K\u00ebshtu vendosa t\u00eb konsultohesha me nj\u00eb shok timin, i cili m\u00eb dekurajoi tep\u00ebr dhe m\u00eb tha: \u201cKjo pun\u00eb k\u00ebrkon shum\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb madhe. E pamundur \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ta realizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb individ, por duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb projekt grupor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebtyre fjal\u00ebve nuk m\u00eb mbeti tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7se ta braktisja k\u00ebt\u00eb ide.<\/p>\n<p>Kaloi nj\u00eb koh\u00eb pas konsult\u00ebs me mikun tim. Libri p\u00ebrmbante shembuj p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e sahab\u00ebve me t\u00eb cilat u argumentova n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrat\u00eb. Ta them t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn, autori i librit nuk e kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb mundin sa duhej gjat\u00eb hulumtimit, mir\u00ebpo ndikoi tek un\u00eb n\u00eb rikthimin e ides\u00eb p\u00ebr ta shkruar librin <em>T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e sahab\u00ebve<\/em>. K\u00ebshtu vendosa t\u00eb filloja e ta shkruaja librin.<\/p>\n<p>Hapi i par\u00eb q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb merrej p\u00ebr ta realizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb ide ishte t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohej kriteri se kush duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihej n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mosh\u00eb prej sahab\u00ebve. M\u2019u desh t\u00eb hulumtoja n\u00eb librat q\u00eb e trajtonin tem\u00ebn e jet\u00ebp\u00ebrshkrimit t\u00eb sahab\u00ebve dhe t\u2019i ve\u00e7oja prej tyre ata q\u00eb p\u00ebrputheshin me kriterin q\u00eb e caktova paraprakisht n\u00eb mendjen time. Radha pastaj i vinte studimit t\u00eb rasteve dhe ndodhive t\u00eb tyre. K\u00ebta ishin hapa q\u00eb kishin nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekje dhe studim t\u00eb gjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi hulumtova n\u00eb librat e jet\u00ebp\u00ebrshkrimeve dhe i krahasova n\u00eb mes vete, e zgjodha librin <em>El-Isabe<\/em> t\u00eb autorit Ibn Haxher el-Askalanij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, q\u00eb prej aty t\u2019i merrja emrat e sahab\u00ebve p\u00ebr librin tim. Libri dallohej nga librat e tjer\u00eb shkaku se p\u00ebrmbante informacione p\u00ebr jetep\u00ebrshkrimet e sahab\u00ebve edhe prej librave t\u00eb m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm. Fillova me leximin e librit dhe i ve\u00e7oja prej aty t\u00eb gjith\u00eb emrat q\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtateshin kriterit p\u00ebr librin tim.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas fillova t\u2019i tuboja rastet dhe ndodhit\u00eb e tyre. M\u00eb duhej t\u00eb lexoja edhe n\u00eb libra dhe burime t\u00eb tjera, por nga frika se do t\u00eb m\u00eb iknin gj\u00ebra t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme duke u marr\u00eb me libra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, m\u00eb shtyri t\u2019ua besoja k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi disa nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb mi t\u00eb dalluar. K\u00ebta f\u00ebmij\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e sahab\u00ebve nga fakti se prind\u00ebrit t\u00eb porsalindurit e tyre i d\u00ebrgonin te Pejgamberi g i cili me gishtin e tij ua f\u00ebrkonte qiellz\u00ebn e goj\u00ebs me hurm\u00eb, i em\u00ebrtonte dhe lutej p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebr bereqet. E gjith\u00eb kjo n\u00ebnkupton se Pejgamberi g i ka takuar ata f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pjesa e tret\u00eb: N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshiu personat t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn para Islamit dhe n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Islamit, por nuk dihet ndonj\u00eb transmetim q\u00eb tregon se ata kan\u00eb arritur ta takojn\u00eb apo ta shohin Pejgamberin g pavar\u00ebsisht a e kan\u00eb pranuar apo nuk e kan\u00eb pranuar Islamin duke qen\u00eb i gjall\u00eb Pejgamberi g. Prej aty i nxora t\u00eb gjith\u00eb emrat q\u00eb p\u00ebrshtateshin me kriteret e studimit tim, m\u00eb pas b\u00ebja krahasime me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat q\u00eb kishin arritur t\u2019i nxirrnin nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e mi, derisa e v\u00ebrtetoja q\u00eb emrat e sahab\u00ebve ishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e mi e meritojn\u00eb t\u2019i fal\u00ebnderoj p\u00ebr mundin q\u00eb e dhan\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me mua.