{"id":7207,"date":"2024-08-10T09:20:50","date_gmt":"2024-08-10T09:20:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shkollaislame.com\/?p=7207"},"modified":"2024-08-10T09:20:50","modified_gmt":"2024-08-10T09:20:50","slug":"ligji-i-ndryshimit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shkollaislame.com\/?p=7207","title":{"rendered":"LIGJI I NDRYSHIMIT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prej ligjeve t\u00eb Allahut n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe popuj, si dhe n\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cligji i ndryshimit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Me ligjin e ndryshimit n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb q\u00eb Allahu e ndryshon gjendjen e shoq\u00ebrive dhe popujve nga nj\u00eb gjendje n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregullat dhe ligjet e pandryshueshme hyjnore.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimi \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm n\u00eb orbit\u00eb dhe n\u00eb krijesa. Ne, njer\u00ebzit, dhe krijesat e tjera p\u00ebrreth nesh, e perceptojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj realisht dhe askush nuk mund ta mohoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ndryshimin e v\u00ebrejm\u00eb mes fuqis\u00eb dhe dob\u00ebsis\u00eb<\/em>: \u201cAllahu \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb ju ka krijuar t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, pastaj, pas dob\u00ebsis\u00eb, ju ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm e, pas fuqis\u00eb, ju b\u00ebn t\u00eb dob\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb thinjur. Ai krijon \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb doj\u00eb; Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i Gjith\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm dhe i Fuqish\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb.\u201d (Er Rum, 54)<\/p>\n<p><em>E v\u00ebrejm\u00eb mes krenaris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrbuzjes<\/em>: \u201cThuaj (o Muhamed): \u201cO Allah, Zot\u00ebruesi i gjith\u00eb Pushtetit! Ti ia jep pushtetin kujt t\u00eb duash dhe ia heq kujt t\u00eb duash; Ti lart\u00ebson k\u00eb t\u00eb duash dhe posht\u00ebron k\u00eb t\u00eb duash. \u00c7do e mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Dor\u00ebn T\u00ebnde! Ti je v\u00ebrtet i Plotfuqish\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb.\u201d (Ali Imran, 26)<\/p>\n<p><em>E v\u00ebrejm\u00eb mes pasuris\u00eb dhe varf\u00ebris\u00eb<\/em>: \u201cVall\u00eb, a nuk din\u00eb ata se Allahu ia zgjeron furnizimin dhe ia ngushton kujt t\u00eb doj\u00eb?!\u201d (Er Rum, 37)<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu v\u00ebrejm\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb forma t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ndryshimit te gjendja e individ\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Po ashtu ndryshimin e v\u00ebrejm\u00eb nd\u00ebr shoq\u00ebri dhe popuj:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimi i gjendjes s\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive dhe popujve nga nj\u00eb gjendje n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb dukuri e v\u00ebrtetuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn d\u00ebshmon historia dhe realiteti q\u00eb e jetojm\u00eb. Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb nuk q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje, por n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi ndryshojn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb gjendje n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Sa e sa popuj ishin n\u00eb dhunti, lumturi, luks, civilizim, fitore, pushtet dhe pasuri, por m\u00eb pas ndryshoi gjendja e tyre duke u shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb popuj t\u00eb privuar, t\u00eb pafat, n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, t\u00eb prapambetur, t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, t\u00eb humbur, t\u00eb dominuar prej armikut dhe t\u00eb varf\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Sa e sa popuj ishin t\u00eb pafat, t\u00eb dob\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb mundur, por m\u00eb von\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur, t\u00eb fort\u00eb dhe me pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet kuptuar nj\u00eb fakt se ky ndryshim n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri dhe popuj nuk ndodh rast\u00ebsisht dhe kuturu, po ec\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me rregullat dhe sistemin e ligjit p\u00ebr ndryshim.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu e qart\u00ebsoi k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e Tij: \u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Allahu nuk e ndryshon gjendjen e nj\u00eb populli, derisa ata t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete&#8230;\u201d (Er Rad, 11) Pra, ky ligj \u00ebsht\u00eb i v\u00ebrtetuar dhe i pandryshuesh\u00ebm. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me themelet e saj ngrihen dhe bien popuj, lart\u00ebsohen dhe p\u00ebrbuzen kombe, zbresin mir\u00ebsi dhe fatkeq\u00ebsi. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me themelet e saj ndryshohet dinjiteti dhe p\u00ebrbuzja. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me themelet e saj ndryshohen civilizimet, ngritja dhe r\u00ebnia, fuqia dhe dob\u00ebsia, pasuria e varf\u00ebria, sh\u00ebndeti e s\u00ebmundja e tyre. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me themelet e saj jepet krenaria dhe posht\u00ebrsia. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me themelet e saj Allahu nd\u00ebshkon dhe shp\u00ebrblen.