Allahu thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Allahu u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve dhurat\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, kur u solli nj\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nga gjiri i tyre, i cili ua lexon shpalljet e Tij, i pastron nga gjynahet dhe u m\u00ebson Librin (Kuranin) e urt\u00ebsin\u00eb (diturin\u00eb e thell\u00eb fetare), edhe pse m\u00eb par\u00eb, me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, ata ishin n\u00eb rrug\u00eb krejt t\u00eb gabuar.\u201d <\/strong>(Ali Imran, 164)<\/p>\n<p>Allahu k\u00ebrkoi nga myslimani q\u00eb dit\u00ebn e nat\u00ebn t\u2019i p\u00ebrgj\u00ebrohet Allahut me lutje q\u00eb ta udh\u00ebzoj\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e p\u00ebrshkroi me fjal\u00ebt e Tij: <strong>\u201cN\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb u ke dhuruar mir\u00ebsi&#8230;\u201d,<\/strong> (El Fatiha, 7) q\u00eb jan\u00eb: <strong>\u201c&#8230; t\u00eb cil\u00ebve Allahu u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb dhunti: me profet\u00ebt, me t\u00eb sinqert\u00ebt, me d\u00ebshmor\u00ebt dhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00ebt!\u201d<\/strong> (En Nisa, 69)<\/p>\n<p>Pas profet\u00ebve, t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb n\u00eb ajetin e lartp\u00ebrmendur jan\u00eb sahab\u00ebt dhe gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb pasuan rrug\u00ebn e tyre sipas kuptimit t\u00eb Kuranit dhe Sunetit.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, urdh\u00ebroi t\u00eb kapemi p\u00ebr metodologjin\u00eb dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e sahab\u00ebve n\u00eb kuptimin e fes\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>El Irbad ibn Sarije ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cPasi e fal\u00ebm namazin e sabahut, Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, na k\u00ebshilloi me disa fjal\u00eb q\u00eb na i trondit\u00ebn zemrat e na i p\u00ebrlot\u00ebn syt\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb dikush i tha: \u201cO i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb po na duken sikur jan\u00eb k\u00ebshill\u00eb lamtumir\u00ebse, andaj na porosit!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ai tha: <em>\u201cJu porosis t\u00eb keni frik\u00eb Allahun dhe t\u00eb jeni t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuesh\u00ebm e t\u00eb bindur, edhe n\u00ebse ju b\u00ebhet prij\u00ebs ndonj\u00eb rob, sepse ai q\u00eb jeton m\u00eb gjat\u00eb nga ju do t\u00eb shoh\u00eb kund\u00ebrshti t\u00eb shumta, andaj kapuni fort pas tradit\u00ebs sime dhe tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb kalif\u00ebve t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e t\u00eb p\u00ebrudhur, shtr\u00ebngojeni at\u00eb me dh\u00ebmball\u00eb dhe ruajuni nga gj\u00ebrat e shpikura, ngase \u00e7do bidat \u00ebsht\u00eb lajthitje.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prej bukurive t\u00eb dobive n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith \u00ebsht\u00eb se Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, pasi e p\u00ebrmendi rrug\u00ebn e tij dhe rrug\u00ebn e kalif\u00ebve t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e t\u00eb p\u00ebrudhur, tha: <em>\u201c<\/em><em>shtr\u00ebngojeni at\u00eb me dh\u00ebmball\u00eb\u201d<\/em> e nuk tha \u201cshtr\u00ebngojini ato me dh\u00ebmball\u00eb\u201d, sepse fjalia e par\u00eb tregon se tradita e tij dhe tradita e kalif\u00ebve t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e t\u00eb p\u00ebrudhur jan\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb metodologji. S\u00eb k\u00ebndejmi, nuk llogaritet se je i kapur p\u00ebr tradit\u00ebn profetike, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse kapesh p\u00ebr Kuranin dhe Sunetin sipas m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs q\u00eb e kuptuan sahab\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Kurani dhe Suneti i sakt\u00eb jan\u00eb burimi themelor i normave fetare, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se normat fetare bazamentin e kan\u00eb prej shpalljes dhe nuk kan\u00eb tjet\u00ebr burim.<\/p>\n<p>Shpallja \u00ebsht\u00eb dy llojesh: Kurani dhe Suneti.<\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket Kuranit, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Fjala e Allahut. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb Lib\u00ebr i madh\u00ebruesh\u00ebm. Atij nuk mund t\u2019i afrohet g\u00ebnjeshtra nga asnj\u00ebra an\u00eb. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i mbrojtur nga gabimi dhe rr\u00ebshqitja. