P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye Allahu p\u00ebr rob\u00ebrit e Tij e ligj\u00ebroi kompensimin e k\u00ebtyre mang\u00ebsive, me ibadete vullnetare, me istigfar (k\u00ebrkimfalje), ose me shpagim. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nga m\u00ebshira e Allahut p\u00ebr rob\u00ebrit e Tij dhe nga bukurit\u00eb e fes\u00eb son\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Njeriu harron dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i pakujdessh\u00ebm, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb tabiatin e tij. N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, falja e namazit \u00ebsht\u00eb pozita m\u00eb e lart\u00eb e q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb robit para Allahut, prandaj edhe shejtani kujdeset q\u00eb t\u2019ia prish\u00eb at\u00eb, duke e futur n\u00eb mendime p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e dynjas\u00eb, ose e b\u00ebn q\u00eb ta shtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb rekat, ose ta pak\u00ebsoj\u00eb nj\u00eb rekat, ose e fut n\u00eb dyshim se sa rekate i ka falur, ose i b\u00ebn vesvese. P\u00ebr mang\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb namaz si shkak i harres\u00ebs ose gabimit, Allahu p\u00ebr namazfal\u00ebsin e ligj\u00ebroi sexhden e harres\u00ebs q\u00eb ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb at\u00eb mang\u00ebsi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sexhdja e harres\u00ebs b\u00ebhet n\u00eb raste dhe situata t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, ngase jo \u00e7do harres\u00eb, gabim dhe mang\u00ebsi e detyron sexhden e harres\u00ebs, p\u00ebr ta posht\u00ebruar shejtanin, p\u00ebr ta kompensuar mang\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb namaz dhe p\u00ebr ta k\u00ebnaqur Allahun.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Harresa e Pejgamberit, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb namazin e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cnga plot\u00ebsimi i begatis\u00eb s\u00eb Allahut p\u00ebr umetin e tij dhe plot\u00ebsim i fes\u00eb s\u00eb tyre, q\u00eb ta ndjekin Pejgamberin, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ai ua ligj\u00ebron kur ata t\u00eb harrojn\u00eb n\u00eb namaz. Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, harronte sikur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit dhe p\u00ebr harres\u00ebn e tij vendoseshin dispozita q\u00eb ato duhet t\u00eb zbatohen kur t\u00eb harroj\u00eb umeti i tij deri n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit.\u201d<a class=\"sm2_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rtvpendimi.com\/sexhdja-e-harreses-sevi-sexhdja-rregulla-dhe-dispozita\/#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pejgamberi, lavd\u00ebrimi dhe paqja e Allahut qofshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cUn\u00eb jam njeri sikur ju, harroj sikur ju q\u00eb harroni, e kur ndonj\u00ebri prej juve harron, le t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb dy sexhde (harrese).\u201d<a class=\"sm2_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rtvpendimi.com\/sexhdja-e-harreses-sevi-sexhdja-rregulla-dhe-dispozita\/#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\"><sup>[2]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Sexhdja e harres\u00ebs; jan\u00eb dy sexhde q\u00eb i b\u00ebn namazfal\u00ebsi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb namazit, para ose pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam, q\u00eb ta kompensoj\u00eb mang\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb namaz, n\u00eb raste dhe situata t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta.<\/li>\n<li>Sexhdja e harres\u00ebs ligj\u00ebrohet kur namazfal\u00ebsi harron ose gabon pa q\u00ebllim, n\u00eb raste specifike, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00ebse gabimi b\u00ebhet me q\u00ebllim, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ligj\u00ebrohet sexhdja e harres\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>Sexhdja e harres\u00ebs, sipas mendimit m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim kur namazfal\u00ebsi harron, shton ose pak\u00ebson n\u00eb namaz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur kur namazfal\u00ebsi e harron nj\u00eb rekat, ose e l\u00eb nj\u00eb detyrim t\u00eb namazit si teshehudi i par\u00eb, ose e shton nj\u00eb rekat, ruku apo sexhde, e t\u00eb ngjashme me to.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Shkaqet e sexhdes s\u00eb harres\u00ebs jan\u00eb tri: kur namazfal\u00ebsi shton n\u00eb namaz, kur pak\u00ebson prej namazit, ose kur dyshon q\u00eb ka shtuar apo mang\u00ebsuar n\u00eb namaz.<\/li>\n<li>Kush shton me q\u00ebllim n\u00eb namaz nj\u00eb rekat, nj\u00eb ulje, nj\u00eb ruku, ose nj\u00eb sexhde, namazi i tij prishet (dhe nuk p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet me sexhden e harres\u00ebs sh.p.).