<\/p>\n<p>Ky ajet sinjalizon p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ligj t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm q\u00eb dometh\u00ebnia e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb se Allahu nuk do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb gjendjen e nj\u00eb populli derisa ata t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb n\u00eb vete. Ky ligj \u00ebsht\u00eb i vazhduesh\u00ebm, i pandryshuesh\u00ebm, i paansh\u00ebm dhe nuk shkakton padrejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Ky ligj nuk e ndryshon t\u00eb mir\u00ebn ose t\u00eb keqen, nuk ndryshon krenarin\u00eb ose p\u00ebrbuzjen, nuk ndryshon dinjitetin ose posht\u00ebrimin, ve\u00e7 at\u00ebher\u00eb kur njer\u00ebzit e ndryshojn\u00eb besimin, veprat, ndjenjat dhe realitetin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Allahu e ndryshon gjendjen e tyre sipas vij\u00ebs q\u00eb ecin shpirtrat dhe veprimet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ndodhia e ndryshimit prej Allahut bazohet n\u00eb veprimet q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit i punojn\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht a jan\u00eb ato negative apo pozitive. \u00c7do ndryshimi q\u00eb vjen prej njer\u00ebzve i kund\u00ebrvihet ndryshim prej Allahut: n\u00ebse ata punojn\u00eb mir\u00eb, ndryshimi vjen p\u00ebr mir\u00eb, e, n\u00ebse ata punojn\u00eb keq, ndryshimi vjen p\u00ebr keq.<\/p>\n<p>Ajeti p\u00ebrmend dy ndryshime: nj\u00eb ndryshim q\u00eb vjen prej Allahut dhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb vjen prej njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n<p>Fusha e ndryshimit q\u00eb vjen prej Allahut: \u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Allahu nuk e ndryshon gjendjen e nj\u00eb populli&#8230;\u201d dhe fusha e ndryshimit q\u00eb Allahu ua ngarkoi njer\u00ebzve: \u201c&#8230; derisa ata t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nder p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimin; saq\u00eb Allahu ndryshimin e paracaktuar n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e njer\u00ebzve e b\u00ebri n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb realitetit n\u00eb zemrat, q\u00ebllimet, sjelljet, veprimet dhe gjendjen e tyre, q\u00eb ata e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur p\u00ebr vetvete.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ky ligj \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit. Nuk ve\u00e7ohet asnj\u00eb prej popujve ose kombeve. Allahu t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt i trajton n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj. N\u00ebse ai popull e ndryshon gjendjen n\u00eb vetvete, Allahu do ta ndryshoj\u00eb gjendjen e atij populli.<\/p>\n<p>Fjal\u00ebt: \u201cnj\u00eb populli\u201d, n\u00eb ajet, ka ardhur e pashquar, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se p\u00ebrfshihet secili popull, pavar\u00ebsisht drejtimit t\u00eb tyre jet\u00ebsor. P\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsimi n\u00eb ajet i fjal\u00ebs <em>popull<\/em> i jep p\u00ebrmasa gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se p\u00ebrfshin \u00e7do shtres\u00eb, \u00e7do ambient, \u00e7do pozit\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore, \u00e7do fe dhe milet, \u00e7do gjendje shoq\u00ebrore, politike dhe ekonomike t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n<p>Ligji i ndryshimit \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj kolektiv dhe jo individual. Fjala <em>popull<\/em> n\u00eb ajet n\u00ebnkupton <em>kolektiv<\/em>, q\u00eb po ashtu i thuhet kombit ose shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimi, pra, \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj shoq\u00ebror e jo individual. Ndryshimi n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri b\u00ebhet n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs kolektive, ashtu si\u00e7 tha Pejgamberi m: \u201cKur njer\u00ebzit e shohin t\u00eb keqen dhe nuk e ndryshojn\u00eb, ekziston rreziku q\u00eb Allahu ta p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsoj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkimin e Tij dhe ta p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk n\u00ebnkupton q\u00eb ndryshimi arrihet ve\u00e7 n\u00ebse e gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebria ndryshon \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete, ngase nganj\u00ebher\u00eb vjen deri te ndryshimi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00ebse ndryshohen disa individ\u00eb prej shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Kurtubiu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu na lajm\u00ebroi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ajet se nuk e ndryshon gjendjen e nj\u00eb populli p\u00ebrderisa t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb ndryshimi te njer\u00ebzit; ose prej vet\u00eb atyre, ose prej udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb tyre, ose prej dikujt q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyre dhe ka qen\u00eb shkaktar p\u00ebr ardhjen e ndryshimit, si rasti n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Uhudit, kur mysliman\u00ebt s\u00eb pari e fituan betej\u00ebn, por, kur shigjetar\u00ebt nuk e respektuan urdhrin e Pejgamberit m dhe u larguan nga pozicioni i tyre, u b\u00ebn\u00eb shkaktar\u00eb q\u00eb mysliman\u00ebt ta humbnin betej\u00ebn. K\u00ebshtu, nga fitimtar\u00eb q\u00eb ishin u b\u00ebn\u00eb humb\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ajeti nuk n\u00ebnkupton se d\u00ebnimi do t\u2019i zbres\u00eb vet\u00ebm atij q\u00eb i afrohet gjynahut, por mund ta godasin fatkeq\u00ebsit\u00eb edhe shkaku i gjynaheve t\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, sikurse n\u00eb rastin kur Pejgamberi m u pyet se a do t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrohemi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, edhe pse n\u00eb mesin ton\u00eb ka njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mir\u00eb, e p\u00ebrgjigjja e tij ishte: \u201cPo, n\u00ebse shtohet e keqja.