Ishte nj\u00eb prej kurseve m\u00eb t\u00eb vizituara dhe q\u00eb ngjalli interesim. Ajo q\u00eb ma t\u00ebrhoqi v\u00ebmendjen dhe m\u00eb p\u00eblqeu ishte organizimi i mrekulluesh\u00ebm prej organizator\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Kursi i p\u00ebrmbante dy koh\u00eb: t\u00eb sabahut dhe t\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjes. N\u00eb secil\u00ebn koh\u00eb trajtoheshin tema t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e sabahut ishte m\u00eb e madhe dhe interesimi m\u00eb i gjall\u00eb. Tema e kursit lidhej me edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb i pakontestuesh\u00ebm ishte fakti se nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e kursit kishte lidhshm\u00ebri t\u00eb madhe me ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e zhvillimit dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb sjelljes. K\u00ebto tema kan\u00eb lidhje m\u00eb shum\u00eb me psikologjin\u00eb sesa me edukimin dhe zbatimin e saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mesin e t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve kishte pedagoge t\u00eb cilat punonin n\u00eb kopshtet e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe psikologe. Ato m\u2019i dhan\u00eb disa v\u00ebrejtje rreth aspektit shkencor n\u00eb profesionin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, v\u00ebrejtjet erdh\u00ebn si pasoj\u00eb e disa gabimeve t\u00eb mia dyt\u00ebsore dhe pa ndikim, sikur q\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhen me detajet e ve\u00e7orive t\u00eb zhvillimit apo detajet e m\u00ebsimit dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb sjelljes etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve jam i ndjesh\u00ebm nga v\u00ebrejtjet e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, jo q\u00eb ato nuk i pranoj, por l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb n\u00eb veten time. P\u00ebr m\u00eb qart\u00eb, ato m\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ndihem se ekziston nj\u00eb lloj pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsie ndaj asaj q\u00eb e prezantoj, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar apo auditive.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebrejtjet e tyre lan\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb thella tek un\u00eb dhe m\u2019u duk\u00ebn t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Kjo lindi n\u00eb veten time ndjenj\u00ebn e d\u00ebshtimit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb sabahun e dit\u00ebs s\u00eb nes\u00ebrme fola rreth tem\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebrkova falje nga t\u00eb pranishmit, meshkuj dhe femra, p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimet dhe gabimet q\u00eb i kisha b\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo, m\u00eb befasoi reagimi i t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin v\u00ebrejtjet e tyre p\u00ebr v\u00ebrejtjet e para, ata e shihnin se ato ishin pak t\u00eb st\u00ebrmadhuara.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb pranishmit ishin prej t\u00eb dy gjinive, meshkuj dhe femra, porse gjinia fem\u00ebrore ishin m\u00eb shum\u00eb. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb kursit organizator\u00ebt e zhvilluan nj\u00eb anket\u00eb, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ishin shprehur se kishin dal\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur dhe kishin p\u00ebrfituar nga m\u00ebsimet. Kjo m\u00eb dha qet\u00ebsi dhe ndjeva n\u00eb vete se puna ime paska qen\u00eb e pranuar dhe me ndikim.<\/p>\n<p>Ky rast ma kujtoi nj\u00eb mik timin t\u00eb respektuar i cili e kishte zakon t\u2019i shikonte gj\u00ebrat me llup\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kritikonte tep\u00ebr. Jo q\u00eb e kishte moralin e keq apo d\u00ebshironte t\u2019i p\u00ebrcillte t\u00eb metat e tjer\u00ebve, assesi nuk b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, por karakterin e kishte t\u00eb till\u00eb. Madje, disa prej nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij ishin ndikuar prej tij dhe e kishin marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tabiat.