<\/li>\n<li>Namazfal\u00ebsi q\u00eb shton nga harresa n\u00eb namazin e tij:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse nuk i kujtohet q\u00eb ka shtuar n\u00eb namaz p\u00ebrve\u00e7se n\u00eb fund t\u00eb namazit, atij i takon t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb dy sexhdet e harres\u00ebs dhe namazi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ilustrim me shembuj:<\/p>\n<p>Namazfal\u00ebsi n\u00eb namazin e drek\u00ebs i fal pes\u00eb rekate, nuk i kujtohet q\u00eb e ka shtuar nj\u00eb rekat, vet\u00ebm pasi q\u00eb ulet n\u00eb teshehudin e fundit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ai duhet ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb teshehudin dhe t\u2019i b\u00ebj\u00eb dy sexhde t\u00eb harres\u00ebs pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam.<\/p>\n<p>Ose, namazfal\u00ebsi gabon dhe i b\u00ebn tri sexhde, atij i kujtohet q\u00eb e ka shtuar nj\u00eb sexhde pasi q\u00eb ngrihet nga sexhdja; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ai e vazhdon namazin e tij dhe e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse shton n\u00eb namaz dhe i kujtohet duke u falur, ai detyrohet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs. Namazi i tij n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ilustrim me shembull:<\/p>\n<p>Namazfal\u00ebsi harron dhe ngrihet p\u00ebr n\u00eb rekatin e pest\u00eb, duke u falur i kujtohet q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rekatin e pest\u00eb; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ai detyrohet t\u00eb kthehet menj\u00ebher\u00eb, t\u00eb ulet n\u00eb teshehud dhe pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse shton n\u00eb namaz dhe i kujtohet q\u00eb ka shtuar pasi ta p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb namazin; n\u00ebse koh\u00ebzgjatja \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr, at\u00ebher\u00eb e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00ebse i kujtohet pasi t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb e gjat\u00eb, nuk duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb gj\u00eb dhe namazi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n<p>Ilustrim me shembull:<\/p>\n<p>Namazfal\u00ebsi n\u00eb namazin e drek\u00ebs gabon dhe e shton nj\u00eb rekat, drek\u00ebn e fal pes\u00eb rekate; atij kjo nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb kujtuar vet\u00ebm pasi q\u00eb e ka p\u00ebrfunduar namazin.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Namazfal\u00ebsi i cili me q\u00ebllim jep selam para se t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb namazi, namazi i tij prishet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>N\u00ebse nga harresa jep selam para se t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb namazi, dhe kjo i kujtohet pas nj\u00eb kohe m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, ai e p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit namazin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00ebse i kujtohet pas nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, pas dy ose tre minutave, ai e plot\u00ebson namazin e tij dhe jep selam, pastaj e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs dhe s\u00ebrish jep selam.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>N\u00ebse imami jep selam para se ta p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb namazin, nd\u00ebrsa disave nga xhemati q\u00eb falen pas tij u ka ikur ndonj\u00eb rekat dhe (pasi q\u00eb imami jep selam) ata ngrihen q\u00eb ta plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb u ka ikur, pastaj imamit i kujtohet q\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb selam gabim dhe ngrihet ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb namazin; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, xhemati mund t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb, t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb q\u00eb ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb i ka ikur dhe pastaj t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs, apo t\u00eb kthehet q\u00eb ta vazhdoj\u00eb namazin me imamin, dhe pasi q\u00eb imami t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam, ata t\u00eb ngrihen q\u00eb ta plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb u ka ikur dhe pas selamit ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs. Kjo e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e sigurt.<\/li>\n<li>Kur namazfal\u00ebsi t\u00eb pak\u00ebsoj\u00eb nj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb t\u00eb namazit;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb tekbiri fillestar, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ka namaz, pavar\u00ebsisht a e braktis me q\u00ebllim apo pa q\u00ebllim, sepse ai n\u00eb esenc\u00eb nuk ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb namaz dhe namazi i tij nuk ka filluar.