Q\u00ebllimi i tyre ishte q\u00eb un\u00eb t\u2019i demonstroja konkluzionet e studimit tim para drejtor\u00ebve t\u00eb shkollave, duke e pasur parasysh se m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnia e Kuranit ishte fusha e specializimit t\u00eb tyre dhe ajo q\u00eb u interesonte.<\/p>\n<p>Shkova n\u00eb takim. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb m\u00eb kaploi nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim se nuk do t\u00eb pranohej ndonj\u00eb konkluzion nga studimi im, ngase natyra e studimit shkencor dallon nga faktet q\u00eb i monitoron drejtori i shkoll\u00ebs p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb pun\u00ebs q\u00eb e zhvillon me m\u00ebsuesin e Kuranit. Shumica e drejtor\u00ebve fokusohen n\u00eb disiplin\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesit dhe nivelin e memorizimit t\u00eb tij, nivelin e memorizimit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebseve etj.<\/p>\n<p>Gjersa natyra e studimit shkencor p\u00ebrfshin p\u00ebrcaktimin e holl\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb Kuranit dhe fokusohet n\u00eb ato shkatht\u00ebsi q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i posedoj\u00eb dhe t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb me mjesht\u00ebri. Pra, studimi synon ta vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb p\u00ebrmas\u00ebn e realizimit t\u00eb gjith\u00eb asaj q\u00eb u p\u00ebrmend m\u00eb her\u00ebt te m\u00ebsuesi.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, realisht m\u00eb befasoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb reagimi i tyre, i mir\u00ebprit\u00ebn dhe i miratuan konkluzionet. Ndoshta ato p\u00ebrputheshin me rolin e drejtorit, duke marr\u00eb parasysh faktin se drejtori \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs dhe drejtues.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebtij takimi, drejtori i shkoll\u00ebs ku m\u00ebsonin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e mi propozoi t\u2019i mblidhte m\u00ebsuesit e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuranit dhe un\u00eb t\u2019ua prezantoja studimin tim. Ofert\u00ebn e tij e pranova me zem\u00ebrgjer\u00ebsi. Shkova n\u00eb takim me plot entuziaz\u00ebm, duke i marr\u00eb parasysh mbresat e mira q\u00eb i gjeta n\u00eb takimin me drejtor\u00ebt e shkollave fillore.<\/p>\n<p>E prezantova studimin para m\u00ebsuesve ashtu sikur e prezantova m\u00eb her\u00ebt para drejtor\u00ebve, duke u p\u00ebrkujdesur ta shkurtoja n\u00eb disa pika q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrshtatej koh\u00ebzgjatjes s\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar t\u00eb takimit.<\/p>\n<p>Por, n\u00eb fund nuk doli mir\u00eb! M\u2019u dha nj\u00eb goditje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e prisja. Nuk e mora parasysh q\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdesen p\u00ebr konkluzionet e studimit, ngase ato e p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen dhe pun\u00ebn e tyre, nd\u00ebrsa drejtor\u00ebt studimin e pranuan me nj\u00eb pamje krejt\u00ebsisht tjet\u00ebr, ngase aty nuk p\u00ebrshkruhej p\u00ebrgatitja dhe puna e tyre. Pra, dy q\u00ebndrime krejt\u00ebsisht ndryshe.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse konkluzionet e studimit nuk konstatonin se p\u00ebrgatitja e m\u00ebsuesve n\u00eb shkollat e tyre ishte i keq, megjithat\u00eb natyra e studimit k\u00ebrkonte shfaqjen e dob\u00ebsive, ashtu si i shfaqte edhe an\u00ebt e shquara.<\/p>\n<p>Kartela e posa\u00e7me p\u00ebr v\u00ebrejtje p\u00ebrmbante nj\u00eb studim rreth disa frazave q\u00eb numri i tyre arrinte deri n\u00eb gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb fraza. \u00c7do fraze i jepej theks i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb sikur fraz\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr, mir\u00ebpo te studimi shkencor kjo gj\u00eb nuk synohet, sepse aty jan\u00eb disa fraza q\u00eb simbolizojn\u00eb pesh\u00eb t\u00eb madhe dhe trajtimi i tyre p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb studimit zhvillohet me p\u00ebrqindje.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton: Sa \u00ebsht\u00eb numri i frazave q\u00eb jan\u00eb realizuar me nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Sa \u00ebsht\u00eb numri i frazave q\u00eb jan\u00eb realizuar me nivel t\u00eb mes\u00ebm?<\/p>\n<p>Sa \u00ebsht\u00eb numri i frazave q\u00eb jan\u00eb realizuar me nivel t\u00eb dob\u00ebt?