Ari i cili bartet nga gruaja nuk obligohet nxjerrja e zeqatit prej tij, sipas mendimit më të saktë.
Ari që bartet nga gruaja nuk nxjerret prej ti zekati, të këtij mendimi janë:
Omeri Ibn Hatabi, Abdullah Ibn Omeri, Xhabir Ibn Abdilah, Esma bint Ebi Bekr, Aishe bint Ebi Bekr, Enes Ibn Malik, Imam Ahmedi, Maliku, Shafiu, Shejhul Islam Ibn Tejmije, Ibn Kajim el Xheuzi, Shejh Muhamed Ibn AbdulUehab, dhe shumë të tjerë.
Ari që bartet nga gruaja nxjerret edhe për të zekat:
I këtij mendimi është imam Ebu Hanifeja.
Mendimi i parë është i saktë, si shkak i argumenteve (haditheve) të sakta të cilat i ka nxjerr Imam Buhariu dhe Muslimi, Ebu Davudi, Tirmidhiu dhe Nesaiu.
Mendimi i dytë ështê jo i qëlluar, sepse bazohet në hadithin që e transmeton Amër Ibn Shuajbi, Tirmidhiu thotë që hadithi është i shumë i dobët (daif xhiden).
Dhe në rregulla të fesë nuk nxjerren dispozita bazike nëpërmjet hadithit të dobët.<\/p>\n
