Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrhapet n\u00eb nj\u00eb popull, at\u00eb e shkat\u00ebrron, dhe, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin nj\u00eb tok\u00eb, at\u00eb e asgj\u00ebson. Sikur nj\u00eb mal t\u00eb b\u00ebhej i padrejt\u00eb ndaj nj\u00eb mali tjet\u00ebr, do t\u00eb shembej mali keqb\u00ebr\u00ebs. Pra, padrejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebmti dhe sjell paturp\u00ebsi e i shkat\u00ebrron tokat.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu e p\u00ebrshkroi Veten t\u00eb d\u00eblir\u00eb nga padrejt\u00ebsia, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu nuk synon padrejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr rob\u00ebrit e Vet.\u201d (Gafir, 31)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith kudsij, Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, p\u00ebrcjell prej Allahut se ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cO rob\u00ebrit e Mi! Un\u00eb ia ndalova Vetes padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe e b\u00ebra t\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr ju, andaj mos i b\u00ebni padrejt\u00ebsi nj\u00ebri-tjetrit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kur Ebu Idris el Haulani (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) e tregonte k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith, binte n\u00eb tok\u00eb me dy gjunj\u00ebt e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu tregoi se nuk i do zullumqar\u00ebt: \u201cAllahu nuk i do zullumqar\u00ebt.\u201d (Ali Imran, 57)<\/p>\n<p>I paralajm\u00ebroi zullumqar\u00ebt p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin e dhembsh\u00ebm: \u201cMjer\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi \u2013 p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin e Dit\u00ebs s\u00eb dhembshme!\u201d (Ez Zuhruf, 65)<\/p>\n<p>I k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoi me fund t\u00eb keq dhe mundim pas vdekjes: \u201cSigurisht, t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebt do ta shohin se n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb mundimi do t\u00eb kthehen (pas vdekjes).\u201d (Esh Shuara, 227)<\/p>\n<p>I d\u00ebboi dhe i largoi nga m\u00ebshira e Tij: \u201cMallkimi i Allahut qoft\u00eb mbi t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebt.\u201d (Hud, 18) Dhe \u201cLarg qoft\u00eb (nga m\u00ebshira e Allahut) populli zullumqar!\u201d (El Muminun, 41) Pra, \u00e7do zullumqar do t\u00eb ket\u00eb hise n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mallkim sipas mas\u00ebs s\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb e punon, sado e vog\u00ebl ose e madhe t\u00eb jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Zullumqari s\u2019ka hise n\u00eb shp\u00ebtim: \u201cNj\u00ebmend, zullumqar\u00ebt nuk do t\u00eb shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb.\u201d (El Enam, 135) Pra, do t\u00eb privohet nga shp\u00ebtimi n\u00eb dynja dhe ahiret, si dhe do largohet nga udh\u00ebzimi n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e fes\u00eb dhe dynjas\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Padrejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00eb. Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, thot\u00eb: \u201cKujdes! Mos b\u00ebni padrejt\u00ebsi, ngase padrejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00eb n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mjafton n\u00eb qortimin e padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb fjala e Allahut: \u201c&#8230; sigurisht, do t\u00eb humb\u00eb ai q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbart\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi.\u201d (Taha, 111)<\/p>\n<p>Imam Shafiu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cSa furnizim i keq q\u00eb bartet me vete p\u00ebr n\u00eb ahiret \u00ebsht\u00eb armiq\u00ebsia ndaj rob\u00ebrve t\u00eb Allahut.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sufjan eth Theuriu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cT\u00eb takosh Allahun me shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb gjynahe mes teje dhe Tij \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr ty sesa ta takosh me nj\u00eb gjynah t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb mes teje dhe njer\u00ebzve.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Krahasuar me gjynahet e tjera, gjynahu i padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb, sepse n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ai buron vet\u00ebm prej njeriut t\u00eb dob\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk mund ta p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb veten e tij.