Kur ti je i vendosur ta braktis\u00ebsh gjynahun, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mbyllja e dyerve q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb te gjynahu \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga m\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr p\u00ebr ta braktisur at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb realitet e kuptoi me mendjempreht\u00ebsi personi q\u00eb njihej si m\u00eb i urti i koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Kur e pyeti ai q\u00eb i kishte vrar\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e n\u00ebnt\u00eb njer\u00ebz dhe me vrasjen e murgut e p\u00ebrthekoi numrin e t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve n\u00eb nj\u00ebqind, se a kishte pendim p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ky dijetar i men\u00e7ur i tha: \u201cE kush mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb n\u00eb mes teje dhe pendimit? Shko n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, sepse atje jetojn\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb e adhurojn\u00eb Allahun, e ti bashk\u00ebngjitju atyre n\u00eb adhurimin e Allahut dhe mos u kthe n\u00eb vendin t\u00ebnd, sepse ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb tok\u00eb me njer\u00ebz t\u00eb k\u00ebqij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ky dijetar ishte edukator dhe myfti me drejt\u00ebsi. Atij nuk i mjaftoi ve\u00e7 ta lajm\u00ebronte q\u00eb dera e pendimit ishte e hapur, po e udh\u00ebzoi edhe p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn q\u00eb e \u00e7onte deri n\u00eb pendim. E k\u00ebshilloi t\u00eb mos q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb vendbanimin e tij, sepse k\u00ebshtu do t\u2019i kthehej gjynahut, e p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos iu kthyer gjynahut, ai patjet\u00ebr e kishte t\u00eb dilte prej aty e t\u00eb shkonte t\u00eb jetonte n\u00eb vend me ambient fetar dhe t\u00eb largohej nga shok\u00ebt e k\u00ebqij.<\/p>\n<p>Ibn Haxheri, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, tha: \u201cKjo ndodhi tregon p\u00ebr vler\u00ebn e shp\u00ebrnguljes nga toka ku njeriu b\u00ebn gjynah n\u00eb t\u00eb, duke e pasur parasysh faktin se banor\u00ebt e atij vendi njiheshin p\u00ebr gjynahqar\u00eb. Deri aty vjen kur njeriu i kujton veprimet e tij t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme apo kur e ka dik\u00eb i cili e p\u00ebrkrah dhe e nxit t\u00eb largohet prej aty. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak dijetari n\u00eb fund i tha: \u2018Mos u kthe n\u00eb tok\u00ebn t\u00ebnde, sepse ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb tok\u00eb me njer\u00ebz t\u00eb k\u00ebqij\u2019; q\u00eb tregon se i penduari duhet t\u2019u largohet t\u00eb gjitha veseve q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuar me to n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn para se t\u00eb udh\u00ebzohej dhe duhet t\u00eb angazhohet me gj\u00ebra t\u00eb dobishme.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb emigrosh nga vendlindja jote q\u00eb t\u00eb pendohesh nga gjynahet, se p\u00ebrndryshe do t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohesh n\u00eb shtegtar pa vend. I men\u00e7ur dhe mendjempreht\u00eb b\u00ebhesh at\u00ebher\u00eb kur e ndien q\u00eb koh\u00eb pas kohe t\u00eb josh\u00eb nj\u00eb gjynah nga gjynahet e ti ndalesh mendon dhe mediton se cilat jan\u00eb shkaqet dhe faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb deri te ky gjynah?<\/p>\n<p>Po qe se shoq\u00ebrimi i dikujt prej njer\u00ebzve dhe takimi me t\u00eb jan\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr r\u00ebnie n\u00eb gjynah, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb largohem prej tij sa t\u00eb mundem; n\u00ebse vetmia m\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00eb gjynah, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb largohem prej saj sa t\u00eb mundem; n\u00ebse dalja n\u00eb tregje, apo pamja e ndonj\u00eb skene n\u00eb televizion, thellimi n\u00eb celular apo kompjuter, m\u00eb \u00e7on n\u00eb gjynah, do t\u00eb largohem prej tyre. D\u00ebshira ime p\u00ebr ta l\u00ebn\u00eb gjynahun tek un\u00eb duhet ta jap\u00eb si fryt braktisjen e shkakut q\u00eb m\u00eb \u00e7on deri n\u00eb gjynah.<\/p>\n<p>Po qe se t\u00eb menduarit rreth gjynahut \u00ebsht\u00eb gaca q\u00eb e ndez tek un\u00eb zjarrin e gjynahut, do ta largoj at\u00eb mendim e do t\u00eb merrem me at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mira p\u00ebr mua.<\/p>\n<p>Dije q\u00eb shpirti ka nxit\u00ebs q\u00eb e \u00e7ojn\u00eb kah gjynahet. Shpirti ka mall p\u00ebr epshe e nganj\u00ebher\u00eb ndodh q\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb dominoj\u00eb dob\u00ebsia dhe pakujdesia, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk e merr seriozisht \u00e7\u00ebshtjen q\u00eb ta largosh veten nga vendet e gjynaheve, shpirti shum\u00eb leht\u00eb do t\u00eb bjer\u00eb n\u00eb to.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nj\u00eb njeri i mban kapistrat e kafsh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, e ajo para vetes e ka kullos\u00ebn, a mendon ti se do t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb ajo e qet\u00eb? Madje leht\u00eb mund t\u2019i ik\u00ebn nga dora! Prandaj, m\u00eb e mira p\u00ebr t\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb ai t\u00eb largohej me kafsh\u00ebn prej atij vendi.