A detyrohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen t\u00eb pandara?<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjigjja: \u201cLejohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen rresht nj\u00ebra pas tjetr\u00ebs, apo t\u00eb ndara kurdo brenda muajit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>U pyet Aisha i n\u00ebse Pejgamberi \ufdfa i agj\u00ebronte tri dit\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj. Ibn Uthejmini, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cPejgamberi \ufdfa lajm\u00ebroi se agj\u00ebrimi i tri dit\u00ebve n\u00eb \u00e7do muaj \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj sikur t\u00eb ket\u00eb agj\u00ebruar t\u00ebr\u00eb vitin, mir\u00ebpo m\u00eb e mira \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi i tyre t\u00eb b\u00ebhet n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e bardha.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shpresohet p\u00ebr at\u00eb i cili i agj\u00ebron k\u00ebto dit\u00eb me nijet p\u00ebr gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebt e Shevalit, t\u2019i shkruhen atij dy shp\u00ebrblime.<\/p>\n<p>Po qe se d\u00ebshiron k\u00ebto tri dit\u00eb t\u2019i agj\u00ebroj\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e bardha (d.m.th. n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e 13-t\u00eb, t\u00eb 14-t\u00eb dhe t\u00eb 15-t\u00eb t\u00eb muajve h\u00ebnor\u00eb), mir\u00ebpo dit\u00ebn e 13-t\u00eb t\u00eb muajit Dhulhixhe nuk mundet ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se \u00ebsht\u00eb prej dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Teshrikut (dita e 4-t\u00eb e Kurban Bajramit). Dijetari, Ibn Bazi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cMund t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet dita e 14-t\u00eb dhe e 15-t\u00eb e muajve h\u00ebnor\u00eb e, n\u00ebse do ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb t\u00eb 16-t\u00ebn apo ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb muajit t\u00eb Dhulhixhes q\u00eb t\u2019i plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb tri dit\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>AGJ\u00cbRIMI N\u00cb DIT\u00cbN E XHUMA<\/p>\n<p>Ka ardhur ndales\u00eb q\u00eb dita e xhuma t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet me agj\u00ebrim, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kur asaj dite i shtohet nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para apo mbrapa, apo ai i cili e ka zakon t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb po dhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb jo, apo ai i cili i agj\u00ebron tri dit\u00ebt e bardha, apo e agj\u00ebron dit\u00ebn e Arafatit (apo dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs) dhe agj\u00ebrimi i k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve bie n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu \u201ci lejohet myslimanit n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma t\u2019i agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebt e mbetura nga Ramazani, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00ebse e ve\u00e7on xhuman\u00eb me agj\u00ebrim.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb agj\u00ebron n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma, pa e agj\u00ebruar nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para, pra dit\u00ebn e enjte, duhet q\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb xhuma t\u2019ia shtoj\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e dit\u00ebs s\u00eb shtun\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu t\u2019i ik\u00ebn ndales\u00ebs q\u00eb e xhumaja t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet me agj\u00ebrim, sepse Pejgamberi \ufdfa i tha n\u00ebn\u00ebs s\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve Xhuvejrije bint El-Harith i, e cila kishte agj\u00ebruar n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma: \u201cDje a mbajte agj\u00ebrim?\u201d &#8211; Iu p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cJo.\u201d &#8211; Pejgamberi \ufdfa i tha: \u201cE dit\u00ebn e nes\u00ebrme a do t\u00eb agj\u00ebrosh?\u201d &#8211; Iu p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cJo.\u201d &#8211; \u201cAt\u00ebher\u00eb mos agj\u00ebro as sot.\u201d &#8211; i tha Pejgamberi \ufdfa.<sup> <a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a><\/sup><\/p>\n<p>GRUAJA DHE AGJ\u00cbRIMI VULLNETAR<\/p>\n<p>Nuk i lejohet gruas t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb nafile si gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebt e Shevalit etj. pa lejen e burrit t\u00eb saj, duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb hadithin: \u201cNuk i lejohet gruas t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb (agj\u00ebrim vullnetar) duke qen\u00eb burri i saj i pranish\u00ebm (n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi apo n\u00eb vend), pa lejen e tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a> Kjo, p\u00ebr shkak se haku ndaj burrit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madh se agj\u00ebrimi vullnetar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse ka filluar t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb nafile pa lejen e tij dhe ai e urdh\u00ebron ta prish\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin, duhet t\u2019i bindet atij.