E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb vlen edhe te gjynahet; nj\u00eb gjynah dallon n\u00eb faj dhe krim sipas vepruesit t\u00eb tij, shenjt\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb vendit dhe koh\u00ebs, veprimit t\u00eb tij publikisht apo fshehurazi.<\/p>\n<p>Argumentet fetare tregojn\u00eb se gjynahu q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fshehurazi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i leht\u00eb n\u00eb faj n\u00eb krahasim me gjynahun q\u00eb publikohet.<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Hurejra\u00a0 p\u00ebrcjell q\u00eb e ka d\u00ebgjuar Pejgamberin (alejhi selam) t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cI t\u00ebr\u00eb umeti im \u00ebsht\u00eb i falur p\u00ebrpos atyre q\u00eb i publikojn\u00eb gjynahet. Nga publikimi i gjynahut \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjynah gjat\u00eb nat\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb Allahu ia mbulon gjynahun e tij, e ai gdhihet n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes dhe shkon e shpalos gjynahun duke i treguar tjetrit: O ti filan, mbr\u00ebm\u00eb e b\u00ebra k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb gjynah! Allahu nat\u00ebn ia mbuloi gjynahun, kurse ai gdhihet e shpalos mbules\u00ebn dhe e publikon gjynahun.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imam Buhariu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith e vendosi te kaptina \u201cMospublikimi i gjynaheve personale\u201d dhe, po ashtu, aty e vendosi hadithin e Ibn Omerit\u00a0 ku tregohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb njeri i cili e pyeti at\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb e kishte d\u00ebgjuar Pejgamberin (alejhi selam) t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr bised\u00ebn mes Allahut dhe robit t\u00eb Tij, e ai i p\u00ebrcolli se Pejgamberi (alejhi selam) kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cAllahu e afron kah vetja robin e Tij, e l\u00ebshon perden (t\u00eb mos e shohin robin t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt) dhe i thot\u00eb: \u2018E ke b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb (gjynah).\u2019 Robi thot\u00eb: \u2018Po, o Zot! E kam b\u00ebr\u00eb\u2019 Allahu s\u00ebrish i thot\u00eb: \u2018E ke b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb (gjynah).\u2019 Robi thot\u00eb: \u2018Po, o Zot! E kam b\u00ebr\u00eb\u2019 Pra, e pohon \u00e7do gabim t\u00eb tij. E m\u00eb pas Allahu i thot\u00eb: \u2018Un\u00eb t\u00eb mbulova (nga gjynahet) n\u00eb dynja, dhe sot do t\u00eb t\u00eb fal\u00eb\u2019.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kur e sprovon Allahu dik\u00eb prej rob\u00ebrve t\u00eb Tij dhe at\u00eb e mposht nefsi (q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb nxit\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb keqen), nis t\u2019i shkoj\u00eb mendja t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gjynah dhe at\u00eb e vepron fshehurazi larg njer\u00ebzve, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ai duhet ta fsheh\u00eb gjynahun, si\u00e7 ia mbuloi Allahu.<\/p>\n<p>Besimtari q\u00eb ia ka frik\u00ebn dhe e madh\u00ebron Allahun, edhe kur vetja e tij e \u00e7on n\u00eb gjynah, ai e urren gjynahun q\u00eb e ka vepruar dhe nuk ia p\u00ebrmend as t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e as t\u00eb larg\u00ebtit. E si ka mund\u00ebsi t\u2019u tregoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb gjynah?<\/p>\n<p>Ekziston mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb te kuptimi i fjal\u00ebve \u2018O ti filan, mbr\u00ebm\u00eb e b\u00ebra k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb gjynah!\u2019 t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet m\u00ebnyra q\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorin disa t\u00eb rinj p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb takimit me shok\u00ebt e tyre, ku bisedojn\u00eb dhe i tregojn\u00eb gj\u00ebrat mes vete, jo n\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb krenaris\u00eb dhe dyluftimit me Allahun p\u00ebr b\u00ebrjen e gjynahut, por krejt problemin me gjynahet e tyre e fusin n\u00ebn mbules\u00ebn e ankimit dhe arsyetimit duke parashtruar pyetje p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur zgjidhje dhe rrug\u00ebdalje nga problemi ku gjenden.