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebsaj nisa t\u00eb lexoja holl\u00ebsisht n\u00eb librat e historis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb leksikone, t\u00eb hulumtoja n\u00eb enciklopedin\u00eb e gjasht\u00eb librave t\u00eb hadithit t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhura n\u00eb CD n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, t\u00eb lexoja n\u00eb transmetimet e sahab\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj n\u00eb mosh\u00eb prej te <em>Musnedi<\/em> i imam Ahmedit, duke marr\u00eb parasysh faktin se hadithet te ky lib\u00ebr jan\u00eb t\u00eb renditura sipas emrit t\u00eb sahabiut dhe transmetimet e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj shfletova n\u00eb librat e historis\u00eb, lexova p\u00ebr biografit\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb librin <em>Sijeru ealam en-nubela<\/em> dhe n\u00eb libra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, pastaj, p\u00ebr siguri, lexova n\u00eb librin <em>Esedul gaje<\/em>. Materialin e k\u00ebtij libri Ibn Haxheri e ka p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb librin e tij. Prej meje k\u00ebrkohej t\u00eb hulumtoja, t\u00eb lexoja dhe ta p\u00ebrmblidhja materialin e nevojsh\u00ebm, sepse ky lib\u00ebr dallohej prej librave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ata m\u00eb shum\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten n\u00eb ide sesa n\u00eb t\u00eb qen\u00ebt e saj l\u00ebnd\u00eb shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund u botua libri <em>T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e sahab\u00ebve<\/em> dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb e fal\u00ebnderoj Allahun. E ndiej q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb libri m\u00eb i mir\u00eb q\u00eb e kam shkruar, p\u00ebr shkak se mundin q\u00eb e kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ka qen\u00eb di\u00e7ka jo e zakonshme.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Konsultimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, nganj\u00ebher\u00eb b\u00ebhet shkak t\u00eb t\u00eb largoj\u00eb prej nj\u00eb gj\u00ebje t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatshme q\u00eb e d\u00ebshiron me gjith\u00eb entuziaz\u00ebm, apo t\u00eb t\u00eb stimuloj\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdosh nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb je i l\u00ebkundur n\u00eb to, apo mund t\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb ta ndryshosh ecurin\u00eb e projektit t\u00ebnd. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, jokonsultimi mund t\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb ta l\u00ebsh ndonj\u00eb ide me ndikim apo t\u00eb l\u00ebsh ndonj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm duke e k\u00ebrkuar at\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e gabuar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst po e p\u00ebrmendi rastin me nj\u00eb person i cili m\u00eb konsultoi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb d\u00ebshironte ta prezantonte para nj\u00eb organi kompetent. At\u00eb q\u00eb e dija un\u00eb ishte se ata nuk merrnin p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr projekte t\u00eb tilla. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak e dekurajova si shum\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo, fatmir\u00ebsisht, nuk e mori p\u00ebr baz\u00eb konsult\u00ebn time. Shkoi e prezantoi projektin para organit kompetent, ata e pranuan projektin dhe n\u00eb fund doli t\u00eb jet\u00eb i suksessh\u00ebm. Un\u00eb e fal\u00ebnderova Allahun q\u00eb ky njeri nuk e mori konsult\u00ebn time.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ajo q\u00eb e m\u00ebsova n\u00eb tem\u00ebn e konsultimit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u2019u largohemi personave t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me k\u00ebta:<\/p>\n<p>I pari: Personit t\u00eb ngutsh\u00ebm, i cili shum\u00eb shpejt mahnitet me iden\u00eb pa iu qart\u00ebsuar. M\u00eb kujtohet nj\u00eb her\u00eb ia dhash\u00eb nj\u00eb personi librin e par\u00eb q\u00eb e pata shkruar e ai e mbushi at\u00eb me sh\u00ebnime q\u00eb ndoshta ia tejkalonin madh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb librit. Kur filloi t\u00eb m\u2019i lexonte sh\u00ebnimet, nuk u kushtova r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi v\u00ebrejtjeve t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb fund doli libri si m\u00eb mir\u00eb, elhamdulilah.