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Llojet e ndryshimeve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lloji i par\u00eb:<em> Ndryshimi prej s\u00eb mir\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb keqen ose prej s\u00eb keqes n\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cKjo ndodh se Allahu nuk ia ndryshon kurr\u00eb nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsi q\u00eb ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb populli, derisa ata t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb veten e tyre. V\u00ebrtet, Allahu d\u00ebgjon dhe di gjith\u00e7ka.\u201d (El Enfal, 53)<\/p>\n<p>Imam Taberiu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu nuk e ndryshon gjendjen e nj\u00eb populli; duke e privuar nga t\u00eb mirat dhe sh\u00ebndeti, e m\u00eb pas ta shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb, derisa ata t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete; prej padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe dhun\u00ebs ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit. K\u00ebshtu do ta meritojn\u00eb t\u2019u zbresin nd\u00ebshkimet e Allahut dhe t\u00eb ndryshohet gjendja e tyre.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Shkaktar\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij ndryshimi mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Mohimi i dhuntive t\u00eb Allahut: <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb shembull qytetin (e Mek\u00ebs), i cili ishte i sigurt dhe i qet\u00eb. Atij i arrinin ushqime t\u00eb bollshme nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt, por pastaj banor\u00ebt e tij i mohuan dhuntit\u00eb e Allahut dhe Ai i b\u00ebri t\u00eb shijojn\u00eb urin\u00eb dhe frik\u00ebn, si nd\u00ebshkim p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb.\u201d (En Nahl, 112)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cEh, sa e sa fshatra e qytete i kemi zhdukur Ne, sepse banor\u00ebt e tyre b\u00ebnin jet\u00eb t\u00eb shfrenuar! Ja tek jan\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb banuar pas tyre fare pak ose aspak. Jemi Ne trash\u00ebgimtar\u00ebt e fundit.\u201d (El Kasas, 58) Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, sa e sa banor\u00eb t\u00eb qyteteve kemi shkat\u00ebrruar?! Jetonin n\u00eb mir\u00ebsi dhe rehati, por u treguan arrogant\u00eb dhe mosmir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs p\u00ebr k\u00ebto mir\u00ebsi, rrjedhimisht Allahu i shkat\u00ebrroi.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><em>Padrejt\u00ebsia dhe tirania: <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cAto qytete<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a> Ne i shkat\u00ebrruam kur banor\u00ebt e tyre b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqija dhe, p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrimin e tyre, Ne kishim caktuar nj\u00eb afat.\u201d (El Kehf, 59)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cI till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i Zotit t\u00ebnd, kur nd\u00ebshkon vendbanimet q\u00eb b\u00ebnin gjynahe. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, d\u00ebnimi i Tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i dhembsh\u00ebm dhe i ashp\u00ebr.\u201d (Hud, 102)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cSa e sa vendbanime, banor\u00ebt e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kan\u00eb qen\u00eb zullumqar\u00eb, i kemi shkat\u00ebrruar; e pas tyre kemi ngritur popuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb!\u201d (El Enbija, 11)<\/p>\n<p>Kur ekuilibri l\u00ebkundet dhe kur vlerat humben e kur i forti e p\u00ebrdor fuqin\u00eb mbi t\u00eb dob\u00ebtin, at\u00ebher\u00eb prite shkat\u00ebrrimin prej Allahut.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><em>Rebelimi kundrejt urdhrave t\u00eb Allahut: <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cSa shum\u00eb qytete u treguan kok\u00ebforta para urdhrave t\u00eb Zotit t\u00eb vet dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarve t\u00eb Tij! Ne u k\u00ebrkuam llogari t\u00eb rrept\u00eb dhe i nd\u00ebshkuam me d\u00ebnim t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr. Ata i provuan pasojat e veprave t\u00eb veta dhe fundi i tyre qe shkat\u00ebrrim.\u201d (Et Talak, 8-9)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><em>R\u00ebnia n\u00eb gjynahe dhe m\u00ebkate:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201c\u00c7far\u00ebdo fatkeq\u00ebsie q\u00eb ju godet, \u00ebsht\u00eb si pasoj\u00eb e asaj q\u00eb keni b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00eb; por Ai fal shum\u00eb.\u201d (Esh Shura, 30)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cA nuk e shohin ata se sa brezni i kemi zhdukur para tyre?! Ata ishin njer\u00ebz q\u00eb u kishim dh\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb pushtet n\u00eb tok\u00eb sesa ju kemi dh\u00ebn\u00eb juve (mekasve)? Ne u soll\u00ebm atyre shira t\u00eb bollsh\u00ebm dhe b\u00ebm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedhin lumenj n\u00ebp\u00ebr viset e tyre; por, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjynaheve t\u00eb veta, i shfaros\u00ebm dhe, m\u00eb pas, krijuam brezni t\u00eb tjera.\u201d (El Enam, 6)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cO ju muhaxhir\u00eb (emigruesit n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb Allahut)! Jan\u00eb pes\u00eb gj\u00ebra p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat e lus Allahun t\u00eb mos sprovoheni me to e as t\u2019i arrini ato: nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur imoraliteti n\u00eb nj\u00eb popull ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb derisa kan\u00eb filluar ta shfaqin haptazi, ve\u00e7se tek ata \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur murtaja (s\u00ebmundjet ngjit\u00ebse) dhe s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb baballar\u00ebt e tyre nuk i kan\u00eb njohur m\u00eb her\u00ebt; nuk peshojn\u00eb e nuk matin drejt (pak\u00ebsojn\u00eb n\u00eb peshore), ve\u00e7se do t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkohen me varf\u00ebri, skamje dhe padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb e pushtetar\u00ebve ndaj tyre; nuk e nd\u00ebrpresin dh\u00ebnien e zekatit, ve\u00e7se do t\u2019u nd\u00ebrpritet shiu nga qielli dhe, sikur t\u00eb mos ishin kafsh\u00ebt, nuk do t\u00eb pikonte asnj\u00eb pik\u00eb; nuk e thyejn\u00eb premtimin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb Allahut dhe premtimin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut m, ve\u00e7se Allahu do t\u2019u d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb nj\u00eb armik t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, i cili do t\u2019ua marr\u00eb disa prej t\u00eb mirave q\u00eb i posedojn\u00eb, si dhe nuk gjykojn\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e tyre me Librin e Allahut dhe nuk zgjedhin gjykimet q\u00eb i ka zbritur Allahu, ve\u00e7se Allahu do t\u2019i p\u00ebr\u00e7aj\u00eb e do t\u2019ua shtoj\u00eb urrejtjen mes vete.