Po ashtu, mundi q\u00eb nevojitet p\u00ebr ta realizuar stabilitetin \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madh, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve t\u00eb rrall\u00eb, ndihm\u00ebs s\u00eb dob\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsve t\u00eb pakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Enes ib\u00ebn Malik, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, p\u00ebrcjell se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cDo t\u2019u vij\u00eb njer\u00ebzve nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, ku ai q\u00eb kapet p\u00ebr fe dhe b\u00ebn durim n\u00eb t\u00eb, i ngjason atij q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i kapur p\u00ebr gac\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kapja e sinqert\u00eb p\u00ebr fe dhe realiteti i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb fen\u00eb e tij pavar\u00ebsisht ndryshimit t\u00eb gjendjeve dhe situatave; edhe pas nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebve gjendja e tij t\u00eb jet\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb sikur ajo e tashmja, thirrja t\u00eb jet\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, metodologjia e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, hallalli hallall, harami haram, thirrja n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, ndalimi nga e keqja e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb, pa ndryshuar gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebre anash \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e ndryshimit t\u00eb fetvas\u00eb, k\u00ebtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim kjo mesele, sepse dijetar\u00ebt e kan\u00eb rregulluar me normat e njohura, por k\u00ebtu po bisedojm\u00eb p\u00ebr luhatjet dhe ndryshimet q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb sakt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb qart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prej t\u00eb kapurve p\u00ebr fe ka q\u00eb kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kaosin e luhatjes dhe laramanis\u00eb n\u00eb fe, m\u00eb her\u00ebt ishin thirr\u00ebs n\u00eb fen\u00eb e Allahut, por tani jan\u00eb zmbrapsur pas udh\u00ebzimit t\u00eb tyre, kan\u00eb ndryshuar, luhaten n\u00eb fe, pa peshore t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe pa metodologji t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron problemi.<\/p>\n<p><u>Luhatja \u00ebsht\u00eb nga tabiati i njeriut:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Ky lloj i luhatjes dhe i ndryshimit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka e panjohur p\u00ebr tabiatin e njeriut. Zemra nga tabiati i saj rrokulliset dhe ndryshohet. Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb Ai, i Cili i rrotullon zemrat dhe pamjet.<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Musa el-Esharij, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, p\u00ebrcjell p\u00ebr Pejgamberin, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, t\u00eb ket\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cZemra e ka marr\u00eb emrin \u2018kalb\u2019 p\u00ebr shkak se luhatet, rrokulliset. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb si shembulli i pendl\u00ebs e varur n\u00eb pem\u00eb dhe era e luhat lart e posht\u00eb, sa nga nj\u00eb an\u00eb n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hadithi sqaron se nga cil\u00ebsia e zemr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb luhatja e shpejt\u00eb e saj p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave, sikur nj\u00eb pend\u00ebl q\u00eb era e luhat lart e posht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb tok\u00eb t\u00eb shkret\u00eb pa nd\u00ebrtim. Er\u00ebrat n\u00eb t\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme se n\u00eb tok\u00ebn q\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrtim!<\/p>\n<p>El-Mikdad ibn el-Esued, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, thoshte: \u201cPas atyre fjal\u00ebve q\u00eb i d\u00ebgjova prej t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb njeri m\u00eb nuk them, i mir\u00eb dhe i keq, derisa nuk e shoh se si do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimi i tij. I than\u00eb: \u201cE \u00e7far\u00eb fjal\u00ebsh d\u00ebgjove?\u201d U tha: \u201cE d\u00ebgjova t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin e Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, t\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u2018Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb zemra e birit t\u00eb Ademit ndryshon m\u00eb shpejt se uji q\u00eb valon n\u00eb tenxhere\u2019.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim poeti u shpreh duke th\u00ebn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p><em>Njeriu ka marr\u00eb emrin \u2018insan\u2019 p\u00ebr shkak se harron,<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>zemra ka marr\u00eb emrin \u2018kalb\u2019 p\u00ebr shkak se ndryshon.