N\u00ebse v\u00ebreni se jan\u00eb pjekur, at\u00ebher\u00eb jepuani pasurin\u00eb e tyre!\u201d<\/strong> (En Nisa, 6)<\/li>\n<li>N\u00ebse kryen ndonj\u00eb krim q\u00eb meriton d\u00ebnimin, si: vjedhja, vrasja, kryerja e imoralitetit etj., e merr d\u00ebnimin e merituar fetarisht, ndryshe nga f\u00ebmija.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00ebshmia e tij pranohet n\u00eb gjyq dhe n\u00eb zbatimin e ligjeve. Pra, ai dhe burrat s\u2019kan\u00eb m\u00eb dallim. P\u00ebrcillet se, kur Pejgamberi, alejkum selam, dilte p\u00ebr n\u00eb betej\u00eb, e v\u00ebshtronte ushtrin\u00eb: n\u00ebse shihte ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb mitur n\u00eb mosh\u00eb, e kthente, e at\u00eb q\u00eb kishte hyr\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn madhore, e linte t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebbetej\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Masa krahasuese q\u00eb e dallon t\u00eb voglin nga i madhi \u00ebsht\u00eb hyrja n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn e pubertetit. Ibn Omeri e pasqyroi k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cU paraqita p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb vullnetarisht n\u00eb Betej\u00ebn e Uhudit, por Pejgamberi, alejkum selam, m\u00eb refuzoi sepse isha kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar. Kur u paraqita p\u00ebr Betej\u00ebn e Hendekut, isha pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar dhe nuk m\u00eb refuzoi.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imam Shafiu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cPejgamberi, alejkum selam, i ktheu shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb sahab\u00eb q\u00eb ishin kat\u00ebrmb\u00ebdhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00eb, sepse ende nuk kishin hyr\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn madhore e, pastaj, kur u b\u00ebn\u00eb pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00eb, i lejoi t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb beteja.