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kalimi prej adhurimeve n\u00eb kryerjen e gjynaheve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga shkaqet e ndryshimit, andaj \u201cnuk ka banor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi ose t\u00eb nj\u00eb familjeje q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb kapur p\u00ebr adhurimin e Allahut, e m\u00eb pas e braktisin k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje dhe nis\u00ebn veprimin e gjynaheve, ve\u00e7se Allahu ua ndryshoi gjendjen prej asaj q\u00eb d\u00ebshironin n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb e urrenin.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><em>Braktisja e thirrjes n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn dhe e ndalimit t\u00eb s\u00eb keqes:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cAta benu israil\u00eb q\u00eb ishin mohues, u mallkuan me gjuh\u00ebn e Davudit dhe t\u00eb Isait, t\u00eb birit t\u00eb Merjemes, p\u00ebr shkak se kund\u00ebrshtonin, shkelnin \u00e7do kufi dhe nuk ndalonin nj\u00ebri-tjetrin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin vepra t\u00eb k\u00ebqija. Nuk i frikohem varf\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr ju, por kam frik\u00eb se dynjaja do t\u2019ju leht\u00ebsohet ashtu si ndodhi te popujt e m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm e t\u00eb rivalizoni nj\u00ebri-tjetrin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ashtu si rivalizuan nj\u00ebri-tjetrin ata para jush e t\u2019ju shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb ashtu si i shkat\u00ebrroi ata q\u00eb ishin para jush.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dh\u00ebnia dhe lakmia pas dynjas\u00eb ishin nga shkaqet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb ndryshimin e zhvillimit t\u00eb mysliman\u00ebve n\u00eb Andaluzi, i cili p\u00ebr tet\u00eb shekuj ishte n\u00ebn sundimin e mysliman\u00ebve. K\u00ebshtu, ata i goditi s\u00ebmundja e luksit, dh\u00ebnia pas dynjas\u00eb, preokupimi me qejfe e paturp\u00ebsi dhe zhytja n\u00eb epshe.<\/p>\n<p>Mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb u ndryshua gjendja e tyre nga e mira n\u00eb t\u00eb keqe, t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt ua shemb\u00ebn pushtetin, i derdh\u00ebn gjaqet e tyre dhe i d\u00ebbuan nga vendbanimet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ibn Hazmi (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cO Allah! Ty t\u00eb ankohemi p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt e mbret\u00ebrve tan\u00eb mysliman\u00eb! U preokupuan me dynjan\u00eb dhe e harruan fen\u00eb. U angazhuan me nd\u00ebrtimin e pallateve, t\u00eb cilat do t\u2019i braktisin me vdekjen e tyre, e nuk po merren me ngritjen e fes\u00eb, q\u00eb e kan\u00eb t\u00eb domosdoshme p\u00ebr ahiretin e tyre. Lakmojn\u00eb t\u00eb grumbullojn\u00eb pasuri, e kjo ndoshta do t\u2019ua marr\u00eb krejt v\u00ebmendjen, derisa do ta harrojn\u00eb edhe armikun, t\u00eb cilit do t\u2019i jepet mund\u00ebsia t\u2019i sulmoj\u00eb, e ata nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mbrohen e as ta mbrojn\u00eb fen\u00eb e tyre, e cila fe i ngriti n\u00eb dynja dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet saj shpresojn\u00eb t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb ahiretin.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb faqen tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb librit sqaron se prij\u00ebsit e qyteteve n\u00eb Andaluzi ishin t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb hiqnin dor\u00eb nga \u00e7do gj\u00eb, n\u00eb kompensim t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb pushtet. Ibn Hazmi (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cPasha Allahun! Sikur t\u2019ju thuhej q\u00eb me adhurimin e kryqit do t\u2019ju ecin pun\u00ebt mbar\u00eb, do t\u00eb nguteshin sa m\u00eb shpejt ta vepronin at\u00eb. Ne i shohim si i ftojn\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb kund\u00ebr mysliman\u00ebve dhe ua mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb te grat\u00eb e mysliman\u00ebve, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe burrat e tyre, t\u2019i marrin si rob\u00ebr p\u00ebr n\u00eb vendet e tyre. Ka shum\u00eb gjasa q\u00eb me vet\u00ebd\u00ebshir\u00eb ua dhan\u00eb qytetet dhe kalat\u00eb e m\u00eb pas ata e zhduk\u00ebn Islamin prej aty dhe i mbush\u00ebn me kisha e kryqe.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; N\u00eb Kuran dhe Sunet kemi shum\u00eb shembuj praktik\u00eb t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb mir\u00ebsin\u00eb e Allahut e ndryshuan me mohim e Allahu i nd\u00ebshkoi shkaku i mohimit t\u00eb tyre. Prej shembujve n\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim:<\/p>\n<p><em>Faraoni dhe populli i tij:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cEh, sa e sa kopshte dhe burime i lan\u00eb ata, sa ara t\u00eb mbjella dhe nd\u00ebrtesa fisnike dhe sa begati, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat k\u00ebnaqeshin! K\u00ebshtu, Ne ua lam\u00eb trash\u00ebgim ato nj\u00eb populli tjet\u00ebr.