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><u>Nxito pas s\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe kujdes nga ndryshimi dhe fitnet\u00eb:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebson edhe m\u00eb tep\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, si shtojc\u00eb e tabiatit<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a> t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb, jan\u00eb rastet e femohimit, lajthitjeve dhe zmbrapsjes pas udh\u00ebzimit n\u00eb mesin e mysliman\u00ebve. K\u00ebto dukuri e b\u00ebjn\u00eb myslimanin q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb frik\u00eb nga to dhe e nxisin t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb pas mjeteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimit\u00a0 n\u00eb fe, q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tyre t\u00eb arrij\u00eb deri n\u00eb nj\u00eb bindje m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt.<\/p>\n<p>Ebu Hurejra, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, p\u00ebrcjell se i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cNxitoni p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb mira para se t\u00eb paraqiten fitnet\u00eb si nata e err\u00ebt, ku njeriu gdhihet besimtar dhe ngryset jobesimtar, ose ngryset besimtar dhe gdhihet jobesimtar. Do ta shes\u00eb ndonj\u00ebri prej jush fen\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kot\u00ebsi t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj dynjaje.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El-Hasan el-Basrij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, pas p\u00ebrmendjes s\u00eb hadithit, tha: \u201cPasha Allahun! I kemi par\u00eb dhe me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ata kishin fizionomi, por nuk kishin mend, kishin trup, por nuk kishin logjik\u00eb, injorant\u00eb dhe mendjeleht\u00eb q\u00eb leht\u00eb bien n\u00eb fitne, gdhihen me dy d\u00ebrhem dhe i z\u00eb mbr\u00ebmja me dy d\u00ebrhem. E shet ndonj\u00ebri prej tyre fen\u00eb e tij sa vlera e nj\u00eb dhie.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, n\u00eb komentin e hadithit, thot\u00eb: \u201cP\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb sprovave dhe turbullirave t\u00eb shumta, njeriu ndryshon brenda dit\u00ebs. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysje dhe luhatje n\u00eb fe.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\"><sup>[7]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse e njeh t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn me argument, p\u00ebrqendrohu n\u00eb t\u00eb, mos ndrysho dhe mos z\u00ebvend\u00ebso, mos u b\u00ebj k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi p\u00ebr syt\u00eb e armiqve t\u00eb Allahut dhe keqardhje p\u00ebr zemrat e mysliman\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Kujdes nga ndryshimi i shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb provave q\u00eb jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb. I mjeri ti n\u00ebse frik\u00ebsohesh prej armiqve t\u00eb Allahut dhe i trembesh presionit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmbysja e zemr\u00ebs dhe rrotullimi i saj n\u00eb mes s\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe s\u00eb keqes jan\u00eb prej shenjave t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Allahut mbi rob\u00ebrit. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cO besimtar\u00eb! Bindjuni Allahut dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit kur ju th\u00ebrret drejt asaj q\u00eb ju jep jet\u00eb! Dhe ta dini se Allahu nd\u00ebrhyn midis njeriut dhe zemr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij dhe se tek Ai do t\u00eb mblidheni t\u00eb gjith\u00eb!\u201d (El-Enfal: 24)<\/p>\n<p>Ajeti shpjegon se n\u00ebse vonoheni dhe nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjeni me koh\u00eb thirrjes s\u00eb Allahut dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit, mos jini t\u00eb sigurt se Allahu nuk do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb n\u00eb mes jush dhe zemrave tuaja e, pas k\u00ebsaj, nuk do t\u00eb keni mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjeni thirrjes. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebnim p\u00ebr ju, p\u00ebr shkak se e braktis\u00ebt p\u00ebrgjigjen, pasi e v\u00ebrteta u qart\u00ebsua dhe doli n\u00eb drit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ibn el-Kajim, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cAjo q\u00eb kuptohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ajet \u00ebsht\u00eb se Allahu nd\u00ebrhyn n\u00eb mes besimtarit dhe femohimit, n\u00eb mes jobesimtarit dhe imanit, nd\u00ebrhyn n\u00eb mes adhuruesve t\u00eb Tij dhe b\u00ebrjes m\u00ebkat, n\u00eb mes gjynahqar\u00ebve dhe adhurimit t\u00eb Tij. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb komenti i Ibn Abasit dhe shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb komentuesve t\u00eb Kuranit.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sufjan eth-Theurij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, u pyet: \u201cSi e njohe Zotin t\u00ebnd?\u201d U p\u00ebrgjigj: \u201cMe shuarjen e vendosm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe anulimin e pik\u00ebsynimit<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a>.