Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cDhe adhuroje Zotin t\u00ebnd derisa t\u00eb t\u00eb vij\u00eb vdekja.\u201d (El-Hixhr: 99)<\/p>\n<p>Pra, pun\u00ebn e besimtarit e nd\u00ebrpret vet\u00ebm vdekja; agj\u00ebrimi i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit, agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebve t\u00eb bardha, sunetet e rregullta, leximi i Kuranit, namazi i nat\u00ebs, namazi i vitrit etj., jan\u00eb adhurime t\u00eb vazhdueshme. Fitimtar\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb Ramazanin e llogarisin periudh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019ua b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb dashur adhurimin dhe p\u00ebr ta kalitur shpirtin n\u00eb adhurim, e jo ve\u00e7 periudh\u00eb e caktuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar shp\u00ebrblime.<\/p>\n<p>PRANIMI DHE REFUZIMI<\/p>\n<p>Treguesi q\u00eb tregon p\u00ebr pranimin e nj\u00eb adhurimi \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdohet pas tij me adhurim. Sa i sh\u00ebmtuar \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00e7mimi q\u00eb vjen prej m\u00ebkatit, pasi kishe krenarin\u00eb e veprave t\u00eb mira.<\/p>\n<p>O Allah, lart\u00ebsona me adhurime dhe mos na posht\u00ebro shkaku i gjynahut!<\/p>\n<p>ZEMRAT E TYRE I KAN\u00cb PLOT FRIK\u00cb<\/p>\n<p>Abdulaziz ibn Ebi Revad, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thoshte: \u201cE arrita koh\u00ebn e tyre (t\u00eb gjeneratave t\u00eb para t\u00eb drejta) kur p\u00ebrpiqeshin n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb mira e pasi i vepronin, brengoseshin se a do t\u00eb pranohen veprat e tyre apo jo?\u201d[1]<\/p>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb ka frik\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn e tij se a do t\u00eb pranohet, p\u00ebrpiqet n\u00eb adhurim dhe nxiton n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb mira. K\u00ebshtu e komentoi Pejgamberi \ufdfa ajetin: \u201cDhe q\u00eb, kur japin at\u00eb q\u00eb japin, zemrat e tyre i kan\u00eb plot frik\u00eb\u2026\u201d (El-Muminun: 60): se ata jan\u00eb q\u00eb agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb, falen dhe japin l\u00ebmosh\u00eb, megjithat\u00eb kan\u00eb plot frik\u00eb se veprat nuk do t\u2019u pranohen.[2]<\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cAta nxitojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb vepra t\u00eb mira dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebto pun\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebt\u201d (El-Muminun: 61)<\/p>\n<p>MOS U B\u00cbJ SI FILANI<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi \ufdfa i tha Abdullah ibn Amrit k: \u201cMos u b\u00ebj si filani i cili ngrihej p\u00ebr namaz nate, e m\u00eb pas e braktisi at\u00eb.\u201d[3]<\/p>\n<p>Mos u b\u00ebj si filani i cili e falte vitrin vazhdimisht, e pastaj e la anash. Mos u b\u00ebj si filani i cili e lexonte Kuranin n\u00eb Ramazan, por pas Ramazanit e braktisi. Mos u b\u00ebj si filani i cili falej n\u00eb rreshtin e par\u00eb, pastaj vinte i fundit n\u00eb xhami. Dhe mos u b\u00ebj si ai i cili e ushqente t\u00eb varfrin dhe e ndihmonte nevojtarin, pastaj i la ato.<\/p>\n<p>AGJ\u00cbRIMI I GJASHT\u00cb DIT\u00cbVE T\u00cb SHEVALIT<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKush e agj\u00ebron muajin e Ramazanit dhe at\u00eb e pason me gjasht\u00eb dit\u00eb nga Shevali, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj sikur t\u00eb ket\u00eb agj\u00ebruar t\u00ebr\u00eb vitin.\u201d[4]<\/p>\n<p>Kush e agj\u00ebron muajin e Ramazanit, \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur t\u00eb ket\u00eb agj\u00ebruar dhjet\u00eb muaj dhe agj\u00ebrimi i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit pas Fit\u00ebr Bajramit \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur t\u00eb ket\u00eb agj\u00ebruar dy muaj. K\u00ebshtu plot\u00ebsohet nj\u00eb vit:<\/p>\n<p>Lejohet agj\u00ebrimi i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit pa shk\u00ebputje apo ve\u00e7 e ve\u00e7 brenda muajit Sheval.<\/p>\n<p>Gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebt mund t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen kurdo brenda muajit Sheval, prej dy Sheval (dita e dyt\u00eb e Bajramit) e deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb muajit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka problem n\u00ebse dit\u00ebt e Shevalit agj\u00ebrohen dit\u00ebn e shtun\u00eb dhe t\u00eb diel.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb kompensohen dit\u00ebt e mbetura t\u00eb Ramazanit para se t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebt e Shevalit (apo \u00e7do agj\u00ebrimi vullnetar tjet\u00ebr), \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb par\u00ebsore, sepse m\u00eb shpejt e largon p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Praktikimi i agj\u00ebrimit vullnetar pas Ramazanit ka shum\u00eb dobi, nd\u00ebr to:<\/p>\n<p>Plot\u00ebsimi i shp\u00ebrblimit t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi i Shevalit dhe i Shabanit jan\u00eb si sunetet e rregullta para dhe pas namazit farz.<\/p>\n<p>Kompensohet mang\u00ebsia q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb agj\u00ebrimin farz t\u00eb Ramazanit. Gati e pamundshme \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb mang\u00ebsi n\u00eb agj\u00ebrim.<\/p>\n<p>Praktikimi i agj\u00ebrimit vullnetar pas Ramazanit \u00ebsht\u00eb shenj\u00eb e pranimit t\u00eb tij, inshallah (n\u00eb dasht\u00eb Zoti).