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i ruajtur nga shtimi dhe pak\u00ebsimi. Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallje prej t\u00eb Urtit, i Cili i meriton t\u00eb gjitha lavdet.<\/p>\n<p>Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb litari i q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm i Allahut dhe rruga e Tij e drejt\u00eb. Ia zbriti t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij, alejhi selam, si udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfim p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja bot\u00ebt: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>K\u00ebt\u00eb Lib\u00ebr ta kemi shpallur ty (o Muhamed), p\u00ebr t\u2019i nxjerr\u00eb njer\u00ebzit, me lejen e Zotit t\u00eb tyre, nga err\u00ebsira n\u00eb drit\u00eb, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e t\u00eb Plotfuqishmit, t\u00eb Denjit p\u00ebr \u00e7do lavd.\u201d<\/strong> (Ibrahim, 1)<\/p>\n<p>Allahu e zbriti Kuranin q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjykues mes njer\u00ebzve: <strong>\u201cAi zbriti edhe Librin me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t\u2019i gjykuar njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk pajtoheshin. Mir\u00ebpo, njer\u00ebzit u grind\u00ebn midis tyre, pasi u erdh\u00ebn shenjat e qarta, nga zilia q\u00eb kishin p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. At\u00ebher\u00eb, me vullnetin e Vet, Allahu i udh\u00ebzoi besimtar\u00ebt q\u00eb ta kuptonin t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, lidhur me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk pajtoheshin&#8230;\u201d<\/strong> (El Bekare, 213)<\/p>\n<p>Dhe thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201cThuaj:<\/strong> <strong>\u201cVall\u00eb, a t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj tjet\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebs p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Allahut, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb Ai q\u00eb ju ka zbritur k\u00ebt\u00eb Lib\u00ebr t\u00eb holl\u00ebsish\u00ebm?!\u201d,<\/strong> (El Enam, 114) q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se Kurani e qart\u00ebson hallallin dhe haramin, dispozitat fetare, themelet e fes\u00eb dhe deg\u00ebzimet e tij. Elokuenca e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi \u00e7do elokuenc\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, argumentet e tij jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb kthjell\u00ebtat se \u00e7do argument tjet\u00ebr, gjykimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i drejti dhe fjala e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e qarta.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket Sunetit, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala e Pejgamberit, alejhi selam. Po ashtu i p\u00ebrfshin veprimet dhe aprovimet e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Kurani dhe Suneti jan\u00eb shpallje prej Allahut. Detyra jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u2019u besojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb punojm\u00eb me to. Allahu thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201cSe shoku juaj (Muhamedi <\/strong><strong>m<\/strong><strong>), nuk ka humbur e nuk ka devijuar! Ai nuk flet sipas qejfit t\u00eb vet, por ajo (q\u00eb thot\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm shpallje hyjnore, q\u00eb i vjen atij.\u201d<\/strong> (En Nexhm, 2-4)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, ishte n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb, e jo t\u00eb gabuar; i udh\u00ebzuar, e jo i devijuar; e fliste vet\u00ebm t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, e punonte vet\u00ebm t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn dhe i miratonte vet\u00ebm gj\u00ebrat e drejta.<\/p>\n<p>Suneti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb urt\u00ebsia q\u00eb Allahu ia shpalli atij: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Sikur t\u00eb mos e kishe mir\u00ebsin\u00eb e Allahut dhe m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e Tij, nj\u00eb grup i atyre do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqej q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb nxirrte nga udha e drejt\u00eb. Ata me k\u00ebt\u00eb e humbin vet\u00ebm vetveten, kurse ty nuk t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb d\u00ebmi. Allahu t\u00eb shpalli ty Librin (Kuranin) dhe Urt\u00ebsin\u00eb e plot\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsoi at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e ke ditur. Dhuntia e Allahut p\u00ebr ty \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e madhe.