Prandaj udh\u00ebtoni n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb dhe shihni si ishte fundi i atyre q\u00eb i p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtruan profet\u00ebt. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb lajme t\u00eb qarta dhe udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyese p\u00ebr t\u00eb devotshmit.\u201d (Ali Imran, 137-138)<\/p>\n<p>Allahu krijoi \u00e7do krijes\u00eb dhe finalizoi \u00e7do \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Caktoi ligje p\u00ebr kozmosin, p\u00ebr individin dhe njer\u00ebzimin, p\u00ebr popujt dhe kombet, t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr \u00e7do koh\u00eb dhe vend. Ato ishin funksionale n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen, p\u00ebr \u00e7do rob t\u00eb Tijin, p\u00ebr evliat\u00eb dhe armiqt\u00eb e Tij, p\u00ebr tok\u00ebn dhe qiejt e Tij.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto ligje jan\u00eb q\u00eb e drejtojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzimin dhe jet\u00ebn n\u00eb Tok\u00eb. Ato asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ndryshojn\u00eb, por mbeten konsekuente p\u00ebr \u00e7do koh\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7do vend: \u201cPrandaj udh\u00ebtoni n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb dhe shihni si ishte fundi i atyre q\u00eb i p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtruan profet\u00ebt&#8230;\u201d (Ali Imran, 137)<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebnimin q\u00eb e p\u00ebrjetuan dje kund\u00ebrshtuesit e pejgamber\u00ebve, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin do ta p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb sot dhe nes\u00ebr: \u201cK\u00ebto jan\u00eb lajme t\u00eb qarta dhe udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyese p\u00ebr t\u00eb devotshmit.\u201d (Ali Imran, 138)<\/p>\n<p><em>Me ligjet e pandryshueshme t\u00eb Allahut<\/em> n\u00ebnkuptohen m\u00ebnyrat se si Allahu i rregullon \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e kozmosit, e orienton sistemin e jet\u00ebs dhe e realizon kaderin (caktimin e Allahut) te rob\u00ebrit e Tij, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me urt\u00ebsin\u00eb e Tij.<\/p>\n<p>Njohja e ligjeve t\u00eb pandryshueshme t\u00eb Allahut llogaritet nga shkencat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme. Kurani n\u00eb shum\u00eb ajete na shtyn t\u2019i njohim ato ligje, me njohjen e gjendjes s\u00eb popujve t\u00eb m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm. Kemi urdh\u00ebr hyjnor q\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojm\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb e t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb realitetin e atyre popujve.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ligjet e pandryshueshme t\u00eb Allahut jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta e t\u00eb llojllojta, prej t\u00eb cilave ve\u00e7ojm\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; Ligjin e nd\u00ebrrimit: <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cAto dit\u00eb (fitoreje dhe humbjeje) Ne i nd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb midis njer\u00ebzve, q\u00eb Allahu t\u2019i dalloj\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb disa nga ju d\u00ebshmor\u00eb. Allahu nuk i do keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsit.\u201d (Ali Imran, 140)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e konfliktit mes s\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe s\u00eb keqes:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cSikur Allahu t\u00eb mos i ndihmonte njer\u00ebzit e mir\u00eb kund\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebqijve, bota do t\u00eb ishte shkat\u00ebrruar. Por Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb Bujar me krijesat e Veta.\u201d (El Bekare, 251)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e ndryshimit:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Allahu nuk e ndryshon gjendjen e nj\u00eb populli, derisa ata t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete. Kur Ai d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb nj\u00eb popull, askush nuk mund ta pengoj\u00eb At\u00eb; dhe ata, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Tij, s\u2019kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs.\u201d (Er Rad, 11)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cKjo ndodh se Allahu nuk ia ndryshon kurr\u00eb nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsi q\u00eb ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb populli, derisa ata t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb veten e tyre. V\u00ebrtet, Allahu d\u00ebgjon dhe di gjith\u00e7ka.\u201d (El Enfal, 53)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e ruajtjes:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cRuaje Allahun, q\u00eb Ai t\u00eb t\u00eb ruaj\u00eb ty.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e p\u00ebrkrahjes:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201c&#8230; n\u00ebse e ndihmoni Allahun, edhe Ai do t\u2019ju ndihmoj\u00eb&#8230;\u201d (Muhamed, 7)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb detyra Jon\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i ndihmojm\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt.\u201d (Er Rum, 47)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e sprov\u00ebs, d\u00eblirjes dhe specifikimit:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201c V\u00ebrtet mendojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit se do t\u00eb lihen t\u00eb thon\u00eb \u201cNe besojm\u00eb\u201d, pa u v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb prov\u00eb?! Ne i kemi sprovuar ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb para tyre, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb Allahu t\u00eb dalloj\u00eb ata q\u00eb thon\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe ata q\u00eb g\u00ebnjejn\u00eb.\u201d (El Ankebut, 2-3)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cNe do t\u2019ju v\u00ebm\u00eb n\u00eb prov\u00eb ju, derisa t\u2019i njohim ata midis jush, q\u00eb luftojn\u00eb (n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb) dhe durojn\u00eb, e derisa t\u00eb provojm\u00eb ato q\u00eb thuhen p\u00ebr veprat tuaja.\u201d (Muhamed, 31)<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu nuk i l\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt n\u00eb gjendjen q\u00eb ndodheni ju, por do ta ndaj\u00eb t\u00eb keqin prej t\u00eb mirit&#8230;\u201d (Ali Imran, 179)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e joshjes<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup><strong>[3]<\/strong><\/sup><\/a> dhe shtyrjes graduale:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cNd\u00ebrsa ata q\u00eb i mohojn\u00eb shpalljet Tona, dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb Ne do t\u2019i shpiem drejt shkat\u00ebrrimit, pa e kuptuar e do t\u2019u japim afat. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, plani Yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i fort\u00eb.\u201d (El Earaf, 182-183)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cLe t\u00eb mos mendojn\u00eb kurrsesi jobesimtar\u00ebt se p\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb ua zgjasim jet\u00ebn. Ne ua zgjasim jet\u00ebn vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019i shtuar gjynahet; p\u00ebr ta ka nd\u00ebshkim posht\u00ebrues.\u201d (Ali Imran, 178)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb zullumqar\u00ebve dhe keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsve:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cAto qytete<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a> Ne i shkat\u00ebrruam kur banor\u00ebt e tyre b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija dhe, p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrimin e tyre, Ne kishim caktuar nj\u00eb afat.\u201d (El Kehf, 59)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cNe kurr\u00eb nuk i kemi shkat\u00ebrruar vendbanimet (pa shkak), por vet\u00ebm kur banor\u00ebt e tyre kan\u00eb qen\u00eb keqb\u00ebr\u00ebs.\u201d (El Kasas, 59)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00ebs:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cMbeturinat hidhen, nd\u00ebrsa ajo q\u00eb u sh\u00ebrben njer\u00ebzve mbetet n\u00eb tok\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, Allahu i shpjegon shembujt.\u201d (Er Rad, 17)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimit:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cE, n\u00ebse ju ia ktheni shpin\u00ebn dhe i largoheni Atij, Ai do t\u2019ju z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb me nj\u00eb popull tjet\u00ebr, i cili nuk do ta ndjek\u00eb shembullin tuaj.\u201d (Muhamed, 38)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e\u00a0 Allahut n\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim sipas sojit t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201c&#8230; si shp\u00ebrblim p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs (t\u00eb veprave t\u00eb tyre).\u201d (En Nebe, 26)<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu thot\u00eb: \u201c&#8230; dhe do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrbleheni vet\u00ebm sipas asaj q\u00eb keni b\u00ebr\u00eb!\u201d (Es Safat, 39)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cO njer\u00ebz! V\u00ebrtet, padrejt\u00ebsia q\u00eb b\u00ebni p\u00ebr t\u2019u k\u00ebnaqur n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj bote, vet\u00ebm ju d\u00ebmton&#8230;\u201d (Junus, 23)<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu thot\u00eb: \u201cAta q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb vepra t\u00eb mira, do t\u00eb ken\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim t\u00eb mir\u00eb, madje edhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr!\u201d (Junus, 26)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Ligjin e<\/em> <em>p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cRuajuni ngat\u00ebrresave, t\u00eb cilat nuk i godasin vet\u00ebm ata q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb keq; dhe ta dini se Allahu d\u00ebnon ashp\u00ebr!