{"id":8123,"date":"2026-06-01T20:10:57","date_gmt":"2026-06-01T20:10:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shkollaislame.com\/?p=8123"},"modified":"2026-06-01T20:12:03","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T20:12:03","slug":"8123","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shkollaislame.com\/?p=8123","title":{"rendered":"SH\u00cbMTIA E IMORALITETIT DHE D\u00cbMET E TIJ T\u00cb M\u00cbDHA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ibn Kajimi (Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb!) sqaroi disa prej d\u00ebmeve q\u00eb i shkakton imoraliteti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZinaja i bashkon t\u00eb gjitha karakteristikat e sherrit: fetarin\u00eb e zbeht\u00eb, humbjen e dinjitetit, r\u00ebnien e autoritetit dhe zbehjen e xhelozis\u00eb. Te zinaqari nuk gjen devotshm\u00ebri, marr\u00ebveshjet nuk i respekton, nuk ka sinqeritet n\u00eb fjal\u00ebt e tij, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shok i mir\u00eb, nuk ka xhelozi p\u00ebr grarin\u00eb e familjes s\u00eb tij. Tradhtia dhe g\u00ebnjeshtra, mashtrimi dhe paturp\u00ebsia, pandjesia se Allahu e mbik\u00ebqyr dhe pandjesia e b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb gjynahut, largimi i xhelozis\u00eb prej zemr\u00ebs; jan\u00eb prej deg\u00ebve dhe pasojave q\u00eb i sjell zinaja.<\/p>\n<p>Prej nd\u00ebshkimeve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb sjell zinaja jan\u00eb: zem\u00ebrimi i Allahut duke e sprovuar n\u00eb familjen dhe nderin e tij. Sikur dikush t\u00eb merrte guximin t\u00eb zem\u00ebronte ndonj\u00eb mbret prej mbret\u00ebrve t\u00eb dynjas\u00eb, s\u2019ka dyshim se pritja tij do t\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb e keqe.<\/p>\n<p>Prej nd\u00ebshkimeve jan\u00eb edhe: err\u00ebsir\u00eb n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb, m\u00ebrzi dhe d\u00ebshp\u00ebrim n\u00eb zem\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebshkime jan\u00eb edhe: err\u00ebsira dhe largimi i drit\u00ebs prej zemr\u00ebs. Kjo reflektohet m\u00eb pas n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb, duke u larguar prej saj shk\u00eblqimi dhe duke e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb at\u00eb err\u00ebsira.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, mbjellja e varf\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb ether (th\u00ebnie e t\u00eb par\u00ebve) p\u00ebrmendet se Allahu ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cAllahu i shkat\u00ebrron zullumqar\u00ebt dhe i varf\u00ebron zinaqar\u00ebt.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebshkime t\u00eb tjera: e largon d\u00eblir\u00ebsin\u00eb prej zinaqarit, e distancon nga adhurimi i Allahut dhe bie vlera nga syt\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tutje, nd\u00ebshkime q\u00eb p\u00ebrjeton: ia rr\u00ebmben em\u00ebrtimet e bukura, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht at\u00eb t\u00eb virtytshm\u00ebris\u00eb, bamir\u00ebsis\u00eb e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb; dhe e b\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet me em\u00ebrtime t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuara, si: m\u00ebkatar, i shthurur, zinaqar dhe tradhtar.<\/p>\n<p>Prej nd\u00ebshkimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb se ia rr\u00ebmben p\u00ebrshkrimin <em>besimtar<\/em>, ashtu si\u00e7 ka ardhur n\u00eb hadithin e Pejgamberit \ufdfa: \u201cNuk ndodh q\u00eb zinaqari t\u00eb jet\u00eb besimtar teksa b\u00ebn zina&#8230;\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> Pra, ia heq p\u00ebrshkrimin e imanit t\u00eb plot\u00eb, edhe pse nuk e rr\u00ebmben prej tij gjith\u00eb imanin (por e dob\u00ebson shum\u00eb). Kur u pyet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith Xhafer ibn Muhamedi, vizatoi nj\u00eb rreth n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe tha: \u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb rrethi i imanit.\u201d Pastaj vizatoi nj\u00eb rreth tjet\u00ebr jasht\u00eb rrethit t\u00eb par\u00eb dhe tha: \u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb rrethi i Islamit. Kur njeriu b\u00ebn zina, del prej k\u00ebtij rrethi (t\u00eb imanit), por jo prej rrethit tjet\u00ebr (t\u00eb Islamit).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebshkim tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb se e ekspozon veten t\u00eb jet\u00eb banor i grop\u00ebs sikurse furra, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn i pa Pejgamberi \ufdfa \u00a0zinaqar\u00ebt dhe zinaqaret.