P\u00ebrkundrazi, ai merr m\u00ebsim nga d\u00ebshtimet dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e shfryt\u00ebzon si municion p\u00ebr ta vazhduar rrug\u00ebn drejt realizimit t\u00eb q\u00ebllimit, me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb dhe me mendjempreht\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe.<\/p>\n<p>Singer-i, shpik\u00ebsi i makin\u00ebs qep\u00ebse, e harxhoi jet\u00ebn n\u00eb shpikjen e nj\u00eb makine qep\u00ebse, diku nj\u00ebzet vjet i shkuan, derisa i kompletoi pjes\u00ebt dhe e b\u00ebri makin\u00ebn e par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj, kujdes o ti i ri, mos iu largo shpres\u00ebs dhe mos u dor\u00ebzo para ndjenj\u00ebs s\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimit dhe humbjes.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, udh\u00ebzoi q\u00eb t\u00eb nxitohet p\u00ebr n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb mira dhe aktivitet, dhe deri n\u00eb momentin e fundit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtohet d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimi dhe mb\u00ebshtetja te tjetri: \u201cN\u00ebse ndodh Kiameti e n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e ndonj\u00ebrit prej jush gjendet nj\u00eb fidan, n\u00ebse ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ta mbjell\u00eb para se t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, le ta mbjell\u00eb at\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrcjell Ib\u00ebn Xherir prej Imare ib\u00ebn Huzejme ib\u00ebn Thabit, i cili kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cE d\u00ebgjova Omer ib\u00ebn Hatabin, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, kur babait tim i tha: \u2018\u00c7far\u00eb t\u00eb pengon ta mbjell\u00ebsh tok\u00ebn t\u00ebnde?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Babai im iu p\u00ebrgjigj: \u2018Jam plakur m\u00eb, vdekjen e kam af\u00ebr.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Omeri ia ktheu: \u2018Do t\u00eb t\u00eb ndihmoj q\u00eb ta mbjell\u00ebsh!\u2019<\/p>\n<p>E pash\u00eb Omer ib\u00ebn Hatabin q\u00eb tok\u00ebn e mbillte me duart e veta s\u00eb bashku me baban\u00eb tim.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Shp\u00ebrqendrimi:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Shp\u00ebrqendrimi n\u00eb projekte t\u00eb ndryshme \u00ebsht\u00eb nga shkaqet e d\u00ebshtimit n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e njeriut dhe humbjes s\u00eb projekteve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, ose i dob\u00ebsimit t\u00eb vler\u00ebs punuese dhe ndikimit t\u00eb saj n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e njeriut.<\/p>\n<p>Mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb ket\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb veta t\u00eb bashkohen p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb projektit; e n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla si mundet q\u00eb ve\u00e7 nj\u00ebri ta realizoj\u00eb vet\u00eb at\u00eb projekt, dhe si mundet q\u00eb ai vet\u00eb ta realizoj\u00eb projektin kur \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb shum\u00eb projekte.<\/p>\n<p>Hallakatja e synimeve e b\u00ebn njeriun ta kaloj\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij i hutuar,<\/p>\n<p>pa sukses dhe pa shk\u00eblqim.<\/p>\n<p>Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, penges\u00eb p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrfunduar projektin mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe nisja e shum\u00eb projekteve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb. Si shembull n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mund ta p\u00ebrmendim dijetarin Ahmed Shakir, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, i cili pati filluar t\u00eb punonte n\u00eb shum\u00eb projekte t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb. Ai filloi ta kontrollonte dhe recensonte \u2018Musnedin\u2019 e imam Ahmedit, pastaj filloi ta recensonte \u2018Sunen Et-Tirmidhij\u2019, m\u00eb pas filloi me \u2018Sahih Ib\u00ebn Hiban\u2019, m\u00eb pas filloi me shkurtimin dhe recensimin e tefsirit t\u00eb Ib\u00ebn Kethirit, e dikur filloi me recensimin e librit \u2018El-Muhala\u2019 t\u00eb imam Ib\u00ebn Hazmit,&#8230; dhe n\u00eb fund rezultati doli t\u00eb jet\u00eb asgj\u00eb, nuk mundi ta p\u00ebrfundonte asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej tyre.