\u201d (El Enfal, 25)<\/p>\n<p>Ka edhe shum\u00eb ligje t\u00eb tjera, si: ligjet e Allahut q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me sebepet dhe ata q\u00eb i shkaktojn\u00eb sebepet, ligjet e Allahut n\u00eb udh\u00ebzimin dhe devijimin e krijesave etj.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>K\u00ebto ligje hyjnore i karakterizon:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Drejt\u00ebsia:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cT\u00eb p\u00ebrkryera jan\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e Zotit t\u00ebnd n\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsi dhe drejt\u00ebsi; fjal\u00ebt e Tij askush nuk mund t\u2019i ndryshoj\u00eb. Ai d\u00ebgjon \u00e7do gj\u00eb dhe di \u00e7do gj\u00eb.\u201d (El Enam, 115)<\/p>\n<p>Ligjet e Allahut i karakterizon urt\u00ebsia dhe drejt\u00ebsia, e secilit ia japin at\u00eb q\u00eb e meriton.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><em>Fuqia ekzekutuese dhe realizimi:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cK\u00ebshtu ka qen\u00eb ligji i Allahut edhe p\u00ebr ata (profet\u00eb) q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, &#8211; urdhri i Allahut \u00ebsht\u00eb vendim i detyruar t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb.\u201d (El Ahzab, 38)<\/p>\n<p>Ligji i Allahut ka fuqin\u00eb ekzekutuese dhe atij nuk i del p\u00ebrpara asgj\u00eb dhe askush. Caktimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb me urt\u00ebsi, me dije dhe me baraspesh\u00eb; i parashikuar p\u00ebr objektivat q\u00eb Allahu i do prej k\u00ebtij urdhri, duke iu p\u00ebrshtatur nevoj\u00ebs, fuqis\u00eb, koh\u00ebs dhe vendit.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pra, ligjet e Allahut jan\u00eb t\u00eb pandryshueshme dhe konsekuente, si\u00e7 ka th\u00ebn\u00eb dijetari Ibn Tejmije (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!): \u201cUjdisja mes dy t\u00eb ngjashmeve dhe ndarja mes dy t\u00eb kund\u00ebrtave \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj hyjnor q\u00eb Allahu realisht nuk e thyen asnj\u00ebher\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><em>Nuk ndryshojn\u00eb:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cTi kurrsesi nuk do t\u00eb gjesh ndryshim n\u00eb ligjet e Allahut.\u201d (El Ahzab, 62) Pra, ato nuk ndryshohen.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><em>Nuk shnd\u00ebrrohen:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cV\u00ebrtet, Ti nuk mund t\u00eb gjesh shnd\u00ebrrim n\u00eb ligjet e Allahut.\u201d (Fatir, 43) Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, nuk shnd\u00ebrrohen dhe nuk transferohen diku tjet\u00ebr duke goditur dik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb s\u2019e meriton.<\/p>\n<p>Fjal\u00ebt: \u201cet tebdil (ndryshim)\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a> dhe \u201cet tehvil (shnd\u00ebrrim, transferim)\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a> jan\u00eb fjal\u00eb arabe q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb dy ajetet e sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendura dhe t\u00eb dyja n\u00ebnkuptojn\u00eb ndryshim, por te fjala \u201cet tebdil (ndryshim)\u201d n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast q\u00ebllimi \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshimi i thelbit t\u00eb d\u00ebnimit, bie fjala, t\u00eb ndryshohet d\u00ebnimi i keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsve duke i futur ata n\u00eb Xhenet dhe t\u00eb ndryshohet shp\u00ebrblimi i besimtar\u00ebve bamir\u00ebs prej Xhenetit duke i futur n\u00eb Xhehenem. Kjo nuk do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, sepse bie n\u00eb kontradikt\u00eb me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe urt\u00ebsin\u00eb e Allahut.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, fjala \u201cet tehvil (shnd\u00ebrrim)\u201d ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim shnd\u00ebrrimin e ligjit, gj\u00eb q\u00eb realisht nuk ndodh askurr\u00eb. P\u00ebr shembull, Allahu ka paracaktuar q\u00eb nj\u00eb lloj i d\u00ebnimit t\u00eb godas\u00eb ndonj\u00eb qytet ose popull t\u00eb caktuar, e d\u00ebnimi zbret sipas koh\u00ebs q\u00eb e ka caktuar Allahu, por n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet ose popull tjet\u00ebr, e jo aty ku ka qen\u00eb i caktuar. Kjo nuk ndodh asnj\u00ebher\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><em>Gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, konstante dhe t\u00eb pandryshueshme:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ligjet e Allahut i p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dhe nuk ve\u00e7ohet askush e as favorizohet e dallohet ndokush. Nuk p\u00ebrkufizohet me nj\u00eb individ pa e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb tjetrin ose me nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri pa e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn. Jan\u00eb ligje gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebr krejt njer\u00ebzimin, p\u00ebr krejt popujt dhe p\u00ebr krejt krijesat. N\u00ebse p\u00ebrmbushen shkaqet, medoemos vijn\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimet.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cThuaju atyre q\u00eb nuk besojn\u00eb: n\u00ebse largohen (nga mosbesimi), do t\u2019u falet e kaluara e, n\u00ebse kthehen (n\u00eb mosbesim), at\u00ebher\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i popujve t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim p\u00ebr ta.\u201d (El Enfal, 38)<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu thot\u00eb: \u201c(Shp\u00ebtimi n\u00eb jet\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr) nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb as sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs suaj (o mysliman\u00eb), as sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb ithtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Librit. Por kushdo q\u00eb b\u00ebn nj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, do t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkohet p\u00ebr at\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u00eb gjej\u00eb as mbrojt\u00ebs, as mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Allahut.\u201d (En Nisa, 123)<\/p>\n<p>Sikur ligjet e Allahut t\u00eb mos ishin gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, konstante dhe t\u00eb pandryshueshme, at\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019do t\u00eb kishte kuptim p\u00ebrmendja e rr\u00ebfimeve p\u00ebr popujt e m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm dhe marrja e m\u00ebsimit nga p\u00ebrfundimet e tyre. Ajo q\u00eb u ndodhi t\u00eb m\u00ebparshm\u00ebve, patjet\u00ebr do t\u2019u ndodh\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve pas tyre, n\u00ebse i b\u00ebjn\u00eb veprat e nj\u00ebjta, e mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb u b\u00eb e rekomandueshme p\u00ebrmendja e rr\u00ebfimeve t\u00eb tyre, marrja m\u00ebsim nga jet\u00ebshkrimi dhe fundi i tyre.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><em>Paanshm\u00ebria:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kush i pranon dhe punon me k\u00ebto ligje, do ta gjej\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin dhe frytin q\u00eb ia ka premtuar Allahu, atij q\u00eb i pranon dhe punon me to. Nd\u00ebrkaq, kush nuk i pranon dhe nuk punon me k\u00ebto ligje, nuk do ta gjej\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimin dhe frytin q\u00eb ia ka premtuar Allahu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Njohja dhe kuptimi i ligjeve hyjnore sjell k\u00ebto dobi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Njohja e ligjeve t\u00eb Allahut q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me kozmosin ose shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb kuptimin e realitetit. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Njohja dhe dijenia rreth ligjeve t\u00eb pandryshueshme t\u00eb Allahut ndihmon n\u00eb komentimin e ndodhive, krizave dhe fatkeq\u00ebsive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, nga fakti se ato ndodhin n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebto ligje q\u00eb nuk ndryshohen dhe nuk shnd\u00ebrrohen.<\/p>\n<p>Historin\u00eb e kuptojm\u00eb dhe ndodhit\u00eb i analizojm\u00eb vet\u00ebm me njohjen e ligjeve hyjnore. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tyre historin\u00eb e kuptojm\u00eb dhe ndodhit\u00eb i komentojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb, e kjo na ndihmon n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e s\u00eb tashmes dhe n\u00eb parashikimin e s\u00eb ardhmes son\u00eb, me lejen e Allahut. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cThuaj: \u201cUdh\u00ebtoni n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb e shihni \u00e7far\u00eb d\u00ebnimi kan\u00eb marr\u00eb ata q\u00eb p\u00ebrg\u00ebnjeshtronin (t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarit).\u201d (El Enam, 11)<\/p>\n<p>Historia p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet dhe ndodhit\u00eb e saj kan\u00eb ngjashm\u00ebri shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrta me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndikimit t\u00eb ligjeve konstante hyjnore q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pas atyre ndodhive dhe i l\u00ebvizin e i p\u00ebrshtatin ato ndodhi. Arab\u00ebt k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet e shprehnin me fjal\u00ebt: \u201cSa e ngjashme \u00ebsht\u00eb nata e sotme me t\u00eb djeshmen!\u201d, e per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt e shprehin me fjal\u00ebt: \u201cHistoria e p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit veten!\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa Kurani e qart\u00ebsoi n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt: \u201cAto dit\u00eb (fitoreje dhe humbjeje) Ne i nd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb midis njer\u00ebzve&#8230;\u201d (Ali Imran, 140)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><em>Njohja e ligjeve ia mund\u00ebson njeriut t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb faktin q\u00eb Allahu nganj\u00ebher\u00eb e vonon d\u00ebnimin, por asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e harron at\u00eb. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cMos mendo kurrsesi q\u00eb Allahu nuk e v\u00ebren at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsit! Ai vet\u00ebm ua shtyn (d\u00ebnimin) deri n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn, kur syt\u00eb e tyre do t\u00eb zgurdullohen (nga tmerret q\u00eb do t\u00eb shohin), dhe, duke vrapuar me kok\u00ebn lart, nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u2019i l\u00ebvizin syt\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa zemrat e tyre do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebta (nga tmerri).\u201d (Ibrahim, 42-43)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cAllahu (ka raste kur) e vonon d\u00ebnimin e keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsit, por, kur ta marr\u00eb n\u00eb llogari, nuk ka shp\u00ebtim p\u00ebr t\u00eb.\u201d M\u00eb pas e lexoi ajetin: \u201cI till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i Zotit t\u00ebnd, kur nd\u00ebshkon vendbanimet q\u00eb b\u00ebnin gjynahe. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, d\u00ebnimi i Tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i dhembsh\u00ebm dhe i ashp\u00ebr.\u201d (Hud, 102)<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><em>Njohja e ligjeve i forcon zemrat e besimtar\u00ebve dhe bindjen n\u00eb premtimin e Allahut.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Shpeshher\u00eb Allahu n\u00eb Kuran i p\u00ebrmend ligjet hyjnore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb forcohen besimtar\u00ebt, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb: \u201cNe po t\u2019i tregojm\u00eb ty disa nga historit\u00eb e t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ta forcuar zemr\u00ebn. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sure t\u00eb ka ardhur ty e v\u00ebrteta. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshill\u00eb dhe kujtes\u00eb p\u00ebr besimtar\u00ebt. Dhe thuaju atyre q\u00eb nuk besojn\u00eb: \u201cJu b\u00ebni \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb mundni, edhe ne do t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb mundim, dhe pritni, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb prisni, se dhe ne do t\u00eb presim!\u201d Allahu i di t\u00eb fshehtat e qiejve e t\u00eb Tok\u00ebs dhe \u00e7do gj\u00eb kthehet tek Ai. Lutju Atij dhe mb\u00ebshtetu tek Ai! Zoti yt nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i pav\u00ebmendsh\u00ebm ndaj asaj q\u00eb b\u00ebni ju.\u201d (Hud, 120-123)<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, ligjet hyjnore, me t\u00eb gjitha llojet e saj, konsiderohen prej sebepeve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb fe dhe ballafaqimit t\u00eb s\u00eb kot\u00ebs me gjith\u00eb ithtar\u00ebt e saj. Nj\u00eblloj meditimi rreth k\u00ebtyre ligjeve dhe k\u00ebrkim-strehimi tek ato e largojn\u00eb parehatin\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore, pesimizmin dhe d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimin nga zemrat e besimtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e realiteteve q\u00eb i p\u00ebrjeton.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><em>Njohja e ligjeve e shtyn njeriun t\u2019i marr\u00eb shkaqet dhe ato t\u2019i lidh\u00eb me rezultatet, duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb Allahun. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Orbit\u00ebn e l\u00ebviz Allahu me rregulla precize dhe ligje t\u00eb sistemuara. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cNj\u00eb shenj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr ta \u00ebsht\u00eb nata, prej s\u00eb cil\u00ebs Ne e t\u00ebrheqim dit\u00ebn dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb ata mbeten n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00eb. Dielli sillet n\u00eb drejtimin e vet t\u00eb caktuar. K\u00ebshtu e ka paracaktuar i Plotfuqishmi, i Gjith\u00ebdijshmi. H\u00ebn\u00ebs i kemi caktuar faza; ajo p\u00ebrdit\u00eb hahet e b\u00ebhet si rremi i p\u00ebrkulur i hurm\u00ebs. I dha p\u00ebrkrahje t\u2019i pushtoj\u00eb tokat dhe me shum\u00eb leht\u00ebsi t\u00eb arrij\u00eb deri n\u00eb skaj t\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebs an\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Ai punonte me mjetet q\u00eb Allahu ia mund\u00ebsoi atij dhe i p\u00ebrdori ato n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb. Jo \u00e7dokush q\u00eb posedon mund\u00ebsi dhe mjete ka njohuri si t\u2019i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb ato, si dhe jo \u00e7dokujt i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u2019i posedoj\u00eb ato. Por, kur b\u00ebhen bashk\u00eb mund\u00ebsia e posedimit real t\u00eb mjeteve dhe t\u00eb punuarit me to, at\u00ebher\u00eb arrihet q\u00ebllimi me lejen e Allahut. Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e paarritshme mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb t\u00eb posedohet mjeti dhe t\u00eb punohet me t\u00eb, ose n\u00ebse mungon nj\u00ebra prej tyre, at\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019ka shans q\u00eb t\u00eb arrihet deri te q\u00ebllimi.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u00eb vazhdim shkurtimisht do t\u00eb flasim p\u00ebr disa ligje hyjnore n\u00eb jet\u00eb.
