Ajo gj\u0451 \u0451sht\u0451 refuzimi dhe kund\u0451rshtimi i Sunnetit t\u0451 Pejgamberit sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem me pretekst se mjafton t\u0451 kapurit vet\u0451m pas Kur&#8217;anit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u0451 hadithin e par\u0451 gjendja e mendjemadh\u0451sis\u0451 dhe e kund\u0451rshtimit tek k\u0451ta persona p\u0451rshkruhet me nj\u0451 person t\u0451 ulur n\u0451 kolltuk dhe pran\u00eb tij dikush i rr\u0451fen di\u00e7ka nga hadithet e Muhamedit sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem, nd\u0451rsa ai me kryene\u00e7\u0451si dhe mendjemadh\u0451si nuk e pranon hadithin e t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit duke th\u0451n\u0451 se mes nesh dhe jush \u0451sht\u0451 t\u0451 shikojm\u0451 vet\u0451m n\u0451 Kur&#8217;an; at\u0451 q\u0451 e gjejm\u0451 n\u0451 Kur&#8217;an t\u0451 qart\u0451 se \u0451sht\u0451 e lejuar apo e ndaluar, themi se \u0451sht\u0451 ashtu, nd\u0451rsa ajo q\u00eb nuk \u0451sht\u0451 p\u0451rmendur n\u0451 Kur&#8217;an, por \u0451sht\u0451 p\u0451rmendur n\u0451 hadithet e t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem, nuk e pranojm\u0451 at\u0451.<\/p>\n<p>I D\u0451rguari e kund\u0451rshton k\u0451t\u0451 dyshim djall\u00ebzor duke th\u0451n\u0451 se ajo q\u00eb ka ardhur n\u0451 Sunnetin e tij, qoft\u00eb e lejuar apo e ndaluar, duhet t\u0451 pranohet ashtu si\u00e7 pranohet nga Kur&#8217;ani, sepse si Kur&#8217;ani ashtu edhe Sunneti jan\u0451 shpallje e Allahut t\u0451 Madh\u0451rish\u0451m. Allahu thot\u0451: &#8220;Dhe ai nuk flet nga mendja e tij. Ai (Kur&#8217;ani) nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr pos shpallje q\u00eb i shpallet.&#8221; (Nexhm: 3-4)<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u0451 ka ndaluar i D\u0451rguari n\u0451 Sunnetin e tij \u0451sht\u0451 sikurse ajo q\u0451 ka ndaluar Allahu n\u0451 Kur&#8217;an, sepse i D\u0451rguari ia ka kumtuar umetit t\u0451 tij \u00e7do gj\u0451 q\u0451 Allahu e ka lejuar apo ndaluar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dobit\u0451 nga k\u0451to dy hadithe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fjala e Pejgamberit sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem: &#8220;S\u0451 shpejti do t\u0451 vij\u00eb nj\u0451 koh\u0451&#8230;&#8221; Folja &#8220;jusheku&#8221; ka kuptimin se \u0451sht\u0451 afruar koha kur do t\u0451 dalin njer\u0451z t\u0451 till\u0451. Kjo \u0451sht\u0451 nga mrekullit\u0451 e t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem, sepse ashtu ndodhi. N\u00eb umetin islam u shfaq\u0451n njer\u0451z t\u0451 cil\u0451t refuzuan dhe kund\u0451rshtuan Sunnetin e t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem dhe pretenduan se pasojn\u0451 vet\u0451m Kur&#8217;anin duke e quajtur veten &#8220;Kur&#8217;anijun&#8221; ose &#8220;Kur&#8217;anist\u0451&#8221;, mir\u0451po n\u0451 t\u0451 v\u0451rtet\u0451 ata nuk jan\u0451 tjet\u0451r vet\u00ebm se g\u00ebnjeshtar\u00eb dhe p\u0451rg\u0451njeshtrues t\u0451 Kur&#8217;anit sepse Allahu thot\u0451 n\u0451 Kur&#8217;an: &#8220;\u00c7ka t&#8217;ju jap\u00eb Pejgamberi, at\u00eb merreni, e \u00e7ka t&#8217;ju ndaloj\u00eb, p\u00ebrmbajuni.