<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ka dyshim se ka fraza q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb realizuar te m\u00ebsuesit, apo jan\u00eb realizuar, por me nivel t\u00eb dob\u00ebt; andaj kur themi (dy t\u00eb tretat e frazave jan\u00eb realizuar me nivel t\u00eb dob\u00ebt), kjo nuk n\u00ebnkupton se produktiviteti i m\u00ebsuesit p\u00ebrb\u00ebn ve\u00e7 nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Th\u00ebn\u00eb shkurt, u ballafaqova me replika t\u00eb forta. M\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb at\u00eb takim m\u2019u drejtuan me kritika t\u00eb ashpra, derisa nj\u00ebri prej tyre m\u00eb tha: \u201cSi mund njeriu t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb studim t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm teksa ai rri ulur n\u00eb zyr\u00eb t\u00eb vet, duke shkruar dhe folur larg fush\u00ebveprimit?!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Buz\u00ebqesha dhe thash\u00eb: Ju jeni n\u00eb dijeni q\u00eb un\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb studim nuk e kam shkruar n\u00eb zyr\u00eb, por kam zbritur n\u00eb mejdan dhe e kam vizituar \u00e7do m\u00ebsues t\u00eb Kuranit n\u00eb rajonin e Riadit.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas u mundova ta zbusja atmosfer\u00ebn e nxeht\u00eb t\u00eb takimit, megjithat\u00eb gj\u00ebrat nuk kthehen prej ku fillojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzit karshi shum\u00eb temave q\u00eb nuk u interesojn\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb indiferent\u00eb. Kur ata nuk i prek tema, jan\u00eb n\u00eb gatishm\u00ebri t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb \u00e7do rezultat nga specialisti i fush\u00ebs apo studiuesi. Mir\u00ebpo, kur studimi lidhet me ta, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, nuk i pranojn\u00eb aq leht\u00eb studimet n\u00ebse nuk p\u00ebrputhen me informacionet dhe pik\u00ebpamjet e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Si shembull, kur flasim p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn e gruas para grave, apo p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn e adoleshentit para adoleshent\u00ebve, apo p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb moshuarit para t\u00eb moshuarve; shum\u00eb prej tyre nuk i pranojn\u00eb kritikat tona, edhe n\u00ebse jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta dhe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuara me studim shkencor.<\/p>\n<p>Po qe se do t\u00eb m\u00eb kthehej koha edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb, do t\u2019i lija anash disa konkluzione t\u00eb studimit q\u00eb nuk kishin ndonj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb madhe dhe nuk do t\u00eb hyja n\u00eb holl\u00ebsirat q\u00eb ua prezantova drejtor\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00ebsuesve do t\u2019u thosha qysh n\u00eb takimin e par\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb juve do t\u2019jua prezantoj e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nivelin e p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve sipas studimit q\u00eb un\u00eb e kam arritur p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb vizitave t\u00eb mia te t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit e Kuranit n\u00eb rajonin e Riadit dhe q\u00eb numri i tyre arrinte n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb. Kjo n\u00ebnkupton se k\u00ebto konkluzione me t\u00eb gjitha holl\u00ebsirat e tyre nuk i p\u00ebrshtaten \u00e7do m\u00ebsuesi, madje as q\u00eb ka gjasa t\u00eb paramendohet kjo gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas, do t\u2019ua demonstroja konkluzionet q\u00eb i shfaqin an\u00ebt e shquara n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e tyre e q\u00eb ato jan\u00eb shum\u00eb; ku prej tyre p\u00ebrmendet, n\u00eb form\u00eb shembulli dhe jo p\u00ebrkufizimi, se m\u00ebsuesit e zot\u00ebronin mir\u00eb p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin dhe pun\u00ebn e punonin me shkatht\u00ebsi duke pasur parasysh se gjat\u00eb leximit tek ata nuk pash\u00eb ndonj\u00eb gabim t\u00eb shquar, p\u00ebrkundrazi shumica e tyre i zot\u00ebronin mir\u00eb rregullat e texhvidit si dhe te shumica prej tyre pash\u00eb q\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit i trajtonin me edukat\u00eb dhe sjellje t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto jan\u00eb an\u00eb kryesore dhe, po qe se do t\u2019i p\u00ebrmendja n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb fjalimit tim dhe t\u00eb fokusohesha n\u00eb to, e m\u00eb pas t\u2019ua prezantoja an\u00ebt e dob\u00ebta, ndoshta do ta pranonin studimin tim dhe do ta realizoja at\u00eb q\u00eb e synoja.