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb tjet\u00ebr jasht\u00eb tekbirit fillestar dhe at\u00eb e braktis me q\u00ebllim, namazi i tij prishet.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li>Kur namazfal\u00ebsi nga harresa e braktis nj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb nga shtyllat e namazit:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse namazfal\u00ebsi arrin n\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb tek ajo pjes\u00eb (te shtylla) q\u00eb e ka braktisur n\u00eb rekatin e par\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, rekati q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb e harroi shtyll\u00ebn konsiderohet i pavlefsh\u00ebm dhe vendin e tij e merr rekati q\u00eb vjen pas tij.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse namazfal\u00ebsi nuk arrin n\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb tek ajo pjes\u00eb (te shtylla) q\u00eb e ka braktisur n\u00eb rekatin e par\u00eb, ai detyrohet t\u00eb kthehet te shtylla e braktisur, ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb at\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb me pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb namazit. K\u00ebshtu forma dhe renditja e namazit do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb dy rastet namazfal\u00ebsi detyrohet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ilustrojm\u00eb me shembuj:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Namazfal\u00ebsi harron ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e dyt\u00eb n\u00eb rekatin e par\u00eb, kjo atij i kujtohet n\u00eb uljen n\u00eb mes dy sexhdeve n\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast rekati i par\u00eb konsiderohet i pavlefsh\u00ebm dhe vendin e tij e merr rekati i dyt\u00eb, i cili p\u00ebr namazfal\u00ebsin tashm\u00eb llogaritet rekat i par\u00eb. Pastaj ai e plot\u00ebson namazin dhe n\u00eb fund jep selam, pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs dhe prap\u00eb jep selam.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Namazfal\u00ebsi n\u00eb rekatin e par\u00eb e b\u00ebn vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb sexhde dhe harron t\u00eb ulet n\u00eb mes dy sexhdeve, ai pasi q\u00eb e b\u00ebn nj\u00eb sexhde, ngrihet p\u00ebr n\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb. Gabimi i kujtohet pasi t\u00eb ngrihet nga rukuja n\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb; e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ai duhet t\u00eb kthehet dhe t\u00eb ulet n\u00eb mes dy sexhdeve, e b\u00ebn sexhden e dyt\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu e plot\u00ebson rekatin e par\u00eb dhe ngrihet p\u00ebr n\u00eb rekatin e dyt\u00eb dhe e plot\u00ebson namazin. N\u00eb fund e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"14\">\n<li>Namazfal\u00ebsi i cili nga harresa e ka l\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb t\u00eb namazit, n\u00ebse atij i kujtohet pas nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, pasi q\u00eb e ka p\u00ebrfunduar namazin:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse shtylla e l\u00ebn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nga rekati i fundit (p.sh. rukuja e rekatit t\u00eb fundit), ai kthehet tek ajo pjes\u00eb q\u00eb e ka harruar, e plot\u00ebson pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb ka mbetur nga namazi, n\u00eb fund jep selam dhe pasi q\u00eb jep selam, e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse shtylla e l\u00ebn\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nga rekati i fundit, por i ndonj\u00eb rekati t\u00eb tjet\u00ebr (p.sh. sexhdja e rekatit t\u00eb tret\u00eb t\u00eb namazit t\u00eb drek\u00ebs), namazfal\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb me nj\u00eb rekat t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe, pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"15\">\n<li>Namazfal\u00ebsit, n\u00ebse i kujtohet q\u00eb e ka harruar ndonj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb pas nj\u00eb kohe m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb pasi ka dal\u00eb prej namazit, ai duhet ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebris\u00eb namazin e tij. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb than\u00eb q\u00eb namazfal\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb me at\u00eb pjes\u00eb q\u00eb e ka harruar nga namazi i tij, edhe n\u00ebse ka kaluar nj\u00eb koh\u00eb e gjat\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi t\u00eb cilin e ka zgjedhur Ib\u00ebn Tejmije, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb.<a class=\"sm2_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rtvpendimi.com\/sexhdja-e-harreses-sevi-sexhdja-rregulla-dhe-dispozita\/#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li>Namazfal\u00ebsi, n\u00ebse e l\u00eb me q\u00ebllim nj\u00eb detyrim nga detyrimet e namazit (p.sh. teshehudin e par\u00eb), namazi i tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00ebse e l\u00eb nj\u00eb detyrim me harres\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dhe i kujtohet para se t\u00eb largohet nga ai vend n\u00eb namaz, vjen me t\u00eb (me at\u00eb detyrim) dhe nuk ka nevoj\u00eb ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse i kujtohet pasi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar nga vendi dhe para se t\u00eb ket\u00eb arritur te shtylla e radh\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb kthehet menj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vij\u00eb me t\u00eb, e pastaj ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb namazin, t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebri t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse i kujtohet pasi t\u00eb arrij\u00eb te shtylla e radh\u00ebs n\u00eb namazin e tij, nuk duhet t\u00eb kthehet te vendi i detyrimit q\u00eb e ka harruar, por e vazhdon namazin dhe n\u00eb fund e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs para se t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam.<\/p>\n<p>Ilustrim me shembull:<\/p>\n<p>Namazfal\u00ebsi harron ta thot\u00eb fjal\u00ebn \u2018subhane rabijel adhim\u2019 n\u00eb ruku; n\u00ebse i kujtohet q\u00eb ka harruar para se t\u00eb arrij\u00eb t\u00eb drejtohet nga rukuja, ai detyrohet t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb ruku dhe ta thot\u00eb dhikrin e rukus\u00eb. A, n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur nga rukuja dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, nuk kthehet po e vazhdon namazin dhe e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs para selamit.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"17\">\n<li>Ai q\u00eb e l\u00eb ndonj\u00eb sunet t\u00eb namazit (sikur t\u00eb lexoj\u00eb pa z\u00eb n\u00eb namazet me z\u00eb, ose duaja e hapjes s\u00eb namazit etj.); nuk duhet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs, edhe n\u00ebse e l\u00eb me q\u00ebllim. Por, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe p\u00eblqehet n\u00ebse e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs, sepse ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb ose ka vepruar di\u00e7ka jo n\u00eb vendin e vet n\u00eb namaz.<\/li>\n<li>Namazfal\u00ebsi q\u00eb shton ndonj\u00eb lloj t\u00eb dhikrit q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e namazit, sikur: t\u00eb thot\u00eb gjat\u00eb tekbirit n\u00eb namaz \u201cAllahu ekberu kebiren\u201d, ose \u201cAmin ja rabel alemin\u201d; edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk detyrohet sexhdja e harres\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>Dyshimi n\u00eb namaz vjen kur ka pavendosm\u00ebri dhe l\u00ebkundje n\u00eb mes dy \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve se cila ka ndodhur (d.m.th. t\u00eb dyshoj\u00eb namazfal\u00ebsi se a i ka falur tri rekate apo kat\u00ebr).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Namazfal\u00ebsi n\u00eb tri raste nuk duhet t\u2019i kushtoj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje dyshimit:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 kur dyshimi \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb iluzion ose p\u00ebrfytyrim jo i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, sikur vesveset.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 kur dyshimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i shpesht\u00eb, saq\u00eb \u00e7do her\u00eb kur b\u00ebn ibadet ka dyshime.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 kur dyshimi vjen pasi ta kryej\u00eb ibadetin, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk duhet t\u2019i kushtoj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje dyshimit, p\u00ebrderisa \u00e7\u00ebshtja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e sigurt, andaj ai duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb sipas bindjes s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"21\">\n<li>Dyshimi n\u00eb namaz nuk p\u00ebrjashtohet nga k\u00ebto dy gjendje:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gjendja e par\u00eb: Nga dy \u00e7\u00ebshtje namazfal\u00ebsi e zgjedh at\u00eb q\u00eb mendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb af\u00ebr s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs dhe punon me t\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht a \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak apo m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Andaj, ashtu e plot\u00ebson namazin e tij, jep selam, e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs dhe prap\u00eb jep selam.