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Paaft\u00ebsia dhe dembelia:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sa projekte t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nuk u realizuan shkaku i dembelis\u00eb dhe paaft\u00ebsis\u00eb, prandaj Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thoshte: \u201cO Allahu im, k\u00ebrkoj mbrojtjen T\u00ebnde nga paaft\u00ebsia dhe dembelia.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, paralajm\u00ebroi nga kjo s\u00ebmundje e rrezikshme dhe lajm\u00ebroi se \u00ebsht\u00eb nga shkaqet q\u00eb e dob\u00ebsojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb punon ose d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb punoj\u00eb, dhe tha: \u201cP\u00ebrpiqu n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebn dobi, k\u00ebrko ndihm\u00eb nga Allahu dhe mos u demoralizo. N\u00ebse t\u00eb godet di\u00e7ka, mos thua se n\u00ebse un\u00eb do t\u00eb veproja k\u00ebshtu, do t\u00eb ishte k\u00ebshtu dhe k\u00ebshtu, por thuaj: Caktim i Allahut dhe Allahu \u00e7far\u00eb d\u00ebshiron vepron, sepse fjala \u2018n\u00ebse\u2019 ia hap dyert shejtanit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebn\u00e7mimi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb moslodhjen e shpirtit dhe<\/p>\n<p>nuk e shoh kulmin dhe madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e jetes\u00ebs pa p\u00ebrjetuar shpirti v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Er-Ragib El-Asfahanij tha: \u201cKush pushon s\u00eb vepruari dhe b\u00ebhet i pavlefsh\u00ebm zhvishet nga njer\u00ebzorja, madje edhe nga shtazarakja dhe llogaritet sikur t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vdekur.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cKujdes nga dembelia dhe zem\u00ebrimi. Dembelia t\u00eb pengon ta jap\u00ebsh hakun, nd\u00ebrsa zem\u00ebrimi t\u00eb privon nga sabri p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dembelia e martoi vajz\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr paaft\u00ebsin\u00eb,<\/p>\n<p>dhe dit\u00ebn e martes\u00ebs ia dha asaj mehrin (dhurat\u00ebn e martes\u00ebs) nj\u00eb krevat t\u00eb but\u00eb,<\/p>\n<p>e pastaj asaj i tha: shtriju!<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ka dyshim q\u00eb ju p\u00ebr synim e keni ta lindni fukarall\u00ebkun!<\/p>\n<p>Poeti tjet\u00ebr tha:<\/p>\n<p>U p\u00ebrpoqa t\u00eb arrija deri te kulmi i suksesit,<\/p>\n<p>rrug\u00ebs gjeta t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb ishin nisur m\u00eb her\u00ebt se un\u00eb dhe ishin lodhur,<\/p>\n<p>shumica prej tyre ishin d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar,<\/p>\n<p>nd\u00ebrsa e arriti at\u00eb ai q\u00eb kishte punuar dhe kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb durim.<\/p>\n<p>Mos e llogarit kulmin e suksesit si nj\u00eb hurm\u00eb q\u00eb e ha ti,<\/p>\n<p>sepse nuk ke p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur aty derisa nuk ha me lug\u00ebn e durimit.<\/p>\n<p>Kuptimi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb tjetri ec\u00ebn drejt suksesit me ambicie t\u00eb lart\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa ti p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb interesit ec\u00ebn i plog\u00ebsht, si ecja e plakut! E si do ta arrish ti kulmin e suksesit?!