\u201d (Ed Duhan, 25-28)<\/p>\n<p><em>Mbret\u00ebria e Seb\u00ebs:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cVendbanimi i Seb\u00ebs ishte nj\u00eb shenj\u00eb e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e tij: dy kopshte n\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00eb dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb t\u00eb lumit. (Ne u tham\u00eb atyre): \u201cHani nga ato q\u00eb ju ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Zoti juaj dhe fal\u00ebnderojeni At\u00eb. I mrekulluesh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi juaj dhe Fal\u00ebs i madh \u00ebsht\u00eb Zoti juaj!\u201d Por ata nuk ua vun\u00eb veshin (fjal\u00ebve Tona), prandaj Ne l\u00ebshuam mbi ta uj\u00ebrat e dig\u00ebs dhe dy kopshtet e tyre ua z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuam me kopshte t\u00eb tjera, me fruta t\u00eb hidh\u00ebta marine dhe pak lotues. Ne i d\u00ebnuam k\u00ebshtu si pasoj\u00eb e mosbesimit dhe mosmir\u00ebnjohjes s\u00eb tyre. Vall\u00eb, a d\u00ebnojm\u00eb Ne tjet\u00ebrk\u00ebnd, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 mosmir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebsve?\u201d (Sebe, 15-17)<\/p>\n<p>Ata jetonin n\u00eb mir\u00ebqenie dhe boll\u00ebk n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e tyre. Lul\u00ebzonin bujq\u00ebsia e blegtoria, kopshtet e lulet, derisa gruaja ecte n\u00ebn pem\u00eb dhe mbi kok\u00ebn e saj binte zymbyli. Ngaq\u00eb kishte shum\u00eb fruta, nga pesha e r\u00ebnd\u00eb kur piqeshin binin p\u00ebrtok\u00eb, pa pasur nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb dikush t\u2019i vjel\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu i komentuan k\u00ebto ajete dijetari Katade (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) dhe dijetar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Toka e tyre ishte m\u00eb pjellorja dhe m\u00eb produktivja, m\u00eb frytdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja dhe me m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti kopshte n\u00eb Jemen. Banor\u00ebt e saj e p\u00ebrjetonin rehatin\u00eb dhe luksin q\u00eb nuk e kishin t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Thithnin aj\u00ebr t\u00eb past\u00ebr, qiellin mbi kokat e tyre e kishin t\u00eb \u00e7ilt\u00ebr, u rridhnin uj\u00ebra dhe lumenj, ishin t\u00eb bashkuar dhe t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllahu u d\u00ebrgoi pejgamber\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i urdh\u00ebronin t\u00eb hanin nga furnizimet e Tij, t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderonin me teuhid dhe me adhurimin e Tij. E ndoq\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb derisa deshi Allahu, e m\u00eb pas nis\u00ebn t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonin urdhrat e Allahut. K\u00ebshtu, u erdhi d\u00ebnimi i r\u00ebnd\u00eb, u p\u00ebrmbys\u00ebn me uj\u00ebra dhe u degdis\u00ebn n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shp\u00ebrtheu penda e ujit dhe v\u00ebrshoi uji n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e tyre, i prishi kopshtet dhe pem\u00ebt, u prish\u00ebn fushat dhe arat, u shkat\u00ebrruan sht\u00ebpit\u00eb dhe vendbanimet e tyre, u fundos\u00ebn njer\u00ebzit dhe kafsh\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb gjall\u00ebt prej tyre u detyruan t\u00eb iknin prej aty dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebrnguleshin n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera. U shkat\u00ebrruan shum\u00eb keq dhe i r\u00ebnd\u00eb ishte fundi i tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Uji ishte shkaku i civilizimit t\u00eb tyre, e mosmir\u00ebnjohja e tyre ndaj Allahut p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb ato mir\u00ebsi e b\u00ebri ujin shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysjes dhe shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pronar\u00ebt e kopshtit (as\u2019habul xheneh):<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cNe i kemi v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb prov\u00eb ata (banor\u00ebt e Mek\u00ebs), ashtu si\u00e7 i sprovuam t\u00eb zot\u00ebt e kopshtit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin betuar se n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes do t\u2019i vilnin frutat, e nuk pat\u00ebn th\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cN\u00eb dasht\u00eb Zoti\u201d! K\u00ebshtu, kopshtin e goditi nj\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi nga Zoti yt, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ata po flinin dhe gdhiu si i kositur. N\u00eb agim, ata thirr\u00ebn nj\u00ebri-tjetrin: \u201cNxitoni her\u00ebt n\u00eb kopshtin tuaj, n\u00ebse doni t\u2019i vilni frutat!\u201d Dhe u nis\u00ebn duke p\u00ebshp\u00ebritur: \u201cT\u00eb mos lejojm\u00eb asnj\u00eb t\u00eb vobekt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb kopshtin ton\u00eb!\u201d Ata u nis\u00ebn her\u00ebt, t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb than\u00eb. Por, kur e pan\u00eb kopshtin, ata than\u00eb: \u201cNe qenkemi v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb humbur; madje, qenkemi t\u00eb privuar (nga frutat e kopshtit).\u201d M\u00eb i arsyeshmi nd\u00ebr ta tha: \u201cA nuk ju thash\u00eb un\u00eb se duhet ta lart\u00ebsoni Allahun?!\u201d \u201cLavd\u00ebruar qoft\u00eb Zoti yn\u00eb!, &#8211; than\u00eb, &#8211; Ne paskemi qen\u00eb v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb!\u201d At\u00ebher\u00eb filluan t\u00eb qortojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. \u201cAh, t\u00eb mjer\u00ebt ne!, &#8211; than\u00eb ata, &#8211; Paskemi qen\u00eb v\u00ebrtet arrogant\u00eb! Zoti yn\u00eb mund t\u00eb na jap\u00eb nj\u00eb kopsht m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, po t\u00eb kthehemi t\u00eb penduar tek Ai!\u201d I till\u00eb ka qen\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i tyre, kurse d\u00ebnimi n\u00eb jet\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madh, ve\u00e7 sikur ta dinin!