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse burri e lejon t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb e m\u00eb pas e nd\u00ebrron vendimin dhe k\u00ebrkon prej saj ta prish\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin, duhet t\u2019i bindet edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast.<\/p>\n<p>Gruaja q\u00eb burrin e saj nuk e ka t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm, mund t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb pa lejen e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket kompensimit t\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetura, n\u00ebse hap\u00ebsira \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjer\u00eb (d.m.th. ka koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i kompensuar), nuk lejohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb pa lejen e tij, por, n\u00ebse nuk ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb dhe koha \u00ebsht\u00eb e ngusht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i kompensuar dit\u00ebt e mbetura nga Ramazani, p.sh., n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb muajin Shaban, n\u00eb dhjet\u00ebshin e fundit t\u00eb tij dhe ajo i ka dhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast agj\u00ebron pa marr\u00eb leje prej tij.<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>AGJ\u00cbRIMI N\u00cb MUAJIN MUHARREM<\/p>\n<p>Muaji Muharrem<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a> e ka marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr nga fakti se b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb muajt e shenjt\u00eb<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a>, duke e v\u00ebrtetuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb shenjt\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi \ufdfa tha: \u201cAgj\u00ebrimi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb pas atij t\u00eb muajit Ramazan \u00ebsht\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb muajin e Allahut, muajin Muharrem.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a> Dedikimi i muajit si muaj i Allahut \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb shenj\u00eb nderimi dhe madh\u00ebshtie, gj\u00eb q\u00eb aludon n\u00eb vler\u00ebn dhe madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e tij si muaj. P\u00eblqehet t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet sa m\u00eb shpesh gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji.<\/p>\n<p>Hasen Basriu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, tha: \u201cAllahu e filloi vitin me nj\u00eb muaj t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb dhe e p\u00ebrfundoi me nj\u00eb muaj t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb, andaj tek Allahu, pas muajit Ramazan, nuk ka muaj m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb brenda vitit se muaji Muharrem.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fjal\u00ebt e Pejgamberit \ufdfa n\u00eb hadith: \u201cAgj\u00ebrimi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb pas atij t\u00eb muajit Ramazan \u00ebsht\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb muajin e Allahut, muajin Muharrem\u201d:<\/p>\n<p>Sqarojn\u00eb se muaji Muharrem \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji m\u00eb i mir\u00eb pas muajit Ramazan.<\/p>\n<p>Ia dedikoi Vetes muajin Muharrem si \u201cmuaji i Allahut\u201d n\u00eb shenj\u00eb nderimi dhe madh\u00ebshtie t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mos agj\u00ebrohet krejt muaji, duke u bazuar n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e Aishes i: \u201cNuk e kam par\u00eb Pejgamberin \ufdfa \u00a0q\u00eb e ka agj\u00ebruar ndonj\u00eb muaj plot\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Ramazanit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a> Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00ebse e agj\u00ebron, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem.<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb muajit Muharrem jan\u00eb dhjet\u00ebshi i par\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>AGJ\u00cbRIMI I ASHUR\u00cbS<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi \ufdfa tha: \u201cP\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin e dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Ashur\u00ebs, shpresoj q\u00eb Allahu t\u00eb m\u2019i shlyej\u00eb gjynahet e vitit q\u00eb kaloi.