K\u00ebt\u00eb pyetje myslimani i zellsh\u00ebm e parashtron ve\u00e7 nga aspekti i d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr t\u2019u njoftuar me vlerat e nx\u00ebnies p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranit, q\u00eb atij t\u2019ia shtoj\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr d\u00ebshir\u00ebn dhe entuziazmin, jo p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. Kjo, p\u00ebr shkak se te \u00e7do mysliman, vlera e nx\u00ebnies s\u00eb Kuranit p\u00ebrmendsh \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb vetvetiu, pavar\u00ebsisht nivelit t\u00eb edukimit, fetaris\u00eb dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tij n\u00eb fe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vazhdim do t\u2019i paraqes disa prej vlerave dhe ve\u00e7orive t\u00eb nx\u00ebnies p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranit, q\u00eb i kam grumbulluar prej citateve t\u00eb qarta fetare apo q\u00eb kuptohen nga argumentet dhe rregullat e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb fes\u00eb.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit \u00ebsht\u00eb baza p\u00ebr ta studiuar Kuranin:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu e p\u00ebrshkroi Kuranin me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb: \u201cP\u00ebrkundrazi! Ai (Kurani) \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallje e qart\u00eb n\u00eb zemrat e atyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb dija\u2026\u201d (El-Ankebut: 49)<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, n\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith kudsij, Allahu i thot\u00eb t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij m: \u201cO Muhamed, t\u00eb d\u00ebrgova t\u00eb t\u00eb sprovoj dhe me ty t\u2019i sprovoj\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Ta dhash\u00eb nj\u00eb Lib\u00ebr (Kuranin) q\u00eb nuk e lan uji (d.m.th. mbetet n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb i ruajtur n\u00eb gjokset e njer\u00ebzve), e ti e ke t\u00eb ruajtur at\u00eb (e di p\u00ebrmendsh) kur je n\u00eb gjum\u00eb dhe i zgjuar.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, n\u00eb shpjegimin e k\u00ebtij hadithi thot\u00eb: \u201cHadithi tregon q\u00eb Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb i ruajtur n\u00eb gjokse, nuk humb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe n\u00eb asnj\u00eb koh\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga argumentimet e bukura n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb argumentimi i Ebu Fadl er-Razijut, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, i cili tha: \u201cAllahu nuk e zbriti Kuranin grumbull p\u00ebr nj\u00eb her\u00eb si librat e tjer\u00eb (Teuratin, Inxhilin dhe Zeburin), po e zbriti pjes\u00eb-pjes\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb; her\u00eb nj\u00eb ajet e her\u00eb dy ajete, pastaj sure, e her\u00eb nj\u00eb tregim, p\u00ebrbrenda nj\u00eb periudhe kohore mbi nj\u00ebzet vjet. Mund\u00ebsia e vetme p\u00ebr ta ruajtur ishte nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh, e n\u00eb nx\u00ebnien p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranin barazoheshin kok\u00ebtrashi dhe mendjeholli, ahmaku dhe inteligjenti, i papuni dhe i angazhuari, analfabeti dhe i dituri. K\u00ebto gjenerata dhe k\u00ebta breza ishin sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyr\u00eb dhe motivim p\u00ebr brezat e rinj se si duhet bartur Kurani, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet memorizimit dhe shqiptimit t\u00eb tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb burimi i m\u00ebsimit tek umeti:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb kushtetuta e umetit, prej aty burojn\u00eb ligjet dhe rregullat, prandaj atij i kthehemi p\u00ebr gjykim dhe ai gjykon mes nesh. \u00c7do gj\u00eb, e vog\u00ebl apo e madhe, e gjen lajmin e saj n\u00eb Kuran: \u201c&#8230;dhe Zoti yt nuk harron kurr\u00eb.\u201d (Merjem: 64)<\/p>\n<p>Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb fener q\u00eb umeti e bart te t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit, duke e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb k\u00ebshtu mesazhin se jan\u00eb umeti m\u00eb i dobish\u00ebm, i cili d\u00ebshmon p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimin n\u00eb dynja dhe ahiret. P\u00ebr t\u2019u llogaritur njeriu mysliman, duhet ta ket\u00eb besimin e plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb bindet se Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb prej Allahut. N\u00ebse kjo qenka pozita e Kuranit n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e umetit, at\u00ebher\u00eb, \u00e7far\u00eb mendon ti, si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb pozita e personit q\u00eb e nx\u00eb p\u00ebrmendsh dhe kujdeset p\u00ebr Kuranin?