\u201d (El Kalem, 17-33)<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr nijetin e keq n\u00eb zemrat e tyre e mor\u00ebn shp\u00ebrblimin e Allahut duke ua ndryshuar realitetin e kopshtit t\u00eb tyre, prej nj\u00eb kopshti frytdh\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb kopsht t\u00eb djegur pa asnj\u00eb frut\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb, si nata e err\u00ebt, nga d\u00ebnimi i Allahut.<\/p>\n<p><em>Rasti i t\u00eb zgjebosurit dhe qelanit:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rastin e tyre na e rr\u00ebfeu Pejgamberi, alejhi selam. Ishin tre njer\u00ebz nga beni israil\u00ebt, kur dy d\u00ebshtuan dhe i treti fitoi.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cTre njer\u00ebz nga beni israil\u00ebt Allahu deshi t\u2019i sprovoj\u00eb. Nj\u00ebri prej tyre ishte i zgjebosur, i dyti qelan, kur\u00adse i treti i verb\u00ebr. Allahu u d\u00ebrgoi nj\u00eb melek, i cili s\u00eb pari i vajti t\u00eb zgjebosurit dhe i tha: \u201c\u00c7far\u00eb d\u00ebshiron m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti?\u201d Tha: \u201cM\u00eb s\u00eb shumti d\u00ebshiroj t\u00eb kem ngjy\u00adr\u00eb dhe l\u00ebkur\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e t\u00eb \u00e7lirohem nga kjo, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs m\u00eb urrejn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit.\u201d Meleku e f\u00ebrkoi me dor\u00eb dhe prej tij ran\u00eb krejt zgjebet dhe e mori ngjyr\u00ebn e mir\u00eb (t\u00eb trupit). (Pastaj meleku) Tha: \u201c\u00c7far\u00eb d\u00ebshiron m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti prej pasuris\u00eb?\u201d Tha: \u201cDevet\u00eb, &#8211; ose: lop\u00ebt (nuk i kujtohet sakt\u00eb tran\u00ads\u00admetuesit), ai i jep nj\u00eb deve barrs\u00eb dhe i thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu t\u00eb bekoft\u00eb me t\u00eb!\u201d Pastaj shkoi te qelani dhe i tha: \u201c\u00c7far\u00eb d\u00ebshiron m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti?\u201d (Qelani) Tha: \u201cFlok\u00eb t\u00eb bukur dhe t\u00eb largohet prej meje ajo prej s\u00eb cil\u00ebs njer\u00ebzit neveriten nga un\u00eb.\u201d Meleku e f\u00ebrkoi dhe ai sh\u00ebrohet e i jepen flok\u00eb t\u00eb bukur. Meleku i tha: \u201cN\u00ebse po g\u00ebnjen, Allahu t\u00eb ktheft\u00eb n\u00eb gjendjen q\u00eb ke qen\u00eb!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj meleku i vajti ish-t\u00eb verbrit, por n\u00eb form\u00ebn dhe pam\u00adjen e tij t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme, dhe i tha: \u201cUn\u00eb jam i mjer\u00eb dhe udh\u00ebtar, m\u00eb jan\u00eb k\u00ebputur penjt\u00eb n\u00eb udh\u00ebtimin tim, andaj sot askush nuk mund t\u00eb m\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Allahut e pastaj ti. T\u00eb lutem n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Atij q\u00eb t\u00eb ka kthyer t\u00eb par\u00ebt, m\u00eb jep nj\u00eb dele, q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihmohem me t\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vazhdoj rrug\u00ebn.\u201d (Ish-i verbri) Tha: \u201cV\u00ebrtet un\u00eb kam qen\u00eb i ver\u00adb\u00ebr, por Allahu m\u00eb ka kthyer t\u00eb par\u00ebt. Merr v\u00eblla \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb duash dhe l\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb duash! Pasha Allahun, asgj\u00eb sot nuk t\u00eb ndaloj t\u00eb ma\u00adrr\u00ebsh n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Allahut t\u00eb Gjith\u00ebfuqish\u00ebm e t\u00eb Madh\u00ebrish\u00ebm.\u201d Meleku i tha: \u201cMbaje krejt pasurin\u00eb, se ju vet\u00ebm keni qen\u00eb t\u00eb spro\u00advuar. Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me ty e \u00ebsht\u00eb i hidh\u00ebruar me dy shok\u00ebt e tu.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\"><sup>[18]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Beni israil\u00ebt:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kur ata dy her\u00eb shkaktuan ngat\u00ebrresa n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe shfaq\u00ebn arroganc\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb mesin e tyre nuk kishte kush t\u2019i ndalte ose t\u2019i luftonte q\u00eb t\u00eb largoheshin nga kjo rrug\u00eb, Allahu u d\u00ebrgoi armiq t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt dep\u00ebrtuan n\u00eb \u00e7do cep t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb tyre, ua shkat\u00ebrruan faltoret dhe ua dogj\u00ebn Teuratin, ua nxin\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn dhe ua shkat\u00ebrruan plot\u00ebsisht \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb pushtonin. K\u00ebshtu u plot\u00ebsua premtimi i Zotit.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu mor\u00ebn paralajm\u00ebrime t\u00eb tjera prej Allahut se s\u00ebrish do t\u2019i d\u00ebnoj\u00eb me k\u00ebso nd\u00ebshkimesh hyjnore, n\u00ebse provojn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Ky ndryshim vjen vet\u00ebm me besim n\u00eb Allahun, me adhurimin dhe me respektimin e riteve t\u00eb Tij, me p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e raporteve dhe me zbatimin e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb mes vete n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri: \u201cSikur banor\u00ebt e atyre qyteteve t\u00eb besonin dhe t\u00eb ruheshin prej gjynaheve, Ne do t\u2019u d\u00ebrgonim bekime nga qielli dhe toka, por ata mohuan, prandaj i d\u00ebnuam p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb.\u201d (El Araf, 96)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSikur ata t\u00eb besonin me besim t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb, t\u00eb cilin do ta v\u00ebrtetonin veprat e tyre e t\u2019ia kishin frik\u00ebn Allahut, duke u ikur gjynaheve n\u00eb publik dhe n\u00eb vetmi, Allahu do t\u2019u d\u00ebrgonte bereqet nga Qielli dhe Toka. Do t\u2019u l\u00ebshonte shi me boll\u00ebk nga qielli, do t\u00eb mbinin nga toka bim\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb mjaftueshme p\u00ebr jetes\u00ebn e tyre dhe t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. Do t\u00eb jetonin n\u00eb mir\u00ebqenie dhe n\u00eb boll\u00ebk, pa lodhje e pa mundim, pa v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi dhe pa siklet.