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb dha shum\u00eb dhembje reagimi i m\u00ebsuesve, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb fakti se shum\u00eb prej t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve ishin m\u00ebsuesit e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mi dhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr prej tyre ishin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e mi (t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kishin kryer shkollimin dhe ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00ebsues), ngase shkolla ku e mbaja fjalimin ishte af\u00ebr lagjes ku jetoja.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mir\u00ebpo, sidoqoft\u00eb, nga kjo situat\u00eb m\u00ebsova se disa gabime jan\u00eb \u00e7mimi p\u00ebr t\u2019i mbajtur mend mir\u00eb disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Ndoshta m\u00ebsuesit e kan\u00eb harruar k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb apo ka mbetur n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e tyre n\u00ebn hijen e turbulluar, nd\u00ebrsa un\u00eb nga kjo situat\u00eb m\u00ebsova di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk e harrova.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Po ashtu, m\u00ebsova se me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb parashikojm\u00eb reagimin e njer\u00ebzve e, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht, t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb tema i prek personalisht apo bie ndesh me bindjet e tyre. Kjo nuk n\u00ebnkupton fshehjen e realiteteve, por q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb zgjidhet m\u00ebnyra m\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe frazat m\u00eb t\u00eb buta gjat\u00eb prezantimit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi g e kishte parasysh k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptim. Kur Abdullah ibn Ubej tha: \u201cPasha Allahun, n\u00ebse kthehemi n\u00eb Medine, pa dyshim, i fuqishmi do t\u2019i d\u00ebboj\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebtit nga ajo!\u201d Omer ibn el-Hatabi h reagoi duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguar i Allahut! M\u00eb l\u00ebr t\u2019ia heq kok\u00ebn k\u00ebtij hipokriti!\u201d Pejgamberi g tha: \u201cL\u00ebre, q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit mos t\u00eb thon\u00eb se Muhamedi po i mbyt shok\u00ebt e tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi g e la rind\u00ebrtimin e Qabes\u00eb sipas themeleve t\u00eb para q\u00eb i vuri Ibrahimi n ngaq\u00eb e kishte parasysh gjendjen e njer\u00ebzve. Aisha i tregon se Pejgamberi g i tha asaj: \u201cA nuk po e sheh q\u00eb populli yt kur e ka nd\u00ebrtuar Qaben\u00eb, nuk e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb sipas themeleve t\u00eb para q\u00eb i vuri Ibrahimi n?\u201d I thash\u00eb: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, a nuk po e kthen ta rind\u00ebrtosh sipas tyre?\u201d Pejgamberi g tha: \u201cPo t\u00eb mos ishte populli yt i ri n\u00eb Islam, do ta b\u00ebja at\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Indikacioni i k\u00ebtyre argumenteve dhe ngjarjet profetike jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta, t\u00eb cilat na tregojn\u00eb se duhet t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb v\u00ebmendsh\u00ebm karshi reagimeve t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve e mos t\u00eb jemi neglizhent\u00eb ndaj tyre, edhe pse k\u00ebto reagime t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se jan\u00eb udh\u00ebzuesi i vet\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Po ashtu m\u00ebsova se nganj\u00ebher\u00eb shum\u00eb nga detajet nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme dhe s\u2019ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden para njer\u00ebzve, sepse mund t\u2019i \u00e7oj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb ikin apo ta refuzojn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn q\u00eb duam t\u2019ua