<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim kolektiv p\u00ebr umetin:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Disa dijetar\u00eb deklaruan q\u00eb nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim kolektiv, q\u00eb, n\u00ebse e kryen nj\u00ebri, bie obligimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe nuk ngarkohen me m\u00ebkat.<\/p>\n<p>Bedrudin Zerkeshiju, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cDijetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb (d.m.th. t\u00eb medhehbit shafij) than\u00eb q\u00eb studimi i Kuranit \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim kolektiv, si dhe nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb obligim p\u00ebr umetin. K\u00ebshtu u deklarua Xhurxhani n\u00eb librin e tij \u2018Esh-Shafij\u2019, po ashtu dijetari, Abadiju, Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Ndjekja e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Pejgamberit m:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allahu tregoi q\u00eb n\u00eb Muhamedin m ka nj\u00eb shembull t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr umetin. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cN\u00eb t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Allahut ka nj\u00eb shembull t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr at\u00eb, q\u00eb shpreson tek Allahu dhe Dita e Fundit dhe e p\u00ebrmend shum\u00eb Allahun.\u201d (El-Ahzab: 21)<\/p>\n<p>Studimi dhe njohja e jet\u00ebshkrimit t\u00eb Pejgamberit m, se \u00e7far\u00eb vepronte dhe si jetonte, e m\u00eb pas ndjekja e k\u00ebsaj rruge, llogaritet prej adhurimit t\u00eb Allahut.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj, nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ndjekjen e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Pejgamberit m; sepse vet\u00eb Pejgamberi m e m\u00ebsoi p\u00ebrmendsh, e lexoi n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi dhe e p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti me Xhibrilin (n\u00eb muajin Ramazan, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb fund t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij ata e p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit\u00ebn Kuranin dy her\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>Rreth k\u00ebtij kuptimi foli Ebu Fadl er-Raziju, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, i cili tha: \u201cUmeti obligohet ta ndjek\u00eb Pejgamberin m n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e m\u00ebdha e t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb fes\u00eb, t\u2019i ndjek\u00eb shprehjet dhe veprat e tij, qofshin ato q\u00eb obligohen apo jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00eblqyera, p\u00ebrpos n\u00ebse vjen argumenti se ajo fjal\u00eb apo vep\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb enkas apo e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr Pejgamberin m. Dihet q\u00eb Pejgamberi m e dinte p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin q\u00eb i zbriti dhe kishte urdh\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebriste leximin e tij. Aq shum\u00eb kujdesej ta mbante n\u00eb mend Kuranin, saq\u00eb e p\u00ebrs\u00ebriste me Xhibrilin n p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit nj\u00eb her\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa vitin q\u00eb nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb ata e p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit\u00ebn dy her\u00eb. E lexonte Kuranin n\u00eb pranin\u00eb e sahab\u00ebve dhe ata e lexonin n\u00eb pranin\u00eb e tij. Nxitonte t\u00eb recitonte menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas Xhibrilit n nga shqet\u00ebsimi se do t\u00eb harronte, e Allahu ia ndaloi k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim dhe i tha: \u2018Mos nxito p\u00ebr ta lexuar Kuranin para se t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb shpallja e tij&#8230;\u2019 (Ta Ha: 114). Po ashtu i thot\u00eb: \u2018Mos nxito (o Muhamed) n\u00eb leximin e Kuranit me gjuh\u00ebn t\u00ebnde!\u2019 (El-Kijame: 16). E urdh\u00ebroi t\u00eb lexonte ngadal\u00eb dhe e siguroi q\u00eb nuk ka p\u00ebr ta harruar: \u2018Ne do t\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb ty (Muhamed) t\u00eb lexosh (Shpalljet Tona), k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nuk ke p\u00ebr t\u00eb harruar.