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Se padrejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb e sh\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb nj\u00eb mendimi jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fet\u00eb.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, urdh\u00ebrohet kategorikisht drejt\u00ebsia n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha gjendjet dhe me gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit nga t\u00eb gjitha fet\u00eb. Nj\u00eblloj \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe padrejt\u00ebsia: ndalohet kategorikisht n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha gjendjet dhe me gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt e \u00e7do feje.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cN\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, Allahu urdh\u00ebron drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, mir\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe ndihm\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit, si dhe ndalon imoralitetin, veprat e sh\u00ebmtuara dhe dhun\u00ebn. Ai ju k\u00ebshillon, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ju t\u2019ia vini veshin.\u201d (En Nahl, 90)<\/p>\n<p>Ky ajet \u00ebsht\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha themelet e dispozitave. Nuk ka drejt\u00ebsi, vler\u00eb dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebri, ve\u00e7se ky ajet urdh\u00ebron n\u00eb t\u00eb. Po ashtu nuk ka padrejt\u00ebsi, gjynah dhe krim, ve\u00e7se ky ajet e ndalon at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ibn Tejmija (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cDrejt\u00ebsia obligohet n\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb dhe ndaj secilit. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, padrejt\u00ebsia ndalohet n\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb dhe ndaj secilit. N\u00eb parim, nuk lejohet t\u2019i b\u00ebhet padrejt\u00ebsi askujt, qoft\u00eb mysliman, qoft\u00eb jomysliman, qoft\u00eb zullumqar.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Padrejt\u00ebsia ndaj njer\u00ebzve ka shum\u00eb forma, bie fjala, t\u00eb privohen nga t\u00eb drejtat dhe mosp\u00ebrfillja e tyre, veprimi i ndonj\u00eb gj\u00ebje q\u00eb i d\u00ebmton ata.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Disa prej formave m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuara dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb jan\u00eb:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Tirania n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe sulmi ndaj njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb forma t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb armiq\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb fen\u00eb ose n\u00eb trupat e tyre, n\u00eb pasurit\u00eb, nderin e mendjet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>* Ushtrimi i dhun\u00ebs ndaj njer\u00ebzve; me vrasje a rrahje, burgim, nd\u00ebshkim etj.<\/p>\n<p>Hisham ibn Hakim ibn Hizami k thot\u00eb: \u201cD\u00ebshmoj se e kam d\u00ebgjuar Pejgamberin, alejhi selam, t\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu do t\u2019i nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb ata q\u00eb i nd\u00ebshkojn\u00eb (padrejt\u00ebsisht) njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb dynja.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>* Cenimi i pasuris\u00eb; qoft\u00eb me vjedhje, qoft\u00eb me keqp\u00ebrdorim, qoft\u00eb me b\u00ebrjen e hileve dhe mashtrimeve, qoft\u00eb me ryshfet, me kamat\u00eb ose me \u00e7far\u00ebdo lloj m\u00ebnyre q\u00eb feja e konsideron t\u00eb ndaluar.<\/p>\n<p>* Prej formave m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb populli t\u00eb shtypet mizorisht nga zullumqar\u00ebt, ashtu si veproi Faraoni me beni israil\u00ebt: \u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb Faraoni madh\u00ebshtohej n\u00eb Tok\u00eb dhe banor\u00ebt e saj i kishte p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb n\u00eb grupe; disa prej tyre i p\u00ebrndiqte, ua vriste f\u00ebmij\u00ebt meshkuj, nd\u00ebrsa femrat ua linte gjall\u00eb. Ai ka qen\u00eb v\u00ebrtet keqb\u00ebr\u00ebs.\u201d (El Kasas, 4)<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eblloj veprojn\u00eb faraon\u00ebt bashk\u00ebkohor\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i rrethojn\u00eb me tanke popujt e tyre t\u00eb ngrat\u00eb, ua nd\u00ebrpresin ushqimin, ila\u00e7et dhe rrym\u00ebn. E a ka padrejt\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe se kjo?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>P\u00ebrmbysja e zullumqar\u00ebve dhe fundi i keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fundi i zullumqar\u00ebve do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i dhembsh\u00ebm. Kush lexon jet\u00ebshkrimet e zullumqar\u00ebve, p\u00ebrfiton shum\u00eb m\u00ebsime nga fundi i tyre. Do ta kuptoj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb tyre dhe \u00e7far\u00eb posht\u00ebrimi kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar n\u00eb dynja, para se ta p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb ahiret.