Muslimani detyrohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb korrekt n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe ta shfryt\u00ebzoj\u00eb maksimumin e tij n\u00eb kryerjen e pun\u00ebve t\u00eb tij q\u00eb i ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr. Po ashtu detyrohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i drejt\u00eb n\u00eb mesin e njer\u00ebzve, t\u2019ia jep \u00e7donj\u00ebrit t\u00eb drejtat e tij, t\u00eb jet\u00eb i ashp\u00ebr p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e forc\u00ebs, por edhe i but\u00eb pa treguar dob\u00ebsi. Nuk duhet t\u2019i favorizoj\u00eb t\u00eb fortit e t\u2019i n\u00ebn\u00e7moj\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebtit, por tek ai i forti duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i dob\u00ebt derisa ta nxjerr hakun prej tij dhe i dob\u00ebti t\u00eb jet\u00eb i fort\u00eb derisa ta marr\u00eb hakun p\u00ebr t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Omeri, <em>Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb,<\/em> i ka th\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00ebrit prej pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve t\u00eb tij: \u201cKur je i ulur n\u00eb mexhlis shikoji nj\u00ebsoj njer\u00ebzit rreth teje dhe ata q\u00eb i ke p\u00ebrpara teje dhe ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i gjykon, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb paria mos t\u00eb lakmoj\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00ebnde, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb dob\u00ebtit t\u00eb humbasin shpres\u00ebn n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00ebnde. Largoju zem\u00ebrimit, breng\u00ebs, tiranis\u00eb, shqet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe debateve t\u00eb ashpra. Allahu obligon gjykimin me drejt\u00ebsi, e p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ekziston shp\u00ebrblimi dhe kujtimi i bukur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb. Q\u00ebllimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb sinqerta dhe anojn\u00eb kah drejt\u00ebsia, qofshin edhe kund\u00ebr tij, Allahu do t\u2019i mjaftoj\u00eb ndaj njer\u00ebzve tjer\u00eb. Ai i cili zbukurohet me at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk i takon, Allahu do ta posht\u00ebroj\u00eb. Allahu nga rob\u00ebrit pranon vet\u00ebm veprat e sinqerta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>O ti pun\u00ebtor, dije se prej teje \u00ebsht\u00eb bler\u00eb koha p\u00ebr t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbyer musliman\u00ebt dhe si shk\u00ebmbim paguhesh dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7do muaj merr rrog\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb. Po ashtu prej teje \u00ebsht\u00eb bler\u00eb puna t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ti e kryen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb, prandaj p\u00ebr \u00e7do minut\u00eb q\u00eb kalon jasht\u00eb pun\u00ebs q\u00eb je i detyruar merr pasuri t\u00eb palejuar. \u00c7do pun\u00eb q\u00eb e kryen jasht\u00eb asaj q\u00eb je i detyruar ti e ke tradhtuar amanetin dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb do t\u00eb jap\u00ebsh llogari para Allahut. \u00c7do pasuri q\u00eb e merr prej njer\u00ebzve p\u00ebrball\u00eb pun\u00ebs q\u00eb e kryen, kurse ti n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb merr rrog\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb ryshfet, korrupsion dhe pasuri haram.<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Davudi, Tirmidhiu, Ib\u00ebn Hibani dhe Hakimi, <em>Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb<\/em>, n\u00eb librat e tyre e sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb nj\u00eb hadith prej Ib\u00ebn Omerit, <em>Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb,<\/em> <em>\u201cse Profeti, alejhi salatu ue selam, e ka mallkuar dh\u00ebn\u00ebsin dhe marr\u00ebsin e ryshfetit\u201d.<\/em> Po ashtu, imam Taberaniu e ka nxjerr nj\u00eb hadith prej Ib\u00ebn Omerit i cili thot\u00eb se Profeti, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam<\/em>, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: <em>\u201cAi q\u00eb e jep dhe ai q\u00eb e merr ryshfetin jan\u00eb n\u00eb zjarr\u201d.<\/em> Imam Ahmedi e sh\u00ebnon nj\u00eb hadith prej Theubanit,<em> Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me t\u00eb,<\/em> i cili na p\u00ebrcjell <em>\u201cse i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, alejhi salatu ue selam, e ka mallkuar mit\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsin, dhe mit\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin dhe nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesin mes tyre\u201d. <\/em>Imam Taberaniu na p\u00ebrcjell nj\u00eb hadith nga Ib\u00ebn Abasi<em>: \u201cRyshfeti n\u00eb pushtet \u00ebsht\u00eb kuf\u00ebr dhe marrje e padrejt\u00eb e pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hakimi, <em>Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb,<\/em> sh\u00ebnon nj\u00eb hadith nga Ib\u00ebn Abasi se Pejgamberi, <em>salallahu alejhi ue selem,<\/em> ka th\u00ebn\u00eb<em>: \u201cKush mbi vete merr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr dhjet\u00eb veta dhe gjykon si u p\u00ebrgjigjet atyre, do t\u00eb vij\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Gjykimit i prangosur. N\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb i drejt\u00eb, nuk merr ryshfet dhe nuk sillet si tiran, Allahu do ta liroj\u00eb. N\u00ebse gjykon jo sipas asaj q\u00eb Allahu ka shpallur, merr ryshfet dhe tregohet i nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm, dora e majt\u00eb i lidhet me t\u00eb djatht\u00ebn dhe do t\u00eb hedhet n\u00eb Xhehenem, nd\u00ebrsa thell\u00ebsia e tij arrin pes\u00ebqind vjet.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>O rob\u00ebr t\u00eb Allahut!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ryshfeti \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkat i ndaluar me konsensusin e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve islam\u00eb, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebsin apo n\u00ebpun\u00ebsin q\u00eb punon n\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore apo private. Islami e ndalon ryshfetin p\u00ebr shkak se \u00ebsht\u00eb ngr\u00ebnie e pasuris\u00eb me t\u00eb kot\u00eb. P\u00ebrhapja e ryshfetit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri do t\u00eb thot\u00eb p\u00ebrhapje e padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe d\u00ebmit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, p\u00ebr shkak se e pengon at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb meritor ta merr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tij dhe b\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u2019i jepet p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi atij q\u00eb nuk e meriton. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb krim dhe armiq\u00ebsi. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb ryshfeti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrzier me nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e q\u00eb nuk e ka prishur, ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb sistem e q\u00eb nuk e ka rr\u00ebnuar ose ka dep\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb zem\u00ebr e q\u00eb nuk e ka shkat\u00ebrruar. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrhap ryshfeti n\u00eb nj\u00eb popull p\u00ebrve\u00e7 se e ka z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn me mashtrimin, amanetin me tradhtin\u00eb, sigurin\u00eb me frik\u00ebn, drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb me padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb lejuar nd\u00ebshkimin e Allahut mbi at\u00eb popull. Me ryshfet i jepet p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi dembel\u00ebve e p\u00ebrtac\u00ebve dhe largohen pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiktit. T\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e shnd\u00ebrron n\u00eb t\u00eb pav\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pav\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e shnd\u00ebrron n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ryshfetit sa t\u00eb drejta jan\u00eb privuar dhe ndere jan\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar, pandershm\u00ebria ka p\u00ebrparuar, nd\u00ebrsa i ndershmi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00e7muar? Ryshfeti \u00ebsht\u00eb s\u00ebmundje infektuese dhe shkat\u00ebrruese.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00ebllez\u00ebr besimtar\u00eb!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sa prej t\u00eb devotshm\u00ebve u jan\u00eb privuar t\u00eb drejtat e tyre p\u00ebr shkak se nuk kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ryshfet dhe sa prej t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuarve e m\u00ebkatar\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr shkak se kan\u00eb paguar ryshfet dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr e kan\u00eb njollosur shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb me f\u00eblliq\u00ebsir\u00ebn e ryshfetit dhe e kan\u00eb merituar nd\u00ebshkimin dhe mallkimin e Allahut. Pejgamberi, <em>alejhi salatu ue selam,<\/em> i mallkoi tre veta: mit\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsin i cili e jep ryshfetin, mit\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin i cili e pranon ryshfetin dhe nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesin mes tyre i cili nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebson q\u00eb t\u00eb realizohet kjo marr\u00ebveshje. Ky mallkim vjen si pasoj\u00eb e gjurm\u00ebve t\u00eb kobshme q\u00eb i le n\u00eb mesin e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie, prandaj disa prej dijetar\u00ebve dh\u00ebnien e ryshfetit e konsiderojn\u00eb si m\u00ebkat m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se sa t\u2019i paguash t\u00eb holla nj\u00eb lavireje q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebsh me t\u00eb imoralitet.<\/p>\n<p>Islami e ndalon \u00e7do lloj t\u00eb ryshfetit pa marr\u00eb parasysh se si em\u00ebrtohet ai, dhurat\u00eb apo shp\u00ebrblim apo nder apo bakshish, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb. Em\u00ebrtimet nuk e ndryshojn\u00eb esenc\u00ebn, sepse pun\u00ebtori duhet t\u00eb kryej\u00eb detyr\u00ebn e vet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn paguhet dhe merr rrog\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>O musliman\u00eb, frikohuni Allahut dhe largohuni prej k\u00ebsaj s\u00ebmundjeje, mohojeni k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar dhe jepjani hakun pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu, <em>azze ue xhel,<\/em> thot\u00eb<strong>: \u201c<\/strong><strong>Mos ia merrni pasurin\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit padrejt\u00ebsisht!