\u201d<\/strong> (En Nisa, 113)<\/p>\n<p>Imam Shafiu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cAllahu e p\u00ebrmendi Librin, pra, Kuranin, dhe e p\u00ebrmendi Urt\u00ebsin\u00eb. I kam d\u00ebgjuar dijetar\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb Kuranit t\u00eb thon\u00eb se me urt\u00ebsin\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim Suneti i Pejgamberit m.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allahu e shpalli urt\u00ebsin\u00eb, pra, Sunetin, q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb qart\u00ebsim p\u00ebr Kuranin. Allahu thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Nd\u00ebrsa ty (o Muhamed) t\u00eb zbrit\u00ebm P\u00ebrkujtes\u00ebn (Kuranin), me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u2019u shpjegosh njer\u00ebzve at\u00eb q\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur dhe q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb.\u201d <\/strong>(En Nahl, 44)<\/p>\n<p>Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, e kreu rolin e tij, e p\u00ebrcolli mesazhin e Allahut dhe e qart\u00ebsoi at\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Andaj, Kurani \u00ebsht\u00eb Fjala e Allahut, e Suneti \u00ebsht\u00eb qart\u00ebsuesi i tij q\u00eb iu shpall t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij, alejhi selam.<\/p>\n<p>Selef\u00ebt (gjeneratat e para t\u00eb drejta) nuk b\u00ebnin dallime p\u00ebr nga aspekti i zbatimit dhe realizimit, n\u00ebnshtrimit dhe bindjes, mes dispozit\u00ebs fetare t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb Kuran e Sunetit profetik.<\/p>\n<p>Ata e respektonin urdhrin e Allahut t\u00eb Madh\u00ebrish\u00ebm: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>\u00c7far\u00ebdo q\u00eb t\u2019ju jap\u00eb i D\u00ebrguari, merreni at\u00eb, e \u00e7far\u00ebdo q\u00eb t\u2019ju ndaloj\u00eb, hiqni dor\u00eb prej saj.\u201d<\/strong> (El Hashr, 7)<\/p>\n<p>Ata i largoheshin dallimit mes Kuranit dhe Sunetit n\u00eb aspektin e argumentimit, duke e respektuar hadithin e Pejgamberit, alejhi selam: <em>\u201cDo t\u00eb vij\u00eb shpejt nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur ndonj\u00ebrit do t\u2019i p\u00ebrcillet hadithi im, e ai i mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb karrigen e tij (nga mendjemadh\u00ebsia dhe vet\u00ebmahnitja) do t\u00eb thot\u00eb: <\/em><em>\u201cMes nesh dhe jush q\u00ebndron Libri i Allahut (Kurani). Hallallin e pranojm\u00eb vet\u00ebm prej Kuranit dhe haramin e pranojm\u00eb vet\u00ebm prej Kuranit!\u201d <\/em>(Pastaj Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, shtoi:) <em>\u201cV\u00ebrtet gj\u00ebrat q\u00eb <\/em><em>Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, <\/em><em>i ndaloi jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta n\u00eb dispozit\u00eb si t\u2019i ket\u00eb ndaluar Allahu.\u201d<\/em><a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mysliman\u00ebt ec\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb tri shekujve t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb art\u00eb. Ata e respektonin dhe e madh\u00ebronin tekstin fetar q\u00eb gjendej n\u00eb Kuran e Sunet, punonin sipas udh\u00ebzimit t\u00eb Pejgamberit, alejhi selam, dhe u n\u00ebnshtroheshin plot\u00ebsisht urdhrave t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Dor\u00ebzimi me p\u00eblqim dhe pranimi i teksteve fetare \u00ebsht\u00eb prej gj\u00ebrave themelore t\u00eb Islamit dhe bazamenteve t\u00eb fes\u00eb. Feja nuk mund t\u00eb ngrihet e as t\u00eb jet\u00eb e plot\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me fjal\u00ebn \u201cIslam\u201d n\u00ebnkuptohet: t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohesh p\u00ebr Allahun e t\u2019i bindesh Atij me veprime t\u00eb gjymtyr\u00ebve dhe me brend\u00ebsi. Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, t\u2019i p\u00ebrulesh Allahut e t\u2019ia p\u00ebrkushtosh adhurimin Atij.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a> Gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebt e arabishtes, p\u00ebr dik\u00eb q\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet, thon\u00eb: \u201cU n\u00ebnshtrua dhe u p\u00ebrkushtua.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Me fjal\u00ebn \u201cteslim (n\u00ebnshtrim)\u201d n\u00ebnkuptohet: zemra t\u00eb p\u00ebrulet e t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrohet para teksteve q\u00eb kan\u00eb ardhur prej Allahut dhe Pejgamberit m.