<\/p>\n<p>Ilustrim me shembull:<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb namazin e drek\u00ebs dyshon n\u00eb numrin e rekateve, a \u00ebsht\u00eb rekati i dyt\u00eb apo i tret\u00eb; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast anon q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rekatin e tret\u00eb dhe pastaj vjen edhe m\u00eb nj\u00eb rekat, e plot\u00ebson namazin, dhe pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs. P\u00ebrve\u00e7, n\u00ebse ndokujt nga xhemati i ka ikur ndonj\u00eb rekat dhe duhet t\u00eb ngrihet pasi q\u00eb imami t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ai nuk e ndjek imamin kur ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs pas selamit, por ngrihet ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb i ka ikur, pastaj jep selam dhe e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs pas namazit.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00ebse imami harron n\u00eb namaz, xhemati ia t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen duke th\u00ebn\u00eb \u2018subhanallah\u2019, e n\u00ebse imami nuk e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs dhe xhemati e sheh q\u00eb ai nuk po e b\u00ebn, ata detyrohen q\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb sexhden pasi t\u00eb japin selam. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00ebse gjat\u00eb namazit me xhemat, gabon me harres\u00eb ndonj\u00ebri nga xhemati dhe jo imami:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse ai e ka filluar namazin me imamin, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb nuk i ka ikur asnj\u00eb rekat, dhe harron di\u00e7ka n\u00eb namaz, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ai nuk e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs, q\u00eb mos ta kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb imamin n\u00eb pasim. P\u00ebrve\u00e7, n\u00ebse ndodh q\u00eb t\u00eb harroj\u00eb di\u00e7ka nga namazi dhe kjo ia prish rekatin sikur, ta harroj\u00eb rukun\u00eb ose sexhden; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, pasi q\u00eb imami t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam, ai ngrihet dhe e fal edhe nj\u00eb rekat, pastaj jep selam dhe e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs pas selamit, sepse ai ka shtuar n\u00eb namazin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse nuk ka filluar namazin me imamin, ka ardhur m\u00eb von\u00eb dhe i ka ikur ndonj\u00eb rekat, dhe duke u falur me imamin ndodh q\u00eb t\u00eb harroj\u00eb di\u00e7ka n\u00eb namaz, ose ndodh t\u00eb harroj\u00eb kur t\u00eb ngrihet ta plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb namazin pasi q\u00eb imami jep selam; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast e ka patjet\u00ebr ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"25\">\n<li>Dijetar\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb mendimi p\u00ebr sexhden e harres\u00ebs (a b\u00ebhet para selamit apo pas selamit?)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mendimi m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb, Allahu e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb sexhdja e harres\u00ebs b\u00ebhet para selamit n\u00eb dy vende: kur t\u00eb mang\u00ebsohet n\u00eb namaz, ose kur t\u00eb dyshohet n\u00eb namaz dhe namazfal\u00ebsi nuk mund t\u00eb vendos\u00eb se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e sakt\u00eb nga dy \u00e7\u00ebshtjet.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa sexhdja e harres\u00ebs b\u00ebhet pas selamit n\u00eb dy vende: kur t\u00eb shtohet n\u00eb namaz, ose kur t\u00eb dyshohet n\u00eb namaz dhe namazfal\u00ebsi nga dy \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e vendos p\u00ebr nj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga to q\u00eb mendon se \u00ebsht\u00eb e sakt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"26\">\n<li>Mospajtimi i dijetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr meselen\u00eb q\u00eb sexhdja e harres\u00ebs a b\u00ebhet para apo pas selamit, \u00ebsht\u00eb nga aspekti i p\u00eblqimit dhe ep\u00ebrsis\u00eb. P\u00ebrcillet q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jan\u00eb unik\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Andaj ai q\u00eb shton, pak\u00ebson ose dyshon n\u00eb namazin e tij dhe sexhden e b\u00ebn para selamit apo pasi t\u00eb jap\u00eb selam, namazi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rregull. \u00c7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjer\u00eb, elhamdulilah. T\u00eb k\u00ebtij mendimi jan\u00eb Ib\u00ebn Tejmije, q\u00eb e zgjodhi si mendim m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb dhe dijetari Ib\u00ebn Uthejmini, Allahu i m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!<a class=\"sm2_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rtvpendimi.com\/sexhdja-e-harreses-sevi-sexhdja-rregulla-dhe-dispozita\/#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\"><sup>[8]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e sigurt p\u00ebr vendet e sexhdes s\u00eb harres\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb pasohet suneti.