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn19\" name=\"_ftnref19\"><sup>[19]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cSikur ata t\u2019i p\u00ebrmbaheshin Teuratit e Ungjillit dhe asaj q\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur nga Zoti i tyre, ata do t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqeshin me frutat (q\u00eb rriten) sip\u00ebr dhe posht\u00eb tyre&#8230;\u201d (El Maide, 66)<\/p>\n<p>Kjo n\u00ebnkupton se atyre do t\u2019u jepej furnizim me boll\u00ebk nga Qielli dhe nga Toka.<a href=\"#_ftn20\" name=\"_ftnref20\"><sup>[20]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cSikur t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin (banor\u00ebt e Mek\u00ebs) n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Ne do t\u2019u jepnim uj\u00eb t\u00eb bollsh\u00ebm.\u201d (El Xhin, 16) Pra, u jepej shum\u00eb uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Superioriteti vjen me Islam dhe krenaria vjen me fe. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga e drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr ngritjen e umetit dhe krenaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Kur sahab\u00ebt e ndryshuan realitetin e vetes, e braktis\u00ebn idhujtarin\u00eb e femohimin dhe nxituan drejt k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Allahut, at\u00ebher\u00eb Allahu e ndryshoi gjendjen e tyre: \u201cDhe kujtohuni kur ishit pak n\u00eb num\u00ebr, ishit t\u00eb dob\u00ebt n\u00eb tok\u00eb e kishit frik\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit (jobesimtar\u00ebt) do t\u2019ju gllab\u00ebronin! Ai ju strehoi dhe ju forcoi me ndihm\u00ebn e Tij e ju dha shum\u00eb t\u00eb mira, q\u00eb ju ta fal\u00ebnderoni.\u201d (El Enfal, 26)<\/p>\n<p>Katadja (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) tha: \u201cVendet ku jetonin arab\u00ebt ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzurat dhe jetesa n\u00eb to ishte m\u00eb e r\u00ebnda. Njer\u00ebzit vuanin nga uria dhe nuk kishin veshmbathje t\u00eb mjaftueshme. Idhujtaria ishte besimi i tyre. Ishin t\u00eb pafuqish\u00ebm t\u2019u kund\u00ebrviheshin armiqve dhe q\u00ebndronin goj\u00ebmbyllur karshi dy superfuqive t\u00eb asaj kohe, persian\u00ebve dhe bizantin\u00ebve. Jo, pasha Allahun! N\u00eb tokat e tyre nuk kishte gj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019u merret lakmi. Jet\u00eb t\u00eb mjer\u00eb kishte ai q\u00eb jetonte n\u00eb ato vende. Kush vdiste prej tyre hidhej n\u00eb zjarr. Shfryt\u00ebzoheshin dhe s\u2019kishin fuqi ata t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Pasha Allahun, n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb nuk njihet ndonj\u00eb popull n\u00eb tok\u00eb q\u00eb ka pasur pozit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb keqe se ata.<\/p>\n<p>Derisa erdhi Islami. At\u00ebher\u00eb ndryshoi \u00e7do gj\u00eb. Njer\u00ebzit e pranonin Islamin derisa i p\u00ebrfshiu gjith\u00eb ato troje. Allahu u zbriti bekime dhe u dha me boll\u00ebk. Prej tyre dol\u00ebn mbret\u00ebr q\u00eb sundonin tokat. Me Islam Allahu i ngriti n\u00eb k\u00ebto pozita t\u00eb larta. Andaj, jini mir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs ndaj Allahut p\u00ebr mir\u00ebsit\u00eb e Tij. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb Zoti juaj \u00ebsht\u00eb dhurues, i Cili e do mir\u00ebnjohjen dhe fal\u00ebnderimin. E ata q\u00eb fal\u00ebnderojn\u00eb, Allahu ua shton mir\u00ebsit\u00eb e Tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn21\" name=\"_ftnref21\"><sup>[21]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Omer ibn Hatabi tha: \u201cNe ishim m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzurit dhe Allahu na ngriti me Islam. \u00c7doher\u00eb q\u00eb do ta k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb krenarin\u00eb diku tjet\u00ebr jasht\u00eb Islamit, Allahu do t\u00eb na posht\u00ebroj\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn22\" name=\"_ftnref22\"><sup>[22]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto realitete e rr\u00ebzojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtok\u00eb thirrjen injorante t\u00eb nacionalist\u00ebve arab\u00eb q\u00eb thirrin n\u00eb arabiz\u00ebm e pretendojn\u00eb q\u00eb krenaria dhe pushteti i arab\u00ebve burimin e ka pasur tek arabizmi dhe nacionalizmi arab.<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, punoi n\u00eb ndryshimin e besimit, ideologjis\u00eb, pik\u00ebpamjeve dhe moralit t\u00eb tyre, duke ndryshuar \u00e7do gj\u00eb p\u00ebrreth tij. Nj\u00ebher\u00eb ndryshoi Medina, m\u00eb pas Meka, pastaj Gadishulli Arabik, q\u00eb n\u00eb fund ndryshimi t\u00eb bartej n\u00eb tokat e Bizantit dhe Persis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMir\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb Allahu ua jep popujve e kombeve n\u00eb fillim dhe n\u00eb vazhdim (p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme) lidhen ngusht\u00eb me moralin, me sjelljen, me besimin, traditat dhe me veprat q\u00eb jan\u00eb shkak p\u00ebr ardhjen e mir\u00ebsive t\u00eb Allahut. P\u00ebrderisa ata i posedojn\u00eb k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje, mir\u00ebsit\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe t\u00eb vazhdueshme. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb Allahu nuk do t\u2019ua marr\u00eb ato mir\u00ebsi, p\u00ebrderisa ata nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi e as gjynah.<\/p>\n<p>Kur ata ta ndryshojn\u00eb besimin, moralin dhe veprat e mira, at\u00ebher\u00eb Allahu do ta ndryshoje gjendjen e tyre duke ua privuar mir\u00ebsit\u00eb e Tij. K\u00ebshtu, i pasuri prej tyre b\u00ebhet i varf\u00ebr, i ndershmi posht\u00ebrohet dhe i forti dob\u00ebsohet. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb ligj i pandryshuesh\u00ebm hyjnor, n\u00eb popuj dhe kombe.