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo rrug\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 q\u00eb bie n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me etik\u00ebn islame dhe publikohet gjynahu, nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb shenjt\u00ebrim i sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyr\u00ebs s\u00eb keqe apo n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsim i gjynahut para t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. E, kur t\u00eb sprovohet po me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin problem apo me problem tjet\u00ebr, personi q\u00eb shoku i tij ankohej dhe e pyeste at\u00eb p\u00ebr problemin q\u00eb e ka, e ngush\u00ebllon dhe e arsyeton veten p\u00ebr mang\u00ebsin\u00eb e vet, duke e kujtuar q\u00eb filani ka r\u00ebn\u00eb po n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin gabim. Shum\u00eb prej t\u00eb rinjve, n\u00ebse jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, e shfaqin k\u00ebt\u00eb dukuri n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet pyetjeve q\u00eb i parashtrojn\u00eb apo n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet veprave q\u00eb i veprojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, publikimit t\u00eb gjynahut dhe sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyr\u00ebs s\u00eb keqe shtoja nj\u00eb fakt tjet\u00ebr; kur bie po n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin gjynah personi q\u00eb shoku i tij i ankohej p\u00ebr b\u00ebrjen e gjynahut, fillon t\u2019i k\u00ebmbej\u00eb ankesat me shokun q\u00eb deri dje k\u00ebrkonte zgjidhje prej tij, saq\u00eb n\u00eb fillim nisin ta shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin n\u00eb ankim dhe dhembje, e ndoshta m\u00eb von\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb at\u00eb grad\u00eb saq\u00eb ata t\u00eb dy t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb gjynah dhe armiq\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00eb her\u00eb ka qen\u00eb kjo rrug\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr devijimin e disa t\u00eb rinjve pas udh\u00ebzimit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ekziston mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb te kuptimi i fjal\u00ebve \u2018O ti filan, mbr\u00ebm\u00eb b\u00ebra k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb gjynah!\u2019 t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet i riu q\u00eb i ankohet nj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb moshuari dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb dijshmi se ai, t\u00eb cilin e takon p\u00ebr \u00e7do m\u00ebngjes dhe mbr\u00ebmje. Ky i ri ankohet dhe pyet p\u00ebr ta sh\u00ebruar problemin, por realisht bie ndesh me etik\u00ebn islame dhe me turpin, q\u00eb prej tij vjen \u00e7do e mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pa kaluar shum\u00eb koh\u00eb, vjen dita kur i largohet d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb gjynah. Pasi ta braktis\u00eb gjynahun, ndien n\u00eb vete q\u00eb publikimi i gjynahut i \u00ebsht\u00eb skalitur n\u00eb kujtes\u00eb atij t\u00eb cilit i ankohej dhe k\u00ebrkonte zgjidhje prej tij,\u00a0 ai nuk do ta harroj\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u00eb fshihet nga mendja e tij me kalimin e dit\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak erdhi udh\u00ebzimi profetik n\u00eb hadithin q\u00eb e tregon Ibn Omeri se Pejgamberi (alejhi selam) ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cLargojuni ndalesave q\u00eb Allahu ka ndaluar t\u2019u afroheni, por, n\u00ebse ndonj\u00ebri nga ju bie n\u00eb to, le ta mbuloj\u00eb veten (mos t\u00eb flas\u00eb apo t\u2019i tregoj\u00eb dikujt p\u00ebr gabimin e tij). Ai q\u00eb e shpalos dhe na e tregon gjynahun q\u00eb ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb, ne e gjykojm\u00eb me Librin e Allahut (Kuranin).\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ubade ibn Samiti\u00a0 (kishte prezentuar n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e Bedrit dhe ishte nj\u00eb nga prij\u00ebsit e delegacionit nat\u00ebn e Akabes\u00eb n\u00eb Mina kur ia dhan\u00eb besatimin Pejgamberit (alejhi selam) p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkrahje) tregon se n\u00eb prani t\u00eb nj\u00eb delegacioni prej sahab\u00ebve, Pejgamberi (alejhi selam) tha: \u201cMa jepni bes\u00ebn q\u00eb nuk do ta adhuroni me Allahun dik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, nuk do t\u00eb vidhni, nuk do t\u00eb kryeni amoralitet, nuk do t\u2019i mbytni f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tuaj, nuk do t\u00eb shpifni p\u00ebr mashtrim, nuk do t\u00eb rebeloheni kur t\u00eb urdh\u00ebroheni t\u00eb punoni vepra t\u00eb mira. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ai q\u00eb e mban bes\u00ebn e dh\u00ebn\u00eb, shp\u00ebrblimin e ka tek Allahu. Ai q\u00eb e thyen besatimin duke e vepruar ndonj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej tyre, do ta marr\u00eb d\u00ebnimin n\u00eb dynja dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kjo do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shpagim. Nd\u00ebrsa, ai q\u00eb vepron ndonj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej tyre dhe Allahu ia mbulon gjynahun, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e tij i mbetet Allahut, n\u00ebse do ia fal e n\u00ebse do e d\u00ebnon.\u201d Ubade\u00a0 tregon se pas k\u00ebsaj ia dhan\u00eb bes\u00ebn q\u00eb do t\u2019i respektonin k\u00ebto urdh\u00ebresa.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb p\u00ebrcillet p\u00ebr disa sahab\u00eb se i ishin ankuar Pejgamberit (alejhi selam) q\u00eb kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr gjynahe jan\u00eb raste specifike. Rregulla q\u00eb dihet n\u00eb fe p\u00ebr k\u00ebso raste \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb studimit t\u00eb disa prej rasteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura, m\u00eb duket se personat e till\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pasur njohuri p\u00ebr rregullat e fes\u00eb, kan\u00eb menduar se p\u00ebr ta nuk ka pendim dhe atyre nuk u falet, apo kan\u00eb pyetur si ta shpaguajn\u00eb gabimin dhe \u00e7far\u00eb obligohen t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb. Ka pasur raste kur sahab\u00ebt e kan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar personin q\u00eb pyeste dhe e shpaloste gjynahun e tij, gj\u00eb q\u00eb tregon se rregulla e v\u00ebrtetuar te ta ishte q\u00eb gjynahu t\u00eb mbulohej dhe jo t\u00eb shpalosej. Nd\u00ebrsa, rastet q\u00eb p\u00ebrcillen p\u00ebr persona t\u00eb caktuar q\u00eb ia kan\u00eb treguar Pejgamberit (alejhi selam) gjynahet e tyre, ato jan\u00eb raste specifike dhe kjo nuk duhet marr\u00eb si rregull e p\u00ebrgjithshme.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb e mira p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ri kur t\u00eb sprovohet me ndonj\u00eb gjynah \u00ebsht\u00eb mos ta shpalos\u00eb at\u00eb dhe ta luftoj\u00eb veten sa t\u00eb mundet q\u00eb ta braktis\u00eb gjynahun. E, at\u00ebher\u00eb kur \u00e7\u00ebshtja i r\u00ebndohet dhe ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr dik\u00eb q\u00eb e ndihmon dhe ia ndri\u00e7on rrug\u00ebn, mund ta pyes\u00eb gojarisht, me telefon, apo me shkrim dik\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e njeh at\u00eb personalisht, apo ta pyes\u00eb dik\u00eb q\u00eb e njeh personalisht, por pa e lidhur problemin me veten, apo t\u00eb hulumtoj\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkrimet dhe fetvat\u00eb e ulemave q\u00eb kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr at\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rast se ndodh t\u2019i mbyllen t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto dyer derisa t\u2019i mbeten ve\u00e7 dy opsionet: t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me gjynahun derisa ta shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb at\u00eb apo t\u00eb konsultohet me dik\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt q\u00eb e gjen tek ai zgjidhjen, me lejen e Allahut, e zgjedh opsionin e dyt\u00eb. Rasti i till\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ngjashmit me t\u00eb, futen n\u00ebn ombrell\u00ebn e rasteve specifike dhe nuk lejohet t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb rregull t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm.