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj i fal\u00ebnderimit t\u00eb Allahut p\u00ebr mir\u00ebsin\u00eb e agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb Ramazanit.[5]<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; M\u00eb e mira p\u00ebr gruan \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb nxitoj\u00eb me agj\u00ebrimin e Shevalit para se t\u2019i vijn\u00eb menstruacionet. E, n\u00ebse p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb arsye nuk mundet t\u2019i agj\u00ebroj\u00eb brenda muajit Sheval, i lejohet t\u2019i agj\u00ebroj\u00eb dit\u00ebt e Shevalit n\u00eb muajin Dhulkade i cili vjen pas muajit Sheval.[6]<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Disa dijetar\u00eb than\u00eb: \u201cNuk e ka shp\u00ebrblimin e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit n\u00eb muajin Dhulkade sikur agj\u00ebrimi i tyre n\u00eb Sheval[7], megjithat\u00eb shpresohet p\u00ebr at\u00eb grua q\u00eb ka pasur arsye, t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb hadithin: \u201cKur robi s\u00ebmuret apo \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebtar, atij i shkruhen shp\u00ebrblimet, sikurse t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb vendas dhe i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb\u201d[8]<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Kompensimi i dit\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetura t\u00eb Ramazanit p\u00ebr gruan \u00ebsht\u00eb borxh ndaj Allahut q\u00eb bie mbi supet e saj, andaj:<\/p>\n<p>I jepet p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetura para dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit, sepse k\u00ebshtu e kryen m\u00eb shpejt borxhin dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e sigurt. Farzi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i dashur tek Allahu.<\/p>\n<p>Nxitimi n\u00eb kompensimin e dit\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetura \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr shpirtin; ai \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuar me agj\u00ebrim dhe n\u00eb ato dit\u00eb ka ambient agj\u00ebrimi, shkaku i atyre q\u00eb i agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebt e Shevalit.<\/p>\n<p>Gruaja e cila ka dit\u00eb t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara prej Ramazanit t\u00eb m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, i jep p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb atyre dit\u00ebve para agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara nga Ramazani i fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Lejohet agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebve t\u00eb bardha dhe i dit\u00ebs s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb enjte, n\u00ebse e ka pasur zakon, me nj\u00eb nijet t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebt e Shevalit dhe k\u00ebshtu shpresohet t\u2019i arrij\u00eb t\u00eb dyja shp\u00ebrblimet. Atij q\u00eb i kan\u00eb mbetur dit\u00eb nga Ramazani t\u00eb paagj\u00ebruara dhe d\u00ebshiron t\u2019i agj\u00ebroj\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb enjte apo n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e bardha, lejohet t\u2019i agj\u00ebroj\u00eb, por me nijet p\u00ebr agj\u00ebrimin farz. N\u00ebse e ka pasur zakon t\u2019i agj\u00ebroj\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb me vler\u00eb, shpresohet ta marr\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin e agj\u00ebrimit farz dhe shp\u00ebrblimin e agj\u00ebrimit vullnetar. Mir\u00ebsia e Allahut \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjer\u00eb.[9]<\/p>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit \u00ebsht\u00eb nga agj\u00ebrimi vullnetar i p\u00ebrcaktuar, andaj ai q\u00eb do t\u00eb arrij\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin e saj, duhet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb nijetin nat\u00ebn. N\u00ebse e b\u00ebn nijetin gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs, agj\u00ebrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull, por si agj\u00ebrim vullnetar i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm dhe jo agj\u00ebrim i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit, n\u00ebse paraprakisht nuk ka vepruar di\u00e7ka nga gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb e prishin agj\u00ebrimin. Dijetari Ib\u00ebn Baz, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cNuk ligj\u00ebrohet kompensimi i tyre pasi t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb Shevali, sepse agj\u00ebrimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet dhe koha e tyre ka ikur, pavar\u00ebsisht a i ka l\u00ebn\u00eb me arsye apo pa arsye.\u201d Njashtu tha p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb i agj\u00ebron kat\u00ebr dit\u00eb nga dit\u00ebt e Shevalit dhe nuk i plot\u00ebson t\u00eb gjashtat me arsye: \u201cAgj\u00ebrimi i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit \u00ebsht\u00eb adhurim i preferuar dhe jo i detyruar dhe ti e merr shp\u00ebrblimin p\u00ebr ato dit\u00eb q\u00eb i agj\u00ebron n\u00eb t\u00eb dhe shpresohet ta marr\u00ebsh shp\u00ebrblimin e plot\u00eb n\u00ebse ka pasur penges\u00eb dhe arsye q\u00eb t\u00eb kan\u00eb penguar ta plot\u00ebsosh deri n\u00eb fund, bazuar n\u00eb hadithin e Profetit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, i cili tha: \u201cKur robi s\u00ebmuret apo \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebtar, atij i shkruhen shp\u00ebrblimet, sikurse t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb vendas dhe i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb\u201d (Buhariu).