\u201d <a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kur nj\u00eb zem\u00ebr e luhatin er\u00ebrat e epsheve dhe dyshimeve, p\u00ebrforcimi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Pas mir\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Allahut dhe ndihm\u00ebs s\u00eb Tij, kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje k\u00ebrkon mjete t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb t\u2019i plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb nevojat e madh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb detyr\u00ebs dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e p\u00ebrmendte Allahun shpesh me k\u00ebt\u00eb cil\u00ebsi si dhe e lavd\u00ebronte me pushtetin e Tij.<\/p>\n<p>Abdullah ibn Omer, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tyre, tha: \u201cM\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb betohej i D\u00ebrguari Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ishte: \u2018Jo, pasha At\u00eb, q\u00eb i rrotullon zemrat\u2019.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p><u>Frika prej luhatjes n\u00eb fe dhe lutja e Allahut p\u00ebr p\u00ebrqendrim:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Pasi udh\u00ebzimi n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrqendrimi n\u00eb t\u00eb llogariten mir\u00ebsia m\u00eb e madhe e Allahut p\u00ebr robin, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr zmbrapsja pas udh\u00ebzimit, lajthitja nga e v\u00ebrteta, devijimi pas udh\u00ebzimit n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb, llogaritet fatkeq\u00ebsia m\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb njeriu provohet me t\u00eb n\u00eb dynja. Pastaj kjo e privon njeriun prej shum\u00eb t\u00eb mirave dhe e \u00e7on n\u00eb pik\u00ebllim dhe d\u00ebnimin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Pasi rreziku i luhatjes n\u00eb fe qenka n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkall\u00eb, pun\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb njeriu duhet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb kthimi i tij kah Allahu, paraqitja e nevoj\u00ebs p\u00ebr T\u00eb, lutja e Tij q\u00eb ta ruaj\u00eb nga luhatja n\u00eb fe dhe t\u2019ia p\u00ebrforcoj\u00eb zemr\u00ebn n\u00eb udh\u00ebzim dhe rrug\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, ishte njeriu m\u00eb i dijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr Allahun dhe q\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti i frikohej Allahut. Ai vazhdimisht i lutej Allahut ta forconte n\u00eb udh\u00ebzim, ta ruante nga luhatja n\u00eb fe dhe ta ruante nga pak\u00ebsimi n\u00eb ibadet dhe iman.<\/p>\n<p>Enes ibn Malik, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej tij, thot\u00eb: \u201cI D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e shpeshtonte lutjen: \u2018O Rrotullues i zemrave, p\u00ebrqendroma zemr\u00ebn time n\u00eb fen\u00eb T\u00ebnde.\u2019 E i thash\u00eb: O i D\u00ebrguar i Allahut! Ne ty t\u00eb besuam dhe i besuam asaj q\u00eb ti erdhe me t\u00eb (Islamit), a frikohesh p\u00ebr ne? Tha: \u2018Po. Me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, zemrat e njer\u00ebzve jan\u00eb mes dy gisht\u00ebrinjve prej gisht\u00ebrinjve t\u00eb Allahut, i rrotullon si t\u00eb do Ai\u2019. \u201d<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aisha, Allahu qoft\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur prej saj, thot\u00eb: \u201c\u00c7doher\u00eb q\u00eb i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, e ngritte kok\u00ebn e tij kah qielli, thoshte: \u2018O Ndryshues i zemrave, p\u00ebrqendroje zemr\u00ebn time n\u00eb adhurimin T\u00ebnd\u2019.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Abdullah ibn Serxhis thot\u00eb: \u201cI D\u00ebrguari i Allahut, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, kur nisej p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtim, k\u00ebrkonte mbrojtje nga v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e udh\u00ebtimit, nga kthimi n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi me trishtim, nga zmbrapsja pas udh\u00ebzimit, nga lutja e atij q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsi dhe nga shikimet q\u00ebllimk\u00ebqija n\u00eb familje dhe pasuri.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fjal\u00ebt \u201cnga zmbrapsja pas udh\u00ebzimit\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a>, n\u00ebnkuptojn\u00eb se k\u00ebrkoj mbrojtje nga kufri (femohimi) pas imanit, ose nga m\u00ebkatet pas pun\u00ebve t\u00eb mira, ose nga pak\u00ebsimi i imanit pas shtimit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Lutja e Allahut p\u00ebr p\u00ebrqendrim n\u00eb fe ishte tradita e Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb e pasuan t\u00eb thelluarit n\u00eb dijeni, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201c(Ata thon\u00eb:) \u201cO Zoti yn\u00eb! Mos lejo q\u00eb zemrat tona t\u00eb shmangen (nga e v\u00ebrteta), pasi na ke udh\u00ebzuar n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb, dhe na jep m\u00ebshir\u00eb prej Teje; v\u00ebrtet, Ti je Dhuruesi i Madh!\u201d (Ali Imran: 8)<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendja e t\u00eb thelluarve n\u00eb dijeni me Zotin e tyre. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendja q\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatet imanit, i cili buron nga rehatia me fjal\u00ebn e Allahut dhe premtimin e Tij, me njohjen e m\u00ebshir\u00ebs dhe mir\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Tij, me urt\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebn e caktimit t\u00eb Tij.