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\"><sup>[18]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Ashur\u00ebs agj\u00ebruesi e merr kur nijetin e b\u00ebn nat\u00ebn (d.m.th. deri n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e imsakut). Ngritja n\u00eb syfyr llogaritet b\u00ebrje e nijetit.<\/p>\n<p>Lejohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet Ashura ve\u00e7 n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e dhjet\u00eb, megjithat\u00eb atij q\u00eb i ka ikur mund\u00ebsia t\u2019ia shtoj\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb dhjet\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para, pra dit\u00ebn e n\u00ebnt\u00eb t\u00eb Muharremit, p\u00eblqehet ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebn e nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb t\u00eb Muharremit. K\u00ebshtu i kund\u00ebrshton hebrenjt\u00eb dhe e merr shp\u00ebrblimin.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtarin \u00ebsht\u00eb ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebrderisa nuk ndien v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Sahab\u00ebt i kalitnin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre ta agj\u00ebronin\u00a0 dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs dhe kur ata ndienin uri, i mashtronin me lodra.<\/p>\n<p>Lejohet t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet dita e dhjet\u00eb e Muharremit me agj\u00ebrim, por m\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u2019i bashk\u00ebngjitet nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para. Agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dhjet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i mir\u00eb se agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb dhjet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb, sepse Pejgamberi \ufdfa tha: \u201cN\u00ebse jam gjall\u00eb vitin q\u00eb vjen, do ta agj\u00ebroj dit\u00ebn e n\u00ebnt\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn19\" name=\"_ftnref19\"><sup>[19]<\/sup><\/a> Kur i bashk\u00ebngjitet dita e n\u00ebnt\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb dhjet\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu i kund\u00ebrshton hebrenjt\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e sigurt p\u00ebr ta q\u00eblluar dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Myslimani e mbron veten duke b\u00ebr\u00eb vepra q\u00eb ia shlyejn\u00eb gjynahet, si: agj\u00ebrimi i Ramazanit, i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Ashur\u00ebs, i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Arafatit, marrja e abdesit, falja e namazit, xhumaja, p\u00ebrputhja e aminit t\u00eb namazfal\u00ebsit me aminin e melek\u00ebve (pasi ta lexoj\u00eb suren Fatiha n\u00eb namaz).<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto vepra i shlyejn\u00eb m\u00ebkatet e vogla e, n\u00ebse ato njeriu nuk i ka, at\u00ebher\u00eb shpresohet t\u2019i leht\u00ebsohen m\u00ebkatet e m\u00ebdha. E, n\u00ebse ato nuk i ka, at\u00ebher\u00eb i rriten gradat dhe i shtohen t\u00eb mirat.<a href=\"#_ftn20\" name=\"_ftnref20\"><sup>[20]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dita e Ashur\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore nga dit\u00ebt e Allahut, ashtu si\u00e7 erdhi n\u00eb hadith<a href=\"#_ftn21\" name=\"_ftnref21\"><sup>[21]<\/sup><\/a>, nd\u00ebrsa Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201c&#8230; Dhe p\u00ebrkujtojua atyre dit\u00ebt e Allahut&#8230;.\u201d (Ibrahim: 5).<\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb saj i shlyen m\u00ebkatet e vitit t\u00eb kaluar. T\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me agj\u00ebrimin e dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Arafatit e ka shlyerjen e m\u00ebkateve, saq\u00eb me agj\u00ebrimin e k\u00ebtyre dy dit\u00ebve, pastrimi nga m\u00ebkatet b\u00ebhet m\u00eb i fort\u00eb dhe i rriten shkall\u00ebt besimtarit m\u00eb lart.<\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Ashur\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb i patjet\u00ebrsuesh\u00ebm para se t\u00eb detyrohet agj\u00ebrimi i muajit Ramazan, e m\u00eb pas u b\u00eb i p\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb Allahu e shp\u00ebtoi Musain dhe popullin e tij dhe e fundosi n\u00eb det faraonin dhe popullin e tij. Kjo ndodhi na kujton me disa gj\u00ebra:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Allahu i shp\u00ebton t\u00eb dashurit, besimtar\u00eb e vep\u00ebrmir\u00eb q\u00eb e kan\u00eb frik\u00eb Allahun.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sado umeti t\u00eb jet\u00eb i dob\u00ebt, mos u d\u00ebshp\u00ebro, por mb\u00ebshtetu n\u00eb Allahun dhe b\u00ebj sab\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zullumqar\u00ebve u vjen fundi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Allahu me bujarin\u00eb e Tij p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb vog\u00ebl (agj\u00ebrimin e nj\u00eb dite), fal shum\u00eb (shlyen m\u00ebkatet e nj\u00eb viti).