Ahmedi etj. Hadithin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb nga i D\u00ebrguari, salallahu alejhi ue selem, disa shok\u00eb t\u00eb tij: Ebu Ejub Ensariu, Xhabiri, Ebu Hurejre, Theubani, Ib\u00ebn Abasi etj.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rreth zinxhir\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij hadithi ka pasur fjal\u00eb prej ca dijetar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i konsideronin si t\u00eb dob\u00ebt, por n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb mendimi m\u00eb i sakt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se hadithi i p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb nga Ebu Ejub Ensariu \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se i sakt\u00eb, sepse e transmeton Muslimi dhe hadithet e Sahihut t\u00eb Muslimit jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranuara me konsensus si t\u00eb sakta. Nd\u00ebrsa zinxhir\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb arrijn\u00eb grad\u00ebn e sahihut, duke u bashkuar nj\u00ebri me tjetrin dhe duke u forcuar mes vete. Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb hadithi \u00ebsht\u00eb i sakt\u00eb pa kurrfar\u00eb dyshimi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Komentimi i hadithit:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hadith Profeti, salallahu alejhi ue selem, na m\u00ebson nj\u00eb rregull dhe tradit\u00eb t\u00eb tij madh\u00ebshtore, e cila n\u00ebse praktikohet ka nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim t\u00eb madh dhe t\u00eb pakapsh\u00ebm n\u00eb asnj\u00eb koh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Ai, salallahu alejhi ue selem, tregon se besimtari pasi ta agj\u00ebroj\u00eb muajin e madh\u00ebrish\u00ebm t\u00eb Ramazanit \u00ebsht\u00eb tradit\u00eb profetik\u00eb ta pasoj\u00eb at\u00eb me agj\u00ebrimin e gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb muajit Sheval, i cili n\u00eb fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji i dhjet\u00eb h\u00ebnor dhe sipas radh\u00ebs vjen pas atij t\u00eb Ramazanit. Pra, hadithi i lartp\u00ebrmendur nuk ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt me Ramazanin, por me muajin q\u00eb vjen pas tij, Shevalin. Gjithashtu kjo k\u00ebshill\u00eb dhe propozim profetik na tregon vler\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij agj\u00ebrimi, q\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsi hyjnore e Allahut p\u00ebr rob\u00ebrit e Tij, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Zoti ia dha k\u00ebtij umeti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ai tregon se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pasohet agj\u00ebrimi i detyruar i Ramazanit me gjasht\u00eb dit\u00eb pas tij, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb fakt nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruara, por jan\u00eb propozim dhe tradit\u00eb profetike, si rrjedhoj\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs arrihet nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim i madh, e ai \u00ebsht\u00eb sikur njeriu ta agj\u00ebronte t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agj\u00ebrimi i k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb pasohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas Bajramit, m\u00eb sakt\u00ebsisht lejohet q\u00eb nga dita e dyt\u00eb e tij, sepse agj\u00ebrimi i dit\u00ebve t\u00eb para t\u00eb t\u00eb dy bajrameve \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndaluar ngaq\u00eb jan\u00eb dit\u00eb festash, t\u00eb cilat duhet t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohen me ushqime dhe pije t\u00eb mira sipas mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb njeriut. Mir\u00ebpo n\u00ebse ndodh t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji nuk ka kurrfar\u00eb problemi. Lind pyetja pse \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb agj\u00ebrohen sa m\u00eb af\u00ebr ramazanit? Kjo p\u00ebr disa arsye:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sepse besimtari p\u00ebr nj\u00eb muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb st\u00ebrvitur me agj\u00ebrim dhe do ta k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb shtimin edhe t\u00eb gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera, e kur vonohet mund edhe t\u2019i v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsohet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Ngaq\u00eb ky agj\u00ebrim konsiderohet si plot\u00ebsim dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim i l\u00ebshimeve dhe gabimeve t\u00eb Ramazanit, si\u00e7 falen namazet sunete pas farzit, ku prej q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe plot\u00ebsimi i mang\u00ebsive t\u00eb farzit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Sepse fjala profetike \u201cPastaj e pason (pra, ramazanin)\u201d, n\u00ebnkupton pasimin sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb tij, edhe pse kjo arsye e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb diskutueshme nd\u00ebrmjet dijetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lejohet agj\u00ebrimi i k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve t\u00eb ndara nga nj\u00ebra tjetra, por sipas Imam Neveviut agj\u00ebrimi i tyre bashk\u00eb nj\u00ebra pas tjetr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i arsyesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shumica e dijetar\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajtimit se ky agj\u00ebrim \u00ebsht\u00eb sunet apo tradit\u00eb profetike p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn besimtari shp\u00ebrblehet n\u00ebse e pason dhe nuk d\u00ebnohet n\u00ebse nuk e praktikon. Mir\u00ebpo p\u00ebr habi pati nga ata, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e kund\u00ebrshtuan duke e ndaluar nj\u00eb agj\u00ebrim t\u00eb till\u00eb. Shkak p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb ishte frika e tyre se nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb do t\u00eb konsiderohej bashk\u00ebngjitje me Ramazanin e do t\u00eb kalonte n\u00eb rrezik duke menduar njer\u00ebzit, sidomos injorant\u00ebt, se edhe ato dit\u00eb jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Ramazanit dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, sipas tyre, mund t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb deri tek shpikjet n\u00eb agj\u00ebrim, si\u00e7 pat\u00ebn vepruar popujt para nesh t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vazhdonin t\u2019i shtonin agj\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tyre dit\u00eb tjera derisa Allahu i mallkoi. Disa prej tyre desh\u00ebn t\u00eb argumentohen me rastin e mosfaljes s\u00eb sunetit menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas farzit, por ndarjen e tyre mes vete me dhik\u00ebr (p\u00ebrmendje t\u00eb Allahut) dhe tesbih, edhe pse ky argument vet\u00ebm se e v\u00ebrteton mendimin, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr tyre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mir\u00ebpo ky mendim, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr i bazuar vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb argument logjik dhe dyshim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb jo i sakt\u00eb. Dijetar\u00ebt iu kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigj\u00ebn k\u00ebtij mendimi, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se nj\u00eb frik\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk ekziston, sepse k\u00ebto dit\u00eb n\u00eb fakt nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb ngjitura me Ramazanin sa t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb dikush se jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tij, p\u00ebrkundrazi mes tyre ekziston nj\u00eb ndarje e madhe, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e p\u00ebrjeton \u00e7do njeri madje edhe ai q\u00eb nuk di shum\u00eb. P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket rastit t\u00eb ndarjes s\u00eb namazit farz me at\u00eb synet p\u00ebrmes dhikrit dhe tesbih\u00ebve, edhe tek agj\u00ebrimi kemi nj\u00eb ndar\u00ebs t\u00eb till\u00eb, madje edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb madh se dhikri. Ne kemi dit\u00ebn e bajramit, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb dhik\u00ebr, tesbih, namaz, lutje, hutbe, fest\u00eb, ushqim dhe pije, si \u00e7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cil\u00ebs b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb ndarje m\u00eb se e madhe mes agj\u00ebrimit farz (Ramazanit) dhe atij sunet (gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebt).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pati t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb u argumentuan me faktin se nuk kishin par\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tyre asnj\u00eb dijetar t\u2019i agj\u00ebronte ato dit\u00eb. Por imam Neveviu i kund\u00ebrvihet k\u00ebtij mendimi me fjal\u00ebn e tij: \u201cHadithi i Profetit, salallahu alejhi ue selem, \u00ebsht\u00eb argument edhe n\u00ebse disa njer\u00ebz nuk e njohin apo nuk e punojn\u00eb, qofshin ata edhe mbar\u00eb dynjaja (Sherh Sahih Muslim, 7\/297).