&#8221; (Hashr: 7)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bindjuni Allahut dhe bindjuni t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit e kini kujdes (mos kund\u0451rshtoni)&#8230;&#8221; (Maide: 92)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Thuaj: &#8220;N\u00ebse e doni Allahun, at\u00ebher\u00eb ejani pas meje q\u00eb Allahu t&#8217;ju doj\u00eb&#8230;&#8221; (Ali Imran: 31)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe si\u00e7 transmeton Darimiu nga Jahja ib\u0451n Kethiri: &#8220;Xhibrili i zbrsite t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit me Sunnetin (hadithin) ashtu si\u00e7 i zbriste me Kur&#8217;anin.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Realiteti \u0451sht\u0451 se k\u0451ta njer\u0451z me k\u0451t\u0451 thirrje, de kinse punojn\u0451 vet\u0451m me Kur&#8217;an, d\u0451shirojn\u0451 t\u00eb realizojn\u0451 epshet dhe d\u0451shirat e tyre. n\u0451 m\u0451nyr\u0451 q\u0451 t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje sa m\u0451 leht\u0451 n\u0451 bidatet e tyre. Kjo \u0451sht\u0451 k\u0451shtu sepse Kur&#8217;ani, si\u00e7 ka th\u0451n\u0451 Aliu, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, \u0451sht\u0451 &#8220;Ham-malun lil vuxhuh&#8221;, pra i p\u0451rgjithsh\u0451m dhe p\u0451rmban n\u0451 vetvete kuptime t\u0451 shumta. Kur Aliu e d\u0451rgoi Abdullah ib\u0451n Abasin q\u0451 t\u0451 polemizoj\u00eb me havarixh\u0451t, e k\u0451shilloi q\u0451 t&#8217;u fliste me Sunnet dhe jo me Kur&#8217;an , sepse n\u0451 Sunnet gj\u0451rat jan\u0451 detajizuar, si p.sh, detajet e namazit, agj\u0451rimit, zekatit e pothuajse t\u0451 gjitha adhurimet n\u0451 Kur&#8217;an kan\u0451 ardhur vet\u0451m n\u0451 m\u0451nyr\u0451 t\u0451 p\u00ebrgjithshme, nd\u0451rsa Suneti \u0451sht\u0451 ai q\u0451 i ka detajizuar ato.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, k\u0451ta propagandues, se gjoja punojn\u0451 vet\u0451m me Kur&#8217;an, jan\u0451 vet\u0451m g\u00ebnjeshtar\u00eb dhe mashtrues t\u0451 vetvetes, si\u00e7 ka th\u0451n\u0451 Abdullah ib\u0451n Mes&#8217;udi: &#8220;Ju do t\u0451 shihni njer\u0451z q\u0451 pretendojn\u0451 se ju ftojn\u00eb t\u0451 punoni me Kur&#8217;an, por ata n\u0451 realitet Kur&#8217;anin e kan\u0451 hedhur pas shpin\u00ebs. Merruni me dituri dhe largohuni nga gj\u0451rat e shpikura dhe kini kujdes nga t\u0451 tepruarit n\u0451 t\u0451 shprehur dhe nga thellimi i tep\u00ebrt. Kapuni pas &#8220;el Atik&#8221;, t\u0451 vjetr\u00ebs, asaj q\u0451 ka kaluar&#8221; , d.m.th. kapuni pas t\u0451 par\u0451ve tuaj t\u0451 mir\u0451.