Abdullahu e ndaloi at\u00eb dhe i tha se i D\u00ebrguari sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem ka ndaluar nga kjo dhe ka th\u00ebn\u00eb: &#8220;Ai, guri, nuk gjuan gjahun dhe nuk e d\u00ebmton armikun, por vet\u00ebm thyen dh\u00ebmbin dhe verbon syrin.&#8221; <!--more--> Djali i v\u00ebllait filloi prap\u00eb t\u00eb gjuaj\u00eb me gur dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb (Abdullahu) i tha: &#8220;T\u00eb tregoj se i D\u00ebrguari e ka ndaluar, kurse ti prap\u00eb kthehesh e gjuan?! Nuk do t\u00eb t\u00eb flas m\u00eb kurr\u00eb! Hadith sahih-autentik.<\/p>\n<p>E transmetojn\u00eb Buhariu (&#8220;Kitabu edh-dhebaih ves-sajd \u2013babu el hadhf vel bundukatu&#8221; nr. i hadithit 5479), Muslimi (&#8220;Kitabus-sajd vedh-dhebaih, babu- ibahat ma justeanu bihi ala el istijadi vel aduv-vi, ve kerahetul hadhfi&#8221;, nr, i hadithit 5026).Gjithashtu e transmetojn\u00eb edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, nd\u00ebr ta edhe ib\u00ebn Maxheh. Ky hadith me k\u00ebt\u00eb shprehje \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb Muslim.<\/p>\n<p>El Munavij, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: &#8220;El-hadhf \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb hidhet guri i kapur mes gishtit t\u00eb madh dhe atij tregues.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa ib\u00ebn Bet-tali, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: &#8220;El-hadhf \u00ebsht\u00eb gjuajtja e gurit apo shkopit me dor\u00eb.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: &#8220;Ky hadith tregon se gjuajtja me gur \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar sepse nuk ka dobi n\u00eb t\u00eb dhe gjithashtu prej saj mund t\u00eb vij\u00eb e keqja. K\u00ebt\u00eb rregull e merr \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb i p\u00ebrngjan gjuajtjes s\u00eb gur\u00ebve.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb ndales\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim n\u00ebse gjuajtja e gurit b\u00ebhet n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb njeriut apo ndonj\u00eb kafshe apo edhe n\u00ebse jan\u00eb af\u00ebr, edhe n\u00ebse gjuajtja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb tyre, sepse nga kjo gjuajtje nuk ka kurrfar\u00eb dobie, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se mund t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb d\u00ebmtimin e njeriut apo edhe t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebs, si p\u00ebr shembull t&#8217;i thyhet dh\u00ebmbi, t&#8217;i verbohet syri ose t&#8217;i shkaktohet plag\u00eb n\u00eb trup. Mir\u00ebpo n\u00ebse gjuajtja b\u00ebhet kur nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prezent askush apo n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, n\u00eb natyr\u00eb, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb lumit apo detit etj., hadithi k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e p\u00ebrfshin. Allahu e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ky hadith kuptojm\u00eb se muslimani n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb vepron duhet ta konsideroj\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb di\u00e7ka n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme ose n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb vetes ose t\u00eb Islamit etj., e jo t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndonj\u00eb vep\u00ebr prej s\u00eb cil\u00ebs nuk ka asnj\u00eb dobi as n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb e as n\u00eb bot\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Imam Neveviu thot\u00eb: &#8220;N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith tregohet se lejohet bojkotimi i pasuesve t\u00eb bidateve dhe kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Sunnetit kur ata e njohin Sunnetin dhe e kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb at\u00eb dhe ky largim prej tyre mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm. Mund t\u00eb mos i flas\u00ebsh v\u00ebllait musliman p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tri dit\u00eb, por kur nuk i flet p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime personale dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bote, nd\u00ebrsa karshi pasuesve t\u00eb bidateve lejohet t\u00eb mos i flas\u00ebsh edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Ky hadith p\u00ebrforcon disa hadithe t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ngjashme me t\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ngjarja e Ka&#8217;b ib\u00ebn Malikut.