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Lind pyetja: Si ka mund\u00ebsi agj\u00ebrimi i k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve t\u00eb konsiderohet si agj\u00ebrim i nj\u00eb viti t\u00eb plot\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebrgjigja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e Allahut q\u00eb na thot\u00eb: \u201cKush b\u00ebn nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb do t\u2019i dhjet\u00ebfishohet shp\u00ebrblimi i tij\u201d (En\u2019am, 160). Gjithashtu k\u00ebt\u00eb e sqaron edhe transmetimi i Ib\u00ebn Maxhes n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin p\u00ebrmendet: \u201cKush e agj\u00ebron ramazanin dhe pas bajramit i shton edhe gjasht\u00eb dit\u00eb konsiderohet si agj\u00ebrim i t\u00ebr\u00eb vitit, sepse kush vepron nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb do t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet dhjet\u00ebfish p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pra, n\u00eb Islam \u00e7do vep\u00ebr e mir\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet me s\u00eb paku sa dhjet\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb tilla, e vazhdon t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet sa shtat\u00ebqind t\u00eb tilla, e ndodh t\u00eb shp\u00ebrblehet pa kufi: Por lind pyetja: a thua ky shumim i shp\u00ebrblimit p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb mira \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00ebsi e Allahut vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr umetin e Muhamedit, salallahu alejhi ue selem, apo ishte edhe p\u00ebr popujt e tjer\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuk ka dyshim se kjo mir\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7ori vet\u00ebm e k\u00ebtij umeti. Por kush \u00ebsht\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsia e k\u00ebsaj ve\u00e7orie dhe mir\u00ebsie? Duke pasur parasysh se popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb Allahu u dha jet\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, se ajo e umetit ton\u00eb, ata edhe pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb punojn\u00eb shum\u00eb pun\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat n\u00ebse krahasohen n\u00eb num\u00ebr me ato t\u00eb k\u00ebtij umeti jan\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr. E duke e ditur se Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb i Drejt\u00eb me rob\u00ebrit e tij deshi q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb umet mos ta l\u00ebr\u00eb mbrapa me shp\u00ebrblime, por ua shtoi dhjet\u00ebfish shp\u00ebrblimin p\u00ebr \u00e7do vep\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. E gjitha kjo n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i arrijn\u00eb n\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim besimtar\u00ebt e popujve t\u00eb m\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb t\u00eb jetonin qindra apo edhe mij\u00ebra vite. K\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsi tjet\u00ebr me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ky umet u ve\u00e7ua, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb se Allahu nga dashuria q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebr ta nuk i la t\u00eb jetonin shum\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb e t\u00eb lodheshin duke u munduar t\u00eb punojn\u00eb shum\u00eb, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb apo p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, mir\u00ebpo ua shum\u00ebfishoi sevapet e nj\u00eb pune duke mos u lodhur si t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt para nesh, e pastaj i merr tek Vetja e Tij q\u00eb t\u2019i shp\u00ebrblej\u00eb. Iu dha jet\u00eb m\u00eb e shkurt\u00ebr se \u00e7do popull tjet\u00ebr, sepse kjo bot\u00eb, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb edhe i D\u00ebrguari, salallahu alejhi ue selem, \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb burg p\u00ebr besimtarin\u201d, prandaj Allahu nuk e le shum\u00eb n\u00eb burgun e Tij at\u00eb q\u00eb e do, por e nxjerr n\u00eb liri sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Tham\u00eb se agj\u00ebrimi i Ramazanit dhe i gjasht\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Shevalit konsiderohet si agj\u00ebrim i t\u00ebr\u00eb vitit, por kjo kurrsesi nuk aludon se agj\u00ebrimi i t\u00ebr\u00eb vitit \u00ebsht\u00eb i parap\u00eblqyer sipas Islamit.