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu ia p\u00ebrshpejton zullumqarit nd\u00ebshkimin n\u00eb dynja, krahas rezervimit p\u00ebr n\u00eb ahiret, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtis\u00eb dhe d\u00ebmeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb i sjell padrejt\u00ebsia. Ebu Bekrete\u00a0 tregon se Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cNuk ka gjynah q\u00eb meriton t\u2019i p\u00ebrshpejtohet vepruesit d\u00ebnimi n\u00eb dynja, krahas rezervimit p\u00ebr n\u00eb ahiret, si gjynahu i padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe shk\u00ebputjeve t\u00eb lidhjeve farefisnore.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zullumqarit i kthehet zullumi i tij. E sheh t\u00eb posht\u00ebruar, t\u00eb turp\u00ebruar dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrbuzsh\u00ebm. Nuk e arriti at\u00eb q\u00eb e synoi dhe nuk e mori at\u00eb q\u00eb e shpresoi.<\/p>\n<p>Ligji kozmik i Allahut \u00ebsht\u00eb i paracaktuar q\u00eb zullumqar\u00ebt t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrohen, ushtruesit e dhun\u00ebs t\u00eb shfarosen dhe kurthet e keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrpriten, pavar\u00ebsisht keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsi a \u00ebsht\u00eb individ, grup apo popuj prej popujve.<\/p>\n<p>Ibn Rexhebi (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cN\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, zakonisht zullumqarit i p\u00ebrshpejtohet nd\u00ebshkimi n\u00eb dynja (krahas rezervimit p\u00ebr n\u00eb ahiret). E, n\u00ebse e vonon, at\u00ebher\u00eb urt\u00ebsia q\u00ebndron se Allahu e l\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u2019i shtoj\u00eb gjynahet, por, kur e merr p\u00ebr ta nd\u00ebshkuar, at\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb s\u2019ka shp\u00ebtim p\u00ebr t\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>* <em>Faraoni<\/em> ishte nd\u00ebr zullumqar\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj q\u00eb Allahu ia p\u00ebrshpejtoi d\u00ebnimin dhe na lajm\u00ebroi p\u00ebr fundin e tij. Ai tejkaloi \u00e7do kufi, i shtypi mizorisht bijt\u00eb e israilit dhe e arriti kulmin e arroganc\u00ebs: \u201cUn\u00eb jam zoti juaj m\u00eb i lart\u00eb!\u201d (En Naziat, 24) Dhe tha: \u201cUn\u00eb ju tregoj vet\u00ebm at\u00eb q\u00eb shoh&#8230;\u201d (Gafir, 29) Dhe tha: \u201cUn\u00eb nuk di q\u00eb p\u00ebr ju ka tjet\u00ebr zot p\u00ebrve\u00e7 meje!\u201d (El Kasas, 38)<\/p>\n<p>E si ishte fundi i zullumit t\u00eb Faraonit?<\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cPrandaj Allahu e goditi at\u00eb me d\u00ebnim n\u00eb jet\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb.\u201d (En Naziat, 25)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cPor Ne e kap\u00ebm at\u00eb dhe ushtrin\u00eb e tij dhe i hodh\u00ebm n\u00eb det. Shiko se cili ishte fundi i keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsve!\u201d (El Kasas, 40)<\/p>\n<p>* Zullumqar tjet\u00ebr i madh ishte <em>Karuni<\/em>. E shtypte mizorisht popullin e vet dhe\u00a0 u tregua arrogant kur Allahu i dha aq shum\u00eb thesare, saq\u00eb \u00e7el\u00ebsat e tyre me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi i mbante nj\u00eb grup njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm. Po ashtu tejkaloi \u00e7do kufi kur pretendoi se \u00e7do gj\u00eb e kishte fituar me diturin\u00eb e tij. E si ishte fundi i tij?<\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cNe b\u00ebm\u00eb q\u00eb Karunin dhe sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e tij t\u2019i g\u00eblltiste toka dhe askush nuk arriti q\u00eb ta mbronte nga d\u00ebnimi i Allahut, madje as ai vet\u00eb nuk mund ta mbronte veten.\u201d (El Kasas, 81)<\/p>\n<p>* <em>Ebraha<\/em>, pronari elefantit, deshi ta shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb Qaben\u00eb gur m\u00eb gur, por Allahu kund\u00ebr tij l\u00ebshoi shpend\u00eb q\u00eb vinin tuf\u00eb-tuf\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>* \u00c7far\u00eb fundi t\u00eb keq pati <em>Ebu Xhehli<\/em>, Faraoni i k\u00ebtij umeti, dhe <em>Umeje ibn Halefi<\/em>, koka e devijimit e dinak\u00ebris\u00eb, dhe <em>paria e fiseve t\u00eb tyre<\/em> q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb zullum n\u00eb Tok\u00eb, i shtypnin mizorisht, i torturonin dhe i mbytnin besimtar\u00ebt e par\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Dol\u00ebn n\u00eb Betej\u00ebn e Bedrit kinse do t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb, duke