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u0451 refuzuan Sunnetin me logjik\u0451n e tyre u ndan\u00eb n\u0451 dy grupe:<\/p>\n<p>a) Refuzimi i Sunnetit n\u0451 t\u0451r\u0451si duke mos pranuar asgj\u0451 nga ai, nd\u0451rsa disa p\u0451rjashtuan disa sunnete praktike, si p.sh, detajet e namazit, zekatit etj. Qelizat e para t\u0451 k\u0451saj ideje u shfaq\u0451n nga fundi i koh\u0451s s\u0451 sahab\u0451ve dhe ato mund t&#8217;i quajm\u0451 si q\u0451ndrime personale t\u0451 disa personave t\u0451 devijuar. Do t\u00eb p\u0451rmendim vet\u0451m nj\u0451 shembull sa p\u0451r ilustrim. Transmetohet nga Hasan El Basriu, se Imran ib\u0451n Husajni (shok i t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem) ishte ulur me shok\u0451t e tij. At\u0451her\u0451 nj\u0451ri nd\u0451r t\u0451 pranishmit i tha: &#8220;Mos na fol p\u00ebrve\u00e7se me Kur&#8217;an.&#8221; Imrani i tha: &#8220;Afrohu k\u0451tu.&#8221; Dhe i tha: &#8220;A e sheh ti dhe shok\u0451t e tu se n\u0451se mb\u0451shtetesh vet\u0451m n\u0451 Kur&#8217;an, a do t\u0451 kishe gjetur n\u0451 t\u0451 se namazi i drek\u0451s i ka kat\u0451r rekate, i ikindis\u0451 kat\u0451r dhe i akshamit tri regate, se duhet t\u0451 lexosh me z\u0451 n\u0451 dy rekatet e para?&#8230;&#8221; Ka edhe raste t\u0451 tjera, mir\u0451po si\u00e7 duket ishin ende t\u0451 rralla dhe nuk ishin shnd\u00ebrruar n\u0451 fenomen deri nga fundi i shekullit t\u0451 dyt\u0451 hixhri. P\u00ebr sa i p\u0451rket k\u0451saj periudhe, nuk ka njohuri t\u0451 bollshme p\u00ebrve\u00e7 asaj q\u0451 ka p\u00ebrmendur imam Shafiu n\u0451 librin e tij &#8220;El-Um&#8221;, duke e em\u0451rtuar nj\u0451 kapitull me titullin &#8220;Kapitulli mbi ata q\u0451 e refuzuan Sunnetin n\u0451 t\u0451r\u0451si&#8221;. Ai m\u00eb pas vazhdoi t&#8217;u kund\u0451rp\u0451rgjigjet atyre.<\/p>\n<p>Rafidit\u0451 konsiderohen prej atyre q\u0451 e kan\u0451 refuzuar Sunnetin n\u0451 t\u0451r\u0451si sepse nga bindjet e tyre \u0451sht\u0451 gjykimi p\u0451r sahab\u0451t se jan\u0451 t\u0451 dal\u00eb nga feja. Kjo do t\u0451 thot\u0451 se \u00e7do gj\u0451 q\u0451 ka ardhur prej ntyre, p\u00ebr ta \u0451sht\u0451 e refuzuar. Dihet se rafidit\u0451t i akuzojn\u0451 sahab\u0451t edhe si g\u00ebnjeshtar\u00eb e mashtrues n\u0451 kumtimin e shpalljes dhe se gjoja kan\u0451 fshehur nj\u0451 pjes\u0451 t\u0451 Kur&#8217;anit. Nd\u0451rsa ajo q\u0451 quhet Sunnet tek ta \u0451sht\u0451 nj\u0451 fe e re, t\u0451 cil\u0451n e ka shpikur \u00e7ifuti Abdullah bin Sebe&#8217;e, duke e p\u0451rzier me jehudiz\u0451m dhe Islam, q\u0451 m\u0451 von\u00eb t&#8217;i vendosin disa zinxhir\u00eb transmetimesh se gjoja jan\u0451 nga transmetimet e &#8220;Alu bejtit&#8221;, familjes s\u0451 t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem. Mir\u0451po familja e t\u0451 D\u0451rguarit \u00ebsht\u00eb e past\u0451r nga ajo q\u00eb kan\u0451 shpikur ata, ashtu si\u00e7 \u0451sht\u0451 i past\u0451r ujku nga gjaku i Jusufit alejhi selam. Kjo ishte nj\u0451 pasqyr\u0451 e atyre q\u0451 e refuzuan Sunnetin n\u0451 koh\u0451t e kaluara, nd\u0451rsa n\u0451 koh\u0451n e tanishme, si\u00e7 duket, kolonizimi per\u00ebndimor ende nuk e ka realizuar dominimin ndaj bot\u0451s muslimane dhe p\u0451rmes