<\/p>\n<p>Ibn Abasi h p\u00ebrcjell se Pejgamberi \ufdfa kur erdhi n\u00eb Medine i gjeti hebrenjt\u00eb duke e agj\u00ebruar dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs dhe u tha: \u201c\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo dit\u00eb q\u00eb ju po e agj\u00ebroni?\u201d I than\u00eb: \u201cKjo dit\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore, Allahu n\u00eb t\u00eb e shp\u00ebtoi Musain dhe popullin e tij nga armiku i tyre dhe Musai k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb e agj\u00ebroi n\u00eb shenj\u00eb fal\u00ebnderimi dhe po e agj\u00ebrojm\u00eb edhe ne.\u201d Pejgamberi \ufdfa tha: \u201cNe kemi m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe jemi m\u00eb meritor\u00eb p\u00ebr Musain sesa ju.\u201d; k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Pejgamberi \ufdfa e agj\u00ebroi k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb dhe urdh\u00ebroi t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn22\" name=\"_ftnref22\"><sup>[22]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hadithi tregon se p\u00ebr begatin\u00eb e shp\u00ebtimit, Allahu u fal\u00ebnderua me agj\u00ebrim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dite, nd\u00ebrsa Pejgamberi \ufdfa nuk la q\u00eb hebrenjt\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb me mir\u00ebsi, por i kund\u00ebrshtoi duke ia shtuar (dit\u00ebs s\u00eb dhjet\u00eb) nj\u00eb dit\u00eb para me agj\u00ebrim.<\/p>\n<p>Dita e Ashur\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb madh\u00ebshtore ku Allahu e shp\u00ebtoi Musain n nga faraoni, armiku i tij. Hadithi: \u201cNe kemi m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe jemi m\u00eb meritor\u00eb p\u00ebr Musain sesa ju\u201d; tregon se myslimani \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb meritor t\u2019i do t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarit e Allahut, t\u00eb besoj\u00eb n\u00eb ta, t\u2019ua respektoj\u00eb pozit\u00ebn dhe t\u2019i urrej\u00eb armiqt\u00eb e tyre: \u201cNe nuk b\u00ebjm\u00eb dallim mes asnj\u00ebrit prej t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarve t\u00eb Tij\u2026\u201d (El-Bekare: 285). Nd\u00ebrsa, kush i dallon duke besuar n\u00eb disa prej tyre e duke i mohuar disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, apo beson n\u00eb ndonj\u00ebrin prej tyre, por nuk e ndjek rrug\u00ebn e tij, nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb lidhet me t\u00eb apo t\u00eb flas\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Hadithi: \u201cMos e ve\u00e7oni me agj\u00ebrim dit\u00ebn e xhuma nga dit\u00ebt e tjera, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse ndonj\u00ebri nga ju agj\u00ebron dhe agj\u00ebrimi i tij p\u00ebrputhet me k\u00ebt\u00eb dit\u00eb\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn23\" name=\"_ftnref23\"><sup>[23]<\/sup><\/a>; tregon q\u00eb urrehet t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet xhumaja me agj\u00ebrim. Nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00ebse dita e Ashur\u00ebs bie n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma, nuk ka penges\u00eb dhe nuk urrehet q\u00eb kjo dit\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet me agj\u00ebrim. Myslimani e agj\u00ebron me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb Ashur\u00ebs, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb q\u00eb ligj\u00ebrohet agj\u00ebrimi i saj, e jo se \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb e xhuma.<\/p>\n<p>Pamjet q\u00eb i transmetojn\u00eb disa kanale televizive me rastin e dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Ashur\u00ebs ku shohim njer\u00ebz q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb ndryshme (rrahje t\u00eb vetvetes me shpulla dhe vajtime), q\u00eb Islami nuk urdh\u00ebron n\u00eb to, por ato jan\u00eb risi n\u00eb fe dhe kjo na b\u00ebn ta fal\u00ebnderojm\u00eb Allahun p\u00ebr udh\u00ebzimin ton\u00eb n\u00eb sunet. E jona \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mundohemi t\u00eb pak\u00ebsojm\u00eb nga ato veprime t\u00eb ndaluara, duke ua m\u00ebsuar njer\u00ebzve fen\u00eb e Allahut dhe sunetin.