u mashtruar me numrin e ushtar\u00ebve, por harruan q\u00eb lufta ishte kund\u00ebr Allahut. Aty u shkat\u00ebrruan zullumqar\u00ebt dhe u asgj\u00ebsuan sulmet e tyre. Beteja p\u00ebrfundoi me fitoren e mysliman\u00ebve q\u00eb u treguan durimtar\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Shp\u00ebrblimi vjen sipas lloji t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* Kur ndodhi Belaja e el Bramik\u00ebs n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e kalif Harun Rashidit e u burgos Jahja el Bramikiu dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij, nj\u00ebri prej f\u00ebmij\u00ebve i tha: \u201cO baba! Pas pushtetit dhe mir\u00ebsive q\u00eb i kishim ram\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje?!\u201d Ai iu p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cO biri im! Lutjen e t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuarit q\u00eb u ngjit nat\u00ebn lart e harruam ne, por jo Allahu.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>* Xhejsh ibn Muhamed ibn Samsame ishte udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i Damaskut<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a>. Ky njeri ishte zullumqar i madh, tiran dhe vriste njer\u00ebz pa faj. N\u00eb aspektin e besimit dhe fes\u00eb ishte i prishur. Njer\u00ebzit nuk kishin zgjidhje tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7se t\u2019i drejtohen Allahut me lutje kund\u00ebr tij. Banor\u00ebt e Damaskut luteshin shum\u00eb q\u00eb Allahu t\u2019ia marr\u00eb shpirtin, derisa u sprovua me lebros\u00ebn dhe nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sprova e tij ishte aq e r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe e sikletshme, saq\u00eb u thoshte shok\u00ebve t\u00eb vet: \u201cJu lutem, m\u00eb vritni, m\u00eb rehatoni nga kjo jet\u00eb!\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>* Ibn Zijati ishte minist\u00ebr i kalifit Mutesim, njeri i vrazhd\u00eb dhe me tipare t\u00eb r\u00ebnda. Fjala <em>but\u00ebsi<\/em> dhe <em>m\u00ebshir\u00eb<\/em> nuk ekzistonin n\u00eb fjalorin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb lexoi letr\u00ebn ku fqinji k\u00ebrkoi p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u2019i kryej\u00eb nj\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, e ky ia ktheu me fjal\u00ebt: \u201cMuri \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr fqinj\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa dhembshuria \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr grat\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs sa ishte minist\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtoi nj\u00eb furr\u00eb prej hekuri dhe kokat e gozhd\u00ebve i kishte t\u00eb futura p\u00ebrbrenda, kurse majat e tyre ishin sikurse gjilp\u00ebra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nga jasht\u00eb. Aty i nd\u00ebshkonte njer\u00ebzit. M\u00eb pas i b\u00ebri Allahu ta shijojn\u00eb posht\u00ebrimin n\u00eb dynja. U zhduk\u00ebn sikur t\u00eb mos kishin qen\u00eb! Mjer\u00eb ata se \u00e7far\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i pret!<\/p>\n<p>* Hitleri ishte kancelar i Gjermanis\u00eb, nj\u00eb prej superfuqive bot\u00ebrore. Ky njeri b\u00ebri k\u00ebrdi n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tij u vran\u00eb miliona njer\u00ebz. Fundi i tij ishte mizor duke b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebvrasje. E si ishte p\u00ebrfundimi i tij?<\/p>\n<p>B\u00ebri ndeshje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Vetura e tij u p\u00ebrplas me nj\u00eb kamion q\u00eb bartte hekur, e helli i hekurit i hyri n\u00eb trup dhe e cop\u00ebtoi. D\u00ebnimin e mori ashtu si veproi vet\u00eb: viktimat e tij t\u00eb pafajshme i b\u00ebnte cop\u00eb-cop\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>* Sharoni llogaritet faraoni bashk\u00ebkohor, i cili u tregua arrogant karshi Allahut, vrau t\u00eb pafajshmit, uzurpoi toka, d\u00ebboi civil\u00eb dhe b\u00ebri shkat\u00ebrrime n\u00eb tok\u00eb. Por, e gjitha zgjati disa dit\u00eb e muaj, derisa Allahu ia d\u00ebrgoi d\u00ebnimin e dhembsh\u00ebm. Q\u00ebndroi gjat\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje as i gjall\u00eb e as i vdekur, derisa nis\u00ebn ta mallkojn\u00eb edhe populli tij: \u201cMallkimi i Allahut qoft\u00eb mbi t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebt!\u201d (Hud, 18)<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto d\u00ebnime jan\u00eb t\u00eb dynjas\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb ahiret i sh\u00ebnjuar \u00ebsht\u00eb te Zoti i tyre: \u201cP\u00ebr ta ka d\u00ebnim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb, por d\u00ebnimi n\u00eb jet\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, me siguri, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb i ashp\u00ebr; p\u00ebr ta s\u2019ka mbrojt\u00ebs nga d\u00ebnimi i Allahut.