N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk kemi zgjidhje tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqemi t\u2019i reduktojm\u00eb efektet e gabimit dhe t\u2019i largojm\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb mundemi d\u00ebmet e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Te lidhjet bashk\u00ebshortore, e marrim si shembull, ndoshta nuk mundemi ta ndalojm\u00eb acarimin e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve mes bashk\u00ebshort\u00ebve, apo t\u2019i ndalim problemet mes tyre, mir\u00ebpo ekziston mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb \u00e7do pal\u00eb t\u2019i absorboj\u00eb shum\u00eb prej problemeve duke e p\u00ebrmbajtur veten gjat\u00eb reagimeve dhe sjelljeve me pal\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast detyrohemi t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqemi t\u2019i sh\u00ebrojm\u00eb efektet e gabimeve edukative t\u00eb cilat i \u00e7uan n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje, t\u00eb mundohemi ta ruajm\u00eb nivelin e fes\u00eb q\u00eb e posedojn\u00eb dhe t\u2019i mbrojm\u00eb nga devijimet e rrezikshme, t\u00eb kujdesemi p\u00ebr arritjet e tyre shkollore dhe t\u2019i p\u00ebrkrahim derisa t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb shanse p\u00ebr pun\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me humbjet financiare q\u00eb u ndodhin individ\u00ebve t\u00eb caktuar, institucioneve dhe kompanive, pavar\u00ebsisht prej ku buron humbja, qoft\u00eb si rezultat i paaft\u00ebsis\u00eb personale apo di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. N\u00ebse nuk mundemi ta ndalim humbjen, patjet\u00ebr e kemi t\u2019i reduktojm\u00eb humbjet deri n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb mundshme.<\/p>\n<p>Kujt i mbetet malli pa shitur dhe nuk mundet ta shes\u00eb me fitim t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm, le t\u00eb mundohet ta shes\u00eb me humbje m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb se t\u2019i mbetet dhe t\u2019i prishet malli n\u00eb magazin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kush p\u00ebson humbje n\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb caktuar, nuk duhet t\u00eb ndalet n\u00eb realizimin e projekteve t\u00eb tjera, qoft\u00eb edhe me humbje t\u00eb kufizuara, sepse k\u00ebto humbje jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme se t\u2019i dor\u00ebzohesh gabimit.<\/p>\n<p>E treta: Guximi n\u00eb bartjen e efekteve t\u00eb gabimit<\/p>\n<p>Kur e b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb gabim, e jona \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb paraqesim guxim dhe t\u00eb bartim p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjurm\u00ebve t\u00eb gabimit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shkall\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>E jona \u00ebsht\u00eb, gjithashtu, ta pranojm\u00eb gabimin para vetes, pastaj para grupit punues n\u00ebse jemi q\u00eb punojm\u00eb n\u00eb grup. N\u00ebse ndodh gabim dhe ne e mashtrojm\u00eb veten duke e mohuar p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr b\u00ebrjen e gabimit, do t\u00eb na \u00e7oj\u00eb deri n\u00eb rritjen dhe teprimin n\u00eb gabime.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo gj\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet dobia dhe d\u00ebmi n\u00eb t\u00eb, sepse disa situata jan\u00eb t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb prej nesh t\u00eb mjaftohemi me sh\u00ebrimin e asaj q\u00eb mundet t\u00eb arrihet t\u00eb sh\u00ebrohet prej gjurm\u00ebve t\u00eb gabimit.<\/p>\n<p>Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja lidhet me veten ton\u00eb, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb shtohet nevoja p\u00ebr paanshm\u00ebri. Po ashtu, duhet t\u00eb kemi kujdes q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i veshim interesat personale me petk fetar. Ato nuk i kemi pritur apo kan\u00eb ardhur si pasoj\u00eb e di\u00e7kaje t\u00eb papritur. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, gabimi vjen si tregues p\u00ebr njeriun q\u00eb t\u00eb kthjellet nga pakujdesia, ia kujton dob\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe paaft\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe e th\u00ebrret t\u00eb kthehet tek Allahu dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb prej Tij.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>R\u00ebnia n\u00eb gabim na shtyn t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitemi m\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mundohemi m\u00eb tep\u00ebr<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Shum\u00eb prej gabimeve tona burimin e kan\u00eb te mosdh\u00ebnia e mundit sa duhet, ose p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pakujdesis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen paraprake dhe studimin e mir\u00eb, ose p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosp\u00ebrfilljes s\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrjes dhe p\u00ebrcjelljes s\u00eb vazhdueshme gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb zbatimit.