orientalist\u0451ve po mundohet t\u00eb ngjall\u0451 idet\u00eb dhe grupimet devijuese n\u0451 mesin e musliman\u0451ve. K\u00ebto ide dhe grupime kan\u0451 marr\u00eb fund e jan\u00eb harruar prej koh\u00ebsh. Ato i kishin shpikur paraardh\u00ebsit e tyre \u00e7ifut\u00eb, t\u00eb krishter\u0451 dhe zjarrputist\u0451. Nga gj\u0451rat q\u0451 u munduan t&#8217;i ngjallin ishte edhe kjo p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn po flasim, d.m.th. refuzimi i Sunnetit dhe t\u0451 mjaftuarit vet\u0451m me Kur&#8217;an. N\u00eb fakt ata synojn\u0451 refuzimin e fes\u0451 n\u0451 t\u0451r\u0451si. N\u0451 Indi u shfaq nj\u0451 shkoll\u0451 q\u0451 refuzoi Sunnetin n\u0451 t\u0451r\u0451si dhe n\u0451 krye t\u0451 saj ishin Sejid Ahmed Han, Abdullah Xhekr Elvij, Ahmedudin El Amertserij dhe t\u0451 tjer\u0451. M\u0451 pas erdhi Gulam Ahmed Bervijz duke formuar k\u0451shtu nj\u0451 shoqat\u0451 me emrin &#8220;Ehlul Kur&#8217;ani &#8211; Pasuesit e Kur&#8217;anit&#8221;, duke botuar edhe nj\u00eb revist\u0451 mujore dhe nj\u0451 num\u0451r t\u0451 madh librash n\u0451 k\u0451t\u0451 kontekst.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u0451rsa n\u0451 tokat arabe thirrjen p\u0451r refuzimin e Sunnetit e kan\u0451 mbartur mbi supet e veta dy grupe.<\/p>\n<p>Grupi i par\u0451:<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u0451 pretendojn\u0451 se jan\u0451 pasuesit e shkoll\u0451s &#8220;El Islahije&#8221;, e cila u formua n\u0451 Egjipt n\u0451 duart r Muhamed Abduhus\u00eb dhe hoxh\u0451s s\u0451 tij, i quajtur si el Afganij. Idet\u0451 e k\u0451saj shkolle p\u0451rhapeshin p\u0451rmes dy m\u0451nyrave:<\/p>\n<p>a) P\u0451rmes revist\u0451s &#8220;El Menar&#8221;, kryeredaktor i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ishte Muhamed Rashid Rida . Ata u kthyen n\u0451 vendet muslimane si t\u0451 d\u0451rguar t\u0451 armiqve t\u0451 Allahut me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb mbjellin dyshime dhe ide shkat\u00ebrruese n\u0451 mesin e musliman\u0451ve. N\u0451 krye t\u0451 k\u0451tyre veprimtar\u0451ve ishin Taha Husejn, Ahmed Emin dhe shum\u0451 t\u0451 tjer\u0451.<\/p>\n<p>b) Refuzimi i Sunnetit pjes\u00ebrisht, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb refuzimi i haditheve ahad<\/p>\n<p>Hadithi ahad u refuzua nga disa grupime t\u00eb devijuara si:<\/p>\n<p>1. Mu&#8217;tezilit\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e refuzuan hadithin ahad n\u0451 ahkame (legjislacion) dhe akide (besim).<\/p>\n<p>2. N\u0451 k\u0451t\u0451 m\u0451nyr\u0451 ata devijuan. Gjithashtu, ky hadith argumenton se hadithi nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t&#8217;i ekspozohet Kur&#8217;anit sepse hadithi, n\u0451se v\u0451rtetohet nga i D\u0451rguari sa-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem, \u0451sht\u0451 argument n\u0451 vete. Nd\u0451rsa hadithin q\u0451 e transmetojn\u0451 disa njer\u00ebz, ku thuhet: &#8220;N\u0451se ju vjen nj\u0451 hadith, paraqiteni tek Kur&#8217;ani.