\u201d (Er Rad, 34)<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cSigurisht, t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebt do ta shohin se n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb mundimi do t\u00eb kthehen (pas vdekjes).\u201d (Esh Shuara, 227)<\/p>\n<p>E lusim Allahun q\u00eb t\u00eb na ruaj\u00eb nga t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00ebt padrejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve ose q\u00eb t\u00eb na b\u00ebhet padrejt\u00ebsi neve!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Nd\u00ebshkimi i popujve keqb\u00ebr\u00ebs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebnimi i zullumqar\u00ebve nuk kufizohet vet\u00ebm me individin, sepse ligji i Allahut i p\u00ebrfshin edhe popujt zullumqar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Madje ligji \u00ebsht\u00eb konsekuent te popujt zullumqar\u00eb dhe nuk ndryshon.\u201d Kombeve dhe popujve zullumqar\u00eb medoemos do t\u2019u bjer\u00eb pushteti dhe do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrrohet roli i tyre.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb krahasim me individin, ku disave prej tyre d\u00ebnimi u vonohet p\u00ebr n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit: \u201cMos mendo kurrsesi q\u00eb Allahu nuk e v\u00ebren at\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb keqb\u00ebr\u00ebsit! Sa e sa puse mbet\u00ebn t\u00eb braktisura, sa e sa pallate t\u00eb larta t\u00eb shkretuara.\u201d (El Haxh, 45)<\/p>\n<p>Ligji i Allahut p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrimin e popujve zullumqar\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i pandryshuesh\u00ebm. Allahu thot\u00eb. \u201cK\u00ebto jan\u00eb disa prej historive t\u00eb qyteteve q\u00eb po t\u2019i tregojm\u00eb ty (o Muhamed). Disa prej tyre ende q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb, kurse disa jan\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar. Ne nuk u b\u00ebm\u00eb atyre padrejt\u00ebsi, por ata i b\u00ebn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi vetvetes. Hyjnit\u00eb, q\u00eb ata i adhuronin n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Allahut, nuk i ndihmuan aspak, kur erdhi urdhri i Zotit t\u00ebnd dhe nuk iu shtuan atyre kurrgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 humbjes. I till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i Zotit t\u00ebnd, kur nd\u00ebshkon vendbanimet q\u00eb b\u00ebnin gjynahe. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, d\u00ebnimi i Tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i dhembsh\u00ebm dhe i ashp\u00ebr.\u201d (Hud, 100-102)<\/p>\n<p>Fjal\u00ebt e Allahut: \u201cI till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i Zotit t\u00ebnd, kur nd\u00ebshkon vendbanimet q\u00eb b\u00ebnin gjynahe. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, d\u00ebnimi i Tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i dhembsh\u00ebm dhe i ashp\u00ebr\u201d (Hud, 102) n\u00ebnkuptojn\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebnimi i Allahut nuk kufizohet vet\u00ebm me ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb jetuar m\u00eb her\u00ebt, por ligji i Tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb dhe vlen p\u00ebr \u00e7do popull zullumqar deri n\u00eb Kiamet. Ata popuj q\u00eb u ngjasojn\u00eb n\u00eb vepra popujve t\u00eb m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt zullumi i \u00e7oi n\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrim, medoemos do t\u00eb marrin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin d\u00ebnim t\u00eb dhembsh\u00ebm si ata t\u00eb m\u00ebhershmit. Allahu nuk u b\u00ebri atyre padrejt\u00ebsi, por ata i b\u00ebn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi vetvetes.\u201d (El Ankebut, 40)<\/p>\n<p>Popullin e Adit, kur e shfaq\u00ebn arroganc\u00ebn dhe mendjemadh\u00ebsin\u00eb derisa pretenduan se nuk ka m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb se ata, Allahu e d\u00ebnoi me nj\u00eb furtun\u00eb t\u00eb rrept\u00eb shungulluese: \u201cKurse fisi ad u shkat\u00ebrrua nga nj\u00eb furtun\u00eb e rrept\u00eb shungulluese, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Allahu ua d\u00ebrgoi atyre shtat\u00eb net dhe tet\u00eb dit\u00eb pareshtur. Sipas nj\u00ebrit prej dy shpjegimeve, i bie se Allahu nuk shkat\u00ebrron nj\u00eb qytet thjesht pse ata jan\u00eb idhujtar\u00eb, n\u00ebse jan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet mes vete dhe secili e respekton tjetrin me drejt\u00ebsi e nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Ibn Tejmija (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cFundi i padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i