<\/p>\n<p>Secili hadith q\u00eb transmetohet prej Pejgamberit \ufdfa p\u00ebr vler\u00ebn e lyerjes s\u00eb syve, e ngjyrosjes, e pastrimit, e vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb varrezave etj. n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb i pav\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Asnj\u00eb hadith ku p\u00ebrmendet vlera e dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Ashur\u00ebs, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb. Hadithet e vetme t\u00eb sakta jan\u00eb ato ku p\u00ebrmendet agj\u00ebrimi, shlyerja e m\u00ebkateve t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti dhe shp\u00ebtimi i Musait dhe popullit t\u00eb tij nga faraoni. Vlera dhe madh\u00ebshtia e k\u00ebtyre haditheve na mjaftojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Hadithi: \u201cAi q\u00eb tregohet zem\u00ebrgjer\u00eb me familjen e tij n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs, Allahu do t\u2019i jap\u00eb me boll\u00ebk gjat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb vitit\u201d, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn24\" name=\"_ftnref24\"><sup>[24]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A lejohet t\u2019i jepet p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi agj\u00ebrimit vullnetar para atij farz, si: kompensimi i dit\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetura etj.? Dijetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur disa mendime, por m\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe shp\u00ebrblim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh ka n\u00ebse i jepet p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi agj\u00ebrimit farz. Gruaja q\u00eb e ka pasur nijet ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs, por i kan\u00eb ardhur menstruacionet, shpresohet ta marr\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin e agj\u00ebrimit, \u201csepse po t\u00eb mos ishte pengesa e menstruacioneve, nijeti i saj ka qen\u00eb i sinqert\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb. Njeriu kur e b\u00ebn nijetin p\u00ebr vep\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe i merr shkaqet, por, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb tij dhe arritjes deri tek ajo vep\u00ebr, del ndonj\u00eb penges\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk mund ta largoj\u00eb, atij i shkruhet shp\u00ebrblimi sikur ta kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb vep\u00ebr.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn25\" name=\"_ftnref25\"><sup>[25]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gruaja q\u00eb e ka zakon ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs, mir\u00ebpo e pengon ndonj\u00eb arsye apo s\u00ebmundja t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb, shpresohet t\u00eb marr\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin sikur t\u00eb atij q\u00eb agj\u00ebron. Ajo shp\u00ebrblehet vendosm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr keqardhjen q\u00eb e ndien n\u00eb zem\u00ebr q\u00eb po i ik\u00ebn ky adhurim. Le t\u00eb mundohet ta kompensoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhembje sadopak duke qen\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin e agj\u00ebruesve nga familjar\u00ebt e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Po qe se ndonj\u00ebri e agj\u00ebron dit\u00ebn e Ashur\u00ebs n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma (dhe nuk i shton dit\u00eb para apo pas) p\u00ebr shkak se Ashura i bie n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma, agj\u00ebrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull. Ndalesa \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb xhumaja t\u00eb synohet q\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet me agj\u00ebrim. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00ebse ia shton agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb Ashur\u00ebs, q\u00eb bie n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma, dit\u00ebn e shtun\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>AGJ\u00cbRIMI N\u00cb MUAJIN SHABAN<\/p>\n<p>Usame ibn Zejd h thot\u00eb se e pyeta Pejgamberin \ufdfa dhe i thash\u00eb: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguar i Allahut! Nuk t\u00eb kam par\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebrosh ndonj\u00eb muaj tjet\u00ebr sikurse e agj\u00ebron muajin Shaban?\u201d\u00a0 Pejgamberi \ufdfa u p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cMuaji Shaban \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj t\u00eb cilin njer\u00ebzit e anashkalojn\u00eb, ngase \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb muajit Rexheb dhe Ramazan. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb muaj q\u00eb ngriten veprat te Zoti i bot\u00ebve dhe un\u00eb d\u00ebshiroj q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00eb ngriten veprat duke qen\u00eb me agj\u00ebrim.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn26\" name=\"_ftnref26\"><sup>[26]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb tri lloje t\u00eb ngritjes dhe prezantimit t\u00eb veprave tek Allahu: ngritja ditore, javore dhe vjetore.<\/p>\n<p>Lloji i par\u00eb: Ngritja ditore; p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb veprat ngrihen dy her\u00eb, nj\u00eb her\u00eb brenda nat\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb brenda dit\u00ebs. Vepra e dit\u00ebs ngrihet n\u00eb fund t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, kurse vepra e nat\u00ebs n\u00eb fund t\u00eb nat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Lloji i dyt\u00eb: Prezantimi javor; dy her\u00eb brenda jav\u00ebs prezantohen veprat, dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe dit\u00ebn e enjte.