<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vonimi dhe l\u00ebnia e gj\u00ebrave p\u00ebr m\u00eb von\u00eb:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Me vonim k\u00ebtu n\u00ebnkuptohet vonimi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr i p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive q\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen t\u00eb kryhen m\u00eb her\u00ebt, ndoshta edhe harrimi i tyre p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Disa nga t\u00eb par\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb than\u00eb: \u201cJu paralajm\u00ebroj nga \u2018l\u00ebnia e gj\u00ebrave p\u00ebr m\u00eb von\u00eb\u2019, sepse ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nga ushtria e Iblisit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mos t\u00eb t\u00eb ik\u00ebn puna e sotit p\u00ebr nes\u00ebr, shkaku i dembelis\u00eb,<\/p>\n<p>ngase e nes\u00ebrmja \u00ebsht\u00eb dita e t\u00eb paaft\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Kur e cakton q\u00ebllimin, mos e vono nisjen, fillo sa m\u00eb shpejt. Nuk mund t\u00eb arrish deri n\u00eb realizimin e asaj q\u00eb e d\u00ebshiron, p\u00ebrderisa ti vazhdon t\u2019i vonosh gj\u00ebrat.<\/p>\n<p>Harroje q\u00eb ve\u00e7 shpresa t\u00eb mjafton,<\/p>\n<p>sepse kapitali i t\u00eb kapitulluarve ka qen\u00eb marrja ve\u00e7 me shpresa.<\/p>\n<p>Vonimi \u00ebsht\u00eb argumenti i t\u00eb paaftit dhe dembelit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb punojn\u00eb asgj\u00eb. Ai e ngush\u00ebllon veten me t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen se do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i lir\u00eb, edhe pse ai e di q\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb i ka angazhimet e veta.<\/p>\n<p>Ki kujdes nga gjumi i shkujdesjes, sepse jeta \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr,<\/p>\n<p>Hiq dor\u00eb nga fjal\u00ebt \u201cm\u00eb von\u00eb dhe deri\u201d, sepse k\u00ebto jan\u00eb s\u00ebmundje e thell\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Vonimi i nisjes s\u00eb projekteve t\u00eb tua i nxit t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt q\u00eb ata t\u00eb merren me ato projekte dhe t\u2019i marrin prej teje kapistrat e nisjes. Humbja m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin n\u00eb veprat e ahiretit.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Keqmenaxhimi i koh\u00ebs:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Problemi m\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm q\u00eb me t\u00eb po ballafaqohen popuj dhe individ\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi i humbjes s\u00eb koh\u00ebs, q\u00eb realisht n\u00ebnkupton humbjen e jet\u00ebs. \u00c7do gj\u00eb e humbur ndoshta ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb arrihet dhe kthehet, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 koh\u00ebs. Prandaj duhet t\u00eb kthjellemi q\u00eb koha nuk shtohet, nuk zgjatet, nuk ndalet dhe nuk kthehet mbrapa, ajo ec\u00ebn \u00e7doher\u00eb p\u00ebrpara. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye kushti i par\u00eb i suksesit n\u00eb jet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb dim\u00eb si t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojm\u00eb nga koha. N\u00eb realitet koha nuk mundet q\u00eb t\u00eb administrohet nga njeriu, edhe pse n\u00ebp\u00ebr libra e p\u00ebrdorin shpesh termin \u2018administrimi i koh\u00ebs\u2019, ngase koha l\u00ebviz me caktimin e Allahut, nd\u00ebrsa ajo q\u00eb mundet t\u00eb administrohet \u00ebsht\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzimi yn\u00eb i koh\u00ebs p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb ecjes s\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Kan\u00eb ardhur shum\u00eb citate dhe gjurm\u00eb q\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrojn\u00eb nga humbja e koh\u00ebs, si dhe shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb men\u00e7ur, t\u00eb dijes dhe njer\u00ebzve me p\u00ebrvoja n\u00eb jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cDy begati shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz i shp\u00ebrfillin dhe nuk i shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb ato: sh\u00ebndetin dhe koh\u00ebn e lir\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Akil El-Hanbelij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk m\u00eb takon mua q\u00eb ta humb as nj\u00eb or\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs sime. Kur gjuha ndalet nga p\u00ebrs\u00ebritja dhe diskutimi, dhe syri nga leximi, un\u00eb e angazhoj mendjen t\u00eb meditoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs kur pushoj dhe jam i shtrir\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn El-Xheuzij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, tha: \u201cNjeriu duhet ta njoh\u00eb vler\u00ebn dhe pozit\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs. Ai nuk duhet ta humb\u00eb asnj\u00eb sekond\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb cilat nuk e afrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr tek Allahu, por duhet ta shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb koh\u00ebn n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt dhe veprat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb mundshme.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kaosi n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe n\u00eb planifikim:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Me kaos n\u00ebnkuptohet p\u00ebrzierja e gj\u00ebrave, \u00e7rregullimi i sistemit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb njeriut dhe mendimit, sjelljes dhe prioriteteve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Njeriu kaotik nuk ka q\u00ebllime, i shp\u00ebrfill pun\u00ebt, improvizon dhe nuk planifikon, \u00ebsht\u00eb i pakontrolluar dhe s\u2019ka sistem jete, fillon me nj\u00eb pun\u00eb pastaj e braktis, e nis nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe nuk e plot\u00ebson, ec\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb pastaj largohet nga ajo, merret me nj\u00eb projekt pastaj m\u00ebrzitet nga ai.<\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i paaft\u00eb t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb, i humb shanset e tij,<\/p>\n<p>dhe kur i ik\u00ebn ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb, e qorton kaderin.<\/p>\n<p>Ky njeri \u00ebsht\u00eb i pasionuar me shkat\u00ebrrimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb tij nga nuk ia merr mendja.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nxitja e dob\u00ebt:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht, qoft\u00eb ajo nxitje e brendshme q\u00eb buron nga vet\u00eb personi, ose nxitje e jashtme, si n\u00eb rastin kur dikush e nxit at\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb, mungesa e nxitjes dhe e stimulimit \u00e7on deri n\u00eb demoralizim dhe nd\u00ebrprerjen e shum\u00eb projekteve. Zgjidhja e k\u00ebtij problemi b\u00ebhet me k\u00ebshilla duke e k\u00ebshilluar nj\u00ebri-tjetrin.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrcillet p\u00ebr Alij ib\u00ebn Asim, haf\u00ebzi i Irakut, t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cBaba im m\u2019i dha nj\u00ebqind mij\u00eb d\u00ebrhem\u00eb dhe m\u00eb tha: \u2018Shko, mos t\u00eb t\u00eb shoh t\u00eb kthehesh p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se me nj\u00ebqind mij\u00eb hadithe\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Shembull i k\u00ebtyre fjal\u00ebve jan\u00eb nxitje p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb punoj\u00eb n\u00eb projektin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nxit\u00ebsi m\u00eb i fort\u00eb p\u00ebr besimtarin \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkimi i shp\u00ebrblimit dhe i Fytyr\u00ebs s\u00eb Allahut dhe i Xhenetit. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cKush i d\u00ebshiron mir\u00ebsit\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj bote, Ne do t\u2019i japim atij prej saj, nd\u00ebrsa kush d\u00ebshiron shp\u00ebrblimin e bot\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr, Ne do t\u2019i japim atij prej saj. Ne do t\u2019i shp\u00ebrblejm\u00eb mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebsit.\u201d (Ali Imran: 145)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mbik\u00ebqyrja dhe p\u00ebrcjellja e dob\u00ebt:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kjo \u00e7on deri n\u00eb vonimin e projektit ose nd\u00ebrprerjen e tij plot\u00ebsisht. N\u00ebse ai ishte duke fjetur, e shtroja petkun tim para der\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe shtrihesha. Nuk d\u00ebshiroja t\u2019i pengoja dhe ta shqet\u00ebsoja.