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak, Pejgamberi (alejhi selam) i porosiste sahab\u00ebt t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin sa m\u00eb larg dyerve t\u00eb gjynaheve dhe rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre duke u th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKini kujdes! Ruhuni nga t\u00eb ulurit n\u00eb rrug\u00eb!\u201d. Njer\u00ebzit i than\u00eb: \u201cNuk kemi zgjidhje tjet\u00ebr pasi ato jan\u00eb vendet ku mblidhemi dhe bisedojm\u00eb.\u201d Pejgamberi (alejhi selam) u tha: \u201cN\u00eb qoft\u00eb se duhet patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb uleni atje, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajuni rregullave t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs.\u201d E pyet\u00ebn p\u00ebrs\u00ebri: \u201cCilat jan\u00eb rregullat e rrug\u00ebs?\u201d Ai u tha: \u201cUlja e shikimit (q\u00eb t\u00eb mos v\u00ebshtrosh \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar p\u00ebr t\u2019u par\u00eb), p\u00ebrmbajtja p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos i l\u00ebnduar njer\u00ebzit, kthimi i p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjes (selamit), urdh\u00ebrimi i s\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe ndalimi i s\u00eb keqes.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pasi t\u00eb ulurit n\u00eb rrug\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb gjynah, Pejgamberi\u00a0 (alejhi selam) i ndaloi fillimisht t\u00eb uleshin n\u00ebp\u00ebr rrug\u00eb, po p\u00ebr ta kjo ishte e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, prandaj m\u00eb pas ua leht\u00ebsoi me kusht q\u00eb t\u2019u p\u00ebrmbaheshin rregullave fetare t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs, e nd\u00ebr to ta ulnin shikimin.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb prej arsyeve t\u00eb ndales\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb uleshin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb Pejgamberi (alejhi selam) e p\u00ebrmendi lirimin e shikimit n\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb ndaluara. Ai n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast u drejtohej shok\u00ebve t\u00eb tij q\u00eb njiheshin p\u00ebr devotshm\u00ebri dhe ruheshin nga harami, shtoja k\u00ebsaj faktin se n\u00eb tregjet e Medin\u00ebs nuk kishte lakuriq\u00ebsi, e gruaja me mbules\u00ebn e saj, kur e kalonte rrug\u00ebn, ecte n\u00eb skaj t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs, mb\u00ebshtetur p\u00ebr muri. Ebu Usejd el-Ensariji\u00a0 tregon q\u00eb gjat\u00eb daljes nga xhamia u p\u00ebrzien burrat me grat\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, me \u00e7\u2019rast e d\u00ebgjoi Pejgamberin m t\u2019u thoshte grave: \u201cPritni dhe q\u00ebndroni pas. Ecni an\u00ebve (qosheve) t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs dhe mos ecni n\u00eb mes.\u201d Gruaja ecte rrug\u00ebs e mb\u00ebshtetur p\u00ebr muri, derisa mbulesa e saj ngjitej p\u00ebr muri.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse ky ishte realiteti i njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, e megjithat\u00eb u ndaluan t\u00eb uleshin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb vall\u00eb si \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendja jon\u00eb q\u00eb shkojm\u00eb pas gjynaheve dhe tregjet tona jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbushura me lakuriq\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Abdullah ibn Abdullah ibn Ubeji\u00a0 e kuptoi mir\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptim, e dinte q\u00eb patjet\u00ebr e kishte t\u00eb ishte i vendosur me veten dhe t\u2019i mbyllte dyert q\u00eb \u00e7onin p\u00ebr n\u00eb gjynah. Kur i erdhi lajmi se Pejgamberi\u00a0 (alejhi selam) do ta vriste baban\u00eb e tij, shkoi dhe i tha: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut! M\u00eb treguan se d\u00ebshiron ta vras\u00ebsh Abdullah ibn Ubejin (baban\u00eb e tij q\u00eb ishte hipokrit) shkaku i lajmeve q\u00eb t\u00eb kan\u00eb ardhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb. N\u00ebse e ke patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb veprosh ashtu, m\u00eb urdh\u00ebro dhe un\u00eb do ta vras. Pasha Allahun, e di gjith\u00eb fisi Hazrexh q\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e tyre nuk ka njeri m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb e respekton baban\u00eb, si un\u00eb baban\u00eb tim. Kam frik\u00eb ta urdh\u00ebrosh dik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ta vras\u00eb at\u00eb, kurse me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb vetja ime nuk pranon ta shoh\u00eb vras\u00ebsin e Abdullah ibn Ubejit (babait tim) duke ecur n\u00eb mesin e njer\u00ebzve. K\u00ebshtu, do t\u00eb detyrohem ta vras at\u00eb q\u00eb e vret baban\u00eb tim. Pra, do ta vras nj\u00eb besimtar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jobesimtar e kjo do t\u00eb m\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb zjarr!\u201d Pejgamberi\u00a0 (alejhi selam) i garantoi atij se do ta m\u00ebshironte baban\u00eb e tij dhe do t\u00eb sillej mir\u00eb me t\u00eb p\u00ebrderisa ishte n\u00eb mesin e tyre.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fukahat\u00eb (jurist\u00ebt islam\u00eb) than\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb k\u00ebtij bot\u00ebkuptimi sheriati e ligj\u00ebroi p\u00ebr zinaqarin (q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i pamartuar dhe ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb imoralitet) t\u00eb d\u00ebbohet nga vendbanimi i tij p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb largohet nga vendi i gjynahut dhe nga faktor\u00ebt q\u00eb e \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>DR.