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith tregohet nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nga m\u00ebnyrat se si t\u00eb ndryshohet e keqja, d.m.th. n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast duke mos i folur tjetrit, n\u00ebse ajo b\u00ebn dobi. N\u00eb rast t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt nuk lejohet t\u00eb mos i flitet muslimanit, por ai duhet m\u00ebsuar dhe k\u00ebshilluar, por kjo varet krejt nga personi i cili vendos t\u00eb mos i flas\u00eb dikujt dhe nga personi i braktisur. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje shikohet a ka dobi apo jo, sepse nganj\u00ebher\u00eb me braktisjen e dikujt e keqja vet\u00ebm sa shtohet edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa nganj\u00ebher\u00eb e keqja largohet dhe i braktisuri kthehet dhe pendohet. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e kemi tek i D\u00ebrguari sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem. Kur disa shok\u00eb t\u00eb tij t\u00eb af\u00ebrt b\u00ebnin di\u00e7ka n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Islamin, p\u00ebr t&#8217;i m\u00ebsuar sillej ashp\u00ebr me ta, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti kur e pa nj\u00ebrin se kishte unaz\u00eb ari. I D\u00ebrguari sal-lAllahu alejhi ve sel-lem ia hoqi unaz\u00ebn nga gishti dhe ia hodhi duke mos i folur. Por ndodhte t\u00eb sillej but\u00eb me t\u00eb huajt dhe munafik\u00ebt, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t&#8217;i kthente n\u00eb Islam. Rasti i Ka&#8217;b ib\u00ebn Malikut me dy shok\u00ebt e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb shembulli m\u00eb i mir\u00eb. Edhe pse ishin nga musliman\u00ebt e sinqert\u00eb, vet\u00ebm pse munguan pa arsye n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga betejat vendimtare t\u00eb Islamit, Allahu e urdh\u00ebroi t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin q\u00eb t&#8217;i braktis\u00eb ata p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, nd\u00ebrsa munafik\u00ebt, edhe pse e kund\u00ebrshtonin t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarin dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb, i D\u00ebrguari nuk i bojkotoi dhe sillej mir\u00eb me ta. K\u00ebtu shfaqet shum\u00eb qart\u00eb dobia dhe d\u00ebmi i bojkotimit t\u00eb muslimanit dhe realiteti se dobia dhe d\u00ebmi duhen pasur parasysh gjat\u00eb braktisjes s\u00eb dikujt. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb jan\u00eb shkruar shum\u00eb shkrime, por ne u munduam q\u00eb t\u00eb japim rezymen\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje, Allahu e di m\u00eb s\u00eb miri.<\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket gjuajtjes s\u00eb gjahut me gur apo ndonj\u00eb mjet t\u00eb mpreht\u00eb, dijetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb mospajtim rreth lejimit t\u00eb tij. Ata q\u00eb e ndaluan than\u00eb se kjo konsiderohet vrasje e gjahut dhe Allahu e ka ndaluar ngr\u00ebnien e mishit t\u00eb gjahut t\u00eb vrar\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo ib\u00ebn Mulekini, Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb, thot\u00eb: &#8220;Rastet e gjahut t\u00eb gjuajtur me ndonj\u00eb mjet jan\u00eb tre: dy t\u00eb lejuara dhe nj\u00eb e ndaluar. Dy rastet e lejuara jan\u00eb: a) n\u00ebse me sendin e gjuajtur (qoft\u00eb shtiz\u00eb, thik\u00eb, s\u00ebpat\u00eb, shpat\u00eb etj.) e vret gjahun me an\u00ebn e mpreht\u00eb t\u00eb tij duke i derdhur gjakun, ai lejohet edhe n\u00ebse nuk arrihet t\u00eb theret gjahu; b) n\u00ebse e q\u00ebllon me an\u00ebn e rrafsh\u00ebt t\u00eb mjetit gjuajt\u00ebs, por arrin ta ther\u00eb para se t\u00eb ngordh\u00eb gjahu.