<\/p>\n<p>Lloji i tret\u00eb: Ngritja vjetore; veprat e nj\u00eb viti ngrihen p\u00ebrnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb muajin Shaban.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb ngritje tjet\u00ebr e veprave, ajo e pasvdekjes. Kur t\u00eb vij\u00eb exheli, veprat e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi ngrihen dhe prezantohen para Allahut dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb mbyllen edhe fletushkat e veprave. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb prezantimi i fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Hadithin \u201cKur t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet gjysma e Shabanit, mos agj\u00ebroni pas asaj dite\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn27\" name=\"_ftnref27\"><sup>[27]<\/sup><\/a>, shumica e dijetar\u00ebve e dob\u00ebsojn\u00eb e disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb e vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i hadithit \u00ebsht\u00eb se ndalohet t\u00eb fillohet me agj\u00ebrim pasi t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet gjysma e Shabanit, nd\u00ebrsa ai q\u00eb e ka agj\u00ebruar shumic\u00ebn e muajit, ia ka q\u00eblluar sunetit.<a href=\"#_ftn28\" name=\"_ftnref28\"><sup>[28]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Lejohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohet pasi t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet gjysma e muajit Shaban:<\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb ka agj\u00ebruar n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb e ka tradit\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb vullnetarisht, si dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb enjte.<\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i kompensojn\u00eb dit\u00ebt e mbetura nga Ramazani i kaluar, apo ka ndonj\u00eb zotim apo shpagim.<\/p>\n<p>AGJ\u00cbRIMI N\u00cb DHJET\u00cb DIT\u00cbT E DHULHIXHES<\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi i dhjet\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Dhulhixhes p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb ka dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara nga Ramazani i fundit:<\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb ka dit\u00eb t\u00eb mbetura t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara, e ka p\u00ebr obligim t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me to para se t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me agj\u00ebrim vullnetar, sepse farzi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm se vepra nafile. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb i dijetar\u00ebve.<a href=\"#_ftn29\" name=\"_ftnref29\"><sup>[29]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb ka dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara, duhet t\u00eb nxitoj\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me agj\u00ebrimin e tyre, n\u00eb vend se t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me agj\u00ebrimin e nafileve. K\u00ebshtu e kryen borxhin gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve me vler\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>AGJ\u00cbRIMI N\u00cb DIT\u00cbN E ARAFATIT<\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Arafatit i shlyen m\u00ebkatet e dy viteve. Agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Kurban Bajramit dhe n\u00eb tri dit\u00ebt pas tij (d.m.th. n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e Teshrikut) \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndaluar dhe ai q\u00eb e agj\u00ebron, b\u00ebn m\u00ebkat. K\u00ebtu b\u00ebn p\u00ebrjashtim haxhiu q\u00eb nuk ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb el-hedjin (kurbanin)<a href=\"#_ftn30\" name=\"_ftnref30\"><sup>[30]<\/sup><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cZoti yt krijon \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb doj\u00eb dhe zgjedh \u2026\u201d (El-Kasas: 68); \u201cp\u00ebrqendrimi n\u00eb Islam b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm me n\u00ebnshtrime dhe bindje.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn31\" name=\"_ftnref31\"><sup>[31]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi i nj\u00eb dite i fshin m\u00ebkatet e m\u00eb shum\u00eb se shtat\u00ebqind dit\u00ebve (pra, t\u00eb dy viteve). Pejgamberi \ufdfa tha: \u201cAgj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Arafatit, shpresoj dhe llogaris q\u00eb Allahu t\u2019i shlyej\u00eb m\u00ebkatet e vitit q\u00eb kaloi dhe vitit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn32\" name=\"_ftnref32\"><sup>[32]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cI shlyen p\u00ebr dy vjet m\u00ebkatet e atij q\u00eb e agj\u00ebron.