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb tej, largohet nga p\u00ebrshkrimi i bukur me t\u00eb cilin Allahu i p\u00ebrshkroi t\u00eb virtytshmit dhe t\u00eb ndershmit. P\u00ebrshkrimi i tij do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i sh\u00ebmtuar, ashtu si\u00e7 u p\u00ebrshkruan zinaqar\u00ebt. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cGrat\u00eb e pandershme jan\u00eb p\u00ebr burrat e pandersh\u00ebm dhe burrat e pandersh\u00ebm jan\u00eb p\u00ebr grat\u00eb e pandershme. Grat\u00eb e ndershme jan\u00eb p\u00ebr burra t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm dhe burrat e ndersh\u00ebm jan\u00eb p\u00ebr gra t\u00eb ndershme.\u201d (Nur, 26) Allahu e b\u00ebri Xhenetin vendbanim t\u00eb t\u00eb ndershm\u00ebve, ku hyjn\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb ndershmit dhe nuk ka vend p\u00ebr t\u00eb pandershmit. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cT\u00eb cil\u00ebve melek\u00ebt ua marrin shpirtin, duke qen\u00eb t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb ndaj vetvetes. Ata do t\u00eb shfaqin p\u00ebrul\u00ebsi (duke th\u00ebn\u00eb): \u201cNe nuk kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe!\u201d (Dhe do t\u2019u thuhet): \u201cNuk \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu! Natyrisht q\u00eb Allahu i di mir\u00eb veprat q\u00eb keni punuar.\u201d (Nahl, 28) Po ashtu Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cKur t\u2019i afrohen atij, dyert e tij do t\u00eb hapen e rojtar\u00ebt e tij do t\u2019u thon\u00eb atyre: \u201cShp\u00ebtimi qoft\u00eb mbi ju! Ju keni qen\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mir\u00eb, andaj hyni n\u00eb t\u00eb dhe q\u00ebndroni p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb!\u201d (Zumer, 73) T\u00eb ndershmit, pra, e meritojn\u00eb selamin e melek\u00ebve dhe hyrjen n\u00eb Xhenet, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndershm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Zinaqar\u00ebt jan\u00eb prej krijesave m\u00eb t\u00eb f\u00eblliqura. Si vendbanim p\u00ebr t\u00eb pandershmit dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebqijt\u00eb Allahu e b\u00ebri Xhehenemin. Kur t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb Dita e Kiametit, Allahu e dallon t\u00eb mirin nga t\u00eb k\u00ebqijt\u00eb: t\u00eb k\u00ebqijt\u00eb i palos nj\u00eb mbi nj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb i hedh n\u00eb Xhehenem. N\u00eb Xhehenem nuk hyn i miri dhe n\u00eb Xhenet nuk hyn i keqi.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebshkim tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb ashp\u00ebrsia q\u00eb Allahu e mbjell n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e zinaqarit dhe q\u00eb reflekton edhe n\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e tij. P\u00ebrderisa fytyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb ndershmit e karakterizon \u00ebmb\u00eblsia dhe zemr\u00ebn e tij af\u00ebrsia, saq\u00eb secili njeri qet\u00ebsohet me shoq\u00ebrimin e tij, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr fytyr\u00ebn e zinaqarit e mbulon ashp\u00ebrsia dhe secili q\u00eb e shoq\u00ebron at\u00eb eg\u00ebrsohet.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebshkim \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ulja e autoritetit n\u00eb syt\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve, familjar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i p\u00ebrbuzuri n\u00eb zemrat dhe syt\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb krahasim me t\u00eb ndershmin, t\u00eb cilit Allahu i jep autoritet dhe njer\u00ebzit e duan.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebshkimi tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit e shohin si mashtrues, prandaj askush nuk i z\u00eb bes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019ia l\u00ebn\u00eb amanet familjen dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Era e keqe q\u00eb p\u00ebrhapet prej tij dhe e nuhat \u00e7do zem\u00ebrpast\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebshkimi pasues. Ajo del nga goja dhe trupi i tij. Ngaq\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz jan\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb er\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb t\u00eb dallohet se prej cilit po l\u00ebshohet era e keqe e zinas\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebshkohet edhe me zem\u00ebrngusht\u00ebsi dhe siklet n\u00eb zem\u00ebr. Zinaqar\u00ebve u jepet e kund\u00ebrta e asaj q\u00eb synojn\u00eb: ata k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi n\u00eb gj\u00ebrat e ndaluara, prandaj u jepet zem\u00ebrngusht\u00ebsia. Ajo q\u00eb gjendet tek Allahu, nuk arrihet me harame, por me adhurimin e Tij. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb Allahu nuk e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb gjynahun shkak q\u00eb t\u00eb arrihet tek e mira. Sikur ta dinte gjynahqari se \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00eblsie, g\u00ebzimi dhe zem\u00ebrgjer\u00ebsie ka n\u00eb virtytshm\u00ebri, do t\u00eb bindej se i ka ikur k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia reale dhe me haram ka shijuar k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb iluzionare. Andaj, l\u00ebre at\u00eb q\u00eb e sjell nd\u00ebshkimin dhe shko pas asaj q\u00eb ta mund\u00ebson shp\u00ebrblimin e Allahut.<\/p>\n<p>Prej nd\u00ebshkimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb se e ekspozon veten q\u00eb t\u00eb privohet nga t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqurit me hyrit\u00eb n\u00eb vendbanimet e Xhenetit. Allahu e nd\u00ebshkoi burrin q\u00eb vesh veshje nga m\u00ebndafshi n\u00eb dynja q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e vesh\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit; e nd\u00ebshkoi pir\u00ebsin e alkoolit n\u00eb dynja me mospirjen e alkoolit n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit dhe nj\u00ebjt\u00eb do ta nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebnaqet me pamjet n\u00eb haram n\u00eb dynja, madje \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb e arrin robi n\u00eb dynja. Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb zgjerohet n\u00eb hallallin e tij, aq do t\u2019i merret nga hisja tij n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit, e, n\u00ebse e arrin n\u00eb haram, at\u00ebher\u00eb do ta humb\u00eb at\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb Dit\u00ebn e Kiametit.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nd\u00ebshkim \u00ebsht\u00eb se zinaja shpie n\u00eb shk\u00ebputjen e lidhjeve farefisnore dhe mosrespektimin e prind\u00ebrve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimin e pasuris\u00eb haram dhe padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb ndaj krijesave, humbjen e familjes dhe familjar\u00ebve. Mbase e \u00e7on te derdhja e gjakut n\u00eb haram. Ndoshta e \u00e7on t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb prej magjistarit e t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb magjin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zhytet n\u00eb shirk (idhujtari), me dije ose pa dije. Ky gjynah nuk arrin t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet vet\u00ebm se me gjynahe t\u00eb tjera, para dhe pas tij. Pastaj prej tij lindin lloje t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb gjynaheve. Zinaqari \u00ebsht\u00eb i rrethuar me ushtri prej gjynaheve para tij dhe me ushtri prej gjynaheve pas tij. Me vete t\u00ebrheq zvarr\u00eb krejt sherrin e dynjas\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ahiretit. Zinaja si asnj\u00eb gjynah tjet\u00ebr e pengon t\u00eb mir\u00ebn n\u00eb dynja dhe ahiret. N\u00ebse njeriu bie n\u00eb rrjetin e zinas\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb s\u2019e shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb at\u00eb as k\u00ebshillat e t\u00eb men\u00e7urve e as ila\u00e7et e mjek\u00ebve. At\u00eb q\u00eb e rob\u00ebron zinaja, s\u2019ka kush e liron, kurse at\u00eb q\u00eb e mbyt zinaja, s\u2019ka kush e m\u00ebshiron. Allahu siguroi se p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb zinas\u00eb humben mir\u00ebsit\u00eb, andaj ai q\u00eb sprovohet me zina, le t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetet me mir\u00ebsit\u00eb e Allahut. Zinaja i ngjason mysafirit q\u00eb shpejt ik\u00ebn dhe nuk q\u00ebndron. Allahu thot\u00eb: \u201cKjo ndodh se Allahu nuk ia ndryshon kurr\u00eb nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsi q\u00eb ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb populli, derisa ata t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb veten e tyre.