<\/p>\n<p>Miratimi dhe pranimi i teksteve fetare \u00ebsht\u00eb prej gradave m\u00eb t\u00eb larta t\u00eb imanit. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb kulmi i sinqeritetit t\u00eb kulluar, q\u00eb vjen menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas grad\u00ebs s\u00eb profecis\u00eb. Njer\u00ebzit me sinqeritetin m\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti u n\u00ebnshtrohen teksteve fetare.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Besimtari m\u00eb i mir\u00eb, rruga m\u00eb e sakt\u00eb dhe udh\u00ebzimi m\u00eb i drejt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i atij q\u00eb i dor\u00ebzohet sinqerisht Allahut dhe i bindet me p\u00ebrkushtim t\u00eb plot\u00eb: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb besimtar m\u00eb i mir\u00eb se ai q\u00eb i dor\u00ebzohet sinqerisht Allahut, duke qen\u00eb bamir\u00ebs&#8230;\u201d<\/strong> (En Nisa, 125)<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendja e besimtarit: \u201cU dor\u00ebzohet e u n\u00ebnshtrohet plot\u00ebsisht urdhrave t\u00eb Allahut, i pranon e u beson teksteve fetare, nuk lejon ta mashtrojn\u00eb iluzionet e kota ose ndonj\u00eb dyshim e as t\u2019u jap\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi mendimeve t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve dhe ideologjive t\u00eb lodhura t\u00eb mendjeve t\u00eb tyre.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imam Zuhriu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cPrej Allahut ishte mesazhi, Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, e kumtoi at\u00eb, e neve na mbeti n\u00ebnshtrimi.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imam Tahaviu (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cP\u00ebrqendrimi n\u00eb Islam vjen vet\u00ebm me n\u00ebnshtrim dhe pranim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb teksteve t\u00eb Kuranit dhe Sunetit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Shpallja hyjnore: \u201cPranohet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet respektimit dhe bindjes, p\u00ebruljes dhe pranimit. Nuk ka rrug\u00eb e opsion tjet\u00ebr. E vetmja zgjidhje e drejt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrimi para teksteve fetare, edhe sikur ato t\u2019i kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb \u00e7donj\u00ebri q\u00eb gjendet mes lindjes e per\u00ebndimit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Allahu thot\u00eb: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Nuk i takon asnj\u00eb besimtari ose besimtareje t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb, kur Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij vendosin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, ata t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhin n\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tyren. Kush e kund\u00ebrshton Allahun dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Tij, ai me siguri ka humbur.\u201d<\/strong> (El Ahzab, 36)<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, p\u00ebr besimtarin, zgjidhja e vetme \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb shpejtoj\u00eb ta k\u00ebnaq\u00eb Allahun e t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Tij, t\u00eb ik\u00eb prej zem\u00ebrimit t\u00eb Allahut dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij, t\u2019i respektoj\u00eb urdhrat e Allahut e t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij, t\u00eb largohet nga \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndaluar Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij.<\/p>\n<p>Besimtari ose besimtarja e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb <strong>\u201c&#8230; kur Allahu dhe i D\u00ebrguari i Tij vendosin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje&#8230;\u201d<\/strong> detyrohen ta respektojn\u00eb at\u00eb dhe nuk e kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn <strong>\u201c&#8230; t\u00eb zgjedhin n\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tyren&#8230;\u201d<\/strong> Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, t\u00eb zgjedhin t\u00eb veprojn\u00eb apo jo.