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn33\" name=\"_ftnref33\"><sup>[33]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sa thesar i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe mund\u00ebsi e madhe. Pasha Allahun, nuk mund t\u00eb barazohet me asnj\u00eb shum\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Udh\u00ebtarit, p\u00ebrderisa nuk gjen v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Arafatit gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit t\u00eb tij, i lejohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00eb q\u00eb e pengon ndonj\u00eb arsye e sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Arafatit, si i s\u00ebmuri, gruaja me menstruacione apo gjidh\u00ebn\u00ebsja, dhe nga tradita e tyre ka qen\u00eb ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Arafatit p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit, ai apo ajo do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet sipas nijetit dhe nga pamund\u00ebsia e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dite, le t\u00eb p\u00ebrkujdeset t\u00eb veproj\u00eb vepra t\u00eb tjera bamir\u00ebsie dhe nga ato q\u00eb ia shlyejn\u00eb m\u00ebkatet.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb e mira dhe m\u00eb e p\u00ebrsosura tek agj\u00ebrimi vullnetar i p\u00ebrcaktuar, ku n\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Arafatit, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb nijeti p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrim t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nat\u00ebn me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimi t\u00eb jet\u00eb i plot\u00eb dhe jo i mang\u00ebt dhe me ngritjen p\u00ebr syfyr llogaritet se \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nijeti.<\/p>\n<p>Sahab\u00ebt kujdeseshin p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e m\u00ebdha n\u00eb vler\u00eb sikurse dita e Arafatit, q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsohen me adhurim dhe respektim t\u00eb riteve.<\/p>\n<p>Dijetari, Ibn Bazi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thoshte: \u201cN\u00ebse dita e Arafatit bie n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e xhuma, nuk ka penges\u00eb dhe nuk urrehet q\u00eb kjo dit\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet me agj\u00ebrim. Myslimani n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast e agj\u00ebron t\u00eb xhuman\u00eb si dit\u00eb Arafati, e jo se \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb xhumaje&#8230;\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn34\" name=\"_ftnref34\"><sup>[34]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Po qe se ia bashk\u00ebngjit edhe dit\u00ebn e enjte, do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb mir\u00eb, duke e pasur faktin q\u00eb dita e enjte n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast i bie t\u00eb jet\u00eb, 8 Dhulhixhe, prej dhjet\u00ebshit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb Dhulhixhes, q\u00eb jan\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb vler\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gruas q\u00eb i ka mbetur ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb e Ramazanit pa agj\u00ebruar dhe dit\u00ebn e Arafatit e agj\u00ebron me nijet kompensimi t\u00eb dit\u00ebs s\u00eb humbur t\u00eb Ramazanit, agj\u00ebrimi i saj pranohet si kompensim dhe shpresohet ta marr\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb Arafatit<a href=\"#_ftn35\" name=\"_ftnref35\"><sup>[35]<\/sup><\/a>. Ndryshe quhen edhe si dit\u00ebt e Min\u00ebs, ngase n\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb haxhiler\u00ebt q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb Mina dhe njashtu jan\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb gjuajtjes s\u00eb guralec\u00ebve n\u00eb Xhemarat.<\/p>\n<p>Shumica e dijetar\u00ebve nuk e lejojn\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin e k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve, qoft\u00eb agj\u00ebrim vullnetar apo kompensim t\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb humbura apo shkaku i zotimit dhe, sipas tyre, ai q\u00eb i agj\u00ebron dit\u00ebt e Teshrikut, agj\u00ebrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i pavlefsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebt e Teshrikut jan\u00eb dit\u00eb feste dhe nuk lejohet t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen. Pejgamberi \ufdfa ndaloi q\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen dhe tha: \u201cDit\u00ebt e Teshrikut jan\u00eb dit\u00eb ngr\u00ebnieje, pirjeje dhe p\u00ebrmendjeje t\u00eb Allahut.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn39\" name=\"_ftnref39\"><sup>[39]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hadithi na e b\u00ebn t\u00eb qart\u00eb se me ngr\u00ebnie dhe pirje n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e Bajramit, myslimani ndihmohet p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrmendur dhe adhuruar Allahun.