sh\u00ebmtuar, nd\u00ebrsa fundi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndersh\u00ebm. Allahu e ndihmon shtetin e drejt\u00eb, edhe n\u00ebse jan\u00eb jobesimtar\u00eb, por nuk e ndihmon shtetin e padrejt\u00eb, edhe n\u00ebse jan\u00eb besimtar\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shteti jobesimtar mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i drejt\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e atij shteti nuk i b\u00ebjn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi popullit t\u00eb vet, po edhe njer\u00ebzit mes vete nuk i b\u00ebjn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi nj\u00ebri-tjetrit. Ky shtet, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr kufrit (femohimit) t\u00eb tij, vazhdon t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb, sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prej ligjit t\u00eb Allahut q\u00eb t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kufrit t\u00eb tij. Por, n\u00ebse kufrit i bashk\u00ebngjitet padrejt\u00ebsia e pushtetar\u00ebve mbi popullin e vet dhe njer\u00ebzit i b\u00ebjn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, at\u00ebher\u00eb at\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshin d\u00ebnimi i Allahut.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Kurtubiu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!), n\u00eb komentimin e k\u00ebtij ajeti, thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu nuk shkat\u00ebrron nj\u00eb vend vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kufrit t\u00eb tij, p\u00ebrderisa nuk i bashk\u00ebngjitet atij edhe padrejt\u00ebsia, ashtu si u shkat\u00ebrrua populli i Shuajbit n, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pak\u00ebsonin n\u00eb matje e peshore, dhe populli i Lutit n, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb homoseksualizmit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\"><sup>[18]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Prej pasojave t\u00eb zullumit \u00ebsht\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimi i vendit: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prej pasojave t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuara t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimi i ekonomis\u00eb dhe i infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb vendit. Ne i shkat\u00ebrruam ata t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dhe popullin e tyre. Ja sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuara, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave q\u00eb b\u00ebnin. Sigurisht q\u00eb k\u00ebtu ka k\u00ebshill\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb din\u00eb.\u201d (En Neml, 50-52)<\/p>\n<p>Kjo tregon se padrejt\u00ebsia shkat\u00ebrron toka e shtete. K\u00ebt\u00eb dometh\u00ebnie e p\u00ebrcolli Ibn Abasi h, i cili tha: \u201cN\u00eb Librin e Allahut (Kuranin) gjeta se padrejt\u00ebsia i shkat\u00ebrron sht\u00ebpit\u00eb\u201d, dhe e lexoi ajetin: \u201cJa sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuara, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebqijave q\u00eb b\u00ebnin. Sigurisht q\u00eb k\u00ebtu ka k\u00ebshill\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb din\u00eb.\u201d (En Neml, 52)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb vonim, por jo harrim:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nganj\u00ebher\u00eb shohim sesi disa zullumqar\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb me zullumin e tyre! Pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb pse t\u00eb vonohet d\u00ebnimi i tyre.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebnimi mund t\u00eb vonohet p\u00ebr disa arsye:<\/p>\n<p>* <em>P\u00ebr shkak se Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb i Urt\u00eb, e urt\u00ebsia e Tij \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e gjer\u00eb, sa i p\u00ebrfshin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit, prandaj nuk e p\u00ebrshpejton d\u00ebnimin.<\/em> Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cSikur Allahu t\u2019i d\u00ebnonte njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mbrapshtive t\u00eb tyre, nuk do t\u00eb linte asgj\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00eb n\u00eb Tok\u00eb. Nganj\u00ebher\u00eb Allahu e vonon d\u00ebnimin, por nuk e harron asnj\u00ebher\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrderisa zullumqari \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kulmin e pushtetit dhe fuqis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, nuk ka interes t\u00eb njoh\u00eb hakun e tij ndaj Allahut e as hakun ndaj njer\u00ebzve, por vjen koha kur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb moment e v\u00ebren se i p\u00ebrmbyset jeta duke humbur \u00e7do gj\u00eb.