\u2019 (El-Eala: 6). E gjith\u00eb kjo na m\u00ebson q\u00eb umeti obligohet ta m\u00ebsoj\u00eb p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin, n\u00ebse e ka mund\u00ebsin\u00eb, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb arsye t\u00eb qart\u00eb, p\u00ebrndryshe n\u00eb t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Allahut m ka nj\u00eb shembull t\u00eb mrekulluesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nx\u00ebnien p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranit, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb p\u00eblqehet t\u00eb ndiqet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast veprimi i tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit ishte tradita e selefit (e gjeneratave t\u00eb para):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit n\u00eb lulen e rinis\u00eb ishte tradita e selefit. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ai i cili angazhohet me nx\u00ebnien p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranit e ndjek rrug\u00ebn dhe udh\u00ebzimin e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ata fillonin me nx\u00ebnien p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranit para t\u00eb gjitha shkencave t\u00eb tjera dhe i jepnin p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi para t\u00eb gjitha mjesht\u00ebrive. N\u00eb \u00e7do jet\u00ebshkrim t\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve q\u00eb e lexon, e gjen q\u00eb shkruan \u2018nj\u00ebher\u00eb e m\u00ebsoi p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin, e pastaj filloi me k\u00ebrkimin e dijes\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Fadl er-Raziju, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, tha: \u201cGjeneratat e para merreshin me Kuranin, e m\u00ebsonin p\u00ebrmendsh p\u00ebr vete dhe ua m\u00ebsonin t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Kishte raste kur nj\u00eb i vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb mosh\u00eb lexonte para nj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb riut n\u00eb mosh\u00eb. \u00c7do dijetar i fikhut (jurisprudenc\u00ebs islame) dhe i hadithit, \u00e7do thirr\u00ebs dhe k\u00ebshillues, angazhohej me nx\u00ebnien p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranit, madje edhe ata q\u00eb prezantonin n\u00eb ndejat e dijes kujdeseshin p\u00ebr ta nx\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin. Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dijes q\u00eb e kishin, ata m\u00eb shum\u00eb njiheshin p\u00ebr dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb kuptimit t\u00eb Kuranit apo p\u00ebr shkenca t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb fes\u00eb, sesa p\u00ebr haf\u00ebz\u00eb. E pas tyre erdh\u00ebn pasardh\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve n\u00eb rinin\u00eb e tyre, shkaku i axhamill\u00ebkut, u iku mund\u00ebsia ta m\u00ebsonin p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin, nd\u00ebrsa me kalimin e viteve i p\u00ebrfshiu paaft\u00ebsia dhe p\u00ebrtacia, por nuk e braktis\u00ebn leximin e tij, e kuptonin mesazhin dhe paralajm\u00ebrimet e tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ibn Abdulberi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cK\u00ebrkimi i dijes ka shkall\u00eb dhe nivele q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb respektohen. Kush nuk i respekton dhe i kap\u00ebrcen ato, ka dal\u00eb jasht\u00eb metodologjis\u00eb s\u00eb selefit n\u00eb m\u00ebsimnx\u00ebnie. Kush e b\u00ebn me q\u00ebllim, devijon, e kush e b\u00ebn me orvatje (mendon q\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcehen), gabon. Dija e par\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merret \u00ebsht\u00eb nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit dhe studimi i tij.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Muhamed ibn Fadl ibn Muhamedi, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, tha: \u201cE kam d\u00ebgjuar gjyshin tim Ibn Huzejmen, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, t\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u2018K\u00ebrkova leje prej prindit t\u00eb shkoja te dijetari i njohur, Kutejbe ibn Seidi, e ai m\u00eb tha: \u2018M\u00ebsoje nj\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin.\u2019 Pasi e m\u00ebsova p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin, m\u00eb tha: \u2018S\u2019ke p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebvizur prej k\u00ebtu derisa nuk e b\u00ebn hatme Kuranin n\u00eb namaz.