<\/p>\n<p>Madje, ata e din\u00eb se Pejgamberi, alejhi selam, ua do t\u00eb mir\u00ebn m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa ata vetes, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb nuk lejojn\u00eb disa prej d\u00ebshirave epshore t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb b\u00ebhen penges\u00eb mes tyre dhe mes urdhrave t\u00eb Allahut e t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu u betua n\u00eb Veten e Tij t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb se imani nuk p\u00ebrqendrohet n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e askujt dhe ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb besimtar i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, derisa t\u00eb marrin Pejgamberin, alejhi selam, p\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebs p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e tyre: <strong>\u201c<\/strong><strong>Jo, p\u00ebr Zotin t\u00ebnd, ata nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, derisa t\u00eb t\u00eb marrin ty p\u00ebr gjyqtar p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtit\u00eb mes tyre; e pastaj, t\u00eb mos ndiejn\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb dyshimi ndaj gjykimit t\u00ebnd dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb binden ty plot\u00ebsisht.\u201d<\/strong> (En Nisa, 65)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cImani askujt nuk i llogaritet i sakt\u00eb p\u00ebrderisa ai person nuk i merr tekstet fetare p\u00ebr gjykues n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e tij, u bindet atyre me gjymtyr\u00ebt e jashtme dhe me brend\u00ebsi, u n\u00ebnshtrohet plot\u00ebsisht pa kund\u00ebrshtim, pa vones\u00eb dhe pa diskutim.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imam Sheukani (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cAjeti tregon p\u00ebr paralajm\u00ebrimin e rrept\u00eb q\u00eb prej tij rr\u00ebqethen l\u00ebkurat dhe dridhen zemrat, ku s\u00eb pari Allahu betohet n\u00eb Veten e Tij duke e v\u00ebrtetuar faktin se ata nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Pra, e mohoi imanin prej tyre derisa ta marrin Pejgamberin, alejhi selam, p\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Allahu nuk e la vet\u00ebm me kaq, por vazhdoi me fjal\u00ebt: <strong>\u201c&#8230; e pastaj, t\u00eb mos ndiejn\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb dyshimi ndaj gjykimit t\u00ebnd&#8230;\u201d<\/strong> K\u00ebshtu, gjykimit i bashk\u00ebngjiti nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje tjet\u00ebr: t\u00eb mos ndiejn\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb dyshimi n\u00eb zem\u00ebr dhe ta pranojn\u00eb at\u00eb me zem\u00ebrgjer\u00ebsi, me qet\u00ebsi, me rehati dhe me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>As k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb nuk e la vet\u00ebm me kaq, por gjith\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ia bashk\u00ebngjiti fjal\u00ebt: <strong>\u201c&#8230; dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb binden ty\u201d<\/strong>, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton patjet\u00ebr t\u00eb binden dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrohen me gjymtyr\u00eb dhe me brend\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe m\u00eb tej nuk e la me kaq, por e p\u00ebrfundoi me fjal\u00ebt p\u00ebrforcuese: <strong>\u201c&#8230; plot\u00ebsisht.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pra, nuk p\u00ebrqendrohet imani i robit derisa ai t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb p\u00ebr gjykues tekstet fetare prej Kuranit dhe Sunetit, e m\u00eb pas nuk duhet t\u00eb ndiej\u00eb ngushtim n\u00eb gjoksin e tij p\u00ebr vendimin e gjykimit, por duhet t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet plot\u00ebsisht gjykimit t\u00eb Allahut dhe ligjeve t\u00eb Tij, pa asnj\u00ebfar\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimi dhe refuzimi.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebnshtrimi e dallon mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsin e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs prej mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit t\u00eb s\u00eb kot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ibn Tejmija (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) thot\u00eb: \u201cPika dalluese mes s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs dhe s\u00eb kot\u00ebs, udh\u00ebzimit dhe devijimit, drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb lumturis\u00eb dhe pik\u00ebllimit, rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb shp\u00ebtimit dhe shkat\u00ebrrimit \u00ebsht\u00eb besimi n\u00eb mesazhet e Allahut q\u00eb ua shpalli pejgamber\u00ebve, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb aty \u00e7do ligj e \u00e7do norm\u00eb, se ato jan\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndiqen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb arrihet te dallimi dhe udh\u00ebzimi, dija dhe imani. K\u00ebshtu krijohet bindja q\u00eb ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta dhe e drejta.