prezantojm\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Hatibi (ligj\u00ebruesi n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma) apo thirr\u00ebsi n\u00eb fen\u00eb e Allahut flet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dukuri prej dukurive; e p\u00ebrmendin ndonj\u00eb hadith t\u00eb izoluar e t\u00eb rrall\u00eb, apo ndonj\u00eb rast t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb, apo ndonj\u00eb gjurm\u00eb ose rr\u00ebfim p\u00ebr dik\u00eb nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit i angazhon me detaje t\u00eb pabaza duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb anash thelbin e fjalimit t\u00eb tij. E mospranimi i k\u00ebtyre argumenteve b\u00ebhet penges\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb bukurin\u00eb e asaj q\u00eb e d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit n\u00eb rrafshin shoq\u00ebror dhe gjat\u00eb dialogut p\u00ebr paq\u00ebsim n\u00eb mes t\u00eb pal\u00ebve t\u00eb grindura, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden disa holl\u00ebsi t\u00eb panevojshme e t\u00eb pavlera, por q\u00eb i b\u00ebn keq d\u00ebgjuesit dhe i jep dialogut kah tjet\u00ebr, saq\u00eb fillohet t\u00eb debatohet rreth holl\u00ebsirave, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb thelbit t\u00eb tematik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kritikat shkencore dhe ideologjike shpeshher\u00eb ndodh q\u00eb gj\u00ebrat e im\u00ebta e t\u00eb izoluara t\u00eb t\u00eb largojn\u00eb nga thelbi i kritik\u00ebs reale si dhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr largojn\u00eb nga marrja me thelbin sesa q\u00eb largojn\u00eb nga gj\u00ebrat jothelb\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb raportet familjare, n\u00eb raportet e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb mes t\u00eb drejtorit dhe n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb koleg\u00ebve dhe ortak\u00ebve, m\u00eb primare \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb largohemi nga holl\u00ebsirat q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb vler\u00eb dhe t\u00eb angazhohemi me at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe m\u00eb me vler\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Po ashtu, m\u00ebsova se kur \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pyetje \u00e7\u00ebshtja personale, njer\u00ebzit jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm dhe r\u00ebnd\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb stolisen me objektiviz\u00ebm; kur punonj\u00ebsi merret n\u00eb llogari p\u00ebr mang\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij n\u00eb pun\u00eb, me shum\u00eb seriozitet nis ta mbroj\u00eb dhe ta justifikoj\u00eb veten. Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsin kur kritikohet p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e tij e, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, kjo v\u00ebrehet kur nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me pozit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, e kritikon nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr me pozit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb se ai.<\/p>\n<p>Prej gj\u00ebrave q\u00eb e kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb natyr\u00ebn njer\u00ebzore \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet prej njer\u00ebzve objektiviz\u00ebm i lart\u00eb n\u00eb rastet q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me ta dhe me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e tyre personale.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo na jep shkas q\u00eb kur t\u00eb flasim me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt rreth gj\u00ebrave personale dhe q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me ta, t\u00eb hulumtojm\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb tem\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sikur q\u00eb kjo na jep shkas n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb t\u00eb luftojm\u00eb me veten, t\u00eb orvatemi t\u2019i pranojm\u00eb k\u00ebshillat dhe t\u2019ia qart\u00ebsojm\u00eb vetes se k\u00ebrkimfalja p\u00ebr \u00e7donj\u00ebrin \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundshme.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Po ashtu, m\u00ebsova se kur njer\u00ebzit ikin prej nesh, ne duhet t\u00eb ndalemi me veten dhe ta rishikojm\u00eb at\u00eb.