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"27\">\n<li>Namazfal\u00ebsi, n\u00ebse n\u00eb namazin e tij i b\u00ebn dy gabime; p\u00ebr nj\u00ebrin gabim sexhdja b\u00ebhet para selamit dhe p\u00ebr tjetrin gabim sexhdja b\u00ebhet pas selamit (sikur: kur e harron teshehudin e par\u00eb dhe e shton nj\u00eb ulje m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00eb namaz); n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ai nuk i b\u00ebn dy sexhde t\u00eb harres\u00ebs, por e b\u00ebn vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb, edhe at\u00eb para selamit.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00ebse gabimet me harres\u00eb shtohen brenda nj\u00eb namazi, namazfal\u00ebsi mjafton q\u00eb ta b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb sexhde t\u00eb harres\u00ebs, nuk ka nevoj\u00eb ta p\u00ebrs\u00ebris\u00eb aq her\u00eb sa ka ndodhur gabimi n\u00eb namaz, pavar\u00ebsisht a \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar, pak\u00ebsuar, ose dyshuar n\u00eb namaz.<\/li>\n<li>Kush e l\u00eb me q\u00ebllim sexhden e harres\u00ebs aty ku vendi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet para selamit (dhe nuk e b\u00ebn at\u00eb as para dhe as pas selamit); namazi i tij i prishet, sepse ai e ka l\u00ebn\u00eb me q\u00ebllim nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar n\u00eb namaz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Kush e l\u00eb me q\u00ebllim sexhden e harres\u00ebs aty ku vendi i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pas selamit; nuk prishet namazi i tij, por b\u00ebn m\u00ebkat, sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb kompensim p\u00ebr ibadetin, por jasht\u00eb tij, prandaj nuk prishet namazi.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo vlen at\u00ebher\u00eb kur veprimi i harruar sikur t\u00eb lihej me q\u00ebllim dhe kjo l\u00ebnie \u00ebsht\u00eb e rangut q\u00eb e prish namazin, pavar\u00ebsisht a \u00ebsht\u00eb shtim apo pak\u00ebsim n\u00eb namaz.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"30\">\n<li>Kush e l\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs pa q\u00ebllim:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse i kujtohet pas nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr q\u00eb e ka p\u00ebrfunduar namazin; ai e b\u00ebn sexhden e harres\u00ebs, pavar\u00ebsisht se vendi i sexhdes ka qen\u00eb para apo pas selamit. Namazfal\u00ebsi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast e ka p\u00ebr detyrim ta b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhden, edhe pse ajo nuk b\u00ebhet n\u00eb vendin e saj t\u00eb duhur.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 N\u00ebse i kujtohet pas nj\u00eb kohe m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb q\u00eb e ka p\u00ebrfunduar namazin; sexhdja e harres\u00ebs bie dhe namazin e ka n\u00eb rregull.<\/p>\n<p>Ib\u00ebn Tejmije, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, anon ka mendimi q\u00eb namazfal\u00ebsi kur ta kujtoj\u00eb q\u00eb e ka harruar sexhden e harres\u00ebs, qoft\u00eb edhe pas nj\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb me t\u00eb.<a class=\"sm2_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rtvpendimi.com\/sexhdja-e-harreses-sevi-sexhdja-rregulla-dhe-dispozita\/#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\"><sup>[9]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"31\">\n<li>Sexhdja e harres\u00ebs ligj\u00ebrohet n\u00eb namazet vullnetare (nafile) sikur q\u00eb ligj\u00ebrohet n\u00eb namazin farz, n\u00ebse gjenden shkaqet e saj. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mendimi i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb dijetar\u00ebve, n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb tashmen, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Ib\u00ebn Sirinit, Allahut e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!<\/li>\n<li>Sexhdja e harres\u00ebs nuk ligj\u00ebrohet n\u00eb namazin e xhenazes, as n\u00eb sexhden e leximit t\u00eb ajeteve kuranore q\u00eb kan\u00eb sexhde dhe as n\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ai q\u00eb b\u00ebn gabim me harres\u00eb n\u00eb sexhden e harres\u00ebs (sikur t\u00eb harroj\u00eb ta thot\u00eb dhikrin e sexhdes \u2018subhane rabijel eala); nuk detyrohet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sexhde tjet\u00ebr (t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb harres\u00ebs).<\/p>\n<ol start=\"33\">\n<li>Forma e dy sexhdeve t\u00eb harres\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim dhe dhik\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur sexhdet e namazit. Para r\u00ebnies n\u00eb sexhde, namazfal\u00ebsi e fillon me tekbir (thot\u00eb Allahu ekber), bie n\u00eb sexhde me shtat\u00eb gjymtyr\u00ebt, e shqipton at\u00eb q\u00eb e shqipton n\u00eb sexhden e namazit \u2018subhane rabijel eala\u2019 dhe b\u00ebn dua, n\u00ebse do.