<\/p>\n<p>I treti: Personit joprofesionist dhe joadekuat. Specializimi n\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb domosdo t\u00eb jet\u00eb i lidhur me em\u00ebrtimet e fushave shkencore. Dikush mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i profesionalizuar n\u00eb fush\u00eb shkencore e tjetri t\u00eb jet\u00eb i profesionalizuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb me p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e vazhdueshme. Sado q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb jet\u00eb i ngritur n\u00eb dijeni dhe njohje, n\u00ebse e konsulton p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e cila nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fusha e tij, ekziston mund\u00ebsi e madhe t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfitosh shum\u00eb prej tij, bile, ndoshta, mund t\u00eb t\u00eb largoj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme apo projekt i suksessh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb mund ta shohim praktikisht n\u00eb jet\u00ebp\u00ebrshkrimin e Pejgamberit g i cili gjat\u00eb konsultimit e merrte mendimin e profesionistit. I konsultoi ata dy sepse ishin nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e Medines, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se \u00e7\u00ebshtja lidhej n\u00eb rend t\u00eb par\u00eb me banor\u00ebt e Medines. Mendimi i t\u00eb dyve ishte t\u00eb mos pranonte, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Pejgamberi g e mori mendimin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb rastit kur e akuzuan n\u00eb nder Aishen i, Pejgamberi g nuk e konsultoi Ebu Bekrin dhe Omerin k, por i konsultoi dy t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, Alij ibn Ebi Talib dhe Usame ibn Zejdin k. Ata dy ishin t\u00eb af\u00ebrt me sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Pejgamberit g e dinin p\u00ebr sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e Pejgamberit g at\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk e dinin. Usame ibn Zejd e shfaqi af\u00ebrsin\u00eb q\u00eb e ndiente p\u00ebr ta si familje dhe i tha: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut! Pasha Allahun, familjen (gruan) t\u00ebnde e njohim ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb.\u201d Nd\u00ebrsa Aliu tha: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut! Allahu ty nuk t\u2019i ngushton gj\u00ebrat, ka shum\u00eb gra t\u00eb tjera.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a> Megjithat\u00eb, pyete sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtoren, ajo mund t\u00eb t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb di\u00e7ka n\u00ebse di.\u201d Pejgamberi g e thirri Berir\u00ebn dhe i tha: \u201cBerira! A ke par\u00eb di\u00e7ka tek Aisha q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb dyshosh?\u201d Berira tha: \u201cJo, pasha At\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrgoi ty me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn (shpalljen)! Di\u00e7ka t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb nuk kam par\u00eb tek ajo, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e re (dhe e pap\u00ebrvoj\u00eb), kur e gatuan brumin, harron dhe nuk e mbulon at\u00eb, e pastaj vjen gjeli dhe e ha brumin.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu e m\u00ebsova se duhet t\u2019i kemi parasysh dallimet e projekteve dhe llojllojshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre. Ka projekte q\u00eb p\u00ebr to mjafton t\u00eb konsultohesh me at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr dhe arrin leht\u00eb tek ai, nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, ka projekte q\u00eb detyrohesh t\u00eb konsultohesh me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb person q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb, sikur te projektet q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb mund t\u00eb madh dhe shpenzime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, apo te projektet t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb rrethuara me paqart\u00ebsi dhe me rreziqe reale n\u00eb fitim dhe humbje apo d\u00ebshtim.<\/p>\n<p>Projektet e tilla k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb konsultim t\u00eb matur, diskutim dhe bised\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme me ata q\u00eb i konsulton.<\/p>\n<p>Nganj\u00ebher\u00eb, ndoshta, k\u00ebrkohet laramani e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb i konsulton, nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, e konsulton at\u00eb q\u00eb tek ai mbisundon guximi e m\u00eb pas at\u00eb q\u00eb tek ai dominon qet\u00ebsi dhe maturia, pastaj n\u00eb fund ti e merr vendimin dhe e bart p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e projektit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> El-Isabe (1\/155-156), Ibn Haxher.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref2\" name=\"_ftn2\">[2]<\/a> K\u00ebto fjal\u00eb ia tha Aliu shkaku q\u00eb e shihte Pejgamberin g t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitur dhe me brenga nga situata e krijuar.
