u00ebkohore.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu vepronte edhe Omeri (Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb\u200e\u200e). Ai e kishte zakon t\u00eb konsultohej me sahab\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, e sidomos me pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e Bedrit, pastaj me sahab\u00ebt e vjet\u00ebr e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb i njohur rasti kur ishte rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebr n\u00eb Sham dhe e informuan p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapjen e s\u00ebmundjes s\u00eb murtaj\u00ebs. Me at\u00eb rast e k\u00ebrkoi mendimin e tyre; a ta vazhdojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr n\u00eb Sham apo t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb Medin\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Abdurrahman ibn Ebu Lejla ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: I kam takuar nj\u00ebqind e nj\u00ebzet sahabe, ndodhte q\u00eb ndonj\u00ebri prej tyre t\u00eb pyetej p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje fetare, porse secili prej tyre kishte d\u00ebshir\u00eb q\u00eb v\u00ebllai i vet, ta merrte p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigjen. Kurse ne si jemi?!<\/p>\n<p>Te ne \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7udi se p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e vogla nuk flasin, ngase nuk i din\u00eb mir\u00eb. P\u00ebr abdes, p\u00ebr meste, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb martes\u00ebs e t\u00eb ngjashme, porse flasin dhe japin fetva p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha: Kush t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb Islam e kush po del prej tij? Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb e kush jo? Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb xhenet e kush p\u00ebr n\u00eb xhehenem?<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu i kemi s\u00eb paku dy gabime:<\/p>\n<p>Gabimi i par\u00eb: Guxim i pa p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm. Guxim po, por jasht\u00eb kufijve. Porse k\u00ebshtu nuk jan\u00eb dijetar\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb bot\u00ebs islame. K\u00ebshtu nuk nguten si\u00e7 nguten k\u00ebta, k\u00ebshtu nuk gjykojn\u00eb si\u00e7 gjykojn\u00eb k\u00ebta. Madje ata e t\u00ebrheqin v\u00ebrejtjen q\u00eb t\u00eb ruhemi prej k\u00ebtyre gj\u00ebrave.<\/p>\n<p>Gabimi i dyt\u00eb: K\u00ebta persona q\u00eb merren me k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, nuk kan\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se dy-tre m\u00ebsues \u2018online\u2019, nuk kan\u00eb pas vetes dhjet\u00ebra dijetar q\u00eb i kan\u00eb k\u00ebto mendime apo q\u00eb i mbrojn\u00eb k\u00ebto mendime. Sipas tyre \u2018haku\u2019 apo e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb te pak persona: Nj\u00eb n\u00eb filan vendi, e nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb filan vendi, e diku larg edhe nj\u00eb i treti.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta nuk e kan\u00eb kuptuar at\u00eb q\u00eb e thash\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt \u201cumeti nuk bashkohet n\u00eb gabim\u201d, nuk e kan\u00eb kuptuar se nuk ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb dijetar\u00ebt e umetit, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gabim apo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ta fshehin hakun, dhe haku t\u00eb mbetet tek disa t\u00eb rinj, t\u00eb num\u00ebruar n\u00eb gishta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Tirmidhiu nr.2167, Hakimi nr.395.