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn23\" name=\"_ftnref23\"><sup>[23]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Domosdoshm\u00ebria e ndryshimit n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sikund\u00ebrq\u00eb bota kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshim n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur i erdhi shpallja Pejgamberit, alejhi selam, po ashtu kemi nevoj\u00eb sot p\u00ebr ndryshimin e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb Islamit. Kjo arrihet ve\u00e7 n\u00ebse i kthehemi seriozisht asaj me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn erdhi Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, prej Zotit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Bota islame, n\u00eb lindje e per\u00ebndim, \u00ebsht\u00eb e thyer shpirt\u00ebrisht dhe ka ngelur mbrapa. N\u00eb mjedisin e saj u p\u00ebrhap\u00ebn shkaqet e dob\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe \u00e7rregullimit, derisa u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb gjera nga themelet e besimit, ideologjis\u00eb, moralit, shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe ekonomis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mysliman\u00ebt ndryshuan shum\u00eb dhe, si rrjedhoj\u00eb e k\u00ebtij ndryshimi, u realizua ligji i pandryshuesh\u00ebm hyjnor, q\u00eb Allahu t\u2019ua ndryshoj\u00eb atyre gjendjen. Mu p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, umeti u posht\u00ebrua pas krenaris\u00eb q\u00eb kishte, u p\u00ebrhap mosdija pasi mbizot\u00ebronte dijenia, u dob\u00ebsua pasi kishte fuqi, derisa n\u00eb aspektin e pozit\u00ebs bot\u00ebrore ngeli te bishti i karvanit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00eb rrafshin e besimit<\/em>: u p\u00ebrhap adhurimi i varreve, marrja e udh\u00ebtimit enkas p\u00ebr t\u2019i vizituar varrezat, lutja e t\u00eb vdekurve, vizita e teqeve, paraqitja e shum\u00eb formave t\u00eb shirkut (idhujtaris\u00eb) duke adhuruar tjet\u00ebrk\u00ebnd n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Allahut.<\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00eb rrafshin e miq\u00ebsimit dhe armiq\u00ebsimit<\/em>: u p\u00ebrhap injoranca e nacionalizmit dhe fanatizmit, derisa miq\u00ebsimi dhe armiq\u00ebsimi lidhen n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nacionalitetit, gjuh\u00ebs dhe gjakut.<\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00eb rrafshin e sheriatit<\/em>: u lan\u00eb anash ligjet e Allahut, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e jet\u00ebs gjykohet me ligje t\u00eb shpikura nga vet\u00eb njer\u00ebzit dhe ato e zun\u00eb vendin e ligjeve t\u00eb Allahut n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej tokave islame.<\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00eb rrafshin e shtetit dhe politik\u00ebs<\/em>: laicizmi dhe sekularizmi u b\u00ebn\u00eb pjes\u00eb e sistemit gjykues, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb humbi drejt\u00ebsia e u p\u00ebrhap padrejt\u00ebsia dhe krimi.<\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00eb rrafshin e arsimit<\/em>: ithtar\u00ebt e s\u00eb kot\u00ebs i ndryshuan planprogramet shkollore, duke fshir\u00eb di\u00e7ka e duke ndryshuar di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. Ata nuk e shohin veten se kan\u00eb rol n\u00eb ndryshim, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb gabim i madh, sepse argumentet e Kuranit dhe Sunetit tregojn\u00eb se njeriu ka rol t\u00eb madh n\u00eb ndryshim.<\/p>\n<p>Fushat q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshim jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta dhe, p\u00ebr ta kthyer realitetin n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen shtylla t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs; ndryshim n\u00eb besim e teuhid, rregulla dhe dispozita, adhurime dhe marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie tregtare, tradita dhe zakone, moral dhe sjellje, politik\u00eb dhe shoq\u00ebri, ekonomi dhe financa, prodhimtari dhe teknologji, arsim dhe m\u00ebsim e shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Ne duam ndryshim n\u00eb fushat e shkenc\u00ebs, teknologjis\u00eb, edukat\u00ebs dhe moralit n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me ligjet e Allahut dhe kriteret e fes\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eblloj si\u00e7 veproi Omer ibn Abdulazizi (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) kur pranoi t\u00eb b\u00ebhej udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i mysliman\u00ebve. Asokohe padrejt\u00ebsia dhe krimet kishin pushtuar tokat e mysliman\u00ebve e ai b\u00ebri ndryshim rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor t\u00eb bazuar mbi drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb: i ktheu gj\u00ebrat e marra padrejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb pronar\u00ebt e saj. Fillimisht nisi me veten, pastaj me familjen dhe akrabat\u00eb e tij. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ishin t\u00eb barabart\u00eb para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Caktoi njer\u00ebz kompetent\u00eb me dije dhe besnik\u00eb. E ngjalli institucionin e thirrjes n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe ndalimin e s\u00eb keqes. Kujdesej p\u00ebr pastrimin e besimit n\u00eb umet dhe i luftonte besimet e kota. Kujdesej n\u00eb maksimum p\u00ebr diturin\u00eb dhe dijetar\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Si ishte rezultati n\u00eb fund?<\/p>\n<p>U p\u00ebrhap rehatia n\u00eb krejt tokat e mysliman\u00ebve, u shtua pasuria dhe njer\u00ebzit kishin me boll\u00ebk, derisa nuk gjenin njeri q\u00eb ta pranonte zekatin.<\/p>\n<p>Omer ibn Usejdi (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) tha: \u201cPasha Allahun! Ende pa vdekur Omer ibn Abdulazizi, vinte personi e na sillte me vete shum\u00eb pasuri dhe na thoshte: \u201cJepni k\u00ebt\u00eb pasuri kudo q\u00eb ju e shihni t\u00eb arsyeshme.\u201d Por, detyrohej t\u00eb kthehej s\u00eb bashku me pasurin\u00eb e tij, sepse nuk gjenim dot njeri q\u00eb ta pranonte at\u00eb.