\u2019 Ashtu edhe veprova, dhe n\u00eb fund m\u00eb dha leje t\u00eb shkoja.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cDijetar\u00ebt e selefit ua m\u00ebsonin shkenc\u00ebn e fikhut dhe t\u00eb hadithit vet\u00ebm atyre q\u00eb e dinin p\u00ebrmendsh Kuranin.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb realitet e p\u00ebrshkruan Ibn Halduni, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, dhe thot\u00eb: \u201cDijeni q\u00eb nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb rit i fes\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapur n\u00eb umet dhe i njohur n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha tokat ku jetojn\u00eb mysliman\u00ebt. Kjo, sepse ajetet e Kuranit dhe nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e haditheve rr\u00ebnjosin imanin dhe akiden n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e njeriut. Andaj themi se Kurani u b\u00eb themeli i arsimimit q\u00eb sipas tij m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb bazohen aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e arritura.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ibn Xhemeahu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, edukat\u00ebn e par\u00eb q\u00eb e num\u00ebronte te nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi i dijes, ishte:\u00a0 \u201cKuranin, ta m\u00ebsonte p\u00ebrmendsh at\u00eb, t\u00eb orvatej ta p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsonte komentin dhe t\u00eb gjitha shkencat e tij; sepse Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb themeli i shkencave dhe shkenca m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ibn Muflihu thot\u00eb: \u201cMejmuniju e kishte pyetur imam Ahmedin, Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb: &#8211; \u00c7far\u00eb mendon ti, cila \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebn tim, a t\u2019ia m\u00ebsoj n\u00eb fillim Kuranin apo hadithin? I tha: &#8211; Fillo me Kuranin. E pyeti: &#8211; Apo t\u2019ia m\u00ebsoj krejt Kuranin? Tha: &#8211; Po. Por, n\u00ebse i duket v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb le t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb sa t\u00eb mundet. Pastaj Mejmuniju m\u00eb tha mua: \u2018Pasi ta m\u00ebsoj\u00eb, le t\u2019i kthehet leximit dhe le ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb metodologjia e dijetar\u00ebve q\u00eb e ndjekin imam Ahmedin deri dit\u00ebn e sotme\u2019.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ibn Tejmije, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cNx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit k\u00ebrkohet para shum\u00eb t\u00eb ashtuquajturave shkenca, q\u00eb te njer\u00ebzit llogariten p\u00ebr dije; e q\u00eb ajo dije realisht \u00ebsht\u00eb e kot\u00eb apo ka pak dobi n\u00eb t\u00eb. Po ashtu, p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkuesin e dijes fetare, nx\u00ebnia p\u00ebrmendsh e Kuranit duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb prioritet para shkencave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb fes\u00eb. Ai duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb me nx\u00ebnien p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranit, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb themeli i shkencave t\u00eb fes\u00eb. N\u00eb krahasim me t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt dhe hebrenjt\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk i din\u00eb p\u00ebrmendsh librat e tyre dhe nuk i kan\u00eb t\u00eb ruajtura n\u00eb gjokse, po ve\u00e7 n\u00eb libra. E pasi Allahu e ve\u00e7oi me nx\u00ebnien p\u00ebrmendsh t\u00eb Kuranit at\u00eb q\u00eb deshi prej rob\u00ebrve t\u00eb Vet, atyre u dha haf\u00ebz\u00eb t\u00eb besuesh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt iu p\u00ebrkushtuan krejt\u00ebsisht dhe e flijuan veten p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar at\u00eb. E mor\u00ebn shkronj\u00eb p\u00ebr shkronj\u00eb prej Pejgamberit m, pa anashkaluar zanore apo sukun (bashk\u00ebting\u00ebllore pa vokal), vendosje t\u00eb ajetit, apo anulim (i ndonj\u00eb dispozite). Kuranin e shqipton leht\u00eb edhe i belbri (ai q\u00eb belb\u00ebzon), saq\u00eb asnj\u00eb lib\u00ebr nuk mundet ta m\u00ebsoj\u00eb p\u00ebrmendsh si Kuranin dhe as t\u00eb lexoj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb lib\u00ebr si Kuranin. Madje, p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar prej k\u00ebtyre shkencave, sasi t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me t\u00eb Kuranit, do t\u2019i duhej shum\u00ebfishi i koh\u00ebs s\u00eb harxhuar p\u00ebr Kuran.
