Isha i ftuar t\u00eb ligj\u00ebroja n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej xhamive t\u00eb Indonezis\u00eb. Pyet\u00ebsit ia qart\u00ebsova se n\u00eb Indonezi erdha prej nj\u00eb shteti per\u00ebndimor ku nuk e mbuloja kok\u00ebn, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb shamin\u00eb e harrova atje.<\/p>\n<p>Rastin q\u00eb e rr\u00ebfeva u b\u00eb shkak q\u00eb prezantuesi t\u00eb ma parashtronte pyetjen q\u00eb e kishte larguar, nd\u00ebrsa mua m\u2019u dha mund\u00ebsia ta sqaroja realitetin e situat\u00ebs ku gjendesha dhe t\u2019i qart\u00ebsoja shkaqet e saj.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; M\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr thirr\u00ebsin \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb kujdeset p\u00ebr tabiatet e njer\u00ebzve, t\u2019i njoh\u00eb m\u00ebnyrat dhe zakonet e veshjeve t\u00eb tyre, t\u2019i kushtoj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje sikur q\u00eb u kushton r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi m\u00ebnyrave si duhet t\u00eb trajtohen njer\u00ebzit, m\u00eb pas t\u00eb mundohet t\u2019i ruaj\u00eb ato e, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, aty ku nuk ka ndales\u00eb fetare.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi g i kushtonte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje; p\u00ebr prij\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebr fise i em\u00ebrtonte bijt\u00eb e tyre dhe i merrte parasysh traditat e njer\u00ebzve. Kur d\u00ebshiroi t\u2019u shkruante mbret\u00ebrve, vendosi unaz\u00eb n\u00eb gishtin e tij p\u00ebr t\u2019i vulosur me t\u00eb letrat dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb i respektoi traditat e k\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb letrave n\u00eb mes pushtetar\u00ebve. Enes ibn Malik h tregon: \u201cPejgamberi g urdh\u00ebroi t\u00eb shkruhet nj\u00eb let\u00ebr p\u00ebr mbret\u00ebrit (apo d\u00ebshiroi ta shkruante), e i than\u00eb se ata nuk i lexojn\u00eb letrat po qe se nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb vulosura. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak e vendosi nj\u00eb unaz\u00eb nga argjendi n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shkruante: Muhamedun resulullah (Muhamedi, i d\u00ebrguari i\u00a0 Allahut). N\u00eb mendje, m\u00eb duket sikur po e shoh tani ngjyr\u00ebn e bardh\u00eb (t\u00eb unaz\u00ebs) n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e Pejgamberit g.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi g u kushtonte r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi traditave q\u00eb dominonin n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e tij, sikur mosvrasja e t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarve (atyre q\u00eb d\u00ebrgoheshin me letra apo me porosi prej mbret\u00ebrve dhe pushtetar\u00ebve). Ai e ndaloi vrasjen e tyre, edhe n\u00ebse prej tyre buronte ndonj\u00eb vep\u00ebr q\u00eb e detyronte vrasjen e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Rasti q\u00eb e p\u00ebrmenda m\u00eb her\u00ebt p\u00ebr ligj\u00ebrat\u00ebn q\u00eb e mbajta kok\u00ebzbuluar zuri vend thell\u00eb n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn time.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Nga ky rast m\u00ebsova se disa gj\u00ebra q\u00eb ne nuk i shohim si t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, nganj\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme te masa e gjer\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e hijshme t\u00eb neglizhohen k\u00ebto formalitete, sepse njer\u00ebzit e llogarisin si n\u00ebn\u00e7mim p\u00ebr ta. Kjo l\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje jo t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb i cili i neglizhon ato.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi g e lavd\u00ebroi Eshexh Abdulkajsin h shkaku q\u00eb kujdesej p\u00ebr dukjen dhe veshjen e bukur t\u00eb tij. Hind bint el-Veza\u2019a e kishte d\u00ebgjuar el-Veza\u2019un t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cShkuam te Pejgamberi g (n\u00eb Medine) s\u00eb bashku me Mundhir ibn Asimin apo Amir ibn Mundhir Eshexhin (emri i Abdulkajsit), dhe me vete e kishin nj\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb. Kur e pam\u00eb Pejgamberin g ne t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nxituam t\u00eb zbrisnim nga kafsh\u00ebt tona sa m\u00eb par\u00eb e t\u00eb shkonim t\u2019ia puthnim dor\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa Eshexh Abdulkajsi u ndal, i lidhi kafsh\u00ebt tona, e mori valixhen e tij e hapi dhe i nxori rrobat e reja. Pasi u vesh me rrobat e reja (jo si t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb shkuan me rrobat q\u00eb i kishin t\u00eb veshura gjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimit), erdhi te Pejgamberi g i dha selam. Pejgamberi g i tha: \u2018O Eshexh! Ti i posedon dy cil\u00ebsi, ato i do Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij: but\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe maturin\u00eb.\u2019 Eshexhi tha: \u2018O i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, a i kam t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuara ato apo Allahu m\u2019i dha prej lindjes?\u2019 U p\u00ebrgjigj: \u2018Allahu t\u2019i dha ato.\u2019 Eshexh tha: \u2018Fal\u00ebnderimi i takon Allahut, i Cili, m\u2019i dha k\u00ebto dy cil\u00ebsi q\u00eb i do Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij.\u2019 \u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Po ashtu, m\u00ebsova se nuk na kushton shum\u00eb n\u00ebse kujdesemi p\u00ebr traditat dhe qasjet e njer\u00ebzve, nd\u00ebrsa mund t\u00eb na kushtoj\u00eb shum\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb pakujdesia dhe pav\u00ebmendja karshi tyre. Traditat nuk lidhen me ndonj\u00eb faktor tematik dhe as q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb gjykohen me logjik\u00eb, apo t\u00eb nxitet debat rreth justifikimit t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebrderisa ato nuk i kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb rregullat e fes\u00eb apo b\u00ebhen shkaktar\u00eb p\u00ebr ta d\u00ebmtuar jet\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak, ne nuk duhet ta tolerojm\u00eb veten q\u00eb t\u2019i injorojm\u00eb gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt i shohin t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr faktin se ne nuk bindemi q\u00eb n\u00eb to ka dobi apo se i shohim, thjesht, si formalitete.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Shami tradicionale saudite q\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorin meshkujt.
