K\u00ebt\u00eb e llogariti prej m\u00ebkateve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, madje prej atyre m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhave. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cThuaj: \u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Zoti im ka ndaluar vet\u00ebm pun\u00ebt e pahijshme, qofshin t\u00eb hap\u00ebta ose t\u00eb fshehta dhe gjynahet, dhunimin pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, t\u2019i shoq\u00ebrohet Allahut (n\u00eb adhurim) di\u00e7ka, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk ju ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb t\u00eb drejte dhe t\u00eb thoni p\u00ebr Allahun at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e dini.\u201d (El-Earaf: 33)!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Hurejra, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, p\u00ebrcjell se Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cAtij q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb fetvaja pa dijeni, m\u00ebkatin e merr ai q\u00eb e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb fetvan\u00eb.\u201d Andaj edhe dijetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb tillin dhe t\u00eb ngjashmit me t\u00eb, e urrejn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb dalin t\u00eb japin fetva dhe e parap\u00eblqejn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb largohen, nga frika e t\u00eb folurit p\u00ebr Allahun dhe p\u00ebr fen\u00eb e Allahut pa dijeni.<\/p>\n<p>Abdullah ib\u00ebn Amru ib\u00ebn El-As, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, p\u00ebrcjell se e ka d\u00ebgjuar Pejgamberin, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cAllahu nuk e t\u00ebrheq dijen prej njer\u00ebzve duke e shkulur at\u00eb nga gjoksi i tyre, por e t\u00ebrheq at\u00eb me marrjen (vdekjen) e dijetar\u00ebve, derisa nuk do t\u00eb mbetet asnj\u00eb dijetar, njer\u00ebzit do t\u2019i marrin t\u00eb padijshmit p\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, kur t\u00eb pyeten, do t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjen pa dije, k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb devijojn\u00eb vet\u00eb dhe do t\u2019i devijojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Abdurrahman ib\u00ebn Ebu Lejla p\u00ebr sahab\u00ebt thoshte: \u201cKur pyetej dikush prej tyre p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb mesele, e drejtonte te tjet\u00ebrkush, e ai tjetri e drejtonte te tjet\u00ebrkush, derisa s\u00ebrish kthehej te i pari.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Husain Uthman ib\u00ebn Asim, tabi\u2019ini i dalluar, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cNdonj\u00ebri prej juve jep (leht\u00eb) fetva p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb pyetje, q\u00eb, n\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb do t\u00eb pyetej Omeri, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, do t\u2019i tubonte ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb luftuar n\u00eb Bed\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u2019u konsultuar me ta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Abdurrezak San\u00eb\u2019anij p\u00ebrcjell prej Ma\u2019mer, i cili thot\u00eb: \u201cE pyeti nj\u00eb burr\u00eb Amru ib\u00ebn Dinarin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mesele, por nuk iu p\u00ebrgjigj. Burri i tha: \u2018P\u00ebrgjigju, sepse kam nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ta ditur k\u00ebt\u00eb mesele?\u2019 Ib\u00ebn Dinari i tha: \u2018Poq\u00eb nevoja jote \u00ebsht\u00eb sa mali Ebu Kubejis, p\u00ebr mua m\u00eb e dashur \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos kem nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb as sa qimja\u2019. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Mehdij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, p\u00ebrcjell se nj\u00eb burr\u00eb e pyeti Malik ib\u00ebn Enesin, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mesele dhe imam Maliku u ndal m\u00eb gjat\u00eb ta mendonte p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigjen. Pyet\u00ebsi filloi t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulte q\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt ta merrte p\u00ebrgjigjen, derisa imam Maliku i tha: \u201cMashallah! O ti njeri, un\u00eb nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjem ve\u00e7 asaj q\u00eb e di mir\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr pyetjen t\u00ebnde nuk kam njohuri q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Vehbi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, p\u00ebrcjell se e ka d\u00ebgjuar imam Malikun duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cNgutja n\u00eb fetva \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj e padijes dhe budallall\u00ebkut. Thuhet se mosngutja vjen prej Allahut, kurse ngutja vjen prej shejtanit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Muhamed ib\u00ebn El-Munkedir, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cDijetari q\u00ebndron n\u00eb mes Allahut dhe krijesave t\u00eb Tij, andaj le t\u00eb shikoj\u00eb se si do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb mes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jahja ib\u00ebn Seid, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, tregon p\u00ebr Seid ib\u00ebn El-Musejjib q\u00eb gati \u00e7do her\u00eb kur jepte fetva, nuk d\u00ebgjohej duke th\u00ebn\u00eb di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrve\u00e7 fjal\u00ebve: \u201cO Allahu im, m\u00eb shp\u00ebto mua dhe shp\u00ebtoji t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt prej meje.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb jep fetva, n\u00ebse e di p\u00ebr veten e tij se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kompetent p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb fetva shkaku i munges\u00ebs s\u00eb ndonj\u00eb kriteri ose prezenc\u00ebs s\u00eb ndonj\u00eb pengese dhe njer\u00ebzit nuk e din\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, atij pa dyshim q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje i ndalohet t\u2019u jap\u00eb fetva njer\u00ebzve. I men\u00e7ur \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit i drejton p\u00ebr te dikush tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb fetva, kur e di q\u00eb tjetri \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb se ai.<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Mein, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cAhmak \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb flet p\u00ebr shkenc\u00ebn e hadithit n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku ka m\u00eb meritor\u00eb se ai n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e hadithit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Imam Maliku, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk kam filluar t\u00eb jap fetva derisa kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar p\u00ebr mua shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dijetar\u00eb se jam kompetent p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e fetvave.\u201d<br \/>\nIb\u00ebn Ujejne dhe Sehnun, Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, than\u00eb: \u201cM\u00eb i guximsh\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb fetva \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb ka m\u00eb s\u00eb paku dije.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sehnun, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cM\u00eb fatkeq \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb e shet ahiretin e tij p\u00ebr dynjan\u00eb e tjetrit, si dhe sprova e p\u00ebrgjigjes s\u00eb sakt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb se sprova e pasuris\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sufjan Eth-Theurij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cKam takuar dijetar\u00eb q\u00eb urrenin t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjeshin meseleve dhe fetvave, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 at\u00ebher\u00eb kur e kishin t\u00eb patjet\u00ebrsueshme t\u00eb jepnin fetva. M\u00eb i dituri p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnin e fetvave \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb m\u00eb pak flet p\u00ebr to, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb i padituri p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien e fetvave \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb flet n\u00eb to.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rebia qau nj\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe e pyet\u00ebn se pse po qante. U p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cE pyet\u00ebn at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka dijeni dhe u paraqit n\u00eb Islam nj\u00eb d\u00ebm i madh. Disa q\u00eb japin fetva jan\u00eb m\u00eb meritor\u00eb t\u00eb burgosen sesa vjedh\u00ebsit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Musa tha: \u201cKujt Allahu i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb dijeni, le t\u2019ua m\u